We've seen the character proposal for Leafy so why not Firey? He's absolutely babied in BFB and is made to take almost no accountability for his actions. You mentioned Leafy does something different to warrant being kicked out of Dream Island so maybe he might seem more justified instead of seeming like a literal toddler. I'd love to see how he's changed in redux!
Thx
Hi anon! Thanks for stopping by.
Yes!! I currently have an argument that HURTS Firey planned, no clue what the dialogue looks like yet though. Honestly, it may be a disagreement over something small that escalates to Leafy saying something that hurts Firey.
Still small, but. Firey is going to be petty. Just as he was in canon-- just to get back at his friend for hurting him. This will lead to years of conflict.
Things are complicated.
Argumentative, stubborn, independent, impulsive(particularly acting on his emotions), ambitious, and social. This guy can hold a grudge.
Good craftsman and architect(intense studies, he doesn't have a degree)
Cries steam probably
i figure Firey had a decent life pre-BFDI with stuff he never truly valued,, something that if you asked him about he'd say was uninteresting or lonely. That or he had a bad life pre-BFDI, so applying gave him something to do.
So, Firey is a character who starts off wanting more, never being satisfied with what he has until he learns to value it. Experience, friendships, Dream Island.
Applied to BFDI with high hopes of winning. He instantly made an enemy in Coiny on the bus ride to the playing field.
In early BFDI, he makes friends with Leafy and the two grow so close that they become best friends by the end of the show.
He butts heads with Coiny and Flower a lot. The three of them do not like one another.
In being enemies with Coiny, Firey makes a rival out of Pin!
Otherwise, his relationships throughout the first season are neutral or positive.
In the last couple of episodes, that argument with Leafy happens.
You see, Firey would be indifferent if it was from Coiny or Flower. He could ignore them. But Leafy? She's his best friend. He can't let that slide. If she hurt him, he'll hurt her. It makes sense.
He lets everyone except for Leafy onto Dream Island. He closes the doors in her face after calling her a bad person.
Within the hour, Announcer announces that Dream Island was bought. As he hears this, Firey feels his soul leave his body.
Months(years? I don't know yet,,) fighting for the grand prize. Months holding out hope, sitting through tension and stress and trouble. Months GONE TO WASTE.
Firey is FURIOUS. The crowd is ready to confront Announcer, who's retreating to the boat and turning around. Announcer redirects everyone to Leafy, who's also hiding on the boat.
Firey walks slowly after the crowd. He watches them confront and argue with Leafy. He watches as it gets physical. He watches as Leafy turns a corner and disappears.
They all hate her.
Maybe that's a good thing.
Leafy stole the one good thing Firey's ever had. She deserves to be hated.
It hurts Firey to think this way. He feels guilty-- but that guilt becomes easy to ignore over the following season.
BFDIA
Getting reinvited surprised Firey! They're battling for Dream Island? Again? But Dream Island was sold. What are they fighting for?
Firey agrees to show up anyways. He wants to win that prize. The one he deserves because it was stolen from him. Yeah.
There is no Dream Island!! One of the contests is to map out/make their own Dream Island. Firey is upset about this revelation but. Again, he had his last win stolen from him-- he deserves a new one.
Firey does make a new green friend though! Gelatin, a stressed college student looking to promote his parents' business so it doesn't flop.
Gelatin helps Firey let loose a little.
He still dances around the topic of Leafy. It's easier to ignore the thought of her with the distraction of the competition and Gelatin.
Upon being eliminated, Firey is really unhappy.
All of that work!! For nothing!! He should've gotten further!
Gelatin, again, is there for him. Firey also finds it worth staying around. There was rejoins in BFDIA, so surely there'd be one in BFDIA!!
Even if there isn't, the contest is more interesting than his home life ever was. He'll stay with them.
When Leafy shows back up out of nowhere, Firey makes it clear he doesn't know her. Leafy who?
It's easy to avoid her anyways, Leafy is all over the remaining contestants. They are either annoyed by her or uninterested.
They still don't like her. Ignoring her existence was the right call---
When he sees her die during a challenge, it would be easy to leave it at that. Nobody would recover her because nobody else saw her die. He'd be rid of her and the sinking feeling in his gut.
No, that's too far.
Firey recovers Leafy late one night at flees before she can spot him.
He chills for the rest of BFDIA, doing the same as usual-- until Gelatin rolls up with Leafy. When did they become friends???
IDFB
He could've gone back home after the competition.
He didn't.
Firey stayed at Yoylecity with the rest of the cast, hanging out with Gelatin-- who sometimes brings Leafy along with him.
Firey WANTS Leafy to go away. He can't face her. He can't face himself. He also can't bring himself to get Gelatin to stop directly-- so he gets passive-aggressive about Leafy.
This drives a wedge between him and Gelatin but Gelatin does stop bringing Leafy with him.
Firey eventually gets bored of Yoylecity and decides to move out. As he's gathering his belongings, he receives an invite for a new BFDI season.
...and he ignores it. It's not worth it, Firey thinks. What are the chances of him winning? Even if he is a fan favorite, if BFDIA taught him anything--
BFB
One second, Firey is arriving in a town. The next, he's teleported into a field of grass and being stared down at by a living blue number Four.
"Welcome to BFB! :D" The number "pats" Firey over the head, unaffected by Firey's temperature.
Firey stammers, no words come out.
"You know, I found it strange that you didn't show up with the others.. but you're here now!! Joy!"
Their tone is condescending. Firey scrambles backwards and joins the crowd without another word.
Team picking was easy. One of them has a famous celebrity and not Leafy!
The rest of the team REALLY idolized Loser. Admittedly, Firey himself was a bit of a suck-up in the early episodes but he was one to the first to perceive Loser as human.
He's not sad to see Leafy eliminated.
But he is upset when she rejoins onto The Losers! because her old team, Beep, wouldn't take her back.
She wants to reconnect.
He doesn't. Like in IDFB, he gets passive-aggressive with Leafy and even snaps at his teammates-- growing irritated that Leafy WON'T LEAVE!!
So, again, Firey acts like he doesn't know Leafy.
BFB 15.
The floor is lava. LITERALLY. Firey is fine, of course, but his team is scattered.
As he travels, aiming to go for the elimination spot, Firey spies Leafy slipping off the bathroom roof, narrowly catching her.
Leafy says he can't ignore her now. Firey feigns confusion, pulling Leafy aside(behind the bathrooms) and urges Leafy to be quiet about them knowing each other. Leafy tells him he's lying to everyone.
Firey sets it to Leafy straight: nobody likes her.
Leafy stares at him and tells him fine. If he wants it to be that way, they'll never talk again.
Firey swims off, overhearing the challenge: return all living teammates to the elimination tables. He rushes back to fetch Needle and Leafy.
Leafy refuses to comply. Firey tells her to stop being difficult. An argument starts and Needle comes right back over, knocking Leafy into Firey's hands.
They bicker off and on during the travel back to Four. Firey is relieved to be there and then the lava is soon drained.
Four recovers Eggy, who Leafy confirms is her friend. Firey snorts and tells Eggy that Leafy stole Dream Island.
Eggy shuffles, expression shifting. YEAH. She clearly doesn't like Leafy now..
When Two comes down, Firey decides against switching shows. This gets him further in BFB, soooooooo...
Post-split BFB!
Firey takes notes of the votes when his team is up for elimination. He knows, deep down, that he won't win the season.
He won't win anything. He never does. It always gets taken away from him. It's not fair.
BFB 22: Firey Learns Accountability
One day, during an elimination, Four brings up Donut's Diary. (I may change the item to be soenthing else valuable!)
Four had just talked about how valuable it was. Firey makes a move to take it after.
On some level, Firey knows it's a dumb idea. He knows he shouldn't be stealing it. He knows. And he does anyways.
There is a WHOLE COURT SESSION for that diary. Firey's team, the Have Nots is under questioning by Have Cots.
As Firey is called to the stand, he knows he has to lie if he doesn't want to get caught.
He also sees an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. If the Have Cots are wrong, they'll be up for elimination. Leafy will be up for elimination.
Is there holes in his plan? So many holes. He ignores them.
So, yes, he lies. Firey says Leafy took it. It makes sense in his head. He tells the Have Cots that Leafy stole Dream Islan- sorry, no, the diary. Leafy stole the diary.
Leafy gets Four to let her talk to Firey outside. Alone.
To sum it up: Firey finally listens to Leafy's side of things after she confronts him. He learns that she'd isolated herself for two years. He learns that ignoring her wasn't okay, actually! He hurt her.
And he finally accepts fault for that. He admits that he still wants to be friends with her. They both do. You can read their conversation in full at Leafy's character proposal.
It's going to take some time to heal. That's what they do for the rest of the season-- and they're well off enough to try finding an island to make their own after BFB 30.
When Announcer pops up, Firey has Leafy's back as she calls him out for putting all of the blame of Dream Island onto her.
I think a short exploring this period of their history would be really important! Still learning to get along, if anything. Figuring out how to navigate through disagreements.
2019
Leafy and Firey have found a place of their own, calling it Dreamier Island and setting everything up from scratch.
During a particularly bad storm, Leafy gets Firey in the safest area in the shelter she could find and steps back outside to collect something(maybe a doodad Firey made for her)
She doesn't come back.
When the storm is over, Firey steps out, searching through the house and island until he finds the doodad buried in rubble.
And no sign of Leafy.
Maybe she's dead. Maybe the wind blew her away. Firey is worried.
He does find 8-Ball of all people. Traumatized 8-Ball. Firey helps 8-Ball out of the sand and helps 8-Ball recover from any injuries before preparing his boat to set sail.
Of course, Firey invites 8-Ball and takes the doodad to sail the open sea-- in search of Leafy.
We'll see how that goes!!
He does face consequences for stealing that diary!!

In Which the Wizard School Books Are a Hammer
Okay. I'm gonna tell this story once, and only once, because I think it might help people who are struggling to finally, FINALLY boot J.K. Rowling from their lives.
I can't precisely say I sympathize, but I definitely know how you feel, because I have already had to do this dance with someone I guarantee you've never heard of. I've had all the feelings you've had. I had to find a way through all by myself, and now I'm going to help you so you have an easier time. Okay? Okay.
Content warning: discussion of child sexual abuse (mentioned but not described in detail).
So there's this writer. I refuse to speak or write his name these days, so we'll call him Evil Bob. ("Bob" is my default placeholder name, and this Bob is evil.) Evil Bob was a damn good writer and, frankly, an underappreciated one in his time. I picked up a few of his projects out of the bargain bin on impulse when I was about 12, and after that he was one of my names to conjure with. If Evil Bob had written it, I wanted to read it. He had a kind of perfect workman's style--he did a lot of things pretty well, and he did them in such a way that a bright 12-year-old could see how the trick was done. I learned a lot of basic writerly technique from Evil Bob--things about dialogue and pacing and how to convey character through action and lots of other stuff. Evil Bob unlocked something in my brain, and I really blossomed as a young writer by applying the lessons of his work.
Evil Bob's fiction started to fall off in popularity eventually, so he switched to nonfiction and wrote a damn good history book that won a lot of awards. I read it in college. The man could really interview, I tell you what.
I even got to interview Evil Bob myself, eventually. I was working for a small magazine that wanted to publish an article about a certain minority group's representation in a certain fiction genre, and Evil Bob had written one of the seminal works in that niche, so I tracked down his contact info, called him up, and we had a lovely hourlong chat. He was kind and gracious and funny and --
Yeah, this is where you learn why I named him Evil Bob.
A few years ago, people in Evil Bob's old fiction genre started circulating a list of, shall we say, disgraced writers in the field. Think of it like a MeToo list. The list got passed around every time a new name was added, and at a certain point, after a much more famous name had just been added to it, the list crossed my feed for the first time in a while. I dutifully scanned down it in case there was anyone on it I'd missed; after all, I attended conventions for this genre, and some of these fuckers were on the list for assaulting fans like me, so I wanted to know who to watch out for.
And there, in the middle of the list, was Evil Bob.
Weird, I thought. Evil Bob had seemed chill when I spoke to him, and usually, being 22 with big boobs (as I was when I interviewed him) brought out the perv in these guys if there was any perv to bring out. Well, maybe this was something else--maybe he used a slur on an old tape or something. I googled.
It was something else, all right.
As I sat there googling, Evil Bob was sitting in a federal prison a thousand miles away. He was there because, according to his Wikipedia page, he had been convicted of having so many CSA images on his hard drive that the judge in his case became physically ill. Honestly, I want to know where he got a hard drive that big in the year he was arrested, but I absolutely will not be asking him.
Evil Bob was EVIL. Fuck the carceral state, but also never let that particular dude near kids or a computer again.
