[1] Episode 1, Chapter 30: Masterpiece Newscaster mentions that Jin's mother died two and a half years prior. This is two and a half Calendar years prior, meaning it is roughly in March. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [2] Interestingly, this is a JP note. In Episode 6, Chapter 5, the English has Moby mention that the Gala is at the end of August, when the fourth years return. The Japanese script has Moby saying that the fourth years return when it becomes August to prepare for graduation, and that at the end of that month, the Gala takes place. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [3] Given the fact that the other known entrance ceremonies both take place in September, it is an educated guess that this is the case for the second years as well. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [4] Episode 15, Chapter 25 has Haku mention that he was in Frostheim for a year before transferring to Hotarubi. In Chapter 2, Rui says Haku transferred suddenly after becoming a 2nd year (in the JP text), meaning that it was most likely September when Haku transferred to Frostheim. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [5] Episode 7, Chapter 26 says the immortal inpatient was cursed during a mission 'last year', though whether that is last school year or last calendar year is unclear. If it was last school year, there is still a chance he was cursed in 2023 (if it happened early on in the year). The implication is that he was cursed prior to March 2024, due to Nicolas saying Yuri wouldn't recognise him nor would Jiro. March-April, 2024 is roughly when multiple events related to the Clash occurred, including transfers, so it is likely that it happened before this point, as it would prevent him and Yuri from meeting. As for Jiro, we don't actually know when he was woken from his coma, so… shrugs. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [6] This one is kinda a doozy. Multiple moving parts place the prologue in 2024. To begin, in Episode 15, Chapter 27, there is a Suspicious Person Report filed on July 10th, 2021. In a subsequent chapter, Chapter 29, Haku discusses the disappearance of Yu Kunishige, who vanished five years ago. Following this disappearance, her father kills himself a year later, and becomes the Unknown Caller anomaly. He is a newer anomaly (also mentioned in Ch27) compared to the other ghosts. Assuming the Unknown Caller is already an anomaly (given that he knows Hanao Numata and was not asking about Yu, as reports said he would do when he was alive), this means Yu vanished no later than 2020. And, if Yu vanished in 2020, and her father killed himself in 2021, that would place Episode 15 in 2025, given that Chapter 5 has Zenji mention it is almost blossom season (Blossom season occurred in Late March) and MC explicitly say it is March. This matches up with Episode 14 taking place in February, and Episode 13 taking place in December.

Furthermore, in Episode 16, Chapter 11, Ritsu mentions it has been 266 days since Sinostra was placed on Probation, which would place that chapter in May. It can't be 2024 at the time of that statement because it was a leap year, and it would mean his count is off by one. It can't be earlier either, because of the aforementioned Yu Kunishige issue. That issue is also why it can't be set in the future; if it is 2026, for example, Yu disappeared in 2021, and her father would be looking for her when the report is filed. Similarly, if it was 2027, there would be no report to file, as Yu would not have disappeared at the time of its filing. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [7] Considering how many Clash related events take place in March or April (which is halfway through the school year), it is unfathomable that it wouldn't take place in 2024. Could it hypothetically take place in 2023? I guess so. But there's no reason for there to be a minimum 3 month gap between major events. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [8] MC speculates in Episode 5, Chapter 31 that Zenji's death happened during the Clash. Haku also states that he died during the 'thick of [all the problems last year]', so it was Likely around the Clash era. Zenji also didn't know the gala was cancelled, as that happened after he died. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [9] In Episode 3, Chapter 11, Haru mentions it took him six months to learn Jabberwock's ropes, and later on in Episode 16, Chapter 8 that Haru transferred suddenly, so it was likely in the middle of last school year. However, horrifically, while the English says it took 6 months for him to learn the ropes, the word he uses in Japanese is 半月; half a month. Further investigation into Kansai-ben shows no special other meaning, so... Um. Yeah. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [10] Episode 2, Chapter 26 Leo mentions that Tohma was in Vagastrom until the middle of last school year, which would put it Vaguely In March. This more or less aligns with the Clash. In Episode 1, Chapter 1, Yumiko and another Frostheim student gossip briefly, and mention that people believe Tohma had something to do with Yuri's transfer. I placed them roughly around the same time therefore, but it is totally possible Yuri's transfer happened Earlier or Later.

