Peptides for Stress Management: Building Emotional and Physical Resilience
Stress isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a biological disruptor that affects mental clarity, physical health, and overall performance. Whether it’s the relentless demands of work, the pressure of personal responsibilities, or the modern world’s fast pace, chronic stress wears down the body at the cellular level.
Enter Bioactive Precision Peptides™—the next-generation solution for stress regulation and emotional resilience. Backed by MAKE Wellness’ cutting-edge AI-optimized peptide research and Justin Prince’s leadership in wellness innovation, peptides are reshaping the landscape of stress management by addressing the root cause—not just the symptoms.
Why Chronic Stress Is Holding You Back
📉 Physical Health Risks → Chronic stress is linked to heart disease, poor immunity, and inflammation. 😞 Mental Burnout → Stress fuels anxiety, depression, and disrupted sleep cycles. 🚀 Lower Productivity → Cognitive fatigue reduces focus, decision-making, and overall performance.
Many traditional stress solutions—like caffeine for energy or sedatives for relaxation—offer only temporary relief while worsening long-term resilience. Peptides provide a science-backed alternative, working at the cellular level to optimize stress regulation naturally.
How Peptides Reduce Stress & Build Resilience
🔬 Peptides are small amino acid fragments that act as messengers, signaling the body to balance hormones, regulate the nervous system, and restore cellular health. When it comes to stress management, peptides work in three key ways:
☑️ 1. Hormonal Balance & Cortisol Regulation Stress disrupts hormone levels, leading to high cortisol, poor mood, and fatigue. Peptides like DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) and Selank help: ✔️ Regulate cortisol (the stress hormone) ✔️ Boost serotonin & melatonin for mood stability & restful sleep ✔️ Prevent burnout by supporting adrenal function
☑️ 2. Nervous System Regulation Chronic stress overstimulates the nervous system, triggering fight-or-flight responses that keep you on edge. Peptides like Semax and Epitalon work to: ✔️ Calm overactive stress responses ✔️ Enhance neuroplasticity for emotional resilience ✔️ Promote relaxation and balanced energy
☑️ 3. Cellular Repair & Inflammation Control Long-term stress damages cells and triggers inflammation, leading to fatigue, brain fog, and poor immunity. Peptides like BPC-157 and TB-500 support: ✔️ Cellular repair & recovery ✔️ Reduction of oxidative stress ✔️ Stronger immune function & longevity
The Holistic Advantage of Peptides
Unlike quick fixes like caffeine or anti-anxiety meds, peptides work in harmony with other stress-reducing practices:
🧘‍♂️ Mindfulness + Peptides → Meditation calms the mind, peptides enhance neurochemical balance 🏃‍♀️ Exercise + Peptides → Fitness reduces cortisol, peptides speed up recovery 🥑 Nutrition + Peptides → A healthy diet fuels the body, peptides optimize cellular function
MAKE Wellness is pioneering AI-powered peptide formulations that complement a holistic stress management approach—ensuring long-term emotional resilience without dependency or crashes.
Peptides vs. Traditional Stress Solutions
Traditional MethodsBioactive Precision Peptides™🚫 Temporary relief (caffeine, alcohol, meds)✅ Addresses root cause of stress🚫 Energy crashes & dependency✅ Sustained energy & emotional stability🚫 Short-term symptom relief✅ Long-term resilience & cellular health

-brain damage with severe memory lapses and amnesia
-He now has some sort of cybernetic enhancement to cope with these issues
Unclear what sort of torture Zero had him put through but it did leave him unconscious and in a coma again for a while
Carolina
possible broken ribs after using the speed unit during the Sarcophagus heist
Eta and Iota potentially caused brain damage in the fight against Tex
Tex punched her so hard she was knocked unconscious
coma
The Meta ripped Eta and Iota out of her head = brain damage and damage at implant site
tossed off a cliff right after having AI ripped out of her head
Stabbed in the leg by Felix
twisted or broken ankle in the first fight against Sharkface
fell off the cliff and through a bunch of tree branches in that same fight
Fell out of the monorail in the second fight against Sharkface. There were no lasting injuries visible, but she was definitely holding her ribs
slash across the back (shoulder to hip) with an energy sword
Spent eight days in armour lock with no food or water
broken arm
Uncertain what injuries she did get, but she was kind of embedded in a wall after Zero’s blast
fell from about 10 feet up after that blast. She was clearly limping and needed support after that
Deathmatch vs Meta
-slash across front (shoulder to hip) with bruteshot

We are getting really close to the scene in lost fragment of snow that was genuinely confusing in the book, and it's the scene were everyone in the circus is killed. I think what we will probably get is a scene were mana finally ends up giving into despair after he is hit and then allen is fed to a lion.
I think that with more current info, i can say for sure that sleeve earl and mana are a hybird. This will likely cause a resurgence of sleeve earl into taking over the body and becoming whole. This only lasts for a short time however and when cross confronts him after the rest of the circus has died from the audience turning into akuma(which i suppose are implied to be constantly just around the earl and is probably one of the many reasons cross warned Allen to stay away) some exchange of words or damage causes a lots of control. This damage however also hurts mana(or potentially just being forced out off control) causing him to loose even more memories as seen when mana and Allen reunite the next day.
Now i think we can agree that sleeve earl exists as a third entity, especially since her recent art exhibit interview, as she talked about the suit being a super sophisticated golem. I think in this case as with tim and lero yhat "golem" refers to AI. Id argue with the weird phrasing like helix of life and all the biotech style that magic is more often than not just more advanced technology, and wherever the noahs came from likely was, hence why they say they only seem strong because we have become so weak. This is only further shown with innocences resemblance to machines like its gear like parts and percentage resonance.
