Thinking about the ai again, I love them. Got bored and decided to reassign them to freelancers.
okay so in no real order:
Maine: No ai, hes all good as he is. Get him like an AAC device or something and give everyone sign language lessons.
York: No change, him and Delta are a good team.
CT: Sigma. Sigma was probably wildly understimulated when paired with Maine. Maine is a heavy hitter. No creativity needed to punch something real hard. But CT is more sneaky and infiltration, she needs to plan ahead and improvise on the go. Both of them would benefit.
South: Epsilon. Her and Epsilon are both insufferable bitches. They would complain nonstop to each other in Souths head which would force them both to recognise that their constant bitching is annoying. They'd also bitch about other people together in Souths head which would help them get closer in a mean girl kinda way and keep moral up for everyone else cause they dont have to listen to it. Also theyre both very competative and driven when they feel like it. Epsilon would push South to be better. Cons: They both sulk/brood when things go wrong. Sulking^2.
North: No change, him and Theta work well together.
Florida: O'malley/Omega. I feel that Florida would be able to control the worst of O'malleys influences due to years of hiding his anger. And in turn O'malley would help him release some of his pent up emotions. They would both very much enjoy killing people together.
Carolina: Iota. She needs some joy and positive influence in her life. And she could help gently tone Iota down if they get too loud.
Wyoming: No change. Him and Gary/Gamma are all good.
Wash: Eta. Wash (specifically in pfl) is outgoing and a bit silly/playful at times, I think he could help Eta feel a bit more confident and comfortable around others. Cons: both are worriers, might get stuck in a nervous spiral sometimes.

District Schools Can Unload Admin Workload with AI For Teachers
Tumblr media
Did you know that teachers spend up to 45% of their workweek on non-teaching tasks like grading, paperwork, and lesson planning? With such a large portion of their time taken up by admin duties, how can they possibly give students the attention they need? District schools across the US deal with a common challenge. Teachers spend a large part of their day on grading, documentation, and lesson planning. At the same time, school leaders work to improve academic performance, retain staff, and manage limited budgets. This constant pressure affects both teaching quality and staff wellbeing.
"AI for teachers is the best way forward." This blog answers this notion by showing how intelligent systems can lighten routine workloads and simultaneously strengthen instructional quality. Keep reading to know your answer.
1. Manageable Planning
Pedagogical planning lays the groundwork for effective teaching, but it demands creativity, standards alignment, and differentiation. Each of these aspects takes time and thoughtful effort. Educators struggle to plan engaging, inclusive lessons while managing day-to-day classroom needs. But now AI educational tools have made their way to the market to assist in content suggestion and step-by-step planning according to curriculum goals. These systems give teachers a well-structured base they can personalize, reducing stress while maintaining quality.
Below are AI-driven tools that support faster lesson planning.

Diffit: Converts any article, video, or content link into differentiated reading levels, discussion questions, and assessments.
Teacher AI Assistant: Automatically uploads handwritten lesson plans to educational platforms like VHL Central, Canvas, and Atlas. With TAIA, your teaching staff does not need to repetitively chart out lesson plans on a daily or weekly basis.
2. Low-Effort Grading
Grading takes up a significant amount of teacher time, especially when dealing with large student numbers and regular assessments. The process is repetitive, and delayed feedback reduces its value. AI teaching tools practically ease this burden. Assignments are scanned. Personalized comments are generated as per the formal grading rubric. As a result, your staff can use the leftover time to review errors and create richer assessments for deeper learning.
These platforms have been specifically developed to ease the grading burden:
Class Companion: Provides real-time suggestions and feedback to students while they write, allowing teachers to approve or edit comments quickly.
Gradescope: Revs grading for multiple-choice and written responses using automated grouping and answer recognition.
3. Gaining Actionable Insights
Teachers collect and manage a wealth of data on student performance, attendance, and behavior. However, the sorting process is time-consuming, and in the meantime, learning possibilities are missed. AI helps by combining all the data into one place and using predictive models to guide teachers' decisions. These systems red-mark struggling students, pinpoint result-oriented strategies, and list down impactful teaching methods. This gives your staff clearer direction and helps them stay focused on progress rather than feeling overloaded.
Two tools that can help transform classroom data into useful insights include:
Schoolytics: Combines data related to grades, attendance, and assignment work into a user-friendly dashboard, supporting both educators and school leaders.
PowerSchool Insights: Uses AI to identify at-risk students early and recommend timely support across classrooms.
4. Non-Stop Personalized Learning
Personalization is key to engagement and success in education, but delivering it manually across dozens of students is a hard nut to crack. However, AI easily cracks this nut and creates real-time learning experiences. These systems assess students' current understanding, adjust the difficulty of tasks, and suggest the next best steps. As a result, each student gets what they need, and teachers can guide instruction more effectively without creating dozens of individual plans.
Khanmigo: Acts as a robotic-like tutor that explains questions to pupils and gives custom follow-ups to educators.
Quizizz AI: Creates adaptive quizzes that adjust to class performance in real time and support self-paced learning.
5. Identifying At-Risk Students Early