[11] In Episode 4, Chapter 10 Ritsu says Taiga became Captain approximately half a year ago. Given that it is October, six months earlier would be April, though as always it could be March that he transfers, given the sheer amount of Clash-specific issues that happen around this time. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [12] Episode 9, Chapter 5 has Kaito reveal that Romeo has been hunting him for half a year at the time of saying that. Once again, given that it is November, and given that the Casino opens roughly around April, and given that Kaito also mentions he didn't see Romeo prior to this, it would make sense that this starts around May. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [13] Once again, Episode 15, Chapter 25 has Haku say he was in Frostheim for a full year before transferring again. Since he is in Hotarubi and seemingly well adapted to it by the beginning of the story, he likely transferred sometime in July or August. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [14] Multiple mentions to when Dionysia became defunct occur, namely Episode 5, Chapter 2 (where it is mentioned they closed last school year) and Episode 16, Chapter 5 (where it is reiterated that Dionysia became defunct at the end of last school year). In the English script, Elias mentions in Ep16 Chapter 7 that Dionysia has been Abandoned for six months, however the JP says that it went defunct Over six months ago, meaning it is still reiterating that Dionysia has been out of commission for quite some time. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [15] Another assumption that this is a yearly event that always reoccurs at the same time every year. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [16] In the Prologue, Chapter 1 it is 7:13pm when MC is on the train coming back (based on timestamps from her group chat). However, in Chapter 3 (and reiterated again in Chapter 4), it is suddenly daytime after MC is cursed. When it is daytime, it is known to be September 4th, and morning based on how much happens during the Prologue in one day, meaning it is likely MC was cursed on September 3rd, and Kisaragi Station OR Kyklos caused time discrepancies.

Another more unhinged reason is that the prophecy says the Whisper of the New Moon would lead the Champion to the isle. In 2024 in Tokyo, the new moon for September occurred September 3rd, roughly around 11pm. Does this moon chart line up with anything else? No, basically just this. However it's a neat coincidence regardless. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [17] In Episode 4, Chapter 21, Kaito says he bet September 5th of that year to the Oblivion Dealer. Later in Chapter 29, he says it was the day after the entrance ceremony, meaning that the entrance ceremony took place September 4th. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [18] Not only does the dates line up with the days that pass throughout the chapters, MC also has the option to bet September 8th of that year in Episode 4, Chapter 24, which is mentioned as the Celebratory Ball in Frostheim. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [19] Once again, Episode 4, Chapter 24 allows MC to wager September 19th, noting it was the Vagastrom undercover investigation where they first used the Fox Robe. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [20] Once again, Episode 4 Chapter 24. MC wagers October 1st, noting it is when she meets Jabberwock.

[21] In Episode 6, Chapter 34 Edward says it's the full moon that night, which is important for the purpose of reiterating the moon thing is likely a coincidence, given that the full moon for October when this chapter occurs is October 17th, which is genuinely impossible for Obscuary to reach, given that this is the fourth day for Obscuary's investigation, and there's a minimum 3 days timeskip between the end of Hotarubi, which is already a week, and Sinostra ends October 10th. Womp womp. ━━━━━━ ◦ ❖ ◦ ━━━━━━ [22] Interestingly enough, in Episode 5, Chapter 9 Moby mentions needing money by the 25th of the month to pay for a ticket to an exclusive stream, which lead me to believe this is when it takes place. However, the Japanese script says he needs it by the 25th of next month. So shrugs. Class Discussion: Remind students about how to perform basic calculations of increase/decrease factors. Ask them whether this calculation would be more complicated if the quantities were dollars instead of just numbers (answer: no). Ask them whether this calculation would be more complicated if the quantities were billions of dollars instead of just dollars (answer: no). Show students that they just performed the exact same calculations that Donald Trump did in order to decide what tariffs should be put upon Indonesia and Thailand, respectively.

