The UnSussexfulls can say whatever they want, there is no lost check! All companies incorporated in the State of Delaware are required to file an Annual Report along with a filing fee of $25. The letter clearly states they need to file their 990 annual report AND a check so they submitted nothing for 2022. The 990 reports are a pain if you have a lot of contributors and/or outgoing distributions (donations out)* but Archwell doesn't. They could have used a 990N or 990EZ form that shouldn't have taken more than an hour or two to complete...but they have NO staff to compile it. If the Delaware Secretary of State functions like most states, they received a delinquency letter every quarter. Additionally, Delaware requires a yearly Franchise Tax Payment ($250-$300 depending on if it's an LLC or Corp). If all of these conditions are not met within two years, the company is automatically dissolved. I think they are hoping it will be shut down and that they can move away from the failure that is Archwell (like how they have archwell.com redirect to the new sussex.com). I truly believe that Rachel stupidly thinks if Archwell shuts down, they can just roll the remaining $$$ out but that's not how it works. If she can't even get a simple annual report filed, how on earth is she going to handle sales tax for all of her online product sales as required?

*I spent 13 years compiling 990 reports for, at that time, the largest Super PAC in my state.

If she isn’t their biological mother, they’re therefore illegitimate as they are not from the marriage between him and her, therefore illegible to be in the line of succession, have titles etc.

But I wonder if it’s crossed his drug addled mind (likely not) whether he’s the father or she’s the mother or if either of them are?

Maybe she’s scared of a blood test or DNA test being done if the kids were ever in the UK?

Perhaps that is done in order to prove a child is the biological child of a legally married couple within the CoE, and to prove the child has an undeniable right to be legitimate and in the line of succession.

For some reason my interpretation of the LoS laws (and admittedly it's been a long time since I have looked it up) is that if the kids were born from her body, and born during the marriage, they'd still be considered legitimate. I know it's a crazy theory on my part, but one thing is for sure, it would be unprecedented. It's probably why the Palace has continued to protect her, it's the kind of crisis they simply do not have the capacity to deal with.

I am starting to think that the reason she continues to hide the kids is because they don't look like they have a 43% Nigerian mother. Yes, I realize that there are mixed race babies (I have two of them) who can favor one parent, but the odds of the recessive genes winning not once but twice are slimmer than me winning the Powerball tonight.

You're right. This whole circus is just for their ego. They did almost nothing, no charities even for children or anything, Harry stood in front of a hospital bed for a photoshoot and the rest is just a dramatic fashion show. If she was so proud of her 43% Nigerian origin, she would have at least made the effort to wear traditional attire. I think the worst thing is that the tabloids are trying to make us believe that this tour is sensational. I wonder how much they were paid.
