The boiler heats the liquid to the perfect brewing temperature (usually around 195-205°F). The pump generates the pressure (typically 9 bars) to force water through compactly packed coffee grounds. Avoid abrasive sponges—they scratch stainless steel. Next, tackle the steam wand. After frothing milk, purge it with a burst of steam to clear the tip, then wipe it with a damp cloth. Soak the tip in warm water for a minute if milk crusts over, but don’t let it sit dirty—dried milk is a breeding ground for bacteria and blocks airflow. 
Care for Your Portafilter 
After pulling a shot, knock the spent puck into a knock box (or trash if you’re less fancy). Remove oils by washing the basket under warm water, using a soft brush if grounds stick. Stop, wait 10 seconds, and repeat 5-6 times until the water runs clear. 
Flush with plain water 2-3 times to rinse.

Monthly Descaling

  1. Installation
  According to the different models and specifications of the filling machine, please refer to the accompanying manual for installation.
  For a small filling machine, it is not required to build a foundation. It only needs to be installed on a flat workshop floor, set a horizontal benchmark, adjust the elevation of the bottle-in chain belt and bottle-out chain belt according to the layout drawing, and adjust the feet to make the whole machine The load is evenly distributed.
  For large bottling and capping machines, it is necessary to build a solid installation base as required. When installing, a horizontal reference should be laid, especially when it is integrated with the capping machine, the two parts of the bottle-in belt and the bottle-out belt must be at the same horizontal reference.
  In order to ensure the smooth bottle feeding, the bottle feeding support plate under the bottle feeding star wheel should be 0.5-1mm higher than the bottle supporting table; the bottle output supporting plate under the middle star wheel should be 0.5-1mm lower than the bottle supporting table plane. Check whether each transmission coupling is free to operate, and there should be no clamping interference. The horizontal part of the liquid inlet pipe should have a certain slope to facilitate emptying and air discharge. Make sure that each foot is loaded evenly.

  2. Debugging
  After confirming that the machine is installed, you can debug it step by step as follows.
  Replace and assemble appropriate accessories according to the type of bottle to be filled, and adjust each component, including the distance between the guide rod of the bottle feeding screw, the safety switch of the side guard, the star-shaped dial, the liquid storage tank and the adjustment of the height of the gland head, etc.
  Thoroughly clean the liquid storage tank, liquid material pipeline and gas pipeline to ensure that there is no foreign matter. Perform a hydraulic test on the liquid storage tank and the pipeline at the same time.
  Carefully check whether the wiring of the electrical control box is correct, and only turn on the main switch after manually rotating the equipment without any clamping phenomenon. Start the device by jogging to check whether there is any abnormality.
  Start the machine at low speed and check the starting, braking, emergency stop and speed regulation performance. Then input an empty bottle at a low speed, check whether it can pass through the bottle feeding screw, guide rod and star wheel smoothly, and whether each control block can respond sensitively. Check whether the drop cover is smooth and smooth, and whether the cover is tight.   Check the liquid level and pressure of the liquid storage tank, make a filling test, adjust the filling head, and control the filling level.
  3. Maintenance

