I drew this at the small edge of my page knowing very well that it would lead to cutoffs and overlap with other sketches because I really do feel more comfortable doing certain positions like this. It just makes it hard to get a snap of them with a "complete" feel.

In a majority of my previous works focusing on Juno's eyes, they were slightly relaxed, as he had just woken up while also going along with his typical calmness. But I've also tried (and failed many times) to see how they would look when they're totally open-- this is excluding the shots where he is straight-up trying to kill someone. :)

In this context, Juno is activated but not totally working if that makes sense? As you may kinda make it out, he isn't upright, so his whole body isn't there either. I was going for something "still, blank, empty".

I'm genuinely curious as to how you think Wydowna should be written, considering either the lackluster amount of attention she gets or being a background character for the most part

Even outside of the Ghoulfriends books, just in general, what do you think the writers should've focused on more with her?

Tbh, I would completely disregard the Ghoulfriends books altogether. She was so poorly portrayed, and the way the narrative treated her was criminal lol.

The only media she featured heavily in was the Power Ghouls comics, but I think her wiki page describes her pretty well. "Nerdy, sassy, and mischievous" is plenty to build off of, and pretty much matches up with how I see her. She loves fashion and comic books in particular, but is also known to multitask to the point where she's regarded as "the most productive student at Monster High." I think it could be fun to expand upon that, that not only is she good at multitasking, but she also likes to try all sorts of hobbies out. I bet she's an unbelievably fast typist as well lol.

I also imagine her love of fashion and designing clothes partially arose from necessity. She's a rare monster type, and I imagine she has a hard time finding clothes to accommodate all of her arms, so she most likely had to learn how to alter/ make them herself. If we take the Power Ghouls into consideration, it's fair to assume she has a strong sense of justice. I think her appearance must be a shocking to some monsters given the rarity of her species, and I'm sure she's had to deal with some shitty comments from time to time. She's very clever when it comes to comebacks though, and doesn't let their words get to her. She knows she's an stunning and talented ghoul.

Apparently Garret Sander himself stated that he wanted to make a Power Ghouls movie with her as the main, and I think that would have been excellent. Granted I personally always saw the Power Ghouls as an AU of sorts, but even still, it would have been a perfect opportunity for us to see her character shine.

I love that she's beasties with Clawdeen and Ghoulia. The idea of the three of them hanging out together is so cute to me. I can also see her getting along with the Ghoulfriends, Venus in particular, Twyla, Jinafire and Skelita.

She has such a striking design, I will never understand why she was never featured more in the media.

I love the concept of the Disassembly/Solver Drones making various non-human noises to talk to each other (usually I see this referred to as 'pinging', but they're basically doing the robot version of mrrping and chirping at each other) just as a basic concept, but I also really like it for the reason that it would add even more horror to Cyn, especially in her Tessa cosplay :)

I can imagine her starring glassy eyed into in the distance, then suddenly spotting a drone and doing that 'ek ek ek ek ek' noise cats do when they're looking at a bird through a window.

Or making distorted, glitched out pings and noises that a worker drone isn't going to pick up on but has the virtual hairs standing up on the back of every nearby Disassembly or Solver drone's neck.

Or when she's doing the "Callback Ping" bit in the hallway she's also letting out a high trilling sound not unlike stress purring that translates to a cry for help or comfort, and it's got N wanting to purr back and chirp out "it's okay, I'm here, you're okay!" but he can't he can't he can't

(Bonus points if she was doing this even back in the manor era. Just her and N chilling by the bar one evening, N says something funny and instead of laughing she just does a little humming mrp noise, and N's standing there unsure if he's delighted by this strange little sound she just made or weirded out because what even was that actually?)

Hi! Thou Shalt Not Covet got me craving for more and thinking... what do you think is the difference between Ga On and Yo Han's jealousy? When would they feel most threatened? Also, how far do you think they would go in terms of their possessiveness?

I think the biggest difference is that Ga On's jealousy is more internal while Yo Han's is more external. Like, Ga On becomes introspective, picks everything apart, and overthinks things, trying to figure out why this is happening and, not so surprisingly, what he did wrong to make it happen. Because even if Ga On would be angry and probably pretty vicious, he'd still focus a lot on his own "blame" and start wondering why he's not good enough. All those abandonment issues would kick in and he'd come up with a number of theories and what he thinks are answers — but they're all just speculations.

And, because of that, I don't think Ga On would really lash out against Yo Han and whoever's making him feel jealous. Or, well, with words and such, sure — and clearly mark the boundaries if he and Yo Han are a couple and someone is encroaching on his territory — but not by causing physical harm. Ga On's jealousy is more bark than bite, basically. Because somewhere deep down he'd be convinced he's just not good enough and that's not a reason to hurt someone else over. It's Ga On's own fault for not being lovable enough, right?

So while he'd get snappish and rude, he'd never act on it in a threatening or malicious way.

Yo Han, on the other hand — oh boy.