So now I had a problem. I was going to stop buying Evil Bob's stuff, obviously--I would drop the man like a hot potato--but I couldn't so easily remove his influence on me. I'll never be 12 years old and digging through the quarter bin at the used bookshop again. There's no way to re-learn the foundations of my artform without Evil Bob. The bastard is part of me, whether I like it or not. He's left his fingerprints on my brain. And while I have negative interest in creating my own criminal hard drive, it's a little hard to shake the irrational guilt (especially since I had been raised in a high-control religious environment where any contact with sin could permanently stain one's soul, and Evil Bob's writing was part of how I escaped, and--you get the idea). I couldn't shed the stink of Evil Bob. I'd written that article. I was covered in the fuckin' ooze.
I'll spare you the six months of angst and self-flagellation. I've been to therapy since this happened. Here's what I eventually decided:
Evil Bob is like a hammer.
My dad gave me an old hammer when I moved out, along with some other miscellaneous hand tools in a paper bag. I bought a toolbox, I put the tools in it, and I use them when I need tools. My dad is an asshole who abused his children, but a hammer is a hammer. Scratch the previous owner's name off the handle, and you can build a pretty fine house with it.
What I learned from Evil Bob are the tools of a trade, and tools are not inherently evil. He taught me how to put sentences together--but I decide what my sentences say. He showed me how to convey character--but I choose what I'm conveying. He made me a writer--but I'm the one writing now.
So I still use Evil Bob's tools, with his name scoured off. I still teach some of those lessons, but he's the one source I don't cite. Oh, that dialogue hack? I picked it up in grad school, pinky swear. Here, let me share it with you for free, with no credit or compensation to the bastard who taught it to me.
I won't pretend Evil Bob wasn't an influence on my younger self, but you'll never hear me speak his legal name. I was one of the few people who really counted themselves fans of his work ... and he'll never get a whisper of a hint of that support from me again. I guarantee you won't be able to track him down from this post, and that's just the way I like it. There's a reason I haven't identified what genre he wrote in, or what his seminal fiction work was about, or whom he interviewed for that prizewinning book.
Damnatio memoriae, motherfucker. This is my hammer now, and it always has been.
So how do we give JKR the Evil Bob treatment?
Unfortunately, the Terf Queen has a larger media presence than Evil Bob ever did. One sad ex-Potterhead won't be able to erase her from culture. But there's a lot more than one of you, isn't there?
The thing is, cultural trends fade faster than you expect. Plenty of celebrities and famous artists of your parents' generation are nobodies now, and it's usually because their work spoke to your parents but not to you. I once witnessed my brother trying to read his sons a 1912 book about Spanish naval history as a bedtime story, and let me tell you, it did not go over well. Some art burns hot and bright and then it burns OUT.
The Potterheads are the parents now. Imagine how easy it would be to just ... stop talking about her. Stop buying the merch. Don't watch the new TV show or play the new game. Don't tell people you used to be a fan--not because you ought to be ashamed, but because you're not going to give her the satisfaction of saying her name. And when your kids ask about your tattoo, just tell them not to get blackout drunk in college.
Damnatio memoriae, motherfucker.
And if you feel the need to explain where you learned your kindness and courage, your unshakable loyalty to your friends (especially the trans ones), your hope in the face of overwhelming darkness ...
... why, that's your hammer. And it always has been.

There is a tendency I see in PMMM analyses and discussions to treat the witches simply as monsters that can be overcome with sufficient force regardless of other circumstances--and thus Homura's failure to ever win against Walpurgisnacht on her own terms is something that could be easily fixed with more firepower and different tactics. And while there's nothing wrong with this interpretation, it's not one that particularly interests me, either.
What I like about PMMM and what makes it so engaging for me, is that it can be read on multiple levels--both as a literal journey and as a symbolic one. In-universe, witches are the shadow selves of magical girls; is it really so surprising that they also serve as narrative foils to those who face them, thus making victory or defeat as much of a character issue as a tactical one?
It is not a coincidence that Mami Tomoe, a girl who was forced to grow up too fast and who could have wished to save her dying parents but didn't, meets her end at the hand of a particularly childish and immature witch, a lumpen, misshapen doll that transforms into a clown--a girl who never grew up, who could have wished to save her dying parent but didn't. Mami, an experienced veteran who wiped the floor with the Rose Witch and her familiars earlier, is completely caught off-guard and is eaten alive by a witch who embodies all of the issues she herself struggles with and has yet to overcome within herself.
Yes, Mami was careless and overconfident, which led to her doom--but she had also fulfilled her role of introducing Madoka to the world of magical girls. On a narrative level, her death was necessary--not only to free Madoka from her impulsive promise to become a magical girl too early in the story, before she'd learned all the facts and could make a fully informed decision, but also to teach Madoka one final, horrific lesson about what life as a magical girl is really like.
This is not to say that AUs where Mami survives are wrong or missing the point--I've written them myself and I love them! (It helps that Mami's survival is usually the result of someone else's interference, not something she accomplishes on her own.) Nor do I mean to suggest that Mami's death is a moral failing on her part--merely that I think that Charlotte represents Mami's own particular brand of kryptonite at that particular point in her life, one she might have been able to survive if she had been able to move beyond the psychological issues hobbling her.
Meanwhile, Homura is able to easily defeat Charlotte, because metaphorically she's moved beyond the childish worldview that Mami is still stuck in. From that same symbolic perspective, it's this relative level of maturity, as much as her time stop and pipe bombs, that allows her to win.
Likewise, it is not an accident that the next witch Madoka encounters is one that specializes in extracting the memories of its victims, trapping Madoka in a spinning carousel as she is tormented by her own grief and guilty conscience over Mami's death. She is freed by Sayaka, who has moved beyond such angst by her decision to take on Mami's role as an idealized magical girl protector. Later on, Sayaka's descent into dualistic thinking is symbolized by her fight against a witch whose world is literally black and white--whom Sayaka defeats, but only at the cost of pushing herself dangerously to her limits.
As with Mami, Sayaka's death is directly tied to her own psychological issues--in this case, by her incredibly strict rules about how magical girls should behave and her refusal to cut herself any slack whatsoever. Her metaphorical self-denial results in literal self-denial, and her death as a magical girl and rebirth as a witch.
Then we come to Walpurgisnacht, a witch made of cogs and gears--the one witch Homura cannot beat, no matter what she does. Homura is stuck in her loops, unable to imagine a future beyond them, increasingly isolated from any meaningful connections or relationships--Walpurgisnacht may be the "fool that spins in a circle", but so is Homura. The inside mirrors the outside; when we watch Homura fight against Walpurgisnacht, we are also watching Homura's struggle with herself. Unlike Mami and Sayaka, Homura's magic allows her to fight this battle over and over again--again and again she is forced to retreat and start over, unsatisfied with the results and determined to do better next time. She doesn't die, but she doesn't win, either--instead, she's locked into perpetual stalemate with no end.
Madoka, however, is able to see beyond the vicious cycle represented by Walpurgisnacht and thus easily and repeatedly defeats an enemy that Homura cannot, regardless of her relative power levels in any given timeline. It's probably too simplistic to say that hope triumphs over despair--and yet, that's exactly what happens, every single time. Homura has numbed herself through repeated exposure to where she no longer feels hope or despair, thus existing in perpetual stasis with her purpose the only thing driving her. Paradoxically, the one thing she needs to do to win is the one thing she cannot do--and the thing that Madoka can do all too easily.
(This is not to say that Madoka doesn't have her own issues--she does!--just that her issues are different from Homura's, meaning she's not tripped up by this particular obstacle in the same way that Homura is. And it's not that Homura's struggles were pointless--they were what allowed Madoka to get to point where she had both the power and the knowledge that she could save everyone, including Homura.)
Homura's final battle with Walpurgisnacht shows Homura going to insane lengths, including a wall of C-4 explosives inside a refinery, a flaming oil tanker, and a submarine with Type 88 Surface-to-Ship missiles--none of which has any lasting effect on Walpurgisnacht whatsoever. That episode goes to great lengths to show that Homura's approach to fighting Walpurgisnacht fundamentally isn't working; I don't think adding more nukes would help.
The one time Homura gets the closest to her happy ending is the one timeline where she and Madoka fight and fall together--the one timeline where they are shown as equals, and the one where they debate becoming witches together and destroying the whole world before Madoka thinks better of it. This is also not a coincidence. If there is ever to be a truly happy end to this franchise--or an end at all--Homura and Madoka must be equal and willing partners, not one protecting/sacrificing themself for the other again and again. It is also likely that they will remake the universe in the process, through the combined power of their mutual wish.
[It also wouldn't surprise me if that line foreshadowed future plot elements--after all, Madoka technically became a witch in the final episode of the TV series (she got better, thanks to the nature of her wish), and so did Homura in Rebellion--but we shall see if the series ever follows up on this.]
This is why I'm so excited that Walpurgis no Kaiten seems to be laying the groundwork for Homura creating her own enemies and her greatest enemy being herself--once again, making the metaphorical literal. I'm excited about the prospect of Homura getting a do-over with Walpurgisnacht, which would represent a chance for her to confront her narrative foil one more time, and show us how her character has changed. Though it may play out on a larger stage, the real battle will be inside Homura's mind and heart--and, I would argue, always has been. The only way the outcome will change--the only way we can move beyond what's been and into something new--is if/when she changes.
I want to be clear that there's absolutely nothing wrong with the strictly literal interpretation of witches, and I think people should write what they want to write; if that's the story you want to tell, then go for it! For me, however, I find it far more compelling--not to mention richer and truer--if the actions and words on-screen correspond to the characters' emotional and psychological journeys, and there's no question that this preference how I interpret media in general, and PMMM in particular. And it's not that I think Homura couldn't defeat Walpurgisnacht in an AU scenario--merely that any story where she achieves this victory without changing in any way or addressing her own psychological issues in some fashion removes exactly the elements that drew me to this series in the first place.

The Dan Rant™️Part 1
This whole thing was actually brought about by my trying to answer this ask and getting too deeply invested 🗿
This first part only covers my thoughts on S1 Dan but the rest will (hopefully) be added in due time.
Season 1
Dan starts out as your typical shounen protagonist: quick-tempered, easily excitable and always spoiling for a fight to prove he's the best. He meets the level-headed Drago whose very existence creates the first obstacle in Dan's journey; the uncomfortable truth that Bakugan isn't merely a game.
Dan's first lesson is that he needs to take things seriously because he's essentially playing with the lives of others and using them as pawns. This sparks the famous argument between Dan and Drago in episode 3, when Drago chastises Dan for his careless playstyle that got his fellow Bakugan sent to the Death Dimension.
In the Japanese dub, Drago tells Dan that if he only cares about saving Drago and not his other Bakugan, then that makes him no different from Masquerade's minions. This comparison is not only apt but also very interesting when it comes to Dan's character. Runo is characterized as someone who fiercely loves her Bakugan and views them as her friends, which is mirrored in her playing style and how she fights as strategically as possible so she doesn’t lose them. But if Dan doesn't care how his actions will affect the lives of his Bakugan, then with what convictions can he reject Masquerade's philosophy and the callous way he plays this game?
Moving on. Dan understands the importance of strategy after losing to Ryo and he goes to find and apologize to Drago. Character development! Yippie!
Once the Shun storyline plays out, Dan is back to bad-mouthing him again. However, to our collective surprise, it turns out that Shun isn't nearly as self-absorbed as Dan made him out to be! He was grieving the death of his mother and pulled away from the Bakugan game indefinitely as a result, something that Dan seemingly couldn't accept. Dan doesn't inform his friends about Shun’s current state, discourages them from reaching out to him and then gets upset when they do it behind his back when he's the one who didn't tell them why Shun left the team to begin with. I don't think I need to point out how incredibly selfish it is to act in this manner toward your best friend in their moment of need.
This three-episode arc ends with Dan and Shun teaming up to defeat Masquerade and Shun deciding to return to the team. I’ve had my issues with the show stating that this decision was influenced by Dan in any way, shape or form when, if anything, it was influenced by Runo, Marucho and most importantly, Skyress.
Dan was actively keeping Shun away from the group instead of bringing him back in and yet somehow, he's being credited as the one who changed Shun’s mind and made him realize what’s really important when Skyress was the one who encouraged him to seek out his friends. Shun’s speech in episode 13 not only allows Dan to not have to own up to his actions but it also casts him in a positive light despite how terrible he's been to Shun. It's the kind of resolution where you think Dan grew as a character and learned something, but he didn't.
Throughout the show, but most notably in the first season, we are shown that empathy is not Dan's strongest suit. He dismisses Drago’s concerns and refuses to fight in a way that protects his Bakugan from death until he realizes that doing so does him no good in battle, he drags Shun’s name through the mud while said best friend is grieving, he gets mad at Marucho and Runo for reaching out to Shun, he is oblivious to the somber atmosphere after Julie lost Billy to Masquerade, he pressures Marucho for information and then suggests ditching him while Marucho is also grieving the death of his friend, he tries bossing Shun around and then tells him to leave when Shun refuses to listen to him, and so on.