The noah memories in general i think are some kind of AI that passes through generation lines, carrying significant portions of its past forward and then fusing with a similar person in their lineage. For example early on road would have been just road, then through some means either became an AI(or was given a piece of someone that counts as one under golem, its unclear). Regardless once connected to the noah memory, it acts like a save file and becomes more sophisticated with time. It carries each life and gives all those memories, feelings and drives to a new body. So new road would remember being road, her life and everything, but also the life they had been living up until the two combined. Over time the noah memory keeps getting larger and larger to the point new experiences are so small, relatively speaking, that it overrides much more than normal. Since they are fuzed as one being they likely cant be separated without mutually assured destruction, were the current entity will die and any remains will not be the origionals, if anything remains at all. An example of this is that tyki could not be made human by Allen I their fight i the arc, despite having a blade that should destroy only part of him. Admittedly tyki is a special case though, and more tyki backstory is needed.
Changes from body to body become more subtle, but the base, which likely has a distinct core function as seen by its response to certain tasks and ideas, remains a strong aspect. This creates an almost reincarnation like effect for them, needing to only find a new body to continue.
The suit is like this, but different. I don't know how the original earl split, but i do think that some aspect of him was placed on the suit. I would like to say its the original version of the noah memories of the earl and nea got like a brand new copy, but i actually have no idea what memories he has of being past earl so its mostly a guess. Regardless the noah actually all seem to transform in some way when they get mega pissed. Im looking at you skinn, jasdevi, and tyki/joyd. So the suit is likely that kind of thing, but way more distinct and capable of acting autonomously. Since they all have different forms it makes sense that his would also be unique. They all probably represent some inner desire related to their memory. Skinn is just rage so big angry man works fine. Jasdero and devit are bonds so they want most to be one. Tyki got all fucked up before he changed so i got nothing, but it had a heavy does of sadism, which I guess is pleasure? Taking into account that killing in horrible graphic ways is his guilty pleasure it kinda makes sense.
So because of that, this sentient AI is constantly trying to pair with half a fucking brain because nea and mana only share one brain cell. Some kind of resistance from mana or strain causes him to constantly fall ill or comatose. Now to be clear on naming, sleeve earl does not refer to themselves as adam in the mirror scene nor does he refer to mana as adam, and only uses "we" when talking to mana about being the earl. Oddly enough the earls self pronouns are we, using wagashi which is kind of like the japanese equivalent of the royal we used in europe for the entirety of the series. For the record, mana in the flashbacks uses male or single they pronouns, i don't remember if he uses boku or watashi, but he uses at least one if not both.
So from this it seems millennium earl is a title, used by whatever is paired with the suit. Adam is the original name of the noah, and is the preferred name of the current earl aside from the title.
This circumstance was likely caused by the rest of the noah, who are using the earl for something related by the pillar. His separation either by accident or by intent was likely by the hands of his family trying to keep control for their ends. This is why the current earl is called a broken puppet and has so many things around him related to acting and stage plays. He is playing a role, the red clown to allens white clown as stated in the ark arc. He even wears a mask. His memories and mind have been damaged though, therefore broken. However broken puppet for both allen and the earl could also refer to a puppet that doesnt work as a double meaning, implying they can no longer be controlled or puppeted.
It is also implied that he is still unaware of this betrayal, but it is likely nea does to some degree as it would explain why he became a traitor and killed his own family. To be clear, i dont think all of the noah know everything, and i dont think they dont actually care for the earl. It seems they still genuinely follow him to their death and see him as one of their own, especially in cases like road, tyki and wisely.
Now early i said that different generations of noah would cope woth reincarnating differently. Since the earl only died once before 7000 years ago, id say resetting to a new body with only 17 years would be just smashed flat by any algorithm with that much data. However manas feelings are still the newest, and so still have an impact even on the current earl.
Now we come to resurrecting mana. How? Why? Well i dont know. But my guess is whatever part was the memories of mana for the 20 or so years he lived, or at least his memories at death, are in allen. His curse and weird hallucinations of mana seem to suggest it. Alternatively that part of his soul may have passed on, or it fuzed with the noah memory making the origional mana part of the hive and much like tyki and his noah memories cannot be seperated. Not good regardless.
As two additional things, i want to mention that hoshino is a twin and has always been obsessed with it, so having twins in her book was inevitable. What is extra weird is hoshino was actually going to be a triplet, but either her or her sister absorbed it before birth. She has mentioned it in dgm interviews and i cant PROVE it translates to anything in the plot but its suspicious. She also still list mana, nea and the earl as distinct in every book up to date in extra novels and at the start of her books. Oh and her favorite hat for the earl right now? The one featured on the most recent chapter? Has two faces on the front that are visible, and one in the back thats hidden, and the most recent art has the back face as the only one visible, angrily staring allen down. Great art foreshadowing if im right. Its also usually sleeve earl, if not exclusively, that wear it.
The second thing is mana talking about love and drive in the most recent chapter just brings up the earl having the noah memory of love or devotion or something for me. Ive written about it before but it just seems to fit. This character is all about that from the ability to fuze loved ones together to the hearts he talks with and his drives being based on grand acts of devotion, being by their side etc. Mana also loved and adopted both and dog and a homeless child and keeps talking about how the world is so beautiful despite all the bad. The earl literally acts like the whole noah clans mom by his own words and cooks for them, and both of them go out of their way to be cartoony to break tension. The earl literally goes and buys a single red rose from a poor girl while tyki pontificate on how he doesnt act like a villain. He doesnt take an umbrella because he wants to feel the rain. He talks about how what he does is in human nature and requires a connection between two people. He is even designed with his ideal colors as red and purple with white, as well as being designed after flowers. I know this probably doesnt make sense, but its stuck in my head.

Yo everybody, here have some VRAINS Fanfic Ideas/Prompts
I'll probably try my hand at these myself at some point, but I'm putting them out for anyone to use because I probably wouldn't write them well. Prompt #1: Yusaku can see and/or summon Duel Spirits. Just a general thing, feel free to do whatever you want with this one. Some of the following prompts are a more fleshed out version of this concept.
