Yoooo, dudeskis. Fellow art peeps. (At least in the U.S.) ŴE FUCKIN WON!!!!!!!!
https://www.reuters.com/legal/legalindustry/us-copyright-office-issues-highly-anticipated-report-copyrightability-ai-2025-04-02/
So basically, what this says, is AI is not copyrightable by itself. You can use it as a tool but for it to be copyrightable, it must not replace human creativity or work. For example, if you ai generate a character into an existence, the character is not copyrightable until someone uses the ai image as a reference to redraw it.
It also is only copyrightable if someone takes THEIR OWN work and feeds it into ai, and the result is made from ONLY that person's work, and was generated by the owner of said original work. So if someone else takes your work and uses it to generate an image, it isn't copyrightable. If YOU generate something using YOUR OWN work, the image is therefore copyrightable because was generated by someone who made the source material.
THEREFORE, We, the artists in the U.S., HAVE FUCKING WOOOOON!!!!!!

The Real Winners of the AI War: Corporations. The Real Losers: You.
Tumblr media
Русский ⬇️
Let’s be honest and imagine the near future.
Systems trained on protected IP datasets are already operational.
AI models scan the internet, assign a similarity score to each work.
If the score exceeds a certain threshold — the author receives a takedown request and a fine for plagiarism.
Obviously, AI-generated works will be the first to get targeted.
And many traditional artists may feel: “Well, we won — now we’re protected.”
Now let’s ask the main question:
Who benefits?
The driving force behind these regulations are not artists.
The ones pushing for such laws are those who already own massive IP libraries — Disney, Paramount, Sony, Pixar, Adobe.
And then?
Who’s next?
Those who — just like AI — absorbed cultural codes, styles, compositions.
Fandom artists.
Independent creators who are simply “too similar.”
The lawyer won’t care how the work was created — by hand, by stylus, or by AI generation.
What matters is the similarity score. And a legal precedent.
AI artists will simply move to local generations and decentralized platforms.
Manual artists and fandoms will face filters and lawsuits.
And the ultimate winners will be those who patent styles and push IP protection up to 120 years.
Before you continue arguing — ask yourself a few simple questions:
• Are you sure your style is original?
• How many styles would you like to be allowed to draw in?
• How much would you be willing to pay each month to license the style you enjoy using?
P.S.
Are you sure traditional artists will be safe, and this will only affect AI generations?
That’s called optimism.
Realism is asking:
When was the last time a corporation voluntarily walked away from money?
Statistics are never just numbers.
They’re always real people.
🔥 𝖗𝖚 🔥
(IP) — Disney, Paramount, Sony, Pixar, Adobe.

I've seen a lot of conversation about AI and copyright going around more and more in the last few weeks, and none of them have mentioned that it's already been legally established that only humans can hold a copyright.
The case is Naruto v Slater, back in 2016. TLDR a monkey got a hold of a photographer's camera and took a selfie. PETA tried to argue that the monkey should have the copyright to the photo, and the California courts said no, the Copyright Act only applies to humans.
Last I checked, AI is by definition not human.
AI and copyright is still messy outside of that, but that aspect of it? Pretty cut and dry.
And come on, it's NARUTO v Slater. (There are other cases that back this stance up, but that's the most famous one and, again, this is the internet and the name is Naruto)