The press materials for Automatic Tango posit two simple yet enigmatic questions: “who is Richard Lamb, and why is he so greasy?” Indeed, the sleeve of this mysterious collection of industrialized, Moog-ified, and library influenced braindance jams, dub workouts, and tribalistic future fusion adventures features an uncomfortably sexual being…his skin glistening in a sickly light as he offers roses amidst a place setting of wine and spaceage electronics…and one can only help but wonder about the identity of this strange fellow, what led to this sensual tableau, and what hints this visage offers concerning the sonic universes contained on the wax? As it turns out, Richard Lamb is none other than Richard Wenger, Temple co-founder and a mainstay of the current Montreal rave scene, who's “Sound of the Breeze” you may remember from Montreal Pleiades, released earlier this year on Cosmic Tones. Rather than operating under his R Weng or RR Wong guises, which are usually associated with dreamy breakbeat, zoner acid, and ambient house, Wenger has donned the Richard Lamb moniker for a shift in sound representing the culmination of “a three-year experiment in minimal synth maximalism.” And thus the ethereal, almost swampy dreamscape atmospherics of “Sound of the Breeze,” the Life Principles 12”, and his track “Terrarium” from Temple 2 are largely abandoned on Automatic Tango in favor of skeletal, kinetic, and sentimental hardware jams rendered in high definition.
Richard Lamb - Automatic Tango (Temple, 2019) The album opens with “Meteor Dance” and its sprightly synthesizer patterns dancing through themes of classical fantasy…like a primitive computer’s approximation of a cloud kingdom fanfare. And the tones are of digitized marimbas, which move between big bouncing bass chords and rapid fire runs evoking a hyperspeed rainfall of pointillist starlight. Then comes “Passion Programme,” a track that overflows with energy and vivacious light. Electronic tom-toms roll into a tribal flow, tambourines snap like whips, and hi-hats generate tick-tock hypnosis as springy space melodies and bouncing bass bubbles give the groove further shape. Cosmic arpeggiations fade in, their sounds evoking gemstones as they tickle the mind with vaguely tropical melodies and after a quick pause, we rush back into sci-fi maximalism, with liquid fusion solos dancing on sunbeams as they move between Afro-safari adventurism and computer funk dissonance...as if robotic beings far in the future have found some classical Hollywood adventure film and are attempting to recreate the score to a thrilling jungle chase scene.  At some point the mix gives over to clicking rimshots and panoramic delay layers while elsewhere, the vibe changes as we head into a noir nightscape. The rhythms work through strange exotica gallops, brassy synthesizers evoke some dream rendering of Egyptian classical music, and bleary-eyed electronics approximate oboe and bassoon ensembles until we explode back into future-freak jam hypnosis, with mad-scientist arpeggiator cycles pulling the mind ever towards cyborg transcendence. There’s a brief return to the cinematic noir narcotica, with jazzy keyboards smearing into a dopamine haze, and as we flash back into the energetic expanses of tribal rhythm and machine dance intensity, synthetic idiophone sequences filter in and out of focus.

“Naturally, Mechanically” opens in a world jazz-soaked futurescape beat science, with rimshots and snares generating an urgent pulse that is soon supported by bulbous bass breaths and dubby kick drum grooves. After a momentary breakdown into tapped floor tom and sand-blasted snare chaos, the mix gives over to 90s chill-out bliss, with the beats crashing into an acid jazz bop, all neon raving 2-step magic kissed by touches of trip-hop and future funk. Angel choirs sing through the exo-planetary atmospheres, blasts of static mimic ride cymbals, and outer-dimensional spirals collide with boinging energy tracers as ethereal voices speak into the ear…their mysterious secrets surround by ascending bubble strands. Then, during a thrilling fusion climax, splattered jazz synthesizers solo towards chemical ecstasy before it all devolves into a world of abstracted drum and psychosonic delay insanity. As promised by the title, “Agitation Dub” sees dubwise drums skanking in slow-motion while delay-soaked organ chords call out towards a spaceage horizon. Technoid frogbass pulses add a touch of exotica to the groove and mutating blankets of synthesized fire swell into and out of the mix, with melodies evoking themes for Arabian desert landscapes. Liquid tom fills bubble up like primordial ooze, snares pop across the spectrum, and hi-hats tick nervously amidst a cloud of sparkling insect wings…all while outer-dimensional music boxes play horror film lullabies. Satellite communications and fourth-world jungle textures transmute through psychedelic electronics as the rhythms keep evolving, at some point morphing towards some maniacal march of rigid android militance. And near end things, we flash into a world of crystalline computer magic, with laser light sequencing swimming underwater and neon vapor strands flowing towards infinity.

The title track sees electro-toms mechanized into a dark tribal ceremony while paranoid metals tick amidst garbled broadcasts and mangled sonic flashes. The beat continues mutating through strange snare roll patterns…some sort of otherworldly alien militance…at once martial, magisterial, and mysterious. Cymbals move like cicada wings as the track swerves towards sci-fi tropicalia, with phaser-blasted mellotrons soaring while theremin-like melodies circle through motions of extra-terrestrial romance. The drums blast almost too loud as they mutate through acidic liquids and tubular bass synths pound beneath it all, adding a regal touch of industrial shadow magic. There’s a sharp cut-out seeing soft bass rhythms bouncing and finger-rolling hand drum robotics morphing into fractal screams before the mix cuts back into ritualistic tom and snare intensity, now featuring cut-up voices scatting through fever dream musings. Those circling theremin tones return and are trailed by neon tracers while stormcloud string synths wail above a thunderous prog ritual…like some journey up a mountain obscured by black clouds and aglow with crimson light. Buzzing fly drone sequences introduce “It’s Hard to Tell,” resulting in a primitive kosmische drift until industrial drums slam in alongside sorcerous vocal incantations. The darkness is eventually broken by dreamy synth riffs, with the mixture of murky industrial music and Harmonia-style krautrock pulling my mind to Stabil Elite’s Douze Pouze. Squelching synth tapestries and noise blasted snare strokes keep the body swooning through a slow motion dream waltz, with blurry strings playing dawn fantasias and starlight transforming into a rainfall of interstellar feedback. And towards the end, it all breaks down into yearning pad reveries and rhythmic whispers…like a shadow of what once was.