One of the thoughts that spawned this idea was what if Yusaku was spirit sensitive during the Lost Incident, and thus was pretty much adopted by Duel Spirits. Fast forward ten years, and he has a Jiraiya of the Sannin-level spy network without anyone being any the wiser. There was also the thought of stern and standoffish Playmaker being Soft(™) with his monsters. Animal-like and The simple machine monsters would be pets. The human-like monsters would range from parental figures, to older or younger siblings to small children. The Code Talkers would absolutely act like how medieval knights would toward their king/liege. His dragons would be the seemingly ferocious guard dogs that growl at anything within 30 feet of Yusaku, but are in reality “the attention span of a sparrow” puppies. (They are adorable and Yusaku loves them, yes he does. Firewall really is a ferocious guard dog with everyone except Yusaku tho)
You could also do a Yusaku slowly awakens to the ability to see/hear Duel Spirits mid-canon (at any point in the plot you want).
This could be funny: Yusaku being confused(™) until it makes sense, or angsty: Yusaku getting incredibly paranoid/anxious or thinking he's actually going insane while his friends/allies/fans begin to worry as he begins to act strangely.
(I just really want Spirit/Psychic Duelist!Yusaku in any form okay?)
Prompt #2: The one where Yusaku catches the eye of Stardust Dragon, and is subsequently adopted by said dragon without any say in the matter.
(Bonus if Yusei is just there and serenely lets it happen.)
Stardust: this is my son I will vaporize anything that hurts him
Yusei: yea cool guess I've got a little brother now
Yusaku: ...do I get any say in th-
Stardust: shh my sweet child I will protect you
Yusei: no not really
Yusaku:
Random Knight of Hanoi #179: *hurts Yusaku, is realizing his error* OOOOOH SHIIII-!!!!! SOL Tech: *sweats*
Note #1 - Yusaku can see Duel Spirits in this AU. They tend to materialize themselves [read: to defend their precious child] in his general vicinity whenever they feel like it. Den City as a whole is pretty much resigned to and somewhat fond/proud of this fact. (Most of its residents have in fact all adopted Yusaku as well. Tourists are usually hella confused.)
Tourist: hey does that kid have a Kuriboh on his head? Den City Resident: that's just Yusaku, don't mind him
Tourist: is that a goddamn DRAGON??? Den City Resident: *serenely, not even looking* that's normal everything is fine
Tourist: ?!??! Note #2 - Yusei can be along for the ride. If so, he and Stardust are pretty much post-5D's immortal gods that watch over mankind while the Crimson Dragon sleeps.
Note #3 - Can be cracky, serious, angsty, or anything in-between, go wild! Prompt #3: How to Train Your [Cracking/Borrel/Stardust/Sky/Winged] Dragon - The one where Duel Monsters wander freely and peacefully around VRAINS when not in use during duels, and Playmaker stumbles across an injured Cracking Dragon. Chaos ensues as he helps and inadvertently befriends the beast. Note - Could alternatively have the Duel Monster be one of Revolver's "Borrel" Dragons, Stardust Dragon, or- for the lols- Slifer the Sky Dragon or the Winged Dragon of Ra. Prompt #4: The one where Yusaku is thrown headfirst from Link VRAINS into the world of My Hero Academia, with Ai along for the ride. (Can be cracky, serious, angsty, or anything in-between, go wild!) Suggestions that don't have to be used - Yusaku's “Quirk” could be his Link Sense, only amplified to the point where he has the ability to connect to/hack the network and manipulate it however he wishes with any electronic device or his thoughts. He can also summon his Cyberse monsters by forming them from raw data. Yusaku can also turn into Playmaker to hide his identity.
Ai can either remain in Yusaku’s duel disk, or leave it in either his tiny or full sized “human” forms. He can also transform into his six-armed monster form, in which he can consume data to either save or delete it. Kaminari could possibly trigger Yusaku's PTSD with his Quirk on accident. Prompt #5: The one where Yusaku is unknowingly infected with a virus, and all hell breaks loose. Can either be pretty-much-drunk/high!Yusaku, or essentially Berserk Jinchuriki!Yusaku, or just angst. NOTHING sexual, please. Prompt #6: The one where Link VRAINS falls prey to a virus/hacker, leaving everyone currently logged in with no way to log out- including Playmaker. Basically SAO, YGO-style. Go wild with this one. Prompt #7: The one where VRAINS and the real world are merged without any warning, and Yusaku is unfortunately smack in the middle of Algebra when his Link Sense goes crazy...seconds before he forcefully glitches into Playmaker right in front of his entire class. (This one was a random thought, and can be cracky, serious, or angsty.)
Prompt #8: The one where Yusaku’s account is hacked so that his avatar has the features of Firewall Dragon, and he can’t remove them. (...It was Ghost Girl’s fault, he just knew it.) Note - Yusaku has Firewall Dragon's halo, wings, tail, and can have some of its armor. He can also have elongated canines and claws. (And yes, the original thought was Ghost Girl pranking Playmaker.)