Finally, ask students whether important global trade decisions should be calculated with 7th grade math skills, or if perhaps this is insufficient given the severe consequences that could arise from such a dunning-kruger error.

Direct Instruction: Explain what a Dunning-Kruger error is, if for no other reason than to communicate how absolutely maddening has it is for legitimate experts who have dedicated their lives to nudging fiscal policy in the right direction and then watch as their president makes the worst decision possible on purpose.

Take a moment to explain the difference between an import and an export, so that students understand what these billions of dollars actually mean in the real world. Feel free to call out anyone who has ever questioned whether or not they would ever use this kind of math in the real world. Show them that it's happening right now, and make sure they understand how terrifying that is.

Acknowledge the variables: x: total exports from US to country i m: total imports to US from country i tau (τ): calculated % tariff on all imports to US from country i epsilon (ε): elasticity phi (φ): passthrough

Ask students what they think elasticity and passthrough mean, then show students this passage from ustr.gov:

Parameter Selection To calculate reciprocal tariffs, import and export data from the U.S. Census Bureau for 2024. Parameter values for ε and φ were selected. The price elasticity of import demand, ε, was set at 4. Recent evidence suggests the elasticity is near 2 in the long run (Boehm et al., 2023), but estimates of the elasticity vary. To be conservative, studies that find higher elasticities near 3-4 (e.g., Broda and Weinstein 2006; Simonovska and Waugh 2014; Soderbery 2018) were drawn on. The elasticity of import prices with respect to tariffs, φ, is 0.25. The recent experience with U.S. tariffs on China has demonstrated that tariff passthrough to retail prices was low (Cavallo et al, 2021).

Ask students if this clarified anything about what elasticity and passthrough mean. Most will say "no", but if anyone points out that multiplying 4 by 0.25 cancels them both out, reward them. That student is correct, because elasticity and passthrough have been arbitrarily assigned so as to make this calculation so simple that even Donald Trump can understand it.

Modeled Learning: Show how to apply these tariffs to popular imports such as raw coffee beans. For example, the USDA report of coffee imports from 2024 (page 6) shows that the vast majority of raw coffee is imported from Brazil.

A simple search with Perplexity.ai tells us that in 2024, imports (m) = $42.3 billion and exports (x) = $49.7 billion, so the reciprocal tariff would be (x-m)/m = (49.7-42.3)/42.3 = 17.5%.

Thus, all coffee imports from Brazil will automatically be 17.5% more expensive.

Be sure to highlight that this is happening to every country in the world, even those with total populations less than 1000.

Students should consider the following facts:

There is very little territory within the United States that can grow coffee.

Almost all coffee in the world is grown within what is called "The Global South", where the climate is warm and the labor is cheap.

The US exports significantly more (sometimes vastly more) to countries in the Global South than we import from them.

Students should then answer the following questions:

What will this universal tariff calculation do to the price of coffee?

Is there any way that US coffee companies can import the same amount of coffee as before without passing on the cost to consumers? Why or why not?

Do you think this tariff program will equalize imports and exports between the US and other countries? What other impacts could it have, good or bad, across the world?

Two Jews, employees of the Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC, were murdered in a terrorist attack Wednesday night outside the Capital Jewish Museum.

They were young, a couple. The man had bought a ring and was going to propose next week.

In the coming days, we’ll learn much about the shooter and the path that led him to walk up to two strangers enjoying a night out on the town and assassinate them in cold blood.

But the details hardly matter: The killer already told us everything we need to know.

As he was being detained, he shouted the words that have become the soundtrack to so much American suffering: “Free Palestine.”

The murders were a reminder, as if we needed another, that “Free Palestine” is not about the war in Gaza, not about Israel’s response to Hamas’ atrocities on Oct. 7, not about the well-being of Palestinians or any other living beings.

“Free Palestine” is the rallying cry of a terrorist operation that is funded by foreign governments and designed to sow chaos, fear, and violence in America’s streets.

This violence always begins with Jews, but it never ends there. Free Palestine’s real target is America.

