(Hello again, Brain Worm Anon here! Sorry it's been so long, I wrote pretty much all of this on Tumblr in a fit of brain worm activity- I mean inspiration a few days ago, but just when I was close to the end, everything was deleted after I left the tab for too long. It sucked and I had to re-write everything, so I got kinda lazy. It's not exactly like what I wrote before, which irritates me, but I hope your enjoy it! Thanks for the wonderful posts that you and Perchance Anon made got the worm wriggling in the first place!)

After Y/N’s now ex-partner turned tail and ran, OG, SG, and Y/N returned to their conversation about what had happened while they were separated. When Y/N asked about the Primes, they were a mixture of surprised, delighted, and saddened to hear that they were all grown up and off on their own doing great things. Y/N was obviously extremely proud of the Primes for their accomplishments and the Rungs for raising the little ones in their absence, but felt horrible about not being there for the Primes’ milestones or lending a helping hand when their sons needed one. Wanting to make up for lost time, and knowing how fast time passes on the other side, Y/N packed clothes and other necessities so they could go with their sons back to their worlds. The Rungs helped to make it go faster. (Don't think too hard about food and water, ok? Y/N probably made the air breathable, but I don't know about the other stuff. Maybe they built a place for them to stay on the other Cybertrons for when they planned to visit or something.)

When they pass through the bridge, Y/N and the Rungs both agree that it's too dangerous to keep the connection open, so they have a nice little bonding moment where they all work together to sever the connection to Earth, with Y/N explaining how they destroyed the connection in the first place.

The reunion with the Primes would be… interesting. The Primes did know and love Y/N when they were little, yes, but that was a long time ago. They don't have all that many memories with them depending on when they were made, or any at all if we're going down the one route where SG Rung made his 13 after the separation. What they do have, however, are the hundreds of years that SG Rung spent trying to convince them that Y/N was a cruel creator who abandoned them on a whim. OG Rung did try to convince them otherwise, sure, but he also told them their grandparent was dead. As such, when a very alive Y/N walks in with OG and SG Rung, the Primes are either confused, angry, or both. They might even try to threaten Y/N before the Rungs step in and put a stop to it. This leaves SG Rung in the awkward position of explaining that all his insults were unearned. (And that he started accusing Y/N because it was easier than confronting his own fears of abandonment/not being good enough to make Y/N stay out keep them safe/Y/N dying, but I think he's too proud to go that far) SG Rung now has to face the consequences of his own words and actions, and he is not having fun. Especially because it's making things worse for Y/N. Speaking of, Y/N realizes that SG said all that stuff about them to distract from his own self-hatred and grief, which only leads them to feel extremely guilty. Even if Y/N tries not to show it on their face, everyone can feel that guilt in Y/N’s EM field. This leads to the Primes being even more confused than before, OG Rung being at least a bit miffed at SG Rung for making their parent sad, and SG Rung feeling even worse about the whole mess than he did before. Eventually, Y/N butts in -

Y/N: I am so sorry that I hurt you, all of you.

OG Rung: But you never meant to leave us! You had no idea what would happen.

SG Rung: I was wrong, alright? I should have known you'd never abandon us intentionally.

Y/N, turning to SG Rung: How could you have known? I disappeared for hundreds of years without any sign that I was even alive. You and your older brother had to raise the Primes by yourselves. I may have severed the connection between our worlds to save all of you, but I still regret causing so much pain!

The Primes get curious about what Y/N meant by ‘save all of them’, so they finally calm down enough for the Rungs and Y/N to explain. Some Primes would be quicker to forgive than others, but after that conversation I feel like they'd all be at least close to neutral. More bonding happens later and eventually they all become a tight knit family again. Y/N stays with their sons at that place I mentioned earlier that probably exists, and there's a bunch of tooth rotting fluff that I could see happening. I will write more on said fluff as well as Y/N's mortality, but I think I'll do that a bit later.

Kind of surprised to see that the 13 are here, given how heavily the EU has been leaning on it's Sunbow inspirations (the Quintessons, Alpha Trion leading a revolution, etc). Sure, Skywarp namedropped the Fallen early on in the series, but that was without context.

In any case I'm pleasantly surrprised to see some post-G1 elements of the franchise finally make it into the EU.

I totally agree with you! I personally also wish for Solus depictions to be a lot taller, so I made her probably the third tallest in my own Primes AU

The only bots taller than her are Onyx and Nexus, and Alchemist is just barely a head shorter than her.

(this means that she can pick up two of her three husbands, Megatronus and Liege, with ease ;)

And Liege wears heels at all times and measures his height from his pedes to the tips of his horns, plus wears a cape that obscures most of his figure, so no one knows how tall he really is.

13 PRIMES- MYTHOLOGYCAL ORIGINS (BC I'm bored and I REALLY wish there was more mythology than just "Primus created at 13 all at once, which I refuse to do.")