Dan eventually does apologize to Shun after Drago talked some sense into him, but he doesn't apologize to Marucho for his behavior. And speaking of Drago, I think this conversation he had with Dan in episode 20 perfectly encapsulates one of Dan’s flaws, namely that he wants people to understand his feelings, but he doesn’t make the effort to understand theirs.
Dan is socially inept at best and selfish at worst, and I know most people will write off his behavior as being the result of his age, but then I urge you to consider: what’s his excuse in MS1 when he’s at the cusp of adulthood? What about everyone else in his friend group who, mind you, are the same age as him and still show basic understanding and courtesy toward someone who’s mourning the loss of a loved one? I’m not saying it’s bad to have character flaws (if addressed), I’m just saying there’s nothing to excuse this behavior in Dan, but the usual justification is “well, he’s a kid. And kids are assholes sometimes.” Which is true but more often than not, Dan is the only asshole.
There’s also the matter of Dan’s actions usually being brushed under the rug while Runo is known for being a ranging bitch for doing not even half of what he’s done, but that’s neither here nor there.
The dysfunctionality in the Brawlers that span from episode 19 to episode 22 is both intriguing and aggravating. Dan starts it by pressuring Marucho into giving him information that he doesn’t have (Masquerade’s hideout) and then says they should leave Marucho behind, prompting Runo to argue with Dan in defense of Marucho. Julie gets involved as well, and they all split apart. Next episode, the rift between them is widened once again thanks to Dan, whose priorities doesn’t align with that of his friends. He not only gets into it with Runo and Marucho but with Shun as well, almost driving Shun away from the team. Next episode, there’s an awkward tension between Dan, Runo and Marucho but somehow the issues shift to Dan and Runo who apologize to each other and Marucho receives no apology from Dan.
Dan’s apology to Runo ultimately means nothing from a narrative standpoint because it fails to convey his lack of consideration toward Marucho’s feelings, which was the whole reason all this discord within the team even began. By comparison, his apology to Shun in episode 20 was much better executed and thoughtful, which is baffling because this is the sincere and heartfelt apology that Dan should’ve given to Shun in episode 13 but for some reason, he’s giving it now when it’s not really all that warranted? And Marucho is left with zilch. Cool.
I’m sure that at this point, there’s probably a lot of you saying “Oh my God, you’re being way too critical of Dan. Insensitive? Unempathetic? You’re obviously forgetting how nice Dan was being to Alice when she struggled to tell everyone that Michael was her grandfather! Or the time Dan was being super understanding toward Runo when she decided to quit Bakugan! You’re just trying to make him look bad!”
And yes, those scenes did happen. But personally, they never made any sense to me because of how contradictory they were.
You’re telling me that Dan is able to accept Alice’s reluctance to share critical information with the group—information that was extremely important in their search for the Infinity Core—when he didn’t extend the same courtesy to Marucho the day after he lost Preyas?
You’re telling me that Dan could easily accept Runo quitting Bakugan with absolutely no reason given—while they were on a quest to evolve their Bakugan—but Shun distancing himself from the game because his mom died before Masquerade had even showed up is an unforgivable act?
Anyhow, it's time for the trials! Dan’s trial starts off unclear but in a similar fashion to Masquerade’s fights against the top ranked Battlers, Dan has to defeat his team to get Drago to evolve.
It’s possible that the clown suits reflected Dan’s view of his friends, namely that he doesn’t take their strength seriously as Battlers, or something similar. It could also be foreshadowing Masquerade’s true identity: The first clown was evading Dan’s attempts at demasking them until Dan won the battle and took their mask off, only to find out he had been battling a friend all along.
Dan’s later trial of facing and defeating his friends severely lacks any and all tension because while everyone else has (1) trump card, Dan has two. He only seems to display any personal growth during his battles with Julie and Shun: Julie intentionally puts herself in a position where she could end up hurt if Dan unleashes his finishing move, seeking to test his resolve to win at any cost and berating Dan when he doesn’t take their fight seriously. Shun likewise chastises Dan when he’s been knocked down, asking if this is the extent of his resolve to save Vestroia and where their rivalry ends.
Dan ultimately proves them wrong and beats them, with him and Drago reaffirming their bond as partners in their battle against Shun and Skyress, the pair who arguably has the closest bond out of the whole group. The other matches weren’t really anything worth writing about because Dan doesn’t learn anything and there’s nothing to be excited about since Dan has a fusion ability card that automatically lets him win.
These battles could’ve been what separated Dan’s trial from Masquerade’s power-hungry quest—Masquerade used his minions as nothing but steppingstones to achieve ultimate power but by battling his friends, Dan could’ve learned something from each of them that helped him mature or grow smarter in battle, something unique from each of them that he could take with him in his final battle with Masquerade. Maybe Dan could’ve defeated his friends as a result of knowing their strategies and personalities intimately, something that would also prove how much he knows about each of them. But alas, that’s not what actually happened.
His personal trial was, in my opinion, a wasted opportunity to showcase his growth, especially when Julie, Marucho and Shun had such meaningful lessons that helped them overcome their issues with self-esteem, self-loathing, and self-isolation.
Nevertheless, Dan comes out of his trial with a renewed sense of determination and the will to fight for Earth and Vestroia alongside his friends. That already shows how far he’s come since the first few episodes.
Dan vs Masquerade also shows Dan stressing the seriousness of their current situation and urging Masquerade to stop doing Naga’s bidding. I like how, in a fun little reversal of episode 2, Dan is the one to remind Masquerade how fun Bakugan can be as merely a game.
This is getting long-winded LMAO and I don’t really think there’s much else to comment on in this final stretch of episodes. There’s a moment where Dan randomly makes a comment about the park where he and Runo met as toddlers but somehow, he kept messing up her name when they met in real life later on lol. If he remembered that, then it HAD to be because Fafnir showed him Runo’s trial. I don’t believe he would remember it on his own.
There’s also a moment in the final battle against Naga where everyone rallies around Dan, and he realizes that he’s not fighting by himself and there’s a nice little message about the power of friendship. Very cool. Wish this had stuck throughout the entire show but Oh Well.
The ending scene with Dan and Runo going on a date would’ve been superb if Dan hadn’t demonstrated his lack of social awareness yet again by commenting on Runo’s weight but I guess that’s asking for the impossible.
Even so, you’re definitely left with the feeling of Dan having grown up throughout the season and changed into something resembling a leader. At the very least, he seems to care more about others.
But then, uh, season 2 happens.

who do u think is the biggest brat tamer? my money is on sniper but i feel like if you tried hard enough u could get engie to snap 🫢
It's interesting you suggest Engie first because, in my opinion, he's in the top three of characters who come to mind right away when I think "brat tamer," but for some reason I would bet Administrator and Solly are more intense tamers than Engie.
Characters: Soldier 🦅, Administrator 🕷️, and Engineer 🦫 (Team Fortress 2)
Word Count: 1.3k
Rating: M (MINORS DO NOT INTERACT, GO PLAY OUTSIDE)
Content Warnings: yandere, unhealthy relationships, humiliation, brat taming, slight dumb-ification, edging/denial, roleplay, gender neutral reader
MASTER LIST
TIP JAR

Soldier
In general, Solly is remarkably impatient and has little tolerance for being teased; once he's frustrated, it doesn't take much more than that until he snaps and decides to put you in your place right then and there.
Part of what makes dominating you such a turn-on for him is his pride in his physically imposing stature. It's cute, in a way, to see someone like you trying to disobey the likes of him. Solly is taller than average and abundant in bulky muscle, in addition to his generous amount of adipose. Nothing turns Solly on more than getting to use that against you.
Solly's always kept a close eye on you, and you've got another thing coming if you think he doesn't notice you slacking off during tainting, it's like you're practically asking him to go over to call you out in front of everyone, and he's more than happy to oblige. Though this is nothing compared to what he'll do to you once he gets you alone.
Just because he's off the battlefield, it doesn't mean he's ready to put away his trusty riding crop quite yet.
It's such a power trip for Solly to watch you go from mouthy, rebellious, and resilient to whimpering and begging for mercy; drool trickling down your chin, eyes glazed over as he stretches you out with his fingers or as he spreads your thighs as far apart as possible before pounding you relentlessly into the bed.
Refuses to give you a moment's rest until you've verbally apologized, sworn it will never happen again, and/or tell him whatever else he needs to hear to be convinced you've learned your lesson. Solly's also got a soft spot for listening to you call him "Sir," so you'd better be ready to do that as well.
As overly intense and overbearing as he can be in the moment, Solly's quite good at winding down responsibly with you after all the excitement. He'll tell you how proud he is of you, how strong you are to have endured all that, and will help clean up with you. While Solly can get cruel and even sadistic sometimes, he's not entirely unfair. Nor is he the type to leave you high and dry.
Administrator
She's always had a secret fondness for the "rebellious types."
Not because she wants to see you get away with acting out or mouthing off to her, but the more stubborn the brat, all the more satisfying to watch them fall.
There's something about watching some newbie with a little too much confidence try to get away with giving her attitude that really gets her going. It's cute watching you walk around like you're any better than the rest of the other people working under her. Helen knows it's only a matter of time before that little mouth of yours gets you in trouble, and she can't wait to be the one to put you in your place.
Likely, you won't even know when she decides it's time to humble you. Maybe you were just a little too messy on a mission or made some thoughtless comment to the press, foolishly thinking you had the choice to leave the mercenary business whenever you wanted, subtly implying a lack of control on her part- Something she refused to let go unpunished.
Admin is easily the most intense and uncompromising of all the doms in TF2, and if you try to act out around her or assume she'll offer you any kind of slack just because she thinks you're bangable, you would be sorely mistaken.
When she finally gets you alone in her bedroom, expect not only to be edged into oblivion but denial as well.
Admin will leave bruises all over your waist, hips, thighs, whatever she can get her hands on, as she forces you to take her strap, fucking you down while refusing to let you come. She wants to see how painfully overstimulated you can get while remaining completely unsatisfied as you beg for mercy, knowing it won't change a thing.
Aside from all that, she loves to draw blood with her long fake nails as she drags them over your naked body.
Admin is relentless when she wants you to suffer, and she won't let up until you've been reduced to a miserable, wet little pulp. Helen takes immense pleasure in seeing the look on your face at the end of the night after you've endured hours of torture. Seeing how exhausted and delirious you look, knowing whatever rebellion you once had has been thoroughly extinguished. While you can do nothing but whine and flinch at her every move.
Don't expect any special treatment at the end of all this either. You're sleeping on your own tonight, without so much as a kiss goodnight. Helen knows what she's doing is cruel, but as far as she's concerned, you brought all this on yourself. (Also, considering how much she gets off on her own cruelty, it's not like acknowledging her maliciousness would change anything.)
Engie
Unlike the other two, while Engie absolutely gets off on being a brat tamer, it takes a lot more to bring out this side of him. Not because he's a pushover, not at all; it's more a matter of protecting his "nice guy" reputation.
In general, he's rather generous in bed. He is a Southern gentleman, after all, but when he's in the mood to inflict a bit of punishment, he's an entirely different person.
While he would try to remain mellow and appear unaffected around others, taking any back-talk or misbehavior from you with good humor, it's all because he's trying his best to suppress his anger, forcing himself to wait until he knows how to punish you before acting.
Most of the time, he's capable of maintaining control until the two of you are alone at night, where he knows there's almost no chance of you getting interrupted; much unlike the other two, he's not into public humiliation, much less being the one to enforce it. Though if he's feeling a little extra dirty, he likes the idea of forcing you to cockwarm for him while he finishes up his daily work in his shop. (Engie likes the concept of spitefully humbling you for having the audacity to come between him and his work.)
He's not quite as into the physical pain aspect of brat taming. What he likes much more is witnessing you lose your mind pinned under him on your shared bed, going cock-drunk while he continues to pound into you. Slightly into the idea of a pleasure-induced mind break. As you go from confident, almost arrogant, and defiant, and fucking you into brainlessly submissive brainless whore. Babbling mindlessly and unable to resist him, even if you tried.
"Aw honey, you ain't lookin' so good down there. Did you ask for something? Need to take a break? No... nothin'? Guess I gotta keep goin' then."
Will offer mercy in the fakest, most condescending voice. He intends to prolong your suffering as much as possible, far longer than he ought. But the longer he looks at you like this, his mindless little doll flushed with need, clenching against him, the harder it is for Engie to call it quits.
When he does settle down, he'll get you cleared up and put you right to bed or walk through your nightly routine until he's ready to tuck you into bed. As much as he gets off through the act of dicking you down until you learn how to behave, Engie also gets off on your compliance and how dependent you can be on him to take care of you. While you had your fun playing independant, Engie knows you don't have a prayer of ever truly escaping him, not when he knows exactly how to break you until you're feeding from the palm of his hand.

