16/30 of my #30dayinstaxchallenge - Day 16: A Good Habit... I thought I'd incorporate two good habits in the one photo.... Firstly is my drinking bottle it's a 0.5 gallon drinks bottle. Since buying this a few weeks ago I feel my water intake is up and I feel better for it! GET YO H2O 💦💧💦....second one is my #fitbitflex on my wrist!
