Devon found itself in the dragon's lair and famished.

The questing had been long and arduous. Its voice was parched from the lullaby to put the blue dragon to sleep.

Placing its trusty Lute to the side, he pulled from his bag of holding, his rod of roasting and his sausage of sustenance.

Gently turning the rod, Devon evenly cooked the meat under the hot, gentle breath of the snoozing behemoth. in no time, the sausage was nice, plump, and juicy. It made Devon' s mouth water.

Wasting no time, Devon took a massive portion in its mouth just holding it on his tongue while the juices dripped down Devon's throat.

The Dragon cracked its eyes open at the sound of Devon luxuriating on the succulent tube of meat.

Chevy Gold (#63) woke up to hard suction and gumming of his cock.

Gently tapping on Devon's head between his legs, the blue haired stallion, woke his bunk mate.

Devon looked up sleepy and then his eyes widened!

It shrugged its shoulders in a "Fuck it!" type expression and went back to pleasuring Chevy.

With a little adjustment, the bottle of lube moved from beside devon.

Devon made a note to remind itself not to go to bed hungry after a rousing game of Strip Dungeons & Dragons.

But neither Devon nor Chevy seemed to care at the moment.

22) Fight or Flight? Are they a lover or a fighter?

very much fight. esper may be a redeemed durge but they do love having the opportunity to enact violence on their problems if they can't eliminate them in some other way. they can tend to freeze up too if something really catches them off-guard and they can't decide whether fighting is a good idea.

they're also kind of both! as said, they love to fight, but they prefer to cultivate love if they can.

23) Is your OC reliable? Can I call them up at two in the morning if I have a flat tire?

absofuckinglutely they are, but only if they like you. esper will go to Great lengths to serve people they like and care about. they're a very devoted and reliable friend. besides, they probably weren't sleeping at two in the morning anyway.

24) Can they play any instruments? If so, what do they play?

yep! #bardlife. esper plays the lyre, the lute, and the vazhan-do, but they like the lyre the most. they also sing and you can always catch them humming to themself or playing with things that make interesting sounds, like chimes or water glasses.

25) Are they the kind of person who can't resist a good song? Can I catch your OC singing to themselves while they do the dishes?

they don't sing to themself so much as they hum, but they are constantly dancing and making music in little ways. they like to harmonize with and move along with the sounds they hear in their environment. they'd be making the act of washing dishes Into music.

I have been DM'ing for something like 30+ years. I have never, in that time, had someone use featherfall offensively. 

For those not in the know, featherfall is a utility spell that makes you fall slower. It's good for getting down from tall places safely. That's what it does, and it does it well. 

And here's our party, trying to protect some refugees from a smuggling and extortion gang called the Frog Lords, some bullywog run bangers who use disenfranchised half-elves, half-orcs, and humans as cannon fodder. They've found out that the Frog Lords are using a pulley system to smuggle things around a 60ft wall and over a 120ft cliff with raging cold seas underneath. 

Using trickery, shapeshifting, and magic, they talk their way in close to the bullywog that claims to have invented the system, Scent. The half-elf bard, Cybelle, charms him and gets a ride across the system along with the firbolg paladin, faerie rogue, and tabaxi sorcerer. 

The firbolg gets sick of Scent, picks him up, and tosses him off the platform the pulley system moves. Scent responds by wrapping his tongue around Cybelle to bring himself back, gets back on board, leaps 30ft into the air, and Cybelle casts featherfall. 

And he's stuck, slowly descending. 

Stuff happens and they leave Scent behind, gently falling a foot at a time until there's no chance he can get back on the platform. Cybelle looks at him, smiles, and drops the spell. He falls 100ft, gets caught by a massive wave, and splatters against the cliff face.The half-orc on the platform with Scent gets blinded in one eye by the faerie, then the other by the tabaxi, then loses his balance and falls to his death. 

Brilliant.

Surrendering to the Music

Recently, in a conversation with Fheyla, the other commented something along the lines that ‘People say that artists need to suffer for their art, but that’s not true..they just have to feel something. That doesn’t have to be sad, it can be happiness too.’

The words stuck with Vylette because something more true had never been said. As chaotic and uncouth as Fheyla could be, she is in possession of tremendous wisdom at times.

As she brought out her harp to play, Vylette focused on her life and of her recent joys. She thought of her house in the mists, she thought about performing, she thought about her friends, and of course most of all, she thought about her mate Mai. The Raen came into her life in a single random instant, but she would transform it forever.

The Miqo’te could still perform the sad songs and the dirges of woe of course, but these days she found herself drawn to them less and less. Lately she wanted nothing more than to have her art driven by the happiness and love in her heart. She closed her eyes and played on and into the night.