How AI Digital Agencies Are Reshaping Business
Tumblr media
With today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a science fiction novel but an here-and-now reality transforming the manner in which businesses operate. Beyond mere automation, AI is opening unprecedented degrees of efficiency, personalization, and strategic intelligence. It is here that skilled AI digital agencies are bridging the gap, giving businesses the power of leverage from this emerging technology.
Such agencies recognize that AI, along with innovations like robotics, Neuralink, and Quantum Computing, represents a paradigm shift for human-machine interfaces and economies. These agencies offer a critical bridge, guiding companies through the process of adopting and implementing AI.
What AI Digital Agencies Bring to the Table
An AI digital agency does not only the technical implementation; they also give strategic guidance to chart the complex landscape of AI. Their offerings run far and wide across uses, including:
AI Advertising: Leveraging AI to automate advertising targeting, customize campaigns, and track performance for optimal ROI.
Chatbots: Developing intelligent conversational agents to improve customer service, lead generation, and internal support.
AI Copywriting: Applying AI for crafting compelling copy, assisting in generating creative thoughts, and streamlining content creation tasks.
CRM Software Design: Incorporating AI into CRM software to predict customer behavior, automating sales tasks, and facilitating better customer relationship management.
Mobile Apps: Including AI features in mobile apps to make the user experience more intelligent, provide personalized recommendations, and facilitate advanced features.
The Strategic Imperative: Integrating Your Own IP
One of the core philosophies that leading AI firms espouse is the importance of companies having their own intellectual property (IP) directly integrated into AI engines. By thus doing this, firms can avoid third-party licensing costs in the long run and have AI solutions personally tailored to meet their precise needs and data. The objective is to deliver "real, humanlike resource automation" which really understands and responds to a business's specific operation idiosyncrasies.

How AI Is Taking the Guesswork Out of Creative Advertising
Tumblr media
In a world where attention is the most valuable currency, marketing can no longer rely on trial-and-error. Today, every second, swipe, and scroll matters. Brands are expected to deliver precision-targeted content that resonates instantly. The days of guesswork in advertising are fading fast—thanks to Artificial Intelligence.
At Apppl Combine, we’re not just keeping pace with this transformation—we’re shaping it. As a forward-thinking AI creative agency, we believe that creativity, when powered by AI, becomes not just more efficient but also more insightful, data-driven, and truly scalable.
Let’s dive into how AI is removing the ambiguity from creative advertising, and why Apppl Combine is the partner you need to lead in this new era.
The Traditional Creative Process: Inspired, But Inconsistent
Creative advertising has always thrived on intuition, emotion, and originality. And while these qualities remain vital, they often come with an inherent challenge—subjectivity.
Will the audience like this headline?
Is this the right color scheme for Gen Z?
Which version of the ad will perform best?
Without solid data, marketers have long been making educated guesses. And while A/B testing and consumer research helped, they were time-consuming and expensive. Enter AI, where art meets science.
How AI Is Changing the Game
AI has the power to take the guesswork out of each stage of the creative advertising pipeline. At Apppl Combine, we use AI not just as a tool—but as a creative collaborator.
Here’s how we do it:
Audience Insights, Supercharged
Understanding your audience is the foundation of any strong campaign. With AI, we tap into behavioral data, psychographic profiles, and predictive analytics to gain deeper, real-time insights into your audience.
Instead of designing for a "target demographic," we create content tailored for real individuals—at scale.
Example: We used AI-driven social listening and sentiment analysis to uncover micro-trends and customer frustrations. That insight directly influenced ad copy and visuals, resulting in a 30% higher click-through rate.
AI-Powered Copywriting That Converts
AI isn’t just about numbers—it’s also becoming a wordsmith. At Apppl Combine, our content teams use AI writing assistants to generate copy variations, refine tone, and even optimize messaging for different platforms and personas.
This allows us to:
Rapidly test different headlines and CTAs
Adjust tone for emotional resonance
A/B test thousands of combinations at lightning speed
No more guessing what copy might work. AI gives us the data-backed versions that will work.
Visual Storytelling with AI Design
From layout generation to dynamic imagery, AI is revolutionizing how visuals are created. We use AI tools to:
Create auto-generated ad creatives with brand-consistent themes
Generate multiple versions for different audience segments
Test visual appeal using predictive heatmaps
This isn’t creativity by robots—it’s creativity enhanced by machine precision.
AI in Ad Film Production
As a full-service AI creative agency, we’ve brought AI into our video and ad film production pipeline as well:
Script Generation: AI helps brainstorm angles, tones, and concepts.
Voice Synthesis: Localized voiceovers in multiple languages.
Smart Editing: AI-assisted editing tools help automate transitions, syncs, and captions.
Post-Production Optimization: Predictive tools help us know what parts of a video are likely to hold attention—or lose it.
The result? Faster, smarter, and more adaptable ad films that perform.
Real-Time Optimization
We don’t just launch campaigns and hope for the best. With AI, we track performance data in real time and optimize creatives on the fly.
What used to take weeks of waiting and analysis, we now do in hours.
That means:
Swapping underperforming visuals mid-campaign
Personalizing content dynamically based on user interaction
Increasing ROI with data-informed creative changes
Why Choose Apppl Combine as Your AI Creative Partner?
We’re not your average creative agency tinkering with AI tools on the side. At Apppl Combine, AI is at the heart of how we think, create, and deliver.
✅ We Combine Strategy, Story, and Science
Our roots are in strategy and storytelling. We understand brand voice, emotional narrative, and cultural context. But now, we pair that with AI to ensure that every piece of creative isn’t just beautiful—it’s intelligent, purposeful, and performance-oriented.
✅ Proven Track Record in AI Creative Campaigns
From high-converting video ads to multilingual AI-enhanced explainer videos and data-personalized ad films, we’ve delivered measurable success for brands across industries. We’ve helped brands:
Reduce creative turnaround time by 60%
Improve ad engagement by 30–50%
Generate 4–5x the creative variants without 4–5x the budget
✅ Scalable Solutions for Fast-Growing Brands
Startups and enterprises alike need creative agility. With our AI-powered pipeline, we can produce high-quality creative assets at scale—without losing the soul of the brand.
The Bottom Line: AI Is the Future of Advertising. But the Right Agency Makes It Work.
Artificial Intelligence is no longer a novelty in advertising—it's the new normal. But technology alone isn’t enough. You need a creative partner who knows how to use it strategically, intuitively, and effectively.
At Apppl Combine, we blend the best of both worlds: the unmatchable power of AI with the irreplaceable art of human storytelling.
No more guesswork. Just creativity that works.

