(this is my first time in YEARS creating an OC and actually putting in effort to research, name, etc so i apologise if it’s horrendous 🙏🙏)

- basic character info

8 years old. born: 1955, may 30. death: 1963 exact date unknown.

cause of death: overdose & organ failure

full name: Alison “Alice” Lin/爱丽森 “爱丽丝” 琳 (pronounced ‘lín’, meaning ‘fine jade’ in mandarin. it is what inspired the creator to add an emerald pendant to her design. emerald is said to bring luck, confidence, and eternity in chinese cultures.)

- background

her family is wealthy, but negative. both emotionally and physically. the young girl grew up an only child and an unstable environment as she had to constantly move from one place to another for her parents’ work, causing her to develop attachment issues.

though outgoing, the girl slowly withdrew more and more with each time she had to move, leaving her newly formed social groups behind.

in 1959, when Alison was 4, her family had moved to the united states of america for her father’s work. as an asian american, Alison sometimes faced discrimination from her peers, causing the poor girl to withdraw further. but despite that, Alison remained resilient, and even managed to befriend some girls in her class.

Alison’s parents were rarely present in her life, leaving her to take care of herself. Alison often daydreamed of a place of where she could be the center of attention, a place where she didn’t feel alone. that dream only expanded when Alison’s parents took her out on a rare occasion to the theaters, where she saw the re-release of a movie titled “Alice in Wonderland”.

from that day on, Alison took it upon herself to mimic the main character’s personality to the T, pretending that she was the young protagonist, hoping that one day she’d be able to find Wonderland as well.

She was obsessed, having begged her parents for the original books then rereading them over and over again.

- personality traits

Alison can come off as confident and self-centred, but under that persona, she is actually quite insecure. she often feels jealous whenever someone else is getting more attention than her. and also when someone looks more like alice than she does.

she can be quite competitive, as well as stubborn. she’s naive, and can also appear rude and sarcastic. though, she doesn’t have actual ill intentions most times. she just doesn’t know how to express herself.

Alison is outgoing. she enjoys being around others, despite how she might come off as to people. she’s capable, having learned how to take care of herself enough to get by from her parents never being home. but of course, there’s limits to what an 8 year old can do.

she’s brave, and surprisingly optimistic. she will go out of her way to defend those who she cares about, and she isn’t afraid to do so. she’s a quick learner, and curious. she had learned to wield an axe from when she saw her father chopping lumber.

- appearance (before her death)

black medium length, wavy hair neatly styled into two braids and held back by a white ribbon headband. her light brown eyes shined bright with determination and strength. she hid her emerald necklace under her apron, afraid of damaging it, as her mother had once told her that the jewel held virtues and luck. she wore a rose colored dress, paired with a completely white and clean apron, her leather dress shoes black, matching her hair, and her leggings white as well.

- (after her death)

paler/ghostly skin, disheveled hair, ribbon on headband loosely undone and drooping like bunny ears. her eyes are slightly dazed and glazed over eyes with a slight hint of green that matches her pendant. the jewel hung clearly from her neck, standing out from her now dirty dress and apron with black lace. her leggings are stained with mud and grass. she occasionally stumbles, unsteady on her feet and often feels dizzy. though, she doesn’t understand why. blood trickles from the side of her right arm, staining her sleeve.

- death

a medium sized, delicate glass bottle sat on the dinner table, the afternoon sunlight making it shine. Alison, having just came home from school, found the bottle intriguing. she remembered how in the books and movie, her favorite character took a sip of liquid out of a bottle, similar to the one that was in front of her, and shrunk in size.

Alison was a smart girl, and she knew better than to consume things that weren’t for her. and yet despite her better judgment, she reached for the bottle anyways, her desire winning over sensible thinking. she sniffed at the opened bottle, sensing something sweet.

thinking it shouldn’t be too bad, she took a sip. it was indeed sweet, and also felt silky. before she knew it, she had already drank a little more than half the bottle of liquid. she had no idea it was vodka that she had just drank.

Alison soon began to feel dizzy, yet also excited, thinking this was her way to wonderland. just out of her peripheral vision, she could’ve sworn she had seen a white rabbit, and so out the door she went.

eventually, Alison found herself standing in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by the woods. it was then that she spotted an opening beside a tall tree. it seemed to be an animal’s den, and without thinking, Alison dove in, head first. everything went dark.

she didn’t know how long it had been or what had happened. when she opened her eyes, she found herself lying on the grassy floor of the forests.

“hello…?” she called out as she slowly sat up. “ma? pa?” but to no avail. Alison soon brushed herself off before looking around, observing her surroundings. everything seemed so much brighter and fun, yet also a little blurry. she smiled happily, her problems and responsibilities forgotten. she was in Wonderland.

as the days went by, Alison felt like she was the happiest she has ever been. she was living her dream, having tea parties, playing croquet with the queen, wandering through the colorful woods and seas of flowers. “off with your head!” she would shout, whenever someone got in the way of something she wanted. and off their heads went indeed, blood pooling. she was finally satisfied.

Alison’s body was found two and a half days later, her blood pressure high from having gone head-first down the animal den, building up pressure in her skull and behind her eyes until her vital organs started to fail. the lack of oxygen suffocated her. her parents only noticed when they had gotten a call from the school about Alison’s absence in class. they had came home thinking Alison was in bed sleeping, since they always worked until late in the night. when the police finally found her, her body had already started to decompose from the rain and maggots. dried blood trickled from the side of her right arm from when she had scraped it against a twig, her skirt dirtied with leaves and mud.

poor, poor girl. she still hasn’t the slightest clue. to her, it was merely just a fun little trip. she’ll always be able to come back home when she’s decided she’s had enough… won’t she?

- facts

• Alison’s zodiac sign is gemini, and her chinese zodiac, the goat.

• her favorite color is rose—a mix of red and magenta—as seen on her dress. the color represents her bold and energetic personality, while also showing her stubbornness as well.

• Alison has yet to acknowledge her death, thinking that she had really jumped down the rabbit hole.

• she is quick-tempered, but calms down just as quickly. she is thought to have bipolar disorder, but it’s unclear, as she is still quite young to decipher.

• she still holds onto the green jade necklace she was gifted from her mother, believing that the luck it brought was what led her to Wonderland.

• her weapon of choice is an axe, easy to decapitate anyone that dares to defy her. despite her young age and fragile-looking form, she swings it with ease.

• her constant dizziness is her weakness, causing her to occasionally stumble or miss her strikes, especially with how heavy her weapon is.

• ‘Alison Wonderland’ unintentionally shares a name with a music artist and the creator only found out after the fact because he did research for everything else except the name apparently. the creator now has a new song added to his playlist.

• Alison died at 8 years old, and cannot age physically nor mentally, as she is stuck in her own dream land where everything goes her way, and her way only. **please do not age her up for the purpose of sexualisation or inappropriate pairings.**

• her hair is tied with green hair ties, matching her pendant necklace.
