 野原グループは2月9日、同社がBuildApp News(ビルドアップニュース)を通して実施した「建設業界従事者1000人への独自調査」の結果を発表した。それによると、建築業界の最大の課題は「人材不足」の63%で、前回の調査より6ポイント上昇したという。
 調査は1月15日から22日までの期間、全国の建設業界従事者を対象に、インターネット調査で行い、1000人の回答数を得た。
 まず、「建設業界の最も深刻な課題」については、前回の調査同様「人材不足」が1位となったが、前回の56.5%から6ポイント上昇した63.0%という結果。2位も前回と同様の「高齢化による技術継承」で、前回の43.6%から45.3%と微増した。
 野原グループは、建設業界では年々、人材不足と技術承継の課題が改善されないまま課題が深刻化していると推察。「人材不足」については、中小企業(60.6%)よりも、大手企業(68.9%)の方が、より課題としての深刻さが増している結果にも注目している。
 施工管理、施工、専門工事など、建設現場での施工関連業務の従事者に着目すると、「労働時間が長い・年間休日が少ない」の31.0%が3位に浮上。野原グループでは、日本建設業連合会が「4週8閉所」の実現に向けた活動を長年実施しているが、現場では工期順守が求められる一方で、生産性向上が進まず、労働環境の改善につながっていないと考察している。
 次に、「業界課題の解決に期待するデジタル技術」については、1位が「施工ロボット」の36.2%、2位が「図面管理システム」の24.9%、3位が「VR・AR・MR」の17.9%という結果。「施工ロボット」は、導入が進んでいると思うデジタル技術でも1位となっており、野原グループでは、建設RXコンソーシアムを中心に、ゼネコン各社の連携による開発と実装の効果の現れともみられると分析している。
