im working on Project Hexi, an AI that is making great progress, made by myself. i will NOT be sharing any concepts for how it actually works because i dont want open ai or google or any of those people who are bad at making ai stealing my ideas long story yadda yadda tl;dr im making an ai better than open ai ever could. -faster -more complexity -lower energy usage -better memory -ethically sourced training data in fact, this post will be used as training data.

still some stuff to finish:

-Complexity [one specific aspect that, again, Fuck open ai] -Better memory [this and the one above will be solved once that aspect is implemented]

-ethically sourced training data: while all of it IS ethical currently, i need MORE. im going to scrape every post ive ever made on everything i own, then use that as data. -user-friendly reprograming: after all my systems are working, im going to work on all the aesthetical stuff. almost all of the (few) aesthetical items work completely separately from the AI itself, so it shouldnt affect to much, assuming none of them accidentally use the same variables.

-autotraining: the actual systems to make sure it's on track are going to be complex. its going to have its own, smaller ai, where the user receives the input after a few hundred rounds and ensures it's on the right track. if not, mutate and try again. the user will have to manually do quite a few items, because this ai isnt going to HAVE to speak perfect english, or any language for that matter, its going to be what the user chooses. [assuming the user is programming an ai, that is.]

#474: when a train gets to a terminus it has to turn around. but the driver needs to be at the front, to see, right? so they need to move the locomotive round the rest of the train so you can see where its going. but thats a faff, so the great western railway became interested in "railmotors" which essentially put a locomotive on the front of a carriage, not unlike commuter transport you see today. but they werent very strong and could barely carry their own weight, and the carriages got dirty with all the steam and smoke and it was all just a bit eh. so then the autotrain came along with is basically a train sandwich - the locomotive was surrounded by two cars with a cab at the end ("autocoach"), where the driver could sit and drive and "mechanical linkages" would trigger the various controls of the loco. this was a more successful method on branch lines where did lots of turning around but didnt carry too many passengers or operate an intensive service.

nowadays the "multiple unit" is most used, where a cab at each end of a long train operates many small motors along the entire length, making the whole thing basically a single thing you have to worry about :P
