normally im not really that into ships w junpei that arent junepei or at the very least c-team oriented - nothing wrong with 'em, they just don't really appeal most of the time. but i just had a thought about a semi-au aoipei thing where they get together in the apocalypse but in a way where its like. them using each other to cope with akane's loss.

its like a mirror of 6sigma except for someone that one of them thinks is dead and the other knows is alive but has utterly abandoned him. can anyone fucking hear me

Back when I was writing aoipei fics I tried not to have a ton of Aoi pov because Junpei is my favourite and my bias shows when another character is looking at him 😂

'Achievable Perfection' (my longest fic to date) was told solely in Byleth's pov. Guess who my fave is (in passing, writing either Byleth of Dimitri pov was the equivalent of me clenching to appear like I have abs. Yuri's voice is actually the easiest for me)

Anyway, I just wanted to say I just wrote a wholeass paragraph describing Dr Ratio drinking his drink for no reason!! There's no reason. Plot needs to happen and I made Aventurine stand there watching this dude drink. Has he done this in another paragraph earlier? Yes. Yes he has. Idk what I'm doing anymore

The reason I got this game in the first place was because I was hoping we as the protagonist could hook up with cute white hair anime boy. That didn’t happen of course, and I enjoyed the game a lot regardless of the lack of gay, but hey, a girl can dream, right?

AS FOR AOIPEI. they fascinate me so much. my favourite version of their dynamic is in the safe end, with them kind of being fucked up codependent toxic haters at each other. buuuut theres also a fun universe in the vlr timeline with them and light as three weed smoking grandpas. one time kaetor described them as "fundamentally aoi and junpei are very similar people who care about the same things but also in any universe where akane is alive and in their lives they just hate each other". theyre both silly i like them a lot <3

Aoi leaned over Junpei’s shoulder to see just what he was so invested in. Of course it was the stupid funyarinpa that he was so very fond of.

“You’re still googling that stupid thing? Junpei give it a rest already,” Aoi complained as he slouched back into his position on the couch.

Junpei grunted and murmured something along the lines of ‘you wouldn’t understand.’

“Come on, you’re only visiting for a little bit and it’s a little insulting seeing you spend all your time on something that probably doesn’t exist.”

Junpei’s face lit up in horror at the comment, “Apologize to the funyarinpa!” 

Aoi shook his head and rolled his eyes at his boyfriends stupidity.

 “Actually, I’ll apologize if you kiss me asshole.” Aoi replied with a smug smirk.
