13 facts about me, though 13 isn’t my favorite type of number, I felt like it was what was needed most. Regardless, a few things won’t exactly make the most sense, but I figured what is already there makes total sense and it actually fits well enough with the idea if there’s only 13.

Sunday
Day 29
Sunday is for slowing down, sitting down, relaxing, winding down, reflecting, enjoying whatever you accomplished in the week that was, planning the week to come. Sunday is down time
Down time is good, we need a day of rest, a day of no plans, a day of an open scedule.
It's also a day for being outside and get in touch with nature, which is vitale for your general wellbeing, did you know Sunday means "day of the Sun" and comes from Norse mythology they of the sun goddess Sunna"
So don't scuff of the old Sunday stroll tradition, also this Sunday we just set time back an hour which for me is an ample opportunity to get to bed early even though it's kinda still the same time.

Eternally dark and beautiful!
List of Superstitions that I believe in. There’s at least 7 on the list, and of course it’s complicated. About time to have fun with them.

And We Move The Time
Day 28
I'm not sure if someone up there in the higher echelons decided let's play a Devine being, but as far as I know time is a constant.and before you jump in the comments with theoretical or scientific arrangements about why that isn't actually entirely accurate let's live it at that that's beyond and beside the scope and point of this post.
Time is a constant, we age, things grow, the planets move it doesn't change, so why is it that we change our clocks twice a year either an hour forward or as ie the case soon, 1 hour backwards.
The argument is that it's getting bright later this time of year,so when we move our watches an hour backwards we get more sunlight or at least there's more daylight when we wake up, because we don't really get more hours of daylight while moving the time backwards it also get dark earlier in the evening.
It's been a heated debate for as long as someone decided that's what we should do. Honestly I don't feel one way or another, almost all my time telling devices adjust themselves, and while I don't mind a little extra daylight that really doesn't depend on it

Sometimes You Have To Just Do It
Day 27
Today was a total disaster. I was so sleepy I could barely keep my eyes open, let alone write something clever or entertaining. I had no spark, no zest, no mojo. All I wanted to do was curl up in bed and snooze the day away. But I had a dilemma: I had promised to post something every day for a month, and I couldn't break that vow. Not to mention, I also had a vlog and a live stream planned for today, and I couldn't disappoint my loyal followers. So what did I do? I almost did the unthinkable: I almost posted a sticker that said "Sleeping, try again tomorrow". Yes, that's right. I was about to give up and surrender. But then something happened. Something amazing. Something that changed everything. I went live on tiktok and that was fun. Right after the stream was fine I started writing this post. And as I did, I felt a wave of enthusiasm and imagination. I realized that I had something to say, something to show, something to make people smile. I even came up with a brilliant video idea that I'm sure will make me famous. And now, here I am, with less than an hour left before midnight, and I have everything done. So what's the moral of the story? Sometimes you just have to do it, even if you don't feel like it. Sometimes you have to force yourself to be creative and see what happens. Sometimes you have to take a chance and hope for the best. Or, as Mark Twain once said, "The secret of getting ahead is getting started".
I ran my day 3: do better post trough an AI and the above post is the result with just a little tweaking from me,

How do you end your day?
Day 25
No, not like "the end" or "end of days" I'm just curious if you have an evening routine, beside brushing your teeth..
I have breakfast pretty early in the evening, I like to put the plates in the dishwasher before the final hours before I go to bed, actually I like have all the housework and stuff done by then.
I set the table for breakfast, arrange plate, cup, glass, butter knife, spoon if I'm planning on having yogurt with granola or oatmeal.
When that is done I do some yoga stretches, and sit down with a cup of tea while writing in my gratitude journal.
Afterwards it's skin care and brushing my teeth, I may put on a sleep story or meditation for 30 mins, then I fall asleep.
A pretty nice routine, right?
None of it are true except for the skin routine (I wash my face) and brushing my teeth.
In reality I look at the wall clock realize it's already passed bedtime, eat something real fast unless I had way to late dinner, I've probably been on screens until I realized it's time to go to bed, then I put on an entertaining podcast which may or may not keep me awake for another hour.
I wish it was true though, positive manifestation, right?

Jaw drop
Day 24
Don't write just to write, at least don't write just to fill a quota, but what if you committed to writing and posting something every day for a month, should you just give up, should you not write because in your mind you have noting to say?
I bet you, you have something to say, I bet you, you could fill a page everyday if you set aside a little time for it. But why would you do that?
I could give you a couple of reasons why:
- because writing help clear your mind
- maybe because you have a passion for words and need to hone your skills
Well, you said you are set on writing and posting something every day, why is that?
- maybe a long time ago you dreamt about being some kind of writer or maybe you're dreaming of becoming one
- maybe you got something to prove to yourself
Whatever reason you had I think it's a good one, and I wish you the best - just be kind to yourself and set aside some time for it, at whatever time you think is the best.
I guess this one was for myself
But wait, why the title "jaw drop'? I don't get it!
Truth be told I had no idea what to write about today and was close to skipping then I wrote down a title and this is what came of it, free flowing thoughts

A brisk walk
Day 23
I went on a brisk walk today around the city park, I don't know, I never was much for workouts, but that is my point do not underestimate the daily movement.Today I felt it in my legs and I might not have been quit out of breath, but it sure was not far from it, so what happened?
To the point, exactly what I haven't been doing lately. You need to get up and move around during the day, a brisk walk around the block, maybe some body weight and yoga during the week.
What I used to do all the time years ago, but have been slacking on lately have gained momentum or so I've heard, I think they call it micro-exercise, the point is to find little blocks of time throughout the day for workouts and exercise, it all adds up more than the traditional weekly workout. So this week I am trying just that and I'll report back on Sunday about progress.