PRIMA PRIME

Initially, shortly after Primus sealed himself away to become the core of Cybertron, life soon emerged from within him in different Spectres, who gradually took his place. But in his boredom, he wanted to try creating a being similar to his rationality and abilities, but instead of creating a god, he created a being that would be called "the first," and later the ability to reproduce with similar beings so that there would be no loneliness in his existence. But instead of doing that, he chose to learn everything about himself and his environment before giving in to that instinctive need.

In response, Primus created more beings similar to "the first." But far from his expectations, he began to organize them, learn, and dictate that not all are equal, but that everyone, regardless of their differences or their place, has a role to play in what would later be called "society" in the eras of other Primes. Even more so, since at that time, "the first" had two other priorities: the energon at that time didn't flow freely but had to be hunted and cleaned for his organisms. And as a result of the fight against Unicron, there was an extremely dangerous plague on prehistoric Cybertron: the predacons. In his short life, "the first" sacrificed himself for the well-being of the small society that existed at that time, saving as many as possible, giving his life against the predacons until they and his own spark were extinguished. Primus, seeing that his plans hadn't come to fruition due to a greater force, noticed the first serious flaws, and the first death of his firstborn had left that small society without a leader. From a glow produced by his own fire and using the metal of the deceased body to cover a part of his own spark, he decided to give a key to allow the energon to flow freely so that his children would never go hungry again. By sealing it in the body of his firstborn, he reformed the body, wrapped in divine light, and gave his firstborn a second chance at life. He renamed him "Cousin." The other Cybertronians nicknamed him "The Enlightened One," or, as it would later be called, "The Prime."

Descriptions in more myths

With Prima, there is a strange discrepancy or dichotomy in Cybertronian mythology. Scholars have called him "the Prima of domestic joy/the Prima of the melancholy of power" to separate how he is portrayed depending on the myths themselves.

His personality is often described in the myths as lacking the concept of malice, shame, restraint, delicacy, or the true weight of his role as supreme ruler of Cybertron. It is common for him to intervene in the myths of other notable bots, who consider his help excessive and are afraid of abusing his generosity. To the point that several myths lend the Matrix, with Primus' permission, to empower several heroes. It was said that although he was Cybertron's main leader for a long time, he wasn't fully aware of his role or the power it represented, wanting and insisting on living day-to-day life without any kind of ostentation that his presence could overshadow. It's common to hear or hear of him in various stories trying to blend in with the crowd (and failing). He speaks of a primus who speaks to him, asking him to protect the hero in question and bless his path.

In others, he was completely indecipherable, distant, pessimistic about himself, fatalistic, and knew that sooner or later he would be completely replaced, to the point of a heavy melancholy within him, despite always being portrayed with a big smile and having made great sacrifices on his part. To the point that in the myth of Zeta's awakening [see Zeta Prime myths], he himself accepted death by handing over the Leadership Matrix, knowing that from that moment on, his existence would be over. Having the "status" of the first, various writings and myths describe him as filled with grief and pain at having been placed so far beyond the reach of others, even the other Primes, no matter how much he tried to fight it. He even accepted his eternally solitary existence as some punishment imposed by Primus for having failed in the simple task of living the first time. It speaks of a more damning Primus, who was wary of disliking him.

One thing the mythologies agree on is that Prima perceives evil, destructive or selfish intentions as an infection from Unicron that permeated Cybertronians, which is why he is often mentioned clashing with various aspects of his peers, most notably Liege Maximo and Megatronus Prime.

It is said that once the other 12 Prime took their places and their duty in Cybertronian society, he tried to fill that void in society by blessing the bonds of the conjux endura, amicas endura and watching over the birth of the sparklings as a way to fill his own existential void of lacking a bot that takes him as an equal to generate a bond or to have the opportunity to have a direct descendant that would fill such a void in his loneliness but that he only sees as a dream out of reach…

… But primus knows how to do things and how to fulfill the wish of the first of his children sooner or later

Do you know the reason why alpha trion and liege maximo didn't have prime in their last name?

I meant other get prime in their last name

Maybe for trion it became more of his name of the people, such great untouchable were the 13 it’s hard to imagine one self using their names too casually

But Alpha trion often is shown working and living alongside common bot life and work pre war, so having him referred to as Alpha trion was a way for the other archivists or non prime bots to make him feel more approachable and workable alongside without the looming reminder of him being a Prime

Like “ I must say Alpha Prime your report on the study and interpretation of those latest findings was questionable!” Who would dare want to call something a prime did questionable! He’s an ancient god like being! But research is no place for ego, discussion, questioning and debate is important! So Alpha Trion becoming his referred to name makes it more politically acceptable than arguing against the name of PRIME

Idk much about liege Maximo… anyone else conside themselves a Maximum Maximo fan to know or make a guess?
