today was almost the same as yesterday, so i don’t feel too overwhelmed 🫶

having my dinner aFTer the night walks is quite helpful cause then my mind knows i hAVE to get a task done, i.e., the seeing (or not seeing) of the dog-walking boy isn’t the final note i end my day on. this routine is proving to be really helpful, so i’m going to keep at it for a few days. 🤞 also, i’m not attaching any particular time to the night walk to further wean my mind away from the impression that i’m going on the walk just to see him - so I’m making sure i don’t subconsciously put myself under the pressure to go out around the times i know he’ll be out. cause that’s just adding on to everything else i have on my plate ‼️

i’m sticking with this routine for a while. but of course, that doesn’t mean i had a great day - work was stressful and i wrote only for a minimum of 15 minutes (it was one of those “i’ll write only 15 mins for krishna, i’ll just show up” days) - still, i’m glad i don’t feel drained by the end of the day

i felt nice playing with the stickers for a bit 💕 and i saw him again a couple of times on my walk route (which makes sense, though, because i have a very restricted walk route that doesn’t cover a lot of area - so by the time i’m finishing one whole round of the route, he’s just scaled a quarter of it 😭 i try not to get too close to him but at certain moments today we really were walking at the same pace on opposite sides of the pathway and i kept flexing my hands to push out the nervous energy - in a magnificent display of slay behaviour really not befitting a 22-year old 😍)

at this point i’m just riding out this crush, hoping it goes away soon cause i have a history of crushing on the most unattainable, distant people who want nothing to do with me

Sin Harinas, Proteico y Sin Azúcar 🙌🏻 (🇬🇧Recipe in English below) Versión Saludable y SIN HORNO!! Queda increíble!!🤤🤩 ♨️Si no usas microondas te dejo como hacerlo en horno o airfryer. La base la hice con granola y mantequilla de maní! Más fácil imposible!! Te dejo otras alternativas abajo!🫶🏻 • Queda con una textura como la de un cheesecake horneado! En 3 minutos y sin ensuciar! Sólo necesitás una taza (o tazón) como molde!☺️⁣ Guárdate la receta y compartila así pueden probarla!!💕 •⁣⁣ 📝 INGREDIENTES: ✨Base ☆ 30g de granola (o avena o frutos secos molidos o galletitas trituradas) ☆ ½ Cda sopera de mantequilla de maní (podés reemplazar por ⅓ banana pisada) ✨Relleno ☆ 100g de queso crema light o yogurt griego ☆ 1 Cda de edulcorante ☆ 1 huevo ☆ Unas gotitas de esencia de vainilla ☆ Ralladura de ½ limón ✨Cobertura (opcional) ☆ 3 Cdas de mermelada sin azúcar •⁣ 🥣ELABORACIÓN:⁣⁣ 👉🏻 Mezclar la granola con la pasta de maní y cubrir la base de la taza presionando para que quede compacto.⁣ 👉🏻 Mezclar el queso crema con el edulcorante, vainilla, ralladura y el huevo. 👉🏻 Verter en la taza sobre la base que hicimos y llevar al microondas a 800W en 4 a 5 tandas de 30 seg tapado con un plato por las dudas, hasta que los bordes estén hechos y el centro ya no esté líquido.