Will AI Replace Copywriters? Let’s Break It Down
Tumblr media
If you’re a copywriter, you’ve probably had a moment where you paused and thought: “Am I going to be replaced by a machine?” It’s not just paranoia it’s a legitimate question in the age of AI tools writing everything from ad copy to blog posts. Artificial Intelligence is no longer just about robots in sci-fi movies; it’s here, crafting headlines, product descriptions, email campaigns, and even poems. And it’s fast. Faster than any human. Naturally, this has caused some concern among content creators and marketers alike.
Will AI Replace Copywriters? Let’s Break It Down But let’s not hit the panic button just yet. AI is impressive, but is it that good? Can it really replicate the creativity, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking of a skilled human copywriter? Or is this just another hype cycle that will settle into a more balanced reality?
In this article, we’re diving deep into the reality of AI in the copywriting world. We’ll explore where it shines, where it stumbles, and whether your writing gig is safe or not. Let’s break it down together.
Understanding AI in Copywriting To really understand the threat or opportunity AI presents to copywriters, we first need to know what we’re dealing with.
AI copywriting refers to the use of machine learning models, like GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer), to generate written content. These tools are trained on massive datasets pulled from the internet, which helps them understand grammar, structure, tone, and a vast array of writing styles. Some of the most well-known AI writing tools include:
ChatGPT
Jasper AI
Copy.ai
Writesonic
Sudowrite
Tumblr media
Will AI Replace Copywriters? Let’s Break It Down These platforms can churn out content at an impressive rate. A task that might take a human 3 hours can take AI 3 seconds. Need a product description? Done. Email copy? Done. A thousand-word blog post? Give it a few clicks.
Marketing teams love it for its ability to produce scalable content quickly and affordably. Startups are using it to launch websites with minimal human input. E-commerce stores are generating hundreds of product descriptions in minutes. Sounds revolutionary, right?
But here’s the catch just because AI can write, doesn’t mean it can write well. And that’s where the real story begins.
The Human Touch in Copywriting Here’s the thing: good copywriting isn’t just about stringing words together. It’s about persuasion, tone, empathy, timing, and understanding human behavior. It’s about knowing when to be witty, when to be serious, and how to make someone feel something.
AI, for all its power, doesn’t “feel.” It doesn’t know what it’s like to scroll through a page looking for the perfect gift for a loved one. It doesn’t know the tension of a failed product launch or the excitement of planning a dream vacation. It’s pulling patterns from data it’s not living those moments.
That’s where human copywriters shine.
Human Touch in Copywriting We can craft stories that resonate on a personal level. We can use subtle humor, cultural references, and layered emotion. We know that a sentence’s impact isn’t just about what it says, but how and when it says it. For instance, a mother shopping for baby products wants reassurance, safety, and care in the words she reads. AI might suggest a generic “soft and comfortable,” while a human copywriter would write, “gentle on your baby’s skin, like your loving touch.”
Emotion sells. Connection converts. And that’s where AI still falls short.

