CBS Developer | Luxury Builder Floor in Gurgaon | Builder Floors in Gurgaon
If you are someone seeking a blend of exclusivity, comfort, and modern design in your dream home, then CBS Developer’s luxury builder floors in Gurgaon are the perfect fit. With rapid urban development and a surge in demand for premium living spaces, builder floors in Gurgaon have emerged as a top choice for homebuyers who value privacy, independence, and contemporary lifestyle.
Why Choose Gurgaon for Luxury Builder Floors?
Gurgaon, now officially known as Gurugram, has quickly transformed into one of India’s most desirable residential and business hubs. With its strategic location near Delhi, excellent infrastructure, world-class amenities, and presence of multinational companies, it’s no surprise that luxury real estate in Gurgaon is booming.
One of the key trends shaping Gurgaon’s residential market is the growing preference for builder floors over traditional apartments or villas. Unlike high-rise apartments, builder floors offer limited units per floor, private entrances, dedicated parking, and often a separate terrace or garden space—making them ideal for families seeking privacy without compromising on luxury.
CBS Developer: Setting New Benchmarks in Luxury Living
CBS Developer is a trusted and renowned name in the Gurgaon real estate market. Known for their commitment to quality construction, architectural excellence, and customer-centric approach, CBS Developer has carved a niche in delivering luxury builder floors in prime sectors of Gurgaon.
With several successful projects completed and many in the pipeline, CBS Developer offers homes that are not just beautifully designed, but also thoughtfully planned to match the urban lifestyle of today’s homebuyers.
Features of CBS Developer Builder Floors
Prime Locations: Projects by CBS Developer are located in highly sought-after sectors like Sectors 49, 50, 57, 67, and 70A, which are close to schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and business parks.
Modern Architecture: Each builder floor is designed with a keen eye on aesthetics and space utilization. Expect open floor plans, large balconies, premium flooring, modular kitchens, and top-quality fittings.
Low-Density Living: With only 2–4 units per building, CBS Developer floors ensure peace, privacy, and a boutique residential experience.
Private Amenities: From personal lifts, exclusive parking spaces, and separate staff quarters to landscaped terraces and smart home features, CBS floors are a class apart.
Security and Safety: CBS prioritizes your safety with 24x7 surveillance, biometric access, gated communities, and fire safety systems.
Benefits of Buying Builder Floors in Gurgaon
Let’s explore why builder floors in Gurgaon have become the preferred choice over apartments:
1. Privacy & Independence
Unlike crowded apartment complexes, builder floors offer a sense of independence, with fewer neighbors and personal space for families to enjoy.
2. Better ROI & Resale Value
Luxury builder floors by reputed developers like CBS Developer appreciate well over time, especially in prime locations. Whether you want to rent it out or sell later, the return on investment is strong.
3. Customization Options
Unlike typical flats, many builder floor developers allow you to customize interiors, materials, or even layouts before final possession.
4. Low Maintenance
Smaller communities and independent floor plans mean lower monthly maintenance charges compared to apartment societies with high amenities overhead.
5. Ready-to-Move Options
CBS Developer offers several ready-to-move builder floors in Gurgaon, allowing you to skip construction delays and move into your dream home immediately.
CBS Developer Projects to Watch
CBS Developer has delivered numerous premium builder floor projects and continues to expand in Gurgaon’s growing neighborhoods. Some of the key sectors where CBS has strong presence include:
Sector 67: Known for its proximity to Golf Course Extension Road and excellent connectivity.
Sector 57: A residential favorite with good schools, parks, and connectivity to Huda Metro Station.
Sector 49: A well-established sector with a mix of builder floors, independent homes, and shopping complexes.
Each CBS project boasts impeccable design, vastu compliance, energy-efficient systems, and a lifestyle designed for elite buyers.
Who Should Invest in CBS Luxury Builder Floors?
End Users: If you’re looking for a premium, independent space for your family in a prime Gurgaon location, CBS builder floors are ideal.
NRIs: CBS Developer offers great investment options with high appreciation potential and low upkeep.
Investors: With a strong resale market and rental demand in Gurgaon, especially for low-density housing, builder floors offer a high return.
Final Thoughts
If you're looking for a luxurious, independent home with modern amenities in one of India's fastest-growing cities, CBS Developer’s luxury builder floors in Gurgaon are a smart and elegant choice. Blending the comfort of a villa with the convenience of a modern apartment, these builder floors deliver unmatched lifestyle and value.

