It saddens us to report that Boxing icon George Foreman has passed away at 76. He dominated the sport for decades, winning Olympic gold in 1968 and securing the world heavyweight title twice. He first claimed the championship in 1973 after defeating Joe Frazier but lost it to Muhammad Ali in the legendary 1974 Rumble in the Jungle. His career boasted an incredible 76 wins, 68 by knockout. Remarkably, he reclaimed the heavyweight title in 1994 at age 45, becoming the oldest champion in history. Beyond boxing, Foreman became a successful entrepreneur and minister, leaving behind an enduring legacy in and out of the ring. Rest Well, George Foreman.