Shortly after the grim news broke, President Trump spoke to Israeli Ambassador Yechiel Leiter and promised him to do whatever it takes to fight this deadly hatred.

But serious and committed as the president may be, the fight ahead of us will require greater resources than even the American government has at its disposal.

Because the fight we face isn’t merely against a gaggle of violent radicals; it’s also the fight against all those who worked assiduously to get us to this murderous moment.

It’s a fight against the international organizations peddling modern-day blood libels, as the UN’s humanitarian chief, Tom Fletcher, did when he went on the BBC earlier this week and argued that unless the world stops Israel’s murderous spree, 14,000 Palestinian babies will die in Gaza in the next two days.

That this, if true, would be the equivalent of 27% of the death toll for the entire war, all babies, and all perishing in 48 hours, didn’t seem to trouble reporters and editors in major news outlets, who amplified Fletcher’s outlandish claim uncritically.

Our fight is against them, too: Long after it was obvious that the assassination was a terrorist attack targeting Jews, American media outlets, with very few exceptions, still spoke vaguely of a “shooting” claiming the lives of two unspecified victims.

On college campuses, our fight’s been going on for nearly two years now. We fight it even as university presidents and professors rush to defend thugs who assault Jewish students, disrupt classes, and disseminate terrorist propaganda.

The list of terror’s witless enablers is long. But there are still many more of us, normal Americans who refuse to accept a reality in which Jews are targeted and attacked by a death cult and in which Washington or New York or Chicago becomes just another Beirut, a bloody battlefield thick with jaunty jihadis.

How might we win this fight, the fight for American and Western civilization?

The answer is as simple as it is urgent.

We win by giving the Free Palestine brigades no quarter.

By rejecting candidates for office who support their cause and make excuses for their brutalities.

By demanding that institutions that foster them be denied any form of public funding and support.

By deporting every foreign national clucking about globalizing the intifada.

By demanding that our law enforcement authorities treat these keffiyeh-clad thugs as domestic terrorists deserve to be treated.

When a gaggle of rioters stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, 6,000 agents were assigned to work the case.

The murder in DC this week is every bit as fundamental, foundational an assault on American democracy, and deserves equal or greater resources.

This shouldn’t be a hard concept for us to grasp. In 1871, facing another murderous, Jew-hating militia, the Ku Klux Klan, Congress passed the Enforcement Act that gave the government wide power to do everything necessary, from deploying federal troops to suspending habeas corpus, to defeat these homegrown terrorists.

It did so because Americans could unite behind the elementary idea that the Klan was pure evil and profoundly un-American. The same is true of Free Palestine.

As we mourn the victims, it’s safe to assume that many on the woke left and the woke right alike will unleash a torrent of bad-faith arguments, from laying the blame on Israel to lashing out at Trump.

The rest of us know better: Pro-Palestine is anti-America, and Free Palestine means death. We must fight it with everything we’ve got.

So... turns out the whole "discovering my autism later in life" wasn't entirely correct for me. I don't know what to say, it's all confusing as hell (confused rant ahead)

I found 2 neurospyc reports, one from when I was 10 and another when I was 16/17 that list traits and test results consistent with what, today, would be considered level 2 autism and ADHD. but then they both turn around and say the neurospyc chose not to diagnose...

The first one had at least a good reason. From my understanding, at that point in time, autism couldn't be diagnosed unless all other possibilities had been ruled out, and the neurospyc says that these traits could also come from brain damage from meningococcol (the illness that caused my physical disability). Meningococcol's effects on a developing brain weren't well understood back then, so I guess I get it. It does, however, lay out some further testing that could be done by other specilists to rule it out, as well as mention what we should expect to see as I grow if it is autism. I met all the autism points, and I have the other specialists' reports ruling out meningococcol side effect theory. I likely still couldn't have been diagnosed at the time, though, because autism and ADHD were considered conflicting diagnoses, but the fact they were still considering it is a big positive to me.