Fanfic writer interview
Thank you for the tag, dear @insertmeaningfulusername!
What fandoms do you write in?
Various Star Wars media, though primarily Clone Wars, and also Stranger Things.
How many words have you published in 2024?
334,213, which. Good lord, that's a lot! A good 90K of that was written in 2023 and published in early 2024 but like. Still.
What are your top three fics you’ve written this year?
Well, it's hard to choose among the 21 (wut) fics I wrote in 2024, but I'll try!
Reasons to Celebrate is a Star Wars, Waxer/Boil hanahaki comedy, which is really its own advertisement, I think! The idea was so hilarious to me and writing it was a lot of fun.
Summer Lovin' Happened So Fast is a Stranger Things, Steddie one-shot. It is just chock-full of summertime vibes and I tried, as much as I could, to evoke a lot of sensory things that really bring me back to that season. Plus I think it's pretty cute!
The Farmhouse is a Star Wars, Cody/Fox story that was written for the 2024 Clone Bang! It was heavily inspired by a real place I got to visit and is a very different pace of story from most of my long fics, I think. Also I got to do a lot of fun worldbuilding!
What was your biggest pit of despair moment?
Woof. Well, in my hubrisambition this year I signed up for two big bangs which overlapped in the fall. And planned to write 50K+ fics for both. Somewhere in the middle I realized that that a) was a really bad idea and b) started to make writing feel a lot like a chore and less like a hobby.
Now, I do believe pretty strongly in the idea of writing even when you're not "feeling inspired" because muses are fickle, and generally I love writing for events and even thrive on deadlines. But it very quickly became a source of stress and really took a lot of the joy out of writing both fics, and even now I kind of struggle to love them as much as other things I've written. Lessons learned.
What have you learned?
Haha, well, not to bite off more than I can chew! And frankly I think I've learned my limits a bit, not just for events but for writing as a whole. I've been taking a break for a little while now and I think it's really helping. Gotta pace myself!
Did you beta any fics? Any faves you want to shout out?
I've never betaed, no.
What three fics have you read this year that you love?
Only three? Heartless, wicked, cruel! I will do my best.
all that's said in the low light by headlocket is a Call of Duty, Soap/Ghost fic that's just, ugh. Stunning. I don't usually go in for serious injury/chronic disability stories, not my cup of tea, but this one is so beautifully done and so sensitive without being preachy and so in-character in the most stilted, emotionally constipated way, hnnggg. What an absolute joy.
crystalizing clear as day (oh, i can picture you so easily) by the wonderful @inconocible is a Star Wars, Rex/Fives/Echo (with a side of Rex/Cody) story that takes place after Order 66. I don't think I'll ever get over the "pining for someone who's right in front of you" concept and this one really, beautifully delivers.
Undercover Work is an anonymously written Star Wars Rebels, Zeb/Kallus story that I adore for how it treats Kallus. The man is ruthless to a fault, even when he's working for the good guys, and the way he simply can't comprehend their relationship being anything other than transactional is as perfect as it is heartbreaking.
What ideas are percolating for next year?
Well, I'll be taking part in Waxer*Boil Month again this year, though I haven't started on those yet... And I've got a few things that I've started that I'm still hoping to finish in 2025 (stubbornly refusing to close the Gdocs tab counts as working on them, right?) including some additional scenes to my Steddie fic Maybe 10% Better and a TCW rarepair fic that I really really want to get out there.
This was a fun one! No-pressure tagging @cacodaemonia @elismor @mojowitchcraft @maplerosekisses

Another thing I hated from those last two seasons were the villains, especially cozy glow
Bgdsafhbb
I really should stop talking about mlp. It's embarrassing 😅 I'm kind of embarrassed. I apologize to all my followers. But...
But again, 100% right.
Funny thing is, I can see a world where Chancellor Neighsay's character is written better. The problem with his character is that the terrible writers wrote him as the most stereotypical, strawman-y racist villain that I've ever seen in any piece of children's media, ever.
If they wrote him more realistically, and actually gave the audience an explanation for why he feels that way about the other creatures...
For example, they could've showed that the reason he hated the other creatures is because of their past history with ponies:
The hippogriffs/seaponies refused to help when the Storm King attacked
The Yaks were very picky when they came to visit for the first time
The dragons were usually very hostile towards ponies, to the point where ponies were afraid to approach them
The Changelings attacked Equestria twice
The griffins had a better relationship with ponies, but the majority of them were still very rude
Of course, the explanation for all of their behavior is the result of their environment, leadership, and upbringing. But it would still be an understandable reason.
And if they had him realistically realize the error of his ways, combined with writing him in a realistic way and giving an explanation for his mentality, then BOOM! Character fixed, problem solved :)
Now, as for Cozy Glow...
Idk what the writers were thinking when they came up with her character, but in terms of writing/character motivations she is 10,000 times worse than Neighsay. At least with him I understand what the writers were going for, and he can be more easily fixed.
But Cozy Glow…
She is a child. The same age as the CMC. Who is... inexplicable an evil sociopath who hates the other creatures, wants to get rid of magic, and... rule the world...
Absolutely no explanation given for how this child turned evil, racist, a sociopath, a master manipulator, and a megalomaniac. No backstory, no explanation. At all.
At least with Neighsay, you can logical see how he got there. But I have no idea what they were going for with Cozy Glow.
The only thing I can figure out is this: Cozy Glow exists to prove one point that Neighsay made. He was afraid that the other creature students would use their friendship lessons and the school to secretly take over Equestria. He believed that they were sociopaths who were incapable of being changed, so instead of being improved by the school they would only learn how to better manipulate ponies. That's what sociopaths do in real life.
But instead of it being the other creatures who did it, it was a pony. The point of Cozy Glow's character is to prove that ponies are capable of being the megalomaniac sociopaths that Neighsay thought the other creatures were. So in a way, I can see where the base concept for her character came from.
The thing that makes it terrible is that there is absolutely no backstory or explanation given for why this child is evil, or how she got there. The writers just expected the audience to accept this incredibly bizarre, horribly written character.

Lol, shrug

Grogar would've been a really cool villain, if he wasn't actually SPOILERS Discord in disguise the whole time.
The real Grogar does exist in their world. He could be dead, he could be alive. We don't know. But the writers lied to people, telling them that Grogar would be the final villain, hyping him up... only for it to be taken away with a terrible plot twist. That they (apparently) planned from the beginning:

But when Discord was impersonating Grogar, he was still a better villain than Cozy Glow and Neighsay. The plot twist was the real problem, not Grogar himself.
I actually feel kinda bad for Grogar's character. They did him dirty. They did my sheep dirty :(
Anyway, my final thoughts on the season 8/9 villains:
Chancellor Neighsay: Terribly written, but can be easily fixed.
Cozy Glow: They were high on BATH SALTS or something and were watching Cats Don't Dance (or the episode of Batman the animated series with Babydoll) when they came up with her character, and didn't give a shit about anything else.
Grogar: I feel bad for my poor sheep :( You deserve better, you could've been great 🐏

Piper’s Relationship With Each Character: Part 1
Time to show what Piper's relationship is to each character! Who is she good friends with, who not good friends with, and WHO IS SHE IN LOVE WITH (spoilers: she’s probably not going to have a love interest because of how I want her story to go, but I may change my mind)? First off, Ramshackle and Heartslabyul Part 2, Part 3, Part 4
Grim:
"Silly ole cat," Piper likes to call him. Gave her quite a scare at the opening ceremony. But, with her unfortunately kind heart, she decided to let him stay with her. Influenced by her tough relationship to her cat back home, Edward, she didn't really get along with him at first. She also found it hard to have him listen to her and work with him in battle because of her inexperience and his incompetence.
But as the days went on, they both learned to trust each other more. Pretty much becoming inseparable to the point which they feel lost without each other.
Riddle:
Also someone who she didn't get along with at first. Much to her efforts to try and get along with him and not make him angry while addressing the issue of his rule subtly. Which failed... miserably. Piper also felt a sting when Riddle called her an idiot child (which she was unfortunately used to because of classmates in her own world).
But, after his overblot and during the events of book 2, Riddle was able to open up to Piper and find a source of comfort and support in her. And she showed forgiveness and compassion towards him. He invites her to tea and study with the other boys sometimes which Piper never refuses. Especially if sweets are on the table!
Ace:
The one who laughed at her and Grim the first day of school... Oh, bother... yeah did not really get along at first either. Though Piper barely had any control of their first encounter, so there's that as well. And bless her kind heart for letting Ace stay with her when he was collared.
Ace did give her a lot of props when they defeated the monster at the dwarf's cottage though. And the fact that he punched Riddle in the face after he called her an idiot definitely caught her off guard. No one really stood up for her like that since she came to their world, if not ever in her life. So, that really signified her relationship with him. She teased him a bit about him caring for her that much afterwards.
Though she never sensed that they were friends until the end of Book 4 where Ace and Deuce came to save her and Grim and they basically had to scream, "WE ARE FRIENDS," to her. They've been besties ever since.
He’s a bit of a bad influence on Piper, making her more rebellious and a bit of a prankster. But, most of all, he let her be her adventurous self. Something that she hasn't shown anyone in a long time.
Deuce:
FINALLY someone she got along with from the start. Well, the entrance ceremony did leave them at a rough start (which I will explain more later when we get into her backstory). However, they quickly made up afterwards. He was the first (and really only one) to ask her, "are you ok?"
She admires his efforts to become better than he was when he was little, for she believes everyone has the ability to be good and change their ways. Again, she never sensed that they were friends until the end of Book 4 where Ace and Deuce had to scream, "WE ARE FRIENDS," to her.
But, even before that, she had a strong bond with Deuce. They both seem to compliment each other. Deuce receives tutoring from Piper when he is struggling in class (aka. all the time), and Piper receives lessons from Deuce about how to be more confident and stand up for herself. While they are all very close friends, Piper may be closer to Deuce than Ace.
Trey:
Another person she got along with relatively easily. After all of the chaos everyone else throws at her, it's nice to have someone as calm as Trey around if she ever needs a break. While she was a little upset when he originally did not confront Riddle about this behavior, she understands why he didn't. She certainly is not good with confrontation unless it's killing them with kindness. Though she knows there is more than that when it comes to Trey.
Besides, who could be upset at someone who makes delicious sweets. She could eat them all day if she could. She even helps him with baking sometimes for special events. When she is homesick, Trey makes her honey cakes! Besides her mother's, they are the best she's ever eaten!
Cater:
Was also pretty chill and got along with Piper relatively easy. She helps him with his tasks sometimes and likes to take pictures with him for Magicam. She has never used social media platforms in her world, so Cater taught her how the algorithm works and got her a nice little following (she mostly posts pictures of her stuffed animals in the woods or anywhere in nature. Became an aesthetic real quick). He also taught her how to take good photos with the ghost camera.
However, she's a bit worried about him. She's one of the only people that can see through his facade. But, when trying to talk to him about it, he just changes the subject. So, she figured to just bring it up subtly such as making spicy ramen or offering to go skateboarding (which she is not good at but will try for him).

While the person asking that question didn't bring it up, I'm gonna ask: where would Marcy getting her and her friends trapped in Amphibia and initially conspiring with Andrias to make sure they'd still go on adventures (and lying to Anne and Sasha about wanting to go home) rank compared to Louie, Mabel, and Cricket's crimes that Weirdkev27 brought up as far as "kid makes a very bad and reckless decision that nearly dooms everyone"?
Worse than Mabel as there's more intent there. Mabel did intend to make summer last forever but far as she knew it was on the level of their other shneanigans which they easily undid when they learned thier lesson. Worst she thought she was getting was another lesson and it was worth the risk when her whole little world was collapsing.
Marcy is in the same boat: her dad seemed unsympathetic, she ran out in tears and did something impulsive. She's ahead of mabel as she assumed a lot about everyone elses motives and them never wanting to go home. It's not the BIGGEST stretch for Sasha granted: I also get the sense my surrogate daughter was running from some shit even if Marcy's Journal didn't go too deep into it (For understandable reasons). But given she knew Anne even with her and her parents not being on great terms.. they still loved her and vice versa.
The reason Marcy dosen't score higher despite doing ostensibly more damage.. is culpablity. She feels guilt sooner than either boy and the whole explore the multiverse idea.. wasn't hers. Escaping to somewhere else and the unitnended consequences? yes.. but she started to feel those... until keith david played her like an ocerina. It dosen't absolve her of guilt, she makes that clear in her journals and is genuinely and truly apologetic and her piece of the penultimate episode shows that, with her accepting that reality can suck but she needs to face it. Cricket takes a WHILE to realize how bad he fucked up, and Louie as we've discussed feels bad.. then doubles down once i'ts clear he thinks he can get away with it. Louie continues to be the one i'm hardest on not because I don't like the character, I do he's a fun little shit even if I prefer his brothers, but because he's the only one who didn't fully learn his lesson and had no real excuse for what he did.