Prompt #9: The one where Yusaku is blind or deaf IRL due to permanent damage suffered during the Lost Incident, but he has his sight/hearing while in VRAINS because it isn't his physical body. (Conversely, he still lacks his missing sense(s) even while in VR, and is just really good at hiding being blind/deaf.) Suggestions for this AU that don't have to be used:
Note #1 - Can use one of two types of damage as the cause of Yusaku's disability:
Direct Damage: Yusaku suffered damage directly to his eyes/ears, allowing VRAINS to ignore said damage and for Yusaku to temporarily recover his lost sense while logged in. Brain Damage: The electric shocks caused damage directly to the parts of Yusaku's brain that are responsible for sight/hearing, which causes the damage to carry over even while Yusaku is logged into VRAINS. Note #2 - If blind, Yusaku programs his avatar's eyes to automatically track people's movements and faces so that he can “look" at them, and his cards to either have braille text, or an audio feed that only he can hear that reads his cards off to him. May have Ai and/or Roboppi serve as something similar to a seeing eye dog. Or you could throw Prompt #1 into the mix and also have Duel Spirits help Yusaku out. Yusaku can have a specially programmed set of (Ai-themed) headphones that Ai can inhabit that allow the Ignis to speak with him privately or IRL. They are a headset in VRAINS and earbuds IRL.] Note #3 - If deaf, Yusaku knows sign and is mute as well. He has specially programmed text boxes that allow him to read everything his opponent says during duels, and follow whatever is going on easier. Yusaku can have a specially programmed phone that Ai can inhabit to send him text messages when IRL. Ai can also learn Sign.] Note #4 - In either version, Yusaku knows Morse Code and programs his avatar to have a higher sensitivity to vibrations as well. Ai is also quite a bit more protective of Yusaku.
Prompt #10: Playmaker counts out his convictions in threes for everyone to hear. Fujiki Yusaku hasn't spoken in ten years. (AKA The Selectively Mute Yusaku AU.) Prompt #11: The one where the same virus that killed Dr. Kogami traps and fragments Playmaker's consciousness data (mind) in Link VRAINS, thereby rendering him comatose, and his allies are left with no way to rescue him- save for delving into his fragmented mind to wake him up in person. Basically the Danny Phantom's-class-enters-his-mind fic, VRAINS-style. If you've ever read one of those fics, you'll get the concept, but I'll try to explain it a little anyway. [Note #1 - Suggestions for the people who enter Yusaku's mind are: Ai, Kusanagi, Takeru, Flame, Ryoken, Spectre (follows Ryoken), Akira, Ema, Aoi, Aqua, Go (hacks in), Roboppi (brought by Ai), and Kengo (also hacks in).] [Note #2 - The group has to experience Yusaku's memories as they attempt to save him- including those of the Lost Incident- in visceral detail. (I, personally, would serve still-in-his-asshole-phase-Go a nice heaping helping of #Guilt/Remorse/Horror(™) if you have him witness the memories.)] [Note #3 - The facets of Yusaku's personality are fragmented, with each being represented as their own separate version of Yusaku. Some suggestions are as follows (feel free to use them or do your own thing). Anger: Playmaker, and his eyes as well as the glow lines of his suit are red. Fear: Yusaku in his pajamas, as he was when he was shown suffering night terrors. Happiness: Six year-old Yusaku before he suffered the Lost Incident. Sadness: Base Yusaku, but he barely reacts to anything or anyone. His eyes are blue and he is constantly crying in near silence.
Hate: Think pissed off and severely injured Playmaker, but if he also had Vector(Zexal) or Lightning's twisted personality traits.
Self Doubt: Yusaku as a nervous wreck and blaming himself for everything that has ever gone wrong. Shyness: Yusaku, but if he acted like Reira(ARC-V) or Hinata from Naruto.
Confidence: Playmaker, but friendly and smiling and enjoying dueling.
Selflessness: Yusaku, but his color scheme is predominantly white. Would sacrifice himself for his allies.
Selfishness: Playmaker, but his color scheme is predominantly black. Would cast his allies aside without a second glance.
The true Yusaku can him as he normally appears, or his beat-up six year-old self just before being rescued, or a beat-up six year-old Playmaker.] Prompt #12: Dark Signer AU. The one where Yusaku didn't survive the Lost Incident, but thanks to being a Dark Signer, nobody realizes this little detail. (I need more Dark Signer!Yusaku m'kay? Nemesis by DarkZorua100 is glorious, bUT i neeD mORe) [Note #1 - Angst obviously, unless you can somehow put a humorous spin on Yusaku trying to hide the fact that he's, y'know, dead from everybody. And semi-failing. Takeru: ooooh my god he's f*cking dead yoU'RE a f*CKinG zomBIE-
Yusaku: wait i can expla-
Takeru: *illegible screeches of terror*
(i'm a terrible person who would make this funny heLP)
Can have the temperament of Yusaku's Immortal vary depending on whether you do angst or humor:
Angst: Either a complete asshole that makes Yusaku's unlife hell, or semi-benevolent. Humor: Excited puppy.]
[Note #2 - Stray thought was that Yusaku's Earthbound Immortal could be Ai's monster form? Or at least based on it. (or even be the reason Ai has it, since none of the other Ignis seemed to have alternate forms.)] [Note #3 - In my version, Yusaku was the only Lost Child to actually die. But you can have some or all of the rest of the children be Dark Signers too.] [Note #4 - Yusaku appears normal to everyone IRL- save for the facts that he-
Has no heartbeat and is strangely pale.
Exudes no body heat.
Never eats/sleeps or seems to react to pain when hurt (he doesn't bleed either).
He's a walking corpse and most people just don't connect the dots. In VRAINS, he's Playmaker as normal, but his sclera can change to, or permanently are, black. He also has a mark on his left cheek under his eye that's vaguely reminiscent of lines of digital coding.] Feel free to use any of these! Please send me a link to any stories you may write!

An odd comparison
WARNING! SPOILERS FOR GEN:LOCK, RED VS BLUE, AND MEGA MAN ZERO! (Although the latter two have been out for years by now, so it’s hard to say if they’re really spoilers at this point.)
Tumblr media
So I’d like to point out the extreme oddity that I’ve run into the same plot point with 3 separate series I love now. And all 3 of them deal with the main protagonist of their respective series. First there’s Julian Chase...
Tumblr media
who’s a copy of his this guy, Nemesis. Chase’s brain was uploaded to his Holon (giant mecha) and he got captured by the Union, who proceeded to turn him into this monster bent on getting back to his living body, killing his copy, and getting revenge on the Vanguard, who he was convinced abandoned him. Meanwhile the Vanguard had a fresh copy of his mind that they then proceeded to convince him that he was the real Chase. Eventually the truth is revealed, the original and copy fight, and the copy kills the original.