A weekly summary or something like that
Day 22
This week we're been pushing for affiliate on twitch, while still trying to do blogtober and vlogtober, not gonna lie I am tired as I write this, and there's about next week to hit my Halloween in goal, it will take something close to a miracle, but it has been a fun ride.
Some lessons learned, sometimes you have to be strategic, but it's to late for that now, I'll to what I always do power trough and hope for the best.
We're also ⅔ trough this little project I started and a lot have been learned, but yet to be implemented - that's for the next months of my project.
Anyways a huge thanks to all that have come trough this month while I've been networking and self promoting like politician on a re-election campaign, we're nearing the end, and I will go back to being my usual humble self.

Daily Life - when the power goes out
Day 21

The power was out. When I woke up today... If you're a coffee or tea drinker I can hear your panic start to rise, but don't worry there's a old tech solution to this modern day problem #dailylife (twitter/iivocom)

I love fall, sometimes it brings stormy weather and with the wind whipping outside sometimes the power goes out, it's alright though I get to light the fire and boil my coffee water the old fashioned way, there's a certain satisfaction in that, the feeling of slower times, the cozy warmth and light from the fireplace the silence even if the wind does it best to whistle outside. Enjoy a cup of wooden brewed coffee (instagram/iivocom)
the power came back not long after I finished my coffee, a different kind of hum and electrical one, one of refrigerator, evacs, power supplies, and ceiling lights, the world outside also seemed to go back to normal, time to resume the day.
This is one of those things, that I should have learned already
I wasn't paying attention to time and all of a sudden there was the unmistakable sound of my stomach telling me "hey, you should have paid a little attention to me", it hit me so that's why the gaming session went from good to horrendous, why my reaction time is slow, and my vision is a little off, it's not the screen or the ping time, it's me! What I also realised is that the local store is already closed so I'll have to drive. Following so far?
You know grocery shopping when you're hungry is like bringing a toddler to the store you want everything especially all those things you didn't plan on having like: Pringles and those mini cinnamon buns, and a pack of Halloween Oreos.(facebook/iivocom)
I don't know maybe I'll learn one day, right now I'm waiting for my pizza to get done.

A Fall Weather Draft
Day 19
this is a draft. I might edit it later that's why it's here
The fall weather is unpredictable just like most things in life, maybe that's what I like about it.
Yesterday was supposed to be stormy, but unless I was in a very deep sleep that didn't happen, not what it wasn't windy but hardly a storm
Today though things are different it is starting to sound like somethimg might be brewing, not not quite.

Thankful Tuesday
Day 17

I thought I should write a little something about what I thankful for lately, the first that comes to mind is my family, I think - for many that is probably the first they think, but that is not the case for everyone, so I'm grateful I have a family to be thankful for.
But that's a feeling that is constantly with me, what recently made me wanna write a gratitude post?
Remember yesterday I was out walking? There's to the story, a friend I haven't seen in awhile called as I was enjoying my stroll in the park watching the sky and the birds, feeling a drizzle rain on my head, happens we where a few block from each other so we ended up meeting, chatting over a cup of coffee. So, I'm thankful I picked up the phone just then.
Speaking of phone, it brings me joy everytime dad calls and tells me about him & his dog's little adventures, he probably get more exercise than I do, which is an inspiration for me to get moving.
Lately I've been pushing hard with my streaming and content creation and I'm so thankful for the unexpected response and encouragement I get from strangers I've only recently made acquaintance with.
Today it me smile seing my kid's face smiling outside my window unexpectedly, a surprise smile that only kids have.
This evening I'm thankful I got my stream done in the early afternoon, and I'm even writing this in the mid evening which means I will have a chance on getting to bed at a decent time.
I was about to wrap this post up as I heard the unmistakable sound of a DM, it was someone across the globe, sending me a picture takken out the window of his work truck, beautiful blue skies with a tiny little cloud, that made smile too.
Last I'm thankful for the walk yesterday, remember the walk? I got to see majestic beautiful bird flap their wing in the rain.
Thank you all for giving me reasons to be thankful

Take a step back
Day 16
Sometimes it's good to take a step back,re-evaluate,stop and think or maybe just take a little stroll a long the city park in the rain, which is what I did today. I concluded I'm on the right track but as Winnie the pooh said even the river knows we get there eventually so take a step back and just enjoy now

Why Is Friday 13th Considered Unlucky and how to improve your luck?
Day 13
We've all heard the stories about the man who lost all his belongings, the woman who's hair was ruined, the urban stories about horrific deaths, we probably even have our own unlucky stories about Friday 13th.
Maybe a car drove in a puddle and splattered muddy water all over you, maybe you where driving and ran out of gas, or maybe you seem to always be extra clumsy on this day.
But is it any merit to it and why is it that Friday 13th considered an unlucky day?
There was 13th disciples at Jesus last supper, Judas was the 13th and the bible has it he betrayed Christ who was crusified the Friday after. An article by UOFC also points out that:
In Norse mythology, the god Loki was 13th to arrive at a feast in Valhalla, where he tricked another attendee into killing the god Baldur. Citation
While that might be an explanation, going back to all the stories - is it just superstition?
I think we notice what we want to, of course you going to remember when you spill that ketchup on your white shirt on a Friday 13th, but what about the coffee stains the rest of the year? Såme goes with the rest of the stories unluck happens every day, we just don't take a note of the date.
If you're not yet entirely convinced, here's a few things to up your chances and improve your luck:
Knock on woods
Face south when you sleep
Get a 4 leaves clover
Toss salt over your shoulder
Avoid cracks in the sidewalk and walking under ladders
Keep an acorn in your pocket.
Have a great Friday and thank you for reading
Now, where's my acorn