Mabel was loosing everything suddenly, as her friends really did not broadcast their plans well and got manipulated by a master conman who broke into her mind palace to get info to pull of his scheme then put her in a lotus eater machine for safe keeping, Marcy likewise took a big change worse and then had someone directly play on her emotions and vunerablity for personal gain, and Cricket had a lifetime of his dad making it clear he dosen't value him as a person. None of this fully justifies what any of thema side form mable doe (And even mable fucked up with mableand), but Louie is the only one who did what he did purely out of hubris, had been taught a few tims before this shortcuts have consequences, and refused to back down to save his own ass rather than out of a self deluded thought that IT'S STILL GOOD IT'S STILL GOOD.

Thoughts on Nathan Prescott? Do you empathize with him like some players? I surely don't. The guy was violent and killed Rachel and drugged Chloe and Kate.
For me, the overall message of Season 1, Before the Storm and Season 2 is one of empathy. That sometimes people, especially if they went through a lot, don't know how to ask for help but they still need it. That you shouldn't give up on people easily. That sometimes relationships can be fixed. I think that players who react with annoyance or even disdain towards Chloe in Season 1, Rachel in BtS or Daniel in Season 2 have failed to learn this simple, but very important lesson.
Nathan's character could've played into that theme. If his criminal behaviour was a result of the mental condition that his father refused to treat him for, could we really hate or condemn Nathan? But while that angle is teased throughout the game (in Max's nightmare, a phantom of Nathan, who is already dead at that point, asks Max if she's going to kill him just because he's mentally ill), it is demonstrably not an accurate way of portraying his evil deeds.
Nathan has some sort of mental condition which causes him to have sudden violent outbursts. His father, apparently believing that his son being treated by a psychiatrist would destroy the Prescott family name, refuses to provide him with medical care, even though Nathan's doctor is pleading for it.
But Nathan's crimes - his murder and kidnapping of Rachel, his kidnapping of Kate and his attempted kidnapping of Chloe - were NOT crimes of passion. They were NOT results of sudden violent outbursts. They were cold, calculated crimes. His kidnappings of Rachel and Kate were pre-planned, pre-meditated crimes. His photo session of Rachel probably took hours to complete. Those were not sudden outbursts of someone temporarily unable to control their own behaviour. And while his attempted kidnapping of Chloe was him grasping at an opportunity that suddenly arose, he still made a conscious decision to do so.
Likewise, it would be unconvincing to chalk up Nathan dealing drugs at school to his mental condition.
So while Nathan's mental condition is an interesting part of his character, it is ultimately irrelevant when discussing his crimes. He clearly commited his crimes (which were anything but sudden, uncontrolled outbursts) based on his conscious decisions, with planning and preparation.
Another part of Nathan's character is that he's starved for affection from a father figure, because of how cold and uncaring, downright cruel his father is. The way Nathan is treated by his father is shown in BtS. So you could say that Nathan started imitating Jefferson and became his accomplice because he wanted Jefferson to become the father he had never had.
There's a big problem with that explanation. While it might explain, at least in part, why Nathan became involved with Jefferson in the first place, it doesn't fit his murder and kidnapping of Rachel and his attempted kidnapping of Chloe.
Jefferson did NOT want Nathan to perform photo sessions of his own. Jefferson didn't consider Nathan ready for that. When Nathan brought Jefferson Rachel's photos, Jefferson was furious. At that point Nathan had to clearly understand that doing his own photo sessions was not a way to gain Jefferson's affection. On the contrary, he knew it was something that could infuriate Jefferson. But then he decided to attempt to do to Chloe the same thing he had done to Rachel.
This proves two things. Firstly, he didn't mind the possibility of overdosing Chloe, just like he had overdosed Rachel. He didn't care his next photo session could end with another girl dead. Secondly, he didn't do it for Jefferson. He did it for himself. Jefferson didn't want him to do any more photo sessions of his own. Nathan didn't do what he did to Rachel and Chloe because he thought he would impress his father figure. He did it, because he developed a taste for Jefferson's revolting kind of "art". He wanted more. For himself.
This is why I find the voicemail he left Max completely insincere. Who used you, Nathan? Did Jefferson tell you to drug Rachel and Chloe? Nobody told you to do that. That was your choice. Nobody else's.
In the Bay ending, where Nathan is released from prison after mere three years (this is established in Season 2) I'm certain he would go back to his old ways, emboldened by his total impunity. He would find other girls like Chloe. Girls he would on one hand call "whores" and pretend to be disgusted with. But on the other hand he wouldn't be able to keep his hands away from those "whores". He would have to study them for his "art". There would be more shallow graves around Arcadia Bay.
I like to imagine that after Chloe played the matchmaker between Samantha Myers and Nathan, Samantha had a shot at healing Nathan with her love. I want to think that everyone, no matter how broken, can be saved with love. I imagine a timeline where Samantha managed to teach Nathan that love, kindness and friendship bring far greater pleasure than cruelty, hatred and hurting others ever could. In doing so, she would save Nathan. And by saving Nathan, she would save Rachel, Kate, Chloe and ultimately the entire town. The smallest person changing the course of the future, indeed.
But unfortunately sometimes love, no matter how sincere, is not enough. Sometimes people harden their hearts and reject it. And that's how someone starts treading the path of evil. By rejecting love.

ML Career Choice AU
Disclaimer: My problem with ML is with the writers and their decisions, not really any one specific character. Am I salty towards some characters? Yes, but it’s mostly due to how they’re written. Also I am not an Engineer, I don’t know all of the proper terms.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Marinette is prepared for almost everything, but she was not expecting this. Lila had decided to rub salt into the wound and began lying about her to Gabriel. Adrien (who was frustrated with Marinette’s refusal to take his “high road” advice and upset she’s discovered her backbone) was easily convinced to back up Lila’s claims. He thought that once Marinette learned her lesson, he could convince his father that it was all just a big misunderstanding. What he did not account for was that Gabriel would blacklist Marinette from the fashion industry! Lila of course, bragged to anyone who would listen, but Adrien was going through some mixed emotions. On one hand he was horrified at his father’s over reaction, on the other hand he thought this was surely the thing that would finally convince Marinette to listen to him and go back to being a doormat! He couldn’t understand why Plagg was so upset at him though, everything would work out in the end.
Needless to say Marinette was devastated, and ended up missing a few days of school. Everything she had worked for was gone, and there was nothing she could do to get it back. Her parents tried everything to comfort their daughter, and one day while bringing her something to eat, Tom stepped into one of the traps she’d rigged to protect the Miracle Box. Instead of being angry, Tom and Sabine were amazed. They assumed the trap was meant to keep her classmates out of her room (who had been rejoicing over their daughter’s misery. They saw texts between the kids suggesting they were going to destroy her work), and praised Marinette’s skill and creativity. Tom made a comment as he was being removed from the trap, “You know Mari, you could be an engineer. With your creativity, the sky’s the limit!”
Turns out those were the magic words. Tom and Sabine saw the fire slowly begin to ignite in their daughter’s eyes again, and made a silent promise to do everything they could to make sure at least one of her dreams came true. As time went on they happily bought her books, sent her to talks, and did everything they could to help her learn as much as she could. Coincidentally Ladybug happened to reach out to her about finding ways to akuma-proof structures. Marinette was determined to succeed, and her classmates, Lila, and Adrien would not stop her.
Many years had passed, and Marinette was a highly sought after engineer. She was 25 and had practically redesigned all of Paris by now. She was credited with creating the first akuma-proof buildings, which made dealing with Hawkmoth and his akumas much easier to deal with. Considering Chat Noir would only show up to flirt, and most of the time he didn’t show up at all. Occasionally she still had to deal with Adrien trying to convince her to apologize to Lila for being such a ‘cruel bully.’ He promised that if she did he’d convince his father to either remove her from the blacklist, or secretly hire her. While she still designed for a few loyal clients (like Jagged and Clara) she had no desire to enter fashion. If they’d believe she was the devil based on lies from Adrien, Gabriel, and Lila, then they weren’t worth her time.
One day she gets an angry text from Adrien’s newest number of the week accusing her of exposing Lila. She asks, “What do you mean? I’m in America helping design a new Wayne Enterprises building.” Turns out someone else put two and two together and called out Lila, and everything spiraled from there. What Lila, Adrien, and Gabriel did to her was exposed too, and Gabriel quickly sent Adrien to America to smooth things over with Marinette (he was banking on the fact she used to have a crush on his son). Adrien arrives in Gotham and barges into a café Marinette was spotted at, shouting something along the lines of “Come back Mari I know you love me! Surely you’ll forgive us and come back and help save the company. Engineering isn’t what you’re supposed to do, fashion is!”
What he was not expecting was the confused looks he got from Marinette and the man she was with. While the various Gothamites were recording the drama and announcing to the world that their talented engineer could also design clothes, Marinette just sighed and said,
“Used to love you Adrien. Past tense. I’ve moved onto bigger and better things. I rebuilt most of Paris, I invented akuma-proof materials for building. Gabriel, the man and the company, are the least of my concerns. I won’t forgive you, because I don’t have to, and you’re actions prove to me that I shouldn’t because it shows you haven’t changed.”
The man sitting with her got up to approach Adrien, who proceeded to try and intimidate the dark haired stranger. “Who the hell do you think you are and what have you been telling her?” Adrien yelled at the man. The man with the midnight black hair and blue eyes just smirked at the disgraced model.
“I didn’t tell Little Ms. Magic anything, she’s got a brilliant mind and enough confidence to last two lifetimes, I’m just here to keep her company. Oh by the way, my name’s Jason, Jason Todd Wayne, and I’m her Fiancé.”
Wreck It Ralph did what Ratatouille thought it was doing.
And don't get me wrong, Ratatouille is a great movie! But the whole moral of "I refuse to sit by while I'm treated poorly bc of who I am" doesn't really work when the established world of the movie is about RATS in a HUMAN KITCHEN, where EVERYONE KNOWS that would mean getting shut down.
Whereas with Wreck It Ralph, you get Ralph and Vanellope, two outcasts who bond and care for each other, but whose circumstances are very different.
With Ralph, the moral is that yeah, there are hard things in life and sometimes you don't have the power to change these things on your own. But life doesn't have to suck when the people around you treat you better.
With Vanellope, the moral is that sometimes there are things you can do as an individual that can make a difference in the world, and when the people around you help you in your goals, you can change the way things are.
Both of these people are outcasts, even though they are integral to their respective worlds, and both face different challenges (Ralph vs The ignorance of the people around him, Vanellope vs Someone who outright hates her for who she is). If you want to label the metaphors, you could easily say that Ralph is battling an established system (for example, capitalism) and Vanellope is battling the personal feelings of persons in power (for example, anti queer lawmakers). Note: This is contextually supported by Ralph's line about how the job wouldn't be so bad if people just treated him better, and Vanellope's position of leadership being stolen by a jealous racer who was being left in the past.
Anyways, the bravery of these characters accepting who they are regardless of whether or not they get a happy ending, and accepting each other for who they are 100% beats any half-lesson Remy kind of learns in Ratatouille. (I also despise Remy the rat, but that's a whole different post.)
deep dive character sheet
stolen from: ree and everyone else tagging: you there, all the way in the back!!