EXCLUSIVE: Walker star/executive producer Jared Padalecki has re-teamed with the CW series’ executive producer/showrunner Anna Fricke for a new drama project, which has been set up at CBS for development.
Like Walker, the untitled one-hour takes place in Padalecki’s home state of Texas, but instead of a ranger, he will now play a doctor. Unlike most medical dramas, which take place at big, urban hospitals, the Fricke/Padalecki project spotlights rural medicine, which is rarely seen on TV. It centers on a headstrong, devoted country doctor (Padalecki) who practices his unique style of improvisational medicine alongside his new protégé, a young doctor running from her past, as they operate a mobile clinic and heal the bodies and souls of their underserved community in the medical desert of rural Texas.
Fricke and Laura Terry executive produce through Fricke’s Pursued by a Bear alongside Padalecki and Dan Spilo. CBS Studios, where Fricke has an overall and Padalecki a first-look deal, is the studio.
The Fricke/Padalecki project does not impact the chances of Padalecki headlining a Fire Country spinoff after he did a three-episode arc on the popular CBS/CBS Studios drama this season. That offshoot, referred to as Fire Country: Surfside, is in early stages. It remains in contention to follow Fire Country‘s greenlighted spinoff, Sheriff Country, slated to premiere next season.
Additionally, Padalecki has projects in development at CBS Studios under his first-look deal there, which he re-upped last year.
In addition to headlining and executive producing CW/CBS Studios’ Walker, Padalecki also executive produced the prequel series Walker: Independence, working on both with Fricke who developed the former and co-developed the latter in addition to her services as executive producer on both and showrunner on Walker.
“Anna Fricke is a fantastic producer, and Jared is a great producer and lead; he was a really good number one,” CBS Studios President David Stapf said of the duo following Walker‘s cancellation after four seasons.
OMG! Jared as a doctor? Sign me up!
Also love that both Anna and Laura are involved!

SON OF A BITCH
Y’all…. I’m gonna lose my goddamn mind. I hated that episode so much!
Vampire? Vampire!!!??? Of all the awful scenarios I thought up for this situation, this was worse! And then they throw in that line about vampires being like gay people just as an awful little cherry on top. Why not actually make his story about him being queer?????
You’re trying to do this thing about Isaac being a better and more authentic, self accepting version of himself and then you make him have to put his life’s story under another veil of allegory so that it’s more digestible to the public???? Huh??? We don’t get to know anything new about his life or his character but we get to know it will be turned into trashy vampire schlock? Okay??? Why do the writers hate Isaac this season?
I don’t get it and I am so disappointed…

sometimes I believe people get way too into fandom, especially on Reddit. Like this fictional lady’s actions are abhorrent? Have you ever considered taking up macrame? I’m so tired of fandom stuff sometimes.

Elementary has a lot of flaws, but I do think one thing they did right was showing how Watson and Holmes love one another—Holmes says it more than once—yet it’s not, nor is it ever forced to be (except as an inside joke with the novel series Joan’s stepfather writes) intended to be romantic.
It would have been easy to fall into that trap, too, since they wouldn’t have to worry about homophobia since they made Watson a woman. So I’m especially grateful.
I think, in some ways, it makes their relationship deeper and more profound but also it’s nice to see the closest to a QPR I’ve personally seen on a mainstream show (esp one that aired about 10 years ago).