Tumblr media
Next we have Church. To be more specific, this is Epsilon. He’s the memories of the Alpha AI, who also was usually just called Church. (For a bonus bit of hilarity, both Epsilon and Chase tend to stick to holographic form due to usually not having a physical body to use, and they’re both from series created by Rooster Teeth.)
Tumblr media
They are both based on this man, Dr Leonard Church, also known as the Director. He created the Alpha AI based on his own mind as part of Project Freelancer, a program designed to pair specialized soldiers with AI to help in the war with the Covenant. (Aliens) The Alpha split off a fragment designated Beta, which was based off the Director’s late wife. This gave him the idea to forcibly separate the Alpha into various fragments to obtain more AI, due to only getting clearance for one. Eventually after much torture, the Alpha split off its memories, designated Epsilon. Years later the Alpha was destroyed in an EMP blast with most of the other fragments, Epsilon both became the Alpha technically reborn while also developing its own sense of self, and after a confrontation between Epsilon and the Director, the Director committed suicide while Epsilon went on to live its life. (Well, what remained of its life anyway.)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Finally we have Zero of the Mega Man franchise. Originally a mysterious red robot discovered by the Maverick Hunters, (Sort of a robot/reploid police force. Mavericks are basically robot criminals.) he was defeated due to exhibiting maverick behavior and woke up with amnesia. He then joined the Maverick Hunters due to not having designed purpose in life (as far as he knew at the time) and being seemingly built with combat in mind. He would proceed to become one of the greatest Hunters period, earning them many victories in the Maverick Wars, while also learning of his mysterious past alongside fellow Hunter Mega Man X, before sealing himself away.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Flash forward 100 years. He wakes up with no memory (again) by soliders of a Reploid Resistance, who explain that the world government, known as Neo Arcadia, is hunting down any Reploids they can, putting them in internment camps, and proceeding to harvest their energy when needed due to the recent energy crisis. Zero agrees to help, reclaiming some memories in the process, and learns that after the Maverick Wars were ended by X, a human named Dr Weil started an event known as the Elf Wars. (Cyber Elfs are powerful digital beings capable of even altering reality.) Weil did this by taking the Mother Elf, corrupting into the Dark Elf, and pairing it with Omega, a Reploid AI using Zero’s original body which Weil had stolen. (As pictured above) Zero was given a copy body to help, before if was heavily damaged and put into the place where the Resistance discovered him. The Elf Wars meanwhile caused worldwide devastation, leading to the state it’s in now with a barely inhabitable planet, an only 40% of the human population and 10% of the reploid population left, leaving a massive energy crisis. Eventually, Weil and Omega return, Zero is forced to destroy his original body, comes to the conclusion that the body doesn’t matter. His heart and mind make him the true Zero.
I just wanted to point out how odd it was that I’ve experienced this same type of plot 3 different times in similar ways, all through series’ I love. If you read all this, thank you and I’m sorry for wasting your time.

Mimneskesthai - Misrecollect - Amnesia pt 1
Series:  Mimneskesthai Title: Misrecollect Chapter: Amnesia pt 1 (2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | AO3) (Hypomnesia) Fandom: Red vs Blue Characters: Agent Florida/Butch Flowers Story Summary: Church blamed his faulty memory on the head injury. Everything was all mixed up. He’s pretty sure he’s got the most important bits down now; if only Captain Flowers would stop asking. Honestly it’s like Agent Florida—Flowers—Florida?—thought Church would give him away.
Oh.
Oh.
Well this explained a lot.
.
Wherein Alpha’s memories are even more of a mess than previously thought.
a·mnesia – n. modern latin               1. loss of a large block of interrelated memories; complete or partial loss of memory caused by brain injury, shock, etc.               2. loss of memory from –               a- – prefix; latin                             1. Not               -mnesia – suffix; latin                             1. (condition or type of) memory               from –                             a·mnesia – n. greek                                           1. forgetfulness
When you are missing such a large gap of yourself everything feels off-balance. The first few days after the implantation and arrival and Blood Gulch Outpost Alpha—thank fuck they were off-books or else Agent Florida would question the Director’s sanity for naming the outpost after the AI they were hiding—Alpha was tired, ill, and the adjustment phase lasted much longer than the scientists of Project Freelancer predicted. Agent Florida, at first, feared that Alpha was headed toward rampancy. He had his orders at any rate; any sign of remembering the trauma of Project Freelancer or instability then the project was terminated.
Florida sighed and leaned back in his chair, nestled within the caverns beneath Blood Gulch and away from V.I.C. – there was only so much interruptions he could afford, and while normally he was a cheerful fellow he needed to be serious for this. Agent Florida’s specialty was after all infiltration—observation—analyzation—and he needed to work on the logs and reports before him about Alpha’s mental state. Smart AI were—problematic—after all. Too many variables to deal with compared to a regular computer program; unpredictable in most cases, much like the humans they were based off.
Florida pursed his lips together and scrolled through what he did have in regard to Alpha so far, and what the AI ‘remembered’ since implantation into Private Jimmy.
Mother of Invention Crash Site – mistaken as Sidewinder (?)              —Potentially a merger between crash site and implantation; probe further Crash; Agent Texas’ rampage to get to Alpha – massacre at Sidewinder                                                   —Director approved; at least Alpha is consistent Private Jimmy and implantation – death from Agent Texas by beating with his own skull (?)                              —potential signs of permanent damage; watch carefully Agent Texas—AI Fragment “Beta”—and Alpha – romantic relationship (?)                           —Director did not like the implication; fragments of potential AI-connection Private Jimmy and Alpha – friends (?) no sign of Private Jimmy consciousness resurfacing                       —Alpha unclear on this front; probe further; continue to watch
The vitals for Private Jimmy’s body were stable. Florida kept up careful monitor on that front just in case the connection between implant and host became unstable and potentially damaging. The host needed to remain intact and functioning; especially since the entire scenario already started. To change things now would cause problems later down the road. Florida liked Private Tucker—he was amusing. It’d be a shame to have to terminate the Private’s tenure with the Blue Sim Army.