NAME: LARCEI ISAACH-LOWELL (not yet)
BODY
height: 160cm / 5′ 3
strength ★★★☆☆ (while not physically built, larcei has strength in her ability to generate momentum. acrobatics and evasiveness are her strong suits, with a body type built on lean muscle rather than overwhelming bulk)
dexterity ★★★★★ (goes hand-in-hand with her streamlined physique. her swordplay is also a honed art, learned by countless failures. she'd be caught dead (quite literally) if her stroke missed an enemy's vital)
health ★★☆☆☆ (in addition to being reckless, larcei pushes herself. her pursuit for power often leaves her lacking in personal care, but at the very least she understands the importance of eating and sleeping)
energy ★★★★★ (high-energy, though quick to burn out. larcei has low stamina and fatigues easily, but when she gets fired up there is little she lets stand in her way. also just generally an active/energetic person)
beauty ★★★★☆ (she does little to maintain it, but according to a handful of others, she is very beautiful. also reminiscent of ayra, who is similarly seen as beautiful by other characters. tell her she looks hot and she'll pull you into a stump but say she looks like her mother? and now you've got her listening)
style ★★★★☆ (laugh at the no pants thing but i think her default outfit and casual fits in some of the manga are quite stylish. the boots and gloves are eye-catching while her outfits as a whole enable her high mobility)
hygiene ★★★☆☆ (perhaps a little stinky. definitely waits a day or two more than she should to wash off the bloodstains after a big battle. she grew up in hiding so this was never exactly a priority for larcei)
SKILLS
perception ★★★☆☆ (in battle, being aware of an enemy's strengths and weaknesses is what allows her razor-edge style to succeed. she does get tunnel-visioned rather easily though, and loses points for being perceptive of little else)
communication ★★☆☆☆ (anger she communicates easily, as well as joy. but feelings of affection or things that otherwise make her feel like a burden fall victim to near-tsundere levels of denial)
persuasion ★★☆☆☆ (the only example of persuasion we find with larcei is her recruitment of the dozel brothers and this poses a few issues. firstly, she only really persuades iucharba to change his mind, as the mere sight of her is enough to convince iuchar. secondly, she cannot convince both to set aside their differences and join together, displaying a lack of this trait. and thirdly, she doesn't even try with any other enemy characters, meaning it's just not in her. she can kick and scream and threaten though )
mediation ★☆☆☆☆ (while threatening to whack both parties across the head could work in some scenarios, the vast majority where they don't and also her failure to resolve the dozel conflict earns larcei another low score)
literacy ★★☆☆☆ (a skill taught to her in group sessions in tirnanog but never anything she received formal lessons in, until coming to the officers academy. even then, she's more of a tactile learner)
creativity ★★★☆☆ (her one art is the art of the sword but she's decently creative with it. scion larcei kind of opened my eyes to her using astra for more than just swordplay so i think that is also kind of like a creative outlet for her)
cooking ★★☆☆☆ (it is edible and it gets the job done. definitely better at doing hard farm labor than cooking what she harvests)
tech savvy ★☆☆☆☆ (honor is big for her and she refuses to touch weaponry that is nontraditional (magic, ballistae, siege weapons) lest she let down the pride of her people)
combat ★★★★★ (it is literally in her blood and not only something she does for its own sake, but for the pursuit of her mother)
survival ★★★★★ (under imperial rule this was number one. calling larcei a survivor is a perfect summation of her character)
stealth ☆☆☆☆☆ (it goes against her personal creed to sneak up on people. combat must be announced and challenges shouted so that victory can be achieved against an opponent at full strength)
street smarts ★★★★☆ (see survival. she's watched one too many girl get snatched up to become, to quote her directly, "dead, or wishing i was..." loses one star for the time shannan had to save her but she has not forgotten that day)
seduction ★★☆☆☆ (is found attractive by some people (including her current partner) but doesn't actually know how to leverage that)
luck ★★☆☆☆ (this one is hard to pin down statistically since her lck base and growth are slightly parent-dependent, but given that she's got the lower stat between her and scathach i'd say she's on the unluckier side of things)
handling animals ★☆☆☆☆ (has yet to obtain a mount and things will stay this way for quite some time)
pacifying children ★☆☆☆☆ (definitely more of a hard-discipline kind of parent. she's the one who gets fed up of kids yelling for mcdonalds and pulls in to order a single black coffee)
MIND
intelligence ★☆☆☆☆ (choosing to interpet this as book-smarts, which are an obvious 'no'. she fits the jock archetype fairly well)
happiness ★★★☆☆ (this is a score that's gotten better the more she bonds with people in the group but the tragedy of her family still hangs over her head)
spirituality ★★★★☆ (sort of a big deal for anyone in jugdral, and with multiple quotes revering the sword saint it can be safe to assume she uses him as a measure of strength. definitely more focused on the human-side of the crusaders though)
confidence ★★★★★ (she risks her neck every time she rushes into the fray. to not do so with confidence would spell a quick death)
humor ★☆☆☆☆ (sometimes she does things that can be laughed at but humor isn't really a focus of larcei's character)
anxiety ★★★☆☆(with regards to ayra's whereabouts, specifically. and whether she's been living her life all wrong. the realization that she's been chasing a shadow for nearly 20 years is going to hit her hard)
patience ☆☆☆☆☆ (nope. none. gotta do it now and do it loud!)
passion ★★★★☆ (yes but only in the things she particularly cares for. if it's not a contest or chance for her to grow she will not bother)
nice ☆☆☆★☆ mean (snippy and rude with her nice moments)
brave ☆★☆☆☆ cowardly (cowardly only in the sense that she cannot accept the truth that is right in front of her)
pacifist ☆☆☆☆★ violent (incredibly so)
thoughtful ☆☆☆☆★ impulsive (incredibly so)
agreeable ☆☆☆★☆ contrary (constantly ready for fights, conflict, and competition--though she is rather pleasant with similarly-minded folk and those who earn her respect)
idealistic ☆★☆☆☆ pragmatic (the hope that ayra is alive is the only thing sliding that star to the left. otherwise she is a very realistic person)
frugal ☆★☆☆☆ big spender (grew up without a lot of money since isaach was not ruled by her family during her childhood. she knows its value well)
extrovert ★☆☆☆☆ introvert (to no one's surprise)
collected ☆☆☆☆★ wild (her penchant for violence is only matched by the quickness of her accusations. truly a loose cannon )
ambitious / possessive / stubborn / jealous / decisive / perfectionist
SOCIAL
charisma ★★★☆☆ (she has a kind of plucky charm but is otherwise not remarkable in social settings)
empathy ★★★★★ (an important part of her character, having watched her people suffer at the hands of the empire. she will never forget their pain. never)
generosity ★★★☆☆ (there is a kindled yearning for her to give back to the world and ensure nobody has to grow up parentless but we have yet to see any examples of charitability from her so this one is hard to pin down)
wealth ★★★★☆ (i headcanon that she has a huge lump sum leftover from her participation in genealogy's many arenas that she uses to buy birthday gifts and stuff. she also has a tie back to isaach's throne and can sort of ask for money whenever she wants, though she never does)
honest ☆☆★☆☆ deceptive (wants to be honest but will be meaner than she wants to if it means not exposing a vulnerability. also can get up to mischief)
leader ☆☆☆★☆ follower (imagine being told, at like age five, that you have to protect some kid with your life. still dedicated to seliph in a retainer sort of way but also strikes out and does her own thing)
polite ☆☆☆☆★ rude (most people reading this do not know she is a princess)
political ☆☆☆★☆ indifferent (leaving jugdral has separated her from its politics but if she were in a paired ending or the ending in which both scathach and shannan die and she ascends the throne, this would lean left)
BELIEFS
higher power ★★★★★ (the proof of their existence is within her)
fate/destiny ★☆☆☆☆ (more of a believer in everyone making their own fate)
magic ★★★★★ (it is very real to her and she loathes it)
soulmates ☆☆☆☆☆ (she has been called that one too many times by a man she watched die so. nope)
good and evil ★★★★★ (i don't think she got the same spiel about the loptyr cult that lewyn gave seliph so to her, the conflict is very black-and-white)
luck ☆☆☆☆☆ (skill is far more reliable)
PRIORITIES
family ★★★★★ (ayra quest aside, she cares deeply for her isaachian relatives and the rest of the tirnanog group. her caretakers are loved just as much as real fathers and mothers)
friends ★★★★★ (this was a big moment for her in toa, actually. fighting for those who care about her by choice is equally as important as those who care by birthright)
love ★★★☆☆ (she is taken from a iucharba-recruit timeline but lucina exists so she is questioning this one)
home ★★★★★ (repaying debts to the land, its people, and those who would lend it their assistance, is a cornerstone of isaachian culture)
health ★★★☆☆ (neglects it if she's mad but otherwise tries to be healthy)
praise ★★★☆☆ (kind of. "an admittance that she's better than you" is more apt)
justice ★★★★★ (see repaying debts. extends also to ensuring punishment goes to those who wrong the innocent )
truth ★★★★☆ (she's a little hypocritical in this regard whenever she gets emotional but this is important to her nonetheless)
power ★★★★★ (her pursuit for power is, at times, shonen-esque)
fame ☆☆☆☆☆ (not one bit. if she did care for this, she'd introduce herself with the royal title she technically has)
wealth ★★★☆☆ (enough to survive and enough to make a difference. if she ever does take an interest in raising money, it'd be for the sake of ensuring a better future for someone else)
others' opinions ★★☆☆☆ (of those close to her only. being seen as a child or otherwise helpless blows a quick fuse on her)
Babylon 5 s02e03 The Geometry of Shadows
table of contents • previous episode
That’s a pretty cool tricorder medical diagnostic device.
“Sinclair I could trust...this guy I don’t know.”
Honestly I can only hope that Sheridan won’t put up with nearly so much assaulting civilians. Hold him to a higher standard.
“I keep wondering what qualifies me to take back my job,”
me too,
“and I don’t have an answer.”
me neither.
Londo, instead of enjoying the curiosity and adulation of the other Centauri, maybe be worried about what the fantastically powerful war crimes committing Morden Et Al are up to??? And promising favors to more shady people, even if they’re Centauri, isn’t improving things! Londo needs - very badly - to learn to look beneath the underneath (I am so sorry for quoting Naruto but it really is a good life lesson put succinctly).
Bazaar fight with a previous un-introduced (I think?) species is a great way to roll into the opening credits, hah. Drazi fight! I’m guessing they aren’t just paler Narns.
They took away Na’Toth’s lipliner for the s02 opening credits!
Techno-mage - another new thingy. They use science to achieve the effects of magic. The Centauri have and have had them. They don’t like to leave their places of power, so seeing them is rare, and to the Centauri, seeing one of them is a bad omen. And here’s three! There are endless new mystical aspects to this show!
YES promotion and diplomatic training for Susan Ivanova!! Really, she only needs a reminder that her more thinly veiled threats like “You’re too young to experience that much pain,” is more diplomatic than “I’m going to put your seats in the fusion reactor and you along with them.”
Vir’s cosmological views are both interesting and make total sense that he believes that (derogatory).
I 100% believe that Londo Mollari would be utterly miserable with more power. As the Emperor, or whatever he has in mind, once he gets there, he’ll be miserable.
Unfortunately, John Sheridan is going to convince Garibaldi to stay. But hopefully him staying does come with some character development that I find less annoying. How sad for me that in the Gathering I was like “He’s adorable. A wringable dishrag of a man,” and now he’s just a cop who is a little bit likable.
Green vs Purple Drazi is an absolute nightmare of a way to try to begin diplomatic training. Hope that tackle didn’t break anything!
Oh, Vi (Vir Cotto, apparently!)r. I don’t care about him at all. But I do care about these extremely cool technomonsters!!!
Technomage: “You don’t frighten easily.”
Vir: “I work for Ambassador Mollari. After awhile, nothing bothers you.”
Laughed out loud at that.
Technomage: “There is an old saying: do not try the patience of wizards, for they are subtle and quick to anger.”
Are these guys human? That’s mostly a Tolkien quote. Londo will certainly go storming in there, since Vir seems smart enough to refuse to go back. I wanna know where the technomages are headed. Are they going to oppose the Shadows? Join them? Investigate them? Fuck around with something totally different? Any of these eldritch beings that Catherine encountered going to come into play?
It is extremely interesting that, while the Minbari seem to be the most mystical, we have been shown more Narnuan direct connections to actual mystic things, like the eldritch beings, the previous war against the Shadows, and these technomages which seem to straddle science and magic.
Ivanova did break something(s)! Drazi 1, Ivanova 0.
The Drazis’ habit of dividing themselves arbitrarily and killing each other till only one faction remains sure is a cultural trait of all time.
There’s over a hundred technomages on b5! That seems like a lot when they don’t usually ever leave their places of power at all.
Technomage: “Captain, you have been used. This...creature...has been seeking an audience with me ever since I arrived.”
lmao.
Technomage: “You must learn manners and respect. From this moment on, you will!”
Well. I’m down for Londo Mollari learning some sense of a.) common sense, b.) empathy, c.) practical morality, but idk if I’m down for whatever this gothic af dude’s going to dish out.
I do want his robe, though. SO BADLY. I am trying very hard not to mentally plan out a whole new sewing project on top of all the others I’ve been daydreaming about.
“It is within that ambiguity that my brothers and I exist. We are dreamers, shapers, singers, and makers. We study the mysteries of laser and circuit, crystal and scanner. Holographic demons, and invocations of equations. These are the tools we employ, and we know many things.”
These guys are my aesthetic. I want to quote literally everything he says.
And they do know about the Shadows that are coming, and they’re going to hide themselves and their knowledge from being either destroyed or misused. New life goal: be a technomage. Love the drama, the robes, the poetry, the pretentiousness, and the practical ability to back all that up.
Smart of Ivanova to deal with one color of Drazi at once. Greens first, since they’re actively killing off the Purples now. Love that their solution for stopping the fighting is to vent all the Purple Drazi into space.
It’s a heavy-handed metaphor, but it checks out.
Goddamn it, Garibaldi is going to, very likably, go back Ivanova up just based on his gut feeling that she needs backup.
What did I say! Faking selling Acme products a la Looney Tunes and bringing back his love of the cartoon from the Gathering is absolutely adorable.