Valicer Multiamory Month, Day Twenty-One: Dreams (Multiplayer Wonderland AU)
We're heading into the home stretch of @polyamships's Multiamory March, and today's prompt is a nice simple one -- "Dreams!" And wouldn't you know it, I looked at that and went "oh, I could do something with the Multiplayer Wonderland AU for that." XD That's been a popular AU this month, it must be said... Anyway, here's Victor, Victoria, Emily, Alice, and Smiler all hanging out in Wonderland for a picnic via dream-spell, talking about how things are going in their various domains:
--
“So, how are things on the Moon, Emily?”
“Oh, excellent,” Emily responded, beaming as she picked up a blueberry jam sandwich. “Do you remember how barren it was when I first claimed it?”
“I do,” Victoria said with a nod, claiming a cucumber sandwich for herself. “Nothing but silvery sands as far as the eye could see.”
“Exactly! Which had a beauty of its own, yes, but now – now I’ve got a proper garden up there! With the most beautiful white flowers and blue trees! And there’s a village under construction – Alice, thank you so much for sending some of your gnome friends up to take a look at those cheese mines I found!”
“Oh, it was my pleasure,” Alice said, popping a fresh strawberry into her mouth. “And theirs too, from what the Elder tells me. Mining for cheese is much easier – and tastier – than mining for opals, after all.”
“I’m sure,” Emily tittered. “And they’ve been a wonderful help with fighting off those awful rat creatures. I keep trying to eradicate them entirely, but…” She sighed. “One more always pops up.”
“Unfortunately, psyches are not so easily cleansed as that,” Alice said sympathetically, eyes drifting to the bloodstains still marring the face of the weeping statue nearby. “Believe me, I know.”
“So do I,” Victoria agreed. “The Dollhouse is so much nicer these days, but I still have to deal with those horrible strangling veil monsters. They’re easily snipped up by my Scissors, yes, but…” She shrugged.
“At least destroying them is simple,” Victor said, sipping his apple juice. “I’m still rooting out an infestation of Nightmare Spiders in the Butterfly Jungle.” He grimaced. “I’ve been bitten twice so far.”
The others all winced. “Well, that’s not good,” Smiler said, setting down their lemonade in favor of taking his hand. “Things are pretty quiet on Smile Street right now – want me to come over with my Syringe? I bet a little Joy Serum would nicely counteract their venom.”
“And if that doesn’t work, a Vorpal Blade to the abdomen generally does,” Alice added, flicking her wrist.
“As I well know,” Victor nodded. “And I’d appreciate the help, but – tomorrow night. Tonight was supposed to be for our picnic here. And, uh, I don’t want to wake up mid-fight with a spider.”
“Me either,” Smiler admitted, pulling a face. “All right – tomorrow then. Not like it costs us that much to use the dream spell.”
“And it doesn’t cost me anything at all,” Emily added cheekily.
“No, you just have to spend all your magic on joining us in the real world,” Alice responded, giving her a little poke.
“Worth it.” Emily watched some Mock Sparrows fly by. “Though I would not mind if all of you could just live here too.”
“I don’t think any of us would mind that.” Alice leaned back, looking up at the perfect blue sky above, before smiling back down at her companions. “Maybe one day. In the meantime, who wants cake?”

Random ask for you to use whenever you feel inspired to gush about your ghosts ocs ✨️
JOHN LAWERENCE TURNER (UK edition)
Tumblr media
— John is a posthumous recipient of the Purple Heart award which his older sister, Dorothy accepted on his behalf. He was awarded it because of his injuries and later death in the line of service. He was shot down over the south of France while piloting a plane to bomb some railroads. He witnessed several Nazi atrocities against civilians and was rescued by the French underground. John was subsequently smuggled out of France through the Pyrenees Mountains by a young woman. It was just before the line between France and Spain that they were attacked and John’s fatal wound was acquired.
— John was raised by his older sister starting at the age of nine. His father died in 1918 as a result of injuries acquired in the Great War. His mother died in 1927 from tuberculosis. His sister, Dorothy, was born in 1908 making her nine years older than John.
— John has an exceptionally mild case of hemophilia and this is where medical inaccuracies will happen because he needs to live to die at Button House.
— In the day before his death, John met the Captain. As such, the Captain was always nervous that John would identify him as a fraud. John has no memory of meeting the Captain as he was delirious with fever, infection, and blood loss.
— John is incredibly polite and calls most women “madam” and men “sir.”
— John’s maternal grandfather came from a legacy of abolitionists in North Carolina and he had relatives who fought for the Union in the US’s civil war. His father’s side of the family immigrated from England in the mid-1800s.
— John’s Air Force rank was Private First Class. He often introduces himself as Private First Class John Turner.
— I still haven’t decided where exactly in the US John is from (as he’s American) but I’m leaning towards either Pennsylvania or New York State.
— John gets along best with Pat, the Captain, and Kitty (she’s his love interest!). He does not get along with Julian, who represents everything that John hates in leadership.
JACQUELINE ELIZABETH “JACKIE” STERLING (US edition)
Tumblr media
— Jackie had always dreamed of becoming a pediatrician. She had always wanted to help people and as she grew older, she realized that she wanted to help kids more than anyone else.
— Jackie was often the only woman in her med school classes as she attended med school in the early 1990s.
— Jackie has a younger sister.
— Jackie is allergic to shellfish. It’s this allergy that results in her death as Jackie’s epi-pen fails at a party hosted by David Woodstone. She didn’t even want to come to the party in the first place. Also, I’m low-key thinking that Jackie was actually murdered and it wasn’t an accident.
— Jackie gets along pretty well with everyone at Woodstone. It’s Trevor who she struggles to the most, and that’s only because he flusters her but she doesn’t realize that and he’s also oblivious towards his own feelings about Jackie.

don’t be fooled by my undying love for kara danvers, i hated like, half of the decisions the writers made regarding the show’s lore. i find kara to be one for the few characters who actually got better as the show progressed (which is how character development works). she started out more shy and grew into a confident, capable and a well-respected woman. she made some real change and helped a lot of people outside of her superhero suit. the show had a great balance between kara danvers and supergirl. my love is for her story and character development, and her story and character development only. oh, and alex and j’onn! they were pretty neat too!