I did answer an ask about how Yo Han would react if he ever had a reason to suspect that Ga On was cheating on him and all of that still stands. I think Yo Han would focus all his ire outwards, the jealousy becoming a weapon to hurt others rather than himself (as opposed to Ga On who internalises it all and ends up hurting himself rather than others). That's not to say that Yo Han wouldn't have some angsty moments where he bemoans the fact that he's a monster and, clearly, no one can love him, but those aren't his main focus.

His main focus would be making life difficult for Ga On and whoever's making Yo Han jealous. And as for whether or not Yo Han would go far enough to kill? Uh, I mean... that depends on the situation? x'D

Ga On? Never.

(though Yo Han might just lock him away and throw away the key)

The other person? He'd be tempted.

But it would have to be an extreme situation, I think. Because killing someone he perceives as a romantic rival would, in some ways, be an admission of weakness. It would mean that Ga On has an incredible amount of power over Yo Han and I don't think that he'd be willing to admit that Ga On's choices can influence Yo Han's decisions to that degree. Especially if he thinks that Ga On has betrayed him by falling in love with someone else. That would mean that Yo Han has to admit to himself that he's pining after someone who's not his — which would hurt his pride something terrible.

So, in the long run, while Yo Han is certainly capable of murdering someone he considers a romantic rival, I don't think he would. Because it's beneath him. He's not that interested or invested in Ga On.

(except yes he is — he's just a grumpy old man who refuses to admit it to himself)

As for when they'd feel most threatened, I think it would be before they get together or just shortly after they get together. Once they've been a couple for years and settled down, I don't think jealousy is going to be much of an issue for them. Because they'll both know that there's no way in hell either of them is stupid enough to throw away what they have, given how well-matched they are. They know there's no one else who can give them exactly what they need.

And, like, if they have kids? Fuck no.

Both Ga On and Yo Han would go: "No, he loves the kids and me too much to cheat" and that's that. I mean, sure, there might still be brief moments when they have to get a little possessive when a third party is being too flirty, but neither of them would actually think that the other is going to respond to that flirting and start straying.

(partly because I suspect that they have an unspoken agreement of: "if you do cheat on me I'll take the kids and spend the rest of my days making your life a living hell" but that sounds a lot less romantic)

But at the beginning? Or just after they get together? There would definitely be more to worry about.

And their weak spots are connected to their overall insecurities. So Ga On would be afraid that he's not good enough, not lovable enough, not smart enough, not experienced enough etc. He's not very glamorous or suave and pretty shy and clumsy about sex at first. He'd worry that he can't give Yo Han what he needs and that he'll eventually become a burden or that Yo Han will grow bored of him. He'd feel clingy and desperate and wonder if, just maybe, Yo Han wants someone more like himself — someone calm, rational, and mature. So just the usual abandonment and self-esteem issues cranked up to a toasty fifteen, basically.

Yo Han, meanwhile, would feel threatened at the thought of not being able to give Ga On the life and love he deserves. Yo Han is nothing if not self-aware and he knows that living with him is difficult, so he'd worry that someone might come along and show Ga On that he can find a better, sweeter, and kinder life elsewhere. Yo Han would worry that he's hurting Ga On by holding on to him and that, maybe, Ga On will realise that too someday and choose someone better. Someone who can love him and support him and care for him in a way that Yo Han can't with all his jagged edges. That was probably why he felt so threatened by Soo Hyun — she could give Ga On a life full of love and light and softness, whereas Yo Han can only offer darkness. And Ga On deserves better.

Again, it all depends a bit on the situation, though. Like, different insecurities rise to the forefront depending on where they are in their relationship and what the exact situation is.

But something like that, I guess?

I admit I've debated whether or not to write a fic based on that ask about Yo Han being jealous but goddamn it would hurt so maybe not x'D I don't like hurting myself (or Ga On) like that.

I've also toyed with the idea of writing Yo Han's POV of Thou Shalt Not Covet partly because I think it's hilarious just how confused he was there for a second. But that also means I'd have to write out Yo Han's thoughts and not all of them were pretty or kind. He's not a nice man — even less so when Ga On gives him such a perfect opening for some manipulation that will result in Ga On staying by his side >_>

So we'll see. It's not very high on my list of priorities right now since I have so many other projects I want to focus on.

While it's not for a while yet (probably not until Underline the Black is finished), I do have a feeling we'll start seeing his perspective eventually, which I'm really looking forward to. He's one of those 'doesn't let on everything he's thinking/feeling' characters, similar to Ash in some ways.

Also may i give you a little suggestion for when they met ala what ive been headcannoning since the start since im abnormal about them.

Kayne and Charlie first met properly in the prison pits (im a fan of the idea that Kayne knows he exists before hand however due to Egypt -thanks Gray).

Kayne is there for whatever reasons you desire, my two go to’s are either that hes wanting to meet the little human whos managed to survived so so many of the Kings interrogations, or to a lesser extent he wanted to catch up with the mortal that took the stone. Either way, prison pits meetcute.

Then in my brain Kayne either tells Lorick to get Charlie out and is the reason for telling him to tell Charlie about a friend with a familiar voice in his head. Due to Kayne and being able to do some timeline fuckery- thanks for the paradox babe.

