these are the full patterns, the one on the left is based on 1890s fabric patterns (bc the original King In Yellow came out in 1895) and the one on the right is based on 1930s fabric patterns (bc the podcast is set in 1934). left features lilies and the right features forget-me-nots bc I was feeling symbolism-y and also bc they're pretty

anyone else get random headaches as a pots thing?? i have probably pots + just get headaches like. randomly. no rhyme or rhythm. not migranes, just like. 4/5 on the pain scale that last until i take a painkiller. is this pots-related??

Might be! PoTS likes to give you every stupid symptom ever I've noticed. (/half joke)

I get headaches but that could be for like.. sixteen different reasons, most of which are I probably should drink more water (I live upstairs and the sink is downstairs, so I guess it's technically a PoTS related headache /joke, those stairs will be the death of me.)

But no, I'm pretty sure I get small headaches (and some migraines) with my PoTS, although mine go away without medication usually. (Except that one time I had a really long migraine, ow.).

Usually I just sleep them off and that fixes it. I also can't tell I have a headache 90% of the time, but it still affects me, weird. Lol.

talked with a guy on the bus ride home, who had appreciated my jacket before (it's very DS9 uniform looking with a combadge pinned on) and it was very nice!

He loves the classic treks incl. ENT but not so much PIC and we really vibed :)) He loves Sisko and Archer, but Kirk is his fave. He compared the newer series with "drinking water": "it's needed for survival but we mostly prefer taste".