Not that Florida wouldn’t terminate Private Tucker’s tenure if it came down to it. The host body and Alpha came first; Florida’s priorities were not compromised. It’d be a shame, sure, but Florida would quite honestly feel nothing aside from a small bit of regret at the loss of entertainment. Granted keeping Alpha safe grew harder and harder as the days passed. The AI was determined to take this ‘war’ seriously, and while everyone in the canyon aside from the AI was expendable that didn’t mean Florida wanted to go out and hunt more toys to play with.
Florida liked his current toys; they were amusing and so utterly perfect.
About the only concern that Florida had in regards to the host body’s condition laid in the fact that Alpha suffered from headaches, confusion, short term memory loss, and fainting spells. Florida needed more specialized equipment to make sure the implantation procedure didn’t produce brain damage. It’d be terrible if Alpha’s new host couldn’t function properly; and it’d make Florida’s job even harder.
Florida sighed and rubbed at his forehead. He made a short note into his records – no changes or new recollections – and stood from his work station. Time to return to Outpost Alpha; he’d been away long enough working through this problem. Besides, who knew what those silly kids got up to? Florida would hate to have to perform damage control. Damage control was always so troublesome and messy.
A nap also sounded rather nice. Must be around that time, then, Florida mused as he headed out of the caves and back to the outpost.

snarkpick‌:
“Lina, unless the details are pretty damn extenuating, the situation is still pretty fucking grim. You still- you still have the twins in. If you do you have to feel the same thing the rest of us do in the AI, that…obsession.” What other word is there for it? It’s hard to describe, but distinct. “It doesn’t add up. If they’re fragments, where’s the Alpha AI. And more importantly, why are they called fragments.” It’s a very on the nose name, and one that raises questions. Fragments of what? Fragmented how? York has never been good at ‘just following orders.’ “You have to see why I need to know the truth.”
✮ “I’ve seen the Alpha.” At least, she was pretty sure that was the Alpha. Before the mission to retrieve the Sarcophagus; before all of the fragments. She had a feeling she wasn’t supposed to see, and she was smart enough to know that whatever the sarcophagus was had to have something to do with why she’s never heard the Alpha’s voice since, and something to do with the fragments. That wasn’t her focus, though. Everybody had about a third of the answer as to what her focus was, but she couldn’t come clean without the depths of her part in all of this laid bare.
She had hoped beyond hope that the creation of the fragments was somehow humane. Maybe her father had faund a way to split the AI into pieces without causing damage. They were software, after all. She didn’t know what constituted pain, or how one would go about taking out that inter-tangled mesh of code. As she understood it, sections of code would have to be duplicated for the fragment to even be functional, and copying an AI was impossible. In hardware terms, half of what made an AI an AI was in active memory rather than base code; you can remove a hard drive but the RAM data is fleeting, and so is the personality attached. But these all had different personalities, so maybe it did have something to do with duplicating the base data? But if it did, how did he get them functioning? Her father’s work had been prevalent throughout most of her childhood, but at the end of the day, he was the expert, not her.
“I just... It can’t be as bad as it sounds. There’s got to be a way to..” She was derailing herself, and it caused confusion, and confusion hurt. When Eta and Iota had broken down, they’d forced themselves into her implants - into her head - far more aggressively than she could handle. That was why she’d fallen into the coma so easily; her brain couldn’t handle the pressure of two brand new AI diving straight in and having a breakdown. Whose could? Wash’s sure couldn’t. With time, maybe, she could heal, but as it was it hurt to think too hard, to emote too hard. Eta and Iota were very emotional fragments and had their own individual emotional response to everything she had one too, and combined... It was too much. Anger, sadness, and pain all flashed across her face, but her helmet remained a relatively neutral mask. Her vocal inflection said everything that her helmet couldn’t, though, and some people knew how to read that better.
“I wish I could just... Tell you. Everything. But I... I can’t.” It hurt too much. It was too late to be open, when honesty hurt so much.

Natural treatments and home remedies for managing Parkinson's disease
Natural treatments and home remedies for managing Parkinson's disease
This is a chronic and degenerative neurological disorder which is affecting older people most often. The Parkinson’s disease is affecting men more than women. There are some studies in which are said that the Parkinson’s disease is caused by a combination of environmental and genetic factors. The most common symptoms of Parkinson’s disease are difficulty walking, poor balance, muscle stiffness and tremors. [1] Also there are other symptoms of Parkinson’s disease which can affect the mood and other behaviors, such as sexual dysfunction; voice changes; skin problems; trouble sleeping; digestive issues, including constipation; trouble speaking or eating normally; urinary problems; depression and fatigue. [2] The symptoms of this disorder can vary from person to person. As we have said earlier, this is a chronic disease which means that the symptoms persist over a long period of time and it progresses with age. Hormonal imbalances and other medical conditions can affect your cognitive health and they can increase the inflammation. Unhealthy lifestyle, food allergies, nutrient deficiencies and poor diet can increase the risk of Parkinson’s disease. [3] You need to talk with your doctor if you suffer from Parkinson’s disease before you start using some of the below mentioned home remedies for this disease.