Mollari is having his life being hacked to embarrassment and inconvenience by the technomage and actually I am absolutely here for what is being dished out. Idk what a spoo ranch is, but I hope it’s deeply embarrassing to Centauri. Londo needs his hubris checked before he gets literally every sentient in the universe killed.
BAHAHAHA Drazi Rules haven’t been changed because they’re caught up in committee, therefore, Ivanova is the Green Leader since she’s holding the green star scarf.
It’s...depressingly nice to see that Mollari is capable of apologizing, and almost without caveats and qualifiers, too.
Sheridan: “In other words, you’re perfect for [Head of Security] because you’re compulsive and paranoid.”
Garibaldi: “Or, compulsively paranoid!”
both funny, and also kind of a good point.
Oh man, I am so about this technomage in every possible way. When people in the future ask what my pronouns are I will say techno/mage. When people ask what my gender identity is, I will hold up a little printed out photo of this guy in an anatomically-realistic locket. I am a little crossfaded right now because that’s way more fun than a max dose of tylenol/ibuprofen combo.
Sheridan likes to repeat things that series guests say to him, and I like that about him.
The Brothers and Side Characters Go on a Road Trip!
So, Diavolo, Lord of the Devildom, wants to go on a road trip for reasons unknown. You know what? Screw it, the reason is because Dia wants to do a fun human thing because MC brought it up during tea time. No one can defy the king, so TIME FOR A ROAD TRIP!
Shut Up! HE DOESN’T NEED DIRECTIONS! (Lucifer)
He was going to turn that car around. That’s it, he was going to leave. Someone else drive.
I hope your MC likes staticky traffic updates because that’s what Lucifer constantly had on the radio.
Obviously, some of the brothers complained, so Lucifer put on Beethoven’s Symphony no. 9. HELL YEAH TURN IT UP DJ!
Lol JK no one can car-dance to classical music. Just go back to the staticky traffic updates…
Lucifer would have preferred it if MC or Barbatos were riding shotgun next to him, but Diavolo ended up getting it. Dia is constantly asking Lucifer to stop so he can take pictures of the most mundane shit.
Lucifer stopped stopping after the first fifteen requests.
“I’m not stopping at McDonalds- hang on. Hi McDonald’s employee, one black coffee please.”
In true father fashion, Lucifer got lost and REFUSED to ask for directions. They were lost for five hours before Diavolo finally asked:
“Lucifer, you can turn on the GPS right?”
“Yes, but I don’t trust it.”
Everyone screamed in frustration and were all fully prepared to abandon Lucifer at the side of the road.
Please… can someone else drive? Anyone else…
Are We There Yeeeet..? (Mammon)
Okay, so, Mammon was one of two ways on that road trip. One: complete ADHD daydream zoned out. Or type Two: AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRREEEEE WEEEEEEEE THEEEEEEEEERRRRRREEEE YEEEEEEET???!
He wanted to stop and go to all the tourist traps, by the end of the road trip Mammon wanted to open his own.
The Avatar of Greed loves driving, problem is, he’s used to driving off into the sunset as a lone bachelor, not with his friends and brothers in the car as well.
He only got to drive once, and it was awful. 0/10 would not recommend. Luke thought MC was driving and called shotgun…
Mammon just turns on the radio for music and hopes something good is on at least ONE channel.
STOP WEAVING BETWEEN LANES YOU MORON-
Not all of Mammon’s time driving was bad, the combined powers of Luke and Mammon meant that everyone stopped at a petting zoo at the side of the road. Everyone had a good time, even though when they got back into the car they all smelled like a farm.
Did anyone else hear that oinking in the car-
*Vibes to Music in the Backseat* (Levi)
After being cruelly dragged from his room and placed in this stupid van… he just climbed into the backseat and put on his headphones.
Maybe anime openings could drown out this problem…
Levi only drove for fifteen minutes, it was the most terrifying fifteen minutes of everyone’s lives.
Mario Kart is not a substitute for proper driving school!
Listen- Levi actually saved the entire trip, after stopping at a gas station everyone noticed that Levi never complained about what was on the radio because he was wearing headphones, so everyone bought their own pair and the car trip was so much more pleasant…
No matter how many times Lucifer told Levi to get his feet off the seat, he wouldn’t listen, he was GAMING and they took him away from his gaming chair! HE NEEDED TO SCRUNCH HIMSELF UP LIKE A GOBLIN TO FOCUS DAMMIT!
Whenever the car would stop so everyone could get out and take a picture or look at something, Levi had to be practically dragged out of the car and manually posed for the pictures.
“Is this one of those vans with TVs in them? I brought the first five volumes of TSL on DVD!”
While Satan was driving they stopped at a lake, and Levi burst out of the car and made friends with all the lake fish.
He was still soaking wet when they had to leave.
I’m a Responsible Driver- IS THAT AN OLD BOOKSTORE?! (Satan)
Satan, we believed in you…
Our favourite nerd wanted to stop at any and all historical spots or cool looking bookstores he saw.
When everyone went to buy headphones, he got a pair with cat-ears on them! Because obviously!
Satan’s a responsible driver, and he’s not as prone to road rage as one might think. He has patience, remember in the Jobs event when he worked in customer service? Those kinds of jobs take a godlike amount of self control to do.
Asmo called shotgun and Satan got to have the wonderful experience of having his ear chatted off by his dear brother.
Satan was not about to have fast food for the eighth time in four days, if everyone wanted food, he’d stop at a restaurant.
He was terribly sorry to anyone who needed to use the restroom, but they should have gone at the last rest stop.
When Satan stopped at the lake, he gave everyone a long lecture on the historical significance of the place, then noticed that Levi was being crowned king of the lake and decided he should cut his history lesson short before Levi abandoned his family to chill with the fish forever.
I wanted Satan to be the normal chill one with the radio… I really did… but deep in my subconscious I feel like Satan would put on one of those language learning DVDs so he can learn another language on the go like a total dork.
Road Rage (Asmodeus)
No one saw this coming but- Asmo gets some B A D road rage. Someone cuts him off? “Hi hello dear, WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO SHOVE MY FOOT UP YOUR ASS?!” Someone doesn’t use a turn signal? “YOU BRAIN DEAD MORON! LEARN TO DRIVE!” Someone just pisses him off? “*prolonged horn sound*”
It’s just… the car trip was so taxing on the poor Avatar of Lust… he was crammed into the middle seat for the majority of the trip… he had to give his sleeping mask to Belphie… Beel was getting crumbs all over him and he couldn’t move over… just so tragic…
Solomon called shotgun and it was the greatest couple of hours of his life. He got a front row seat to Lucifer and Barbatos dragging Asmo back into the car because he tried to pick a fight with another driver.
Asmo wasn’t having a good time…
He didn’t want to stop for any gas station food or go through a drive-thru so it was another expensive restaurant trip. Rest In Peace to the gang’s wallets.
When he wasn’t driving, Asmo was loudly talking with MC or talking on the phone. It was a blessing in disguise when they went through an area with bad phone reception and Asmo finally had to shut up.
Oh well… at least he got a few nice pictures for Devilgram.
MCDONALDS! MCDONALDS! MCDONALDS! (Beel)
We all know Beel is massive, right? His head is touching the ceiling and every speed-bump hurt.
He’s the one begging to stop at every gas station or fast food place they pass by.
Beel’s section in the car was covered in empty bags of Doritos by the end of the trip.
When Beel got to drive, Belphie got shotgun! Hell yeah dream team!
Poor Beel, he got distracted and ended up somehow popping a tire. He pulled over next to a farm, changed the tire, then got back in the car and kept driving.
Uh… there was an awful lack of snoring next to Beel- OH FUCK THEY LEFT BELPHIE!
Belphie was found sleeping next to the cows on the farm they had stopped at earlier.
The cows didn’t want to give their sleepy god up so easily…
After that… Beel didn’t want to drive anymore…
“Look, cows.” (Belphie)
I really need to stop with the cow jokes but I CAN’T
*snore*
Belphie’s crammed between Beel and MC for most of the trip and is probably drooling all over poor MC’s lap or shoulder.
Beware, he jolts up randomly and looks around in a panic before he realizes he’s in a car. This happens every three hours.
Belphie’s not allowed to drive, he’d fall asleep. But when Lucifer takes the wheel and puts on that fucking staticky radio, Belphie forms an idea.
“*ahem* four thousand bottles of beer on the wall, four thousand bottles of beer,”
Mission success, Lucifer wanted to tear his hair out.
Belphie ended up asking to stop when they get to a stretch of road with no streetlights, everyone got out of the and stared at the stars.
…listen, it’s a miracle no one got axe murdered but the stars were gorgeous.
Remember when I said Satan put on those language learning DVDs? Yeah uh…. Belphie woke up from his last nap of the trip almost fully fluent in Spanish. At least one person gained a new skill on this trip…
Oooo, Look at Thaaaaat! (Diavolo)
Even though the side characters were in a different car most of the time, sometimes people would switch to the other car if they met up at a gas station.
By the end of the road trip Dia looked like one of those tourist dads, Hawaiian shirt and all.
Dia can’t drive
He’s absorbing human culture… and human culture involves ordering everything at this random Wendy’s.
Diavolo’s camera roll is so unbelievably full by the end of the trip and he refuses to delete ANY of the pictures.
Most of the pictures are of really weird and boring stuff, like traffic signs and trees, but the picture he ends up printing out and putting in a picture frame is a picture of the whole group at the petting zoo having a grand old time.
He wanted to take home a baby goat but Barbatos said that wasn’t a good idea :(
Help. (Barbatos)
So, it could have been worse for Barbatos, he could have been stuck in the car with the brothers and MC.
Dia always had the seat up front, but when he left the car to go hang out with the dude-squad, Solomon got the passenger seat.
Solomon decided it would be a good idea to pester Barbatos to go faster and take weird shortcuts through (probably not legal) backroads and creepy forest paths.
Good thing Barbatos, Luke, and Simeon had functioning brain cells and knew that’s how horror movies began.
Barbatos stopped for fast food once and only once. It’s not healthy!
He’s the only driver to take suggestions for music, meaning that the side characters’ car was the best one of the two.
“SOMEONE GET THE BARF BAG!”(Simeon)
He’s just… he’s just trying his best not to vomit…
Simeon thought the car would be a good place to get some writing done while they drove down long stretches of road. Simeon was wrong in that assumption.
With his head down way too much while the car zoomed down the highway, Simeon felt himself getting *very* sick about four hours in.
He was worried he may have accidentally eaten something of Solomon’s… but nope. The angel was carsick.
Luke had the important job of patting Simeon on the back as he leaned over the barf-bag while Solomon dry heaved up front.
Hurry and open the windows before Solomon barfs too!!!!
Other than the car sickness, he had the job of making sure Luke was entertained, there was a good hour of eye-spy until they just got to a stretch of forest.
After that, Simeon realized that he could just give Luke free permission to ramble about whatever he wanted and that would keep the little guy entertained for HOURS.
What do You Mean I Can’t Legally Make This Turn?! (Solomon)
Shifty bastard can drive, problem is, he doesn’t care about the laws of the road.
He ended up getting pulled over after breaking approximately 11 traffic laws in less than ten minutes.
“License and registration.” “Yeah yeah yeah…” “…sir, this license expired in 1989.” “…shit.”
Solomon gunned it and managed to use his magic to hide the car and evade the very confused traffic cop.
Luke was completely aghast at the flagrant law breaking, but Solomon’s excuse was that the 80s were a lawless wasteland and he completely forgot he legally had to update his license.
He’s an equally obnoxious passenger as he is driver, but at least no one in the car is bored.
“You know, back in the day cars didn’t have seatbelts.” “Solomon put your seatbelt back on.”
…Can we keep it? (Luke)
He was against this from the start. A road trip? With those nasty demons? No! Never!
Okay fine… maybe he wanted to see some more of the human world… he agreed to go.
After helping Simeon through his car sickness, he misheard the other car say that MC would be driving, and Luke wanted to hang out with his third parent 🥺
That’s how he ended up riding shotgun next to Mammon. It started out rough, but when the two spotted the petting zoo it was all sunshine and rainbows.
Luke made friends with all the animals! He was like a little Disney Prince. He got especially attached to this one piglet, it was a surprise to Simeon that the goodbye wasn’t tearful.
Luke smuggled that piglet out of the petting zoo and they were all over fifty miles away before anyone noticed.
Of course, everyone was just shocked that Luke had stolen something, but he looked so cute holding the little piggy… awwww…
The bros obviously joked that Luke had gone to the dark side and was totally evil because he had taken the pig, much to the poor kid’s dismay.
Simeon tried to convince Luke that he needed to return the piglet but Luke was adamant that he could totally take good care of it.
Welp, time for Lucifer to fix this.
“Luke, you need to go put the pig back, it’s not yours.”
“No! I’ll take good care of it!”
“That doesn’t matter, you stole it. It’s not your property, do you want to end up a scummy thief like Mammon?”