Or the cana senses the massive rush of magic/energy that Kayne must be and goes there to investigate only to find Charlie.

Then once Charlie is back in the world Kayne just invites himself in randomly and occasionally asking favours until some form of relationship is started, working or otherwise is your choice (we both know its both).

Also, I made this Blog intending to have a Shedletsky Ask Blog with my twist, but I decided to include him alongside my Main OC, Coiler also known as Player or Daniel! It'll be mostly text with some Gacha Life 2 images (ADHD is a nightmare). But If I had enough motivation, there would be drawings! (I'm not a great artist. Believe me) Also, this is my first ask blog!

💖SHIPS - The Main Ship is between Shedletsky and Coiler, but any ships are indeed allowed and They can be shipped with anyone you want. (Pls note: Shedletsky and Brighteyes are just friends in my AU and are not married)

📔AU - While this is not yet a complete Au, it's still an AU. Which means a lot of things will be different. If you don't like that, you can create your own Ask blog. Nothing is stopping you. But please note, this is fanfiction and any person that is mentioned or appears here is only the character and not the real person.

Anyway, This is my AU:

This is a Block Tales x The Robloxian: Until Dawn au but there are major changes. (Like Myths, YouTubers, and popular Players exist, and other games appear are mentioned) The Crossover is only gonna be between the characters, and Coiler's flashback.

The Guardians are a special rank in the administration group, and have a weaker version of the admin command. They are the wielders of the SFOTH swords and have been assigned by the swords themselves to protect it. Though sometimes, the sword goes rouge and kills its wielder to be wielded by a new one (For example, The Ice Dagger killed its user and handed itself to Cruel King)

Roblox (The character) is the one that send Coiler and Guest 333 back in time to save Builderman and Erik.cassel before its too late.

Instead of being alone, Coiler is joined by his past self, Dylan (Before he became a Guardian), Noobin (Saw noob past self), and Gust (Guest's past self).

They are also joined by Guest 333 also known as "Viewer" or "Viny", He's a white hat hacker (like Inc0mu) fighting against the evil myths/hackers/admins/players, He died but he managed to give Roblox a piece of his code that serves as his current vessel. He's a replacement for the Heal pads and will not be fighting as he's still recovering.

No one except Shedletsky, Mayor Thaniyel, and The bosses know that Coiler has a team as they often split up and then regroup when near the boss area, and everyone thinks that he defeated the bosses alone

In Demo 3, instead of fighting 4 emotions, he'll be fighting 5 emotions. GREED and SOLITUDE are replaced by DOUBT and ENVY. The new emotion, GUILT, will replace HATRED as the final boss, They each represent each party member's strongest negative emotion. (DOUBT = Gust, ENVY = Dylan, FEAR = Viny, HATRED = Noobin, and lastly GUILT = Coiler)

Griefer survives stabbing his food, but his right leg is now gone. He still hears voices but it's faint, He's sometimes dragged by Gust to join them, much to Noobin's annoyance.

Coiler, and sometimes the entire group visit the other places when they get bored, and often had to fight rouge player

It's been 6 months since Coiler and Viny start their journey to prevent the future. Because why would it take just a few days to get the swords? They have to atleast have breaks and challenges.

Lief sat up with a jolt.

He looked behind him with wide eyes, blinking in disbelief as he saw nothing there. Perhaps he merely dreamed it happened?

His head pounded from having moved so fast. He took a deep breath; then a couple more. On the plus side, he didn't feel so woozy anymore.

But he had trouble remembering how he got here. Or what he'd done ever since he got here in general.

His paw moved to scratch at his chest as he sat there. His digits brushed against the maid outfit he was still wearing, and he froze.

Then he looked down.

And he panicked, going into overdrive in taking it off immediately.

He definitely did not remember ever putting it on. His first assumption was some sort of practical joke; that someone dressed him in it while he slept.

He tugged at it aggressively, tumbling over himself and scrambling to shimmy it off his body.

He never looked more relieved upon removing it. Standing on his fours, he shook his body a little, loosening up the fur that had been squished against his body for so long underneath.

The night time breeze blew in, providing further relief. He basked in it...

Then he realized he was feeling that on his neck. His neck was bare.

In pulling off the dress, he pulled off the scarf with it.

He dug his paws into the fallen dress with visible distress. He searched and felt around frantically for it, relaxing only when he grasped the scarf in both paws and pulled it free from the crumpled costume.

The wine stain on it caught his attention first. He also noticed bits and crumbs and miscellaneous dirt stuck to it.

It was really, really filthy. Unacceptably filthy. It wasn't like him.

He had to clean it.

Come to think of it, he had to clean himself. In his devastation that his scarf was in such a state, he noticed that same alcoholic stench coming from his person as well.

It would take him some moments before he could remember where he last saw water.

Lief: "Come on, dammit... wash out."

Now at the tower's entrance after a series of fumbling, he knelt at the floor's edge as he repeatedly dipped his scarf in the pool, scrubbing at it with one paw as he shakily gripped it with the other.

If he was going to leave this place, he was going to leave it as clean as he had arrived to begin with.

As all things should be, with Lief.