Home remedies for Parkinson’s disease
Ashwagandha: This natural cure can help in the management of symptoms of Parkinson’s disease that are related to balance, movement and muscle control by regulating dopamine levels. Also it can fight against free radicals, lower the inflammation and enhance the antioxidant activity in the body. [3,4] The recommended dosage is 300 – 1200 mg of ashwagandha extract or one to two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder and you should take them two times per day with meals. You can take this dosage for short – term and long – term usage. Also you can make a mild decoction with ashwagandha powder or mix it with honey, ghee, buttermilk or milk. Also you can find ashwagandha as capsules. Talk with your doctor before you start taking ashwagandha. St. John’s wort: Depression is one of the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. The natural treatment of this disease is also involving managing of depression [5,6]. In the most cases, antidepressants will make you sleepy and you will not be able to do your everyday activities. St. John’s wort can help in the treatment of mild – to – moderate depression. If you have severe depression that is associated with Parkinson’s disease, then you will need medical help. This natural cure is commonly used as a natural remedy across European nations. The recommended dosage for St. John’s wort is about 300 mg, three times per day. You need to ask your doctor for the proper dosage for you before you start taking this supplement. It is known that the St. John’s wort can interfere with other medical treatments and you should not take it with other antidepressants. Vitamin C: You can use this vitamin as an antioxidant to prevent the free radical damage. Also this vitamin can support the strong immune function. It is recommended taking 750 mg of Vitamin C, 4 times per day. Vitamin D: If you want to maintain bone health, then you should be sure that your diet is including a lot of calcium and Vitamin D. Those people who are over age of 50 should consume 1500 mg of calcium along with at least 800 IU of Vitamin D. They can get the Vitamin D from supplements, foods and sun. Cocoa: It is known fact that the cocoa extracts can help in the regulation of dopamine levels in people who suffer from Parkinson’s disease. It has flavonol which together with other substances (such as caffeine) are having neuroprotective effect in the Parkinson’s disease as well as in the Alzheimer’s disease. [7,8]
Natural cures for Parkinson's disease
Broad beans: This natural cure is rich in L – dopa. If you suffer from Parkinson’s disease and you eat these beans on regular basis, then they can improve the motor movements, especially if this disease is in the beginning stages. The whole plant is nutritious but the pod is most effective source of L – dopa. [9,10] If you use broad beans in excess amounts, then they can cause stomach upset or allergies. You need to talk with your doctor about the proper dosages before you start taking as your natural treatment for Parkinson’s disease. Fish oil: Omega – 3 fatty acids which are part of the fish oil are very beneficial for our health. Also they can treat Parkinson’s disease. When you use fish oil on regular basis, then it can prevent neuronal cell death and it can help with Parkinson’s disease. The Omega – 3 fatty acids in it have antioxidant properties which can reduce the oxidative stress and fight against Parkinson’s disease. There are many studies in which are shown that the fish oil can combat the depression without help of antidepressants. Before you start taking fish oil you need to talk with your doctor because the type of food and medicines which you take should be considered in the treatment of this disease. [11,12] Grape seed extract: This natural cure has super antioxidant effect that will reduce the DNA fragmentation in the brain. Also it is able to cross into the brain and to protect the brain cells from the free radical damage. What you should avoid: You should avoid too much protein and if you reduce the intake of protein, then it can improve the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. We know that the processed foods have toxins and additives which can worsen the Parkinson’s disease. One of the best ways to prevent Parkinson’s disease and other age – related illnesses is not to give your children processed foods. The added sugar and artificial sweeteners are considered toxic and they can worsen the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. It is known that the alcohol can disrupt neurological functioning and they can lead to complications and mood changes. You should avoid any potential food allergens because they can exacerbate the Parkinson’s disease symptoms by worsening the inflammation and gut health. You should start by limiting the common allergens, such as peanuts, shellfish, dairy and gluten. Brahmi: This is herb which is commonly grown in East Asia and across the United States of America. The scientific name of brahmi is Bacopa monnieri. It is used in the traditional medicine for cognitive enhancement, to improve memory and reduce anxiety. You can use the brahmi as natural treatment for Parkinson’s disease because it is reducing cell death and targeting dopamine deficiency. [13] You need to talk with your doctor for the correct dosage of brahmi because it can cause gastric upset if you are particularly sensitive to this herb or you take it in high doses. Vitamin E: This is an important antioxidant which supports the brain. You should take 400 IU daily of this vitamin. L – taurine: This is a non – essential amino acid which can help your brain to control anxiety and stress by lowering cortisol. This is a potent brain nutrient which can fight against brain inflammation. It has calming effect and it can induce sleep. [14] L – tyrosine: This is also a non – essential amino acid which  is used to manufacture certain hormones and neurotransmitters, including thyroxine, epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine. Our brain need the mentioned neurotransmitters because they can help you cope with stress, decrease pain sensitivity, sharpen the senses, make new memories, be alert and help you to focus and concentrate. [15] Velvet bean: The scientific name of velvet bean is Mucuna pruriens. This is a type of legume which is grown mostly in parts of Asia and Africa. This natural cure is commonly used in the Ayurvedic medicine as an L – dopa alternative. [16] When you consume the velvet bean on regular basis, then it can reduce Parkinson’s disease by regulating mood swings and increase dopamine content in the brain. This herb has fewer side effects and this is what your body needs. You should take 300 gm of velvet beans per day in any form because they can help you to manage the long – term effects of Parkinson’s disease. Cold – pressed oils: You can use the olive oil as a salad dressing because it can provide essential Vitamin E and this vitamin is acting as antioxidant. Also you can include palm oil and coconut oil in your diet because they have anti – inflammatory properties. Green tea: This type of tea can help you in the fight against Parkinson’s disease. It has polyphenols which can protect the dopamine neurons. You should try drinking three cups of green tea on daily basis to get the most benefits. References: [1] Sontheimer H.  Florida looked to Private Tucker hunched over a bowl of cereal and noted the apparent absence of Alpha from the commons. He took a second to parse that information before he released the catch of his helmet—the subtle hiss a comfort—and carefully set it down on the table. With a soft sigh he headed over to the cabinets, pulled out a mug, some earl grey tea, and began to boil water.
“Where has Private Church gotten off to, Private Tucker?” Florida asked lightly with a soft smile pressed against his lips. The teakettle began to whistle softly as the water heated.