“No not at all. Let’s go return the pig.”
“THAT’S ALL IT TOOK?!”
More.
One thing you easily learned about Satoru was the fact he wasn’t easy to satisfy. He’s demanding, cocky, all the while being nonchalant. He rarely exerts effort, but gets the desired results. He’s arrogant, but it’s nearly impossible to point out a flaw to counter it at all.
It makes your head hurt. It makes your teeth clench.
When you make eye contact, you make sure to stare back daggers. When you’re forced to talk to him, your voice stays monotone and expressionless. When you’re in a room with him for more than five minutes, your earbuds are already out, drowning out the sound of his voice. But it’s all difficult when you’re under the same roof.
Knock. Knock.
You roll your eyes at the sound of your step brother knocking your door, wondering what the hell he wants now. At this point, he’s probably just trying to annoy you, poke at your sides until he gets attention, any kind of attention, all just to satisfy his boredom.
Your calm demeanor and sharp tongue has always contrasted with Satoru’s teasing attitude. He’s always seemingly trying to provoke you, trying to pry apart the walls you’ve barricaded yourself in. His personality never rubbed you in the right way from the day your dad surprised you with a dinner with your new brother and your new mom. It didn’t matter anyways, you thought. You’d be going off to university soon enough.
The pandemic ran over all of your plans like a truck.
Better yet, your parents still had work without the option of staying home, leaving you and Satoru home alone for a little over eight hours a day. When he wasn’t in class or tutoring his juniors, he was knocking at your door, most likely red-eyed, though you can’t see it, and relaxed. Despite his persistence, you rarely let him in no matter how insistent he is in “getting to know his new lil sister.”
“Go away, Satoru.”
Behind the door, he pouts while you scribble down notes from the screenshared presentation. He comes in anyways, reeking of marijuana and cologne, half of his shirt buttons undone. You steal a small glance before once again glueing your eyes to your computer screen. The voice of your professor bores you, but you’re hyper aware of Satoru’s presence as he makes himself comfortable on your bed. “Get the fuck off! You stink!” You yell, turning off your camera before throwing a pencil right at him.
He catches it mid air with ease, relaxing his head on your pillows while fiddling with one of your many Sanrio plushies. “Can I have this?” he asks, holding one up as you contemplate its value in your head.
“If it gets you out of my room, then sure.” you reply in a monotone voice, turning back to your notes.
“You’re no fun,” he mumbles, rolling over to lay on his side with the plushie in his arms, “Is that organic chem?”
“Yeah, can you go now?”
“I’ll be quiet, princess. Don’t worry about me, just wanna know what my lil sis is up to.” He waits for a response, but is only rewarded with a huff.
It stays like that for the next ten minutes, him watching your professor’s lecture, you scrambling to write all of the information on the slides as he continues the fast paced lesson. You’re hyper focused on your class, putting in your effort to absorb the entirety of the content. In your mind, the only people in your room are your and your computer. “You know, you don’t have to understand everything all at once,” a voice speaks up from behind you, causing you to purse your lips in annoyance, “It’s easier to learn when you’re actually paying attention to the lecture instead of focusing on trying to get everything down.
“We get it, Satoru. You have straight A’s and you’re naturally good at everything.”
“Hey, you’re getting advice from an aspiring teacher. Don’t need to use that tone with me, Princess.” He mumbles, rolling to his back on the bed, “Just tryna help you out in my free time.”
“I don’t need your help.”
He stays silent while you go back to drawing some of your basic compounds. Ethanol, methanol, propane, all of it. Your scribbles are messy and they progressively fill out the page in your notebook. You hear a tsk behind you, rolling your eyes as you prepare for another criticism from Satoru. Sure, he was probably right, but you refuse to feed into his ego. “Does he not link the slides to you guys or something?” he asks, this time with a friendlier tone.
“He does.” you reply, swiveling your chair until you’re facing him. He’s laying on his side again, his shirt spilling off his shoulder as your breath hitches at the sight. The blindfold is snug against his face, his hair pushed up. You’re sure that the stink of marijuana has rubbed onto your sheets and you make a mental note to wash them after class. “Then get high with me.”
“I’m in the middle of class, dumbass.”
“But you can always look at the slides later.” he suggests, “Plus, you’ve looked super stressed lately. Wonder why.”
Because of you, you want to say, but you stop yourself, opting to stay silent while pondering the offer. “Sure.”
He excitedly walks back to his room, returning to your bed seconds later with a joint between his fingertips. “This your first time?”
“Nah.”
“Ooooo,” he hums like a child, “That’s what you’re up to when we’re not around, huh?” he teases and you shake your head with a smile forming on your face.
“I guess.”
He shrugs, holding the joint up to your lips and lighting up the tip. You suck in the smoke into your lungs, holding it in, before exhaling out the screen door of your window. He takes a hit, opening his mouth and inhaling through his nose then passing it back to you. Your professor’s lecture fades into background noise as you fixate on Satoru, finally giving him the attention he’s been craving for weeks. He makes a mental note to offer you weed the next time he’s overcome by boredom.
The high hits you almost immediately. You’ve never had anything this strong and it’s liberating. You feel weightless, but your eyelids feel heavy. Your face is awfully warm and lifted and your vision gets more and more blurry by the second. The intoxication is pleasant, the present worries in your head being cut off as you focus on what’s right in front of you.
Satoru.
Satoru, your dear, irritating step brother who was kind enough to share the weed he stashes in his drawer. It’s getting harder and harder to hate him and you can’t reason why you felt so many negative emotions that you projected onto him at all. Sure, your room reeks and it’s all because of him, but the sight of him laying on your bed in a shirt that barely covers up his upper body makes your underwear feel uncomfortable. You don't know where it’s coming from, but shutting it out was easy when you’re sober. Key word: sober.
You stand from your desk, making your way to your bed and laying next to him. Both of you face each other, easily getting comfortable, warmth radiating off his body. It feels oddly intimate and your thighs press together in order to suppress the lustful feeling that takes over your body. Your arm comes around to the back of his head, tugging on the fabric that covers his eyes. “Can I take it off?”
“Sure.”
He lifts his head, allowing you to pull on the knot until it becomes undone. You don’t know what you were expecting, maybe a scar or something, but you’re in awe of the blue orbs that make you feel like you were staring into infinity. They’re bloodshot and half lidded and it’s when one fact you really didn’t want to accept hits you.
Satoru Gojo is one of the prettiest men you’ve ever seen.
And he’s your step brother.
Uneasiness stirs in your lower tummy and you curse at whatever higher power that decided to give you this type of luck, but a hand on your hip trails to your back, pulling your closer and closer until your faces are at a dangerous distance. You can feel your cheeks becoming alarmingly hot and you hate that you can’t blame it on the weed. His hand comes up to your cheeks, his thumb stroking the soft skin. “Thought you wanted me to go away?”
“Changed my mind.” you whisper, eyes slowly closing, lips parting open as you wait for him to lean in and close the gap.
“Hmm? What’s this?” he sneers, causing your eyes to shoot open and your body to jolt up from your bed. The hazy feeling on your head still remains, making it hard to stand completely straight. “Get out.” you sternly demand, leaning back on your desk chair and pointing towards your door.
“Why should I? I don’t think you really want me to leave, babe.” He props his head on his hand, leaning his elbow onto your mattress.
“It’s wrong.”
“What’s wrong? We’re just two people hanging out on a bed. Unless you were trying to do something else, dirty girl.”
“I- I wasn’t! You’re my step brother!”
“Step brother.” He repeats, justifying your actions.
You’re shaking, guilt occupying your mind keeping you distracted. It’s the perfect time for Satoru to get comfortable in the space between your legs, pulling down your loose shorts and taking you by surprise. Before you have a chance to protest, his nose brushes against your sensitive core, making you let out a squeak. “W-We can’t do this!”
“Didn’t you want this?” he questions, looking up at you with wide eyes, “Wanted me to take care of this pretty little pussy, right?”
You know you should be refusing. You know you should be pushing him out your door. But it’s so hard when his pupils are dilated and the grip on the sides of your thighs feels so right. At this point, you’re not thinking, only nodding along to whatever he’s saying, anticipating his next actions.
“So wet.” He mumbles, pulling down the flimsy fabric and throwing it off somewhere in the room. He licks a thick stripe from your entrance to your clit, sucking softly on the pearl while holding you down as the pleasure causes you to jolt upwards. He sucks and slurps like it’s his last meal, making your empty walls pulsate and little whines along with to leave your lips. Looking down, your eyes meet his, the lower half of his face immersed in your cunt.
The wet muscle fucks into you, curling and pressing against your walls, while his thumb rubs against your little clit. He hits all the right spots that make you squirm, pushing your legs wide open to see more of your ruined pussy. The wetness collects on his mouth, his chin, and his cheeks, filling him with a sick sense of satisfaction. “Such a whore, aren’t ya?” he pulls away to comment, but your fingers thread through his hair, pushing his head back where you need him most.
The action is assertive, something he usually hates dealing with. Though this time, he’s filled with a sick sense of pride at the fact that he was able to turn you, someone who seemed to hate him with a burning passion, into a moaning mess with just his mouth. He hums satisfactorily, sending vibrations into your sensitive core that make your thighs shaky.
You’re already cumming in an embarrassingly short time, gushing all over his face while he laps up all the juices you have to offer.
Before you can process anything else, his lips capture yours, lifting your body and dropping you onto your bed. You look at him with half lidded eyes, still sensitive from your last orgasm, while he pulls off his own clothes. His length rests on the inside of your thigh and he’s huge, so huge that it feels heavy against your skin and it scares you. “Satoru, I don’t think I can take you-”
“Shhh, princess,” he reassures you, “You started this. You have to take it.”
He doesn’t give you a chance to speak, taking the fabric of his blindfold and covering your eyes, tying a tight knot on the back of your head. This isn’t right, a voice in your head tells you, but you ignore it because Satoru treats you so well. He keeps you company, gives you some of his weed, eats your pussy without you having to ask him.
The only thing you can see is black and you whine. You so badly want to see Satoru’s pretty face, his chiseled body, his thick cock, but your thoughts are interrupted by the fat tip prodding at your tiny hole. “Too big..” your voice trails off as your mind is lifted, only the feeling of him splitting you in half remaining. You’ve never felt so full and it feels so dirty, yet your slick says otherwise, betraying any rational part that still resides in your body.
“I got you, Princess, don’t worry.” He slurs, drunk on the sensation of your snug walls. The stretch strings, whimpers spilling from your lips, but his cock hits every spot like no other. By the time he’s fully inside of you, it feels like he’s actually in your guts and it’s all intensified by the isolated feeling, not being able to see him at all. Every bite on your shoulder, every kiss on your open mouth, every delicious drag on your gummy walls is amplified.
You’re already cumming around him, a ring of cream forming on his cock as he gazes down at your bare body, wrapping his lips around a sensitive nipple. You squeal, your breath hitching at the same time you clamp down around his throbbing length. “Already? Such a sensitive little princess, aren’t you?” He mutters in your ear, your nails digging into his shoulders, piercing the pale skin. Tears spill from your eyes, flowing down the sides of your face.
His teeth sink into your shoulder and you want to tell him to stop, but the words don’t quite leave your lips. Only babbling noises accompanied by the wet sounds of your cunt and skin slapping against skin. He’s still pounding into your cervix at a relentless pace, in awe of how your slick drips down his balls and onto the white sheets.
Every time he hits that sweet spot, there’s an odd feeling that forms, like you’re about to make a mess. And when your next orgasm washes over you in intense waves of euphoria, a clear liquid spurts from your cunny, coating his lower stomach and your inner thighs. “Who knew my little princess was such a messy girl?” he taunts, making your cheeks flush in embarrassment.
“S-shut up-”
“Don’t worry about it,” he leans in close, his lips dangerously close to your ear, “I’ll clean it all up.”
His smooth voice causes you to squeeze around him, almost like you don’t want him to ever leave your cunt, and it gets harder and harder for him to move. “Fuck, baby you’re so tight, need you to loosen up,” he mumbles, his own orgasm finally approaching, your little cunny milking him for all he’s worth.
He’s rambling little praises, hot pleasure elevated by the high, his hips stuttering and his cock stuffing you to the brim with his warm seed. You both lay there, still intertwined and his body resting on top of yours.
“Ms. (L/N)! Did you have any questions about my lesson today?”
Your face drops in horror, your hand immediately pulling off the blindfold, as you push Satoru away from you and press the leave button on Zoom. A mix of your juices drop onto the floor and he chuckles, pulling you back to bed. “This isn’t over.”
He pins you back onto the mattress, his cock twitching at the sight of your leaking cunt, pulling your thighs until you’re close and pinning them to your chest. In one swift movement, his entire cock is shoved into your cunt, his balls slapping against the flesh of your ass with every thrust, fucking his cum back into your womb.
Gojo Satoru would never be satisfied.