Limitations of AI in Copywriting So, what’s holding AI back from total domination in copywriting? Quite a bit, actually.
First off, context is hard. AI often struggles with understanding nuance. Give it a vague prompt, and it might generate something completely off-track. Ask it to write about a “jaguar,” and it might give you a paragraph about the animal when you actually meant the car.
Then there’s creativity. While AI can generate content that sounds creative, it often rehashes existing ideas. It lacks true originality. You won’t find it creating a brand-new metaphor that sticks in your head for weeks or a line of dialogue that gives you goosebumps. It imitates more than it innovates.
Also, let’s talk about accuracy and trustworthiness. AI sometimes makes stuff up. Seriously. It’s called “hallucinating,” and it’s a known problem. That means you could end up with fake stats, incorrect info, or just plain nonsense if you’re not careful.
And lastly, ethical issues. There’s the risk of plagiarism, the spread of misinformation, and concerns about who owns AI-generated content. If a bot writes your article, who’s legally responsible for it? Can you really claim authorship?
These are all critical questions that brands and creators must consider before handing over the creative reins to a machine.
Strengths of AI in Copywriting Now, let’s give credit where it’s due AI does have some serious advantages, especially in areas where volume and speed matter most.
Efficiency is perhaps AI’s biggest strength. Need 500 meta descriptions? Done. Want to A/B test 30 different ad headlines? No problem. For repetitive, high-volume writing tasks, AI is a game-changer. It saves time, money, and mental energy.
Another huge plus is SEO optimization. AI tools can quickly analyze keywords, competitor content, and search intent to craft articles that are algorithm-friendly. They can ensure proper keyword density, suggest internal linking strategies, and even provide on-page SEO recommendations.
Then there’s data-driven personalization. AI can create content variations based on customer segments. Imagine writing email campaigns tailored to different buyer personas AI can help scale that without burning out your content team.
In short, AI excels in roles where speed, scalability, and structure matter more than soul. But when it comes to crafting compelling brand stories? That’s still our playground.
The Role of Copywriters in an AI World So, if AI is here to stay, where does that leave human copywriters? The good news is we’re not going extinct. We’re evolving.
Rather than thinking of AI as a threat, it’s smarter to view it as a powerful tool. The same way designers use Photoshop and musicians use digital audio workstations, writers can use AI to enhance their work. It’s like having a super-fast intern who can do the grunt work, so you can focus on the strategy, creativity, and messaging that really matters.
Today’s copywriters need to become strategic communicators. That means understanding marketing funnels, conversion psychology, brand voice, and audience personas. The ability to craft compelling narratives and emotionally resonant messages will always be in demand machines simply can’t replicate that level of emotional intelligence.

AI’s work should not be copyrighted because AI is just a copy. We need regulation.
The US Copyright Office is opening a public comment period around AI
American friends! The US Copyright Office (which we know exerts huuuge influence in how these things are treated elsewhere) wants to hear opinions on copyright and AI.
"The US Copyright Office is opening a public comment period around AI and copyright issues beginning August 30th as the agency figures out how to approach the subject."
We can assume that the opposing side will definitely be using all of their lobbying power towards widespread AI use, so this is a very good chance to let them know your thoughts on AI and how art and creative content of all kinds should be protected.