Today the application of PLC is more widely used in the digital world. There are many applications of PLC especially in the industrial. Normally, the PLCs that have been used at the industrial field are usually to control the machine or heavy machine in order to create an efficient production process. In this paper, a discussion about PLC application will be explained in more details and specified. A machine that uses to prepare automatic liquid mixing and filling machine system is controlled by Delta PLC which is also the heart of the entire system. The DVP 14SS2 from the Delta PLC types is used and WPL soft is used to write the ladder logic. The PLC can control many other electronic devices such as pump motor, level sensors, photoelectric sensor, conveyor belt, gear motor, solenoid valve, push buttons, relays and other devices. The main aim of the paper is to develop and test the real time implementation of PLC based liquid mixing and filling machine system. Firstly, start button is pushed. The liquids juice and water are mixed in the mixer tank by using valves. The level sensors know limited liquid levels and mixer motor starts stirring. The mixer motor is ON by timer. When the stirring process stops, the conveyor belt starts moving. When the cup passes photoelectric sensor, conveyor belt stops and then the pump motor fills the liquid mixture in the cup by timer. When the cup completes filling process, the pump motor closes and conveyor belt runs continuously. When another cup passes the photoelectric sensor, conveyor belt stops. Filling process operates again and again.

Rotary Vacuum Pump of Actual Vacuum Oil Level
Rotary vane vacuum pump (Rotary vane pump) is an oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pump. The working pressure ranges from 101 325 to 1.33 x 10_Pa, which belongs to low vacuum pump. It can be used alone or as the front pump of other high vacuum pumps or ultra-high vacuum pumps. It has been widely used in metallurgy, machinery, military industry, electronics, chemical industry, light industry, petroleum, medicine and other production and scientific research departments.
Rotary vane vacuum pump can set the upper and lower limits of the required vacuum. When the vacuum reaches the upper limit, the pump will stop automatically, and when the vacuum drops to the lower limit, the pump will start automatically. The oil level of rotary vane vacuum pump needs to be checked regularly. To check the oil level of the rotary vane vacuum pump, the oil level should be in the center of the oil mark of the rotary vane vacuum pump. The oil level is too low to seal the exhaust valve, which will affect the vacuum degree. If the oil level is too high, it will cause fuel injection when starting. In the specific operation, the following points should be paid attention to.
Before the rotary vane vacuum pump runs, take off the triangle belt first, turn the motor to correct, and then start, so as not to inject oil. When running, the oil level rises slightly, which is a normal phenomenon. When the oil quantity is insufficient, vacuum pump oil is used and added from the filling hole. Oil must be filtered to prevent impurities from entering and blocking oil holes.
Rotary vane vacuum pump outlet, such as mounted solenoid valve, should be operated with the pump at the same time. When starting the rotary vane vacuum pump, the start button should be first or twice activated to make the oil pressure in the pump chamber into the oil tank, and then start the operation formally. When the ambient temperature is higher, the oil temperature of rotary vane vacuum pump increases, the viscosity decreases, and the saturated steam increases, which will cause the limit vacuum to drop. Therefore, ventilation and heat dissipation should be strengthened. Rotary vane vacuum pumps with air ballast valves are used when there is more condensable steam in the suction gas.

Before shutting down the rotary vane vacuum pump, the valve at the suction port should be closed to isolate it from the vacuum system, and then the pump should be shut down to check the limit vacuum of the rotary vane vacuum pump. INDUSTRIAL MULTISTAGE ULTRASONIC SYSTEMS :
CLEANING : TEXONICS cleaning is accomplished in the first tank. This tank is equipped with either 40 KHz or 25 KHz industrials Ultrasonic, and incorporates thermostatically controlled heat. JET RINSING : The rinse position includes industrial ultrasonic components as standard to assure that all soils and cleaning chemistry are driven from blind holes and crevices before the dry cycle. DRYING : The forced hot air drying station utilizes evaporation, one of the most common drying techniques to remove water. Room air is heated to above 850 C, which enables it to absorb moisture from the parts.
