Last night’s meditation session had a few of those explosive type of interiorised knocking sounds. I have experienced them for the first time in the night before last.

I have previously heard with withdrawn hearing in meditation an explosive version of the attention turning knock. However, it was months back when the sound had not found a fixed spot within my head.

The sound that has attempted to guide my attention last night and the night before last, has found a fixed spot within my head many months back. That’s probably why my attention does not feel the need to return to its default setting of watching mind generated imagery every time there is a pause in the knocking sounds being played.

Now my attention simply waits in the sound’s fixed spot for the next knock. The spot is in the centre of my head. It is not where Paramahansa Yogananda would wish the meditator’s attention to be. There are many of his guided meditations that begin with placing one’s attention at ‘the point between the eyebrows’.

I have no choice though, when I enter the depth of my meditations. Life energy has been guiding me since March of 2020. Back then, I felt my first spinal vibration. Back then, it was easy to guess the point in the spine that was unable to contain the flow of life energy. The point, through many meditation sessions, shifted up the spine and it repeated the process of carefully shifting up the spine a few times over. In totality, the climb up and then the repeats occurred about 3 to 4 times through a duration of 2 years and 9 months.

At the end of 2022, the upward stream of life energy breached the head. At this time, I began noticing spinal vibrations second, after first experiencing the blessed force as inner peace.

Life energy had to put in place another manner by which I followed its route within my head. I have been hearing ‘peculiar “knocking” sounds’ since June of 2023. For the sound to turn explosive in the last two meditation sessions, is most likely indicative of my attention’s journey further into the dreamless quiet of my deep sleeping mind space.

I'm seeing hell long and weird dreams again. From this one I'll write only 2 parts.

I met my friend, who lives in Germany, at my old home, and she started to tell me about her paranormal encounter. We stood at the yard, looking in the direction of tiny forest where trees were black with some slided dark pink / purple color. I instantly told her it gives me bad vibes.

I don't remember what she said but right after that a rainbow appeared from the forest's edge. I almost yelled her to look at it :'D it vanished after few seconds and I asked her to repeat the word she said before. It was something negative with fear. She said it again and this time rainbow appeared closer! Now it was pulsing ball inside golden light which was surrounded by rotating golden medal rings.

In third time it was in front of us, free from the rings, radiating and spreading it's light before disappearing. I told my friend: "You are your most powerful enemy, but also most strongest ally."

She agreed, having some "ahaa!" moment from this. She asked, however, that I wouldn't tell about this to my sister. I promised I wouldn't, at least say it was her.

Well, when I met my sister on the balcony of our old home, I tried to replicate the scene and happening with a ghost but it didn't work that well :'D apparently sis didn't see the ghost and she was constantly talking to herself while eyeing other part of the forest, saying there's tiny glow eyes at the top of one tree.

I let her be, walking away. I came to this stone balcony area of some cyberpunk town / tiny city, and I saw Grimmjow talking with his younger version. Only difference was just the size: older was taller than the younger one. By the age I would say older is 30 or over, younger 20 or a bit over. They seemed to get in an agreement, starting to walk away.

In this moment I remembered that I've seen this scene before, this same dream, but that Grimmjow has seen it too! I ran after them, yelling: "Grimm Grimm!"

I catch up with them, now holding my phone or something. I walk beside taller Grimmjow, my head being at the level of his shoulder while younger Grimmjow is walking slightly ahead of us, turning around to look at me, now walking backwards, hands in his pockets.

I say or ask something like: "You two have seen this dream too? Been here before? It's been very heavy experience, hadn't it?" (because to me it was, I felt very heavy, tired and drained).

Older Grimmjow says nothing, but I feel he knows something, and the younger one gives me a bit weird and asking look. Either he doesn't know what I'm talking about or this was his first time in this dream, second with luck. But yeah, he doesn't want to admit anything.

And then I woke up. Was so hot to sleep because of warm day.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine used drones to strike the Rylsk and Lgovsky districts. Acting Governor of the Kursk Region Alexander Khinshtein:

“In Rylsk, drones flew into two 5-story apartment buildings. An apartment on the first floor caught fire, and the fire spread to neighboring balconies. The fire has now been extinguished. In the neighboring building, a drone struck the 3rd floor, and a fire also started in one of the apartments, which was quickly extinguished. A large number of windows were knocked out, and facades were damaged in a number of buildings. Residents of the apartment building were evacuated and offered temporary accommodation, but everyone preferred to stay with their relatives.

Unfortunately, seven people were injured. A family of four is currently being taken to the Rylsk Central District Hospital, including children aged 13 and 16. Two more women and one man received shrapnel wounds and are in a state of shock. All necessary medical assistance will be provided!

All emergency services are working on site, and the head of the district is also there on my instructions. Tomorrow, early in the morning, door-to-door visits will begin to measure damaged window units. I gave instructions to the acting deputy governor for construction and the acting minister of housing and communal services and fuel and energy complex to provide maximum support in restoring housing. We will definitely help residents whose homes were damaged as a result of the attack!

In the village of Artakovo in the Lgovsky district, two buildings and a garage caught fire due to a drone attack — fire crews are currently working on the scene. A family of three was in one of the buildings, they all went to the Lgovskaya Central District Hospital on their own, and medics are currently working with them. The head of the district is at the scene.

Information about the consequences of the attacks is being clarified. I am keeping the situation under personal control."

The number of victims of the attack on the Lgovsky and Rylsky districts has increased to 14 people. Acting Governor of the Kursk Region Alexander Khinshtein:

"Unfortunately, two more children were injured in the night attack in the Lgovsky district: they have a mine-explosive injury, a moderate condition. They are now under the supervision of doctors.

Of the victims in Rylsk: six people are in a moderate condition, including two minors, one man is in serious condition. All are now in the Kursk Regional Hospital. I am sure that our doctors will do everything possible and impossible to get people back on their feet!

The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to strike our territory. Early this morning, the enemy attacked the territory of the Yuzhnaya agricultural company in the Rylsky district. A fire broke out, firefighters are now putting it out.

Two residents of the house received minor injuries. Medical assistance was provided on site. Later they plan to come to the Rylsk Central District Hospital for further examination. As a result of the strike, the windows, front door, and roof were knocked out and damaged in the neighboring apartment building.

Dear residents, the enemy continues its vile attacks. Please, be extremely vigilant and take care of yourself! "