Tucker swallowed his bite of cereal and rubbed the back of his hand over his mouth. “Migraine. Went to lay down.” Tucker tilted his head back to regard Florida. “Shouldn’t we, you know, call in a medic now Captain?”
Florida tsked. “I told you, Private Tucker, call me Cappy. Or Cap, if that’s your flavor.” He turned and gave Tucker a wide smile. “I’d really hate for all this command structure to get between our team.”
Tucker stared, and said slowly, “You call me and Church Private, dude.”
“Mm,” Florida hummed lightly and pulled the kettle off the stove. “How bad is the poor things head this time?” he said instead of addressing Tucker’s carefully worded, and correct, reply.
Tucker breathed out heavily through his nose and turned back toward his cereal while Florida made his way over to the table. “I gave him some aspirin, he went to lay down.”
“And how did he appear?” Florida asked lightly. Tucker frowned, and Florida watched how he gripped the spoon tight. Perhaps he should try to mitigate attachment. It wouldn’t do to have Alpha fracture while in a host.
“Slow,” Tucker said carefully. “Confused. Tired. Same as fucking usual.” Tucker shoved more cereal into his mouth and it took all of Florida’s willpower not to grimace at the display. “I still think we should call in a medic. Something’s seriously fucking wrong.”
Florida hummed, sipped at his tea, and set the mug down. “I hear your concerns, Private Tucker. I don’t think we need a medic at this time, but I have forwarded the issue to Command.”
Tucker looked up, almost relieved. “So we’re getting a medic?”
“No,” Florida told him flatly. “Don’t you worry about it, Private Tucker. Just let me know if you see any changes, alright?” Florida gave him a bland sort of smile. “Enjoy your breakfast.” With grace Florida got up from his seat, mug in hand, and headed out of the commons. He left his helmet behind—it didn’t matter if he was in armor right now. It was nap time after all.
Right on schedule, Florida mused as he headed down the hall of the base and pushed open Alpha’s door. Consistent; and a cause for concern. Hopefully the Director pulls through. This ploy wouldn’t work if Alpha slept far too much after all. While Florida understood the AI being tired—having whole pieces of yourself forcefully twisted away in the manner that it’d been had to be tiring—this entire ruse depended upon some level of activity. Private Tucker would expect nothing less, and if Alpha didn’t improve the boy might just go and try to contact V.I.C.
Agent Florida hummed softly as he settled down onto the edge of Alpha’s bed. He sipped his tea with one hand, the other curled into the dark locks of hair on Alpha’s host’s head. They really chose well with Private Jimmy, Florida mused. Dark hair, lighter eyes—a slightly oval face and not-quite-prominent cheekbones. The only discrepancy that Florida could see were the freckles, and the exact shade of pale of Private Jimmy’s skin. All in all the similarities worked in their favor. It’d do no good to have Alpha go through periods of intense dysphoria because of something as simple as appearance.
With a soft hum Florida tugged his hand through the host’s hair, Kevlar and armor covered fingers digging lightly into the scalp.
“Private Church,” Florida said softly. “Are you there?” He watched as the brow furrowed and the faint groan came from Alpha. Florida frowned, and cautiously whispered, “…Alpha?” That garnered a slightly louder groan, this one with some sort of question as Alpha’s head turned.
Wonderful, Florida thought with a grimace. Oh, well, it worked in his favor for now.
“Program; system status check,” Florida said, and made sure to keep his voice low. He leaned over the host body and kept his face close to Alpha’s ear. It wouldn’t do for Private Tucker to hear him address the AI.
Alpha moaned, but this close Florida could see the way the host’s eyes fluttered and shifted. For a second there was no response, and then Alpha began to mumbled in the sleep hazed and distant way that Florida did not expect.
“Men-ntal scarring, damaged neu-neur-neural net and implannnnt site electrical b-b-burns. M-M-Memory malfunction with ddddata chip.” Alpha shifted as Florida dug his fingers into the host’s hair with a sharp grimace, entirely not pleased with what he could hear or how he could hear it. “A-A-Agent Fffflorida?” Alpha slurred. “Where—”
“Go back to sleep, Private Church,” Florida murmured. He relaxed his fingers and leaned in close to almost press his lips against Alpha’s forehead. “These headaches will go away soon.”
“Fffflor-flor-flowers?” Alpha mumbled, brow furrowed from both pain and confusion.
“That’s right,” Florida said gently. “Cappy’s here. He’s got you, Private. Go back to sleep and everything will be okay.” Florida waited for any further response, and then sighed when Alpha finally drifted back off.
With a scowl Florida got back to his feet and stared down at the AI stuck in a host body. He shook his head and mumbled a short curse before Florida plastered back on his genial smile and slipped out of Private Church’s room. He headed back to his own and contemplated how to phrase this in a report, and even if he honestly should. The fact that Alpha could still manifest and follow an obvious command perhaps could be considered a good sign—or a bad one, depending on how far the Director desired to follow through with this ruse.
Florida wondered if the time came that they finally stopped Agent Maine and the AI fragments that had fallen into full blown rampancy if they’d call this mess finished and return Alpha to whatever the Director desired to have the AI settled into. If that was indeed the overall plan then perhaps the subtle signs that Alpha still presided as a consciousness beside what they wanted Alpha to be—in this case ‘Private Church’ as the designation the AI gave—was in fact a good thing. Florida shook his head. It wouldn’t do to contemplate this for now. There was plenty more to focus on for the time being.
Such as nap time. If there was one thing Florida appreciated it was that Alpha gave him the perfect excuse for nap time. Infiltration and information gathering could be so tiring after all. Florida shed his armor, set his mug of tea down on the bedside table, and flopped over with a pleased sigh. There was only one thing missing from the bed, but Florida could deal with that easily enough. With a pleased hum the Freelancer settled down for his own nap.