The second one though... doesn't acknowledge any of this. It lists all the same traits (plus the new ones I developed that the other report predicted), talks about their severity and then... turns around and says it's actually not that bad and I don't need a diagnosis 😑. It doesn't say it explicitly, but the second report talks a lot about how friendly I was, how I was doing well in school (I really wasn't, I had like, one class I did well in because it aligned with my special interest, and the rest I was bearly scraping by) how I maintained eye contact and number of other things. It concluded that a diagnosis wasn't needed.

It's worth mentioning that when the second report was done, not only was I only doing high school part-time (3 days a week) because the 5 day week lead to burnout constantly, but I was also receiving the most support I'd ever had because my school recognised something was up and got me extra help (they didn't need a diagnosis because of my physical disability). I literally had someone who's job it was to come find me at lunch and remind me to eat and use the toilet, as well as to help me with assignments because in both yr 10 and yr 11 I almost failed so bad i came close to needing to repeat (i'd already repeated once). Not necessarily because I couldn't do the assignments, though some i definitely needed support on that front too, but because I just forgot they existed and never did them/handed them in. I was also in detention pretty much every day in yrs 7-10 because the same thing happened with regular homework. I either forgot to do it, or refused because I was so burned out, i just couldn't do it. This was all mentioned in the report, and it mentions that the school even provided letters to back the claims up (though i dont have those) and this doctor was like "hmmm, yes, this seems like a person who is well adjusted and in need of no further support! These traits definitely won't cause issues for them in adult life, especially in a country where we make disabled people do time-sensitive paperwork on every single aspect of their lives and have to update said paperwork constantly"

(what no, I'm not salty about something specific to do with government agencies in the Aus disability sector, what are you talking about...)

And shockingly once those supports were gone I nosedived. I've been in pretty much constant burnout since 2019, it was so bad in 2021 I had to stop working (which gutted me, I LOVED my job), and when burnout lasts that long it can do permanent damage.

There's even a report that was with the neurospyc report from one of my pediatric amputee rehab specilists that states I can not go unsupported into the adult sector, I will not cope. I will not be able to communicate my needs effectively. My health will decline. It was backed up by the senior peds. orthopaedic surgeon and the senior peds. plastics surgeon (who all knew me my entire life). The report says they had to bring me back into to the pediatric hospital for a few checkups even after I was 18 because the transition was so overwhelming I just stopped seeking medical treatment. I remember that. I remember trying to talk to the adult sector specilists and them just not understanding me and not understanding what the problem is. I remember the issue at hand (issues with my knee) getting so bad, but not knowing what else to do. I stopped going because i didnt want to be told my issue wasnt that bad. I still don't understand what I did or said wrong, and it's still happening today. My whole pediatric team was right, i needed help, but sure, I don't need extra supports because the neurospyc said "I was friendly".

Just FYI, when they finally did an MRI of the knee it was literally falling apart. The pain I was complaining about was constant dislocation and a bone infection. That knee had to be amputated. It was serious.

My therapist asked me to find these neurospyc reports if I could. I knew I had them but not what they said, and she hoped that there would be something in them that would allow her to make a case to the NDIS that even though we "don't know the reason" because there's no official diagnosis, it's clear I need more support, and theres been proof of it for years. And now I've read through them... Just knowing how well documented it all was, knowing that my pediatric care team, my doctors, my specilists, my parents, my teachers etc all knew I was struggling and tried to get me help, but one person decided "nah" has me just... confused beyond belief. I have a binder full of everything I can find that I'm going to bring to my therapist. I hope we can do something with it now.

“I wouldn't like a person with a prestigious background.” The lady is irked by the arrogance of rich; higher-class people. Vyn opposes love at first sight.

Ironically, Yule and Vyn came to realize they're both the type of people they came to ‘despise’; likewise.

They promised to stray away from those qualities, but this very essence is what drove them closer.

In a rush, Rosa approaches Yule at the sight of her. Yule is actually expecting more of a warm greeting from the senior, being an alumna of the campus and all. Yet she’s greeted with a pile of paper shoved by her chest.

“I’m really sorry, Yule!” Rosa almost tumbles as she bows. “I have to make a run to the firm.” By holding the older one with her phone, Yule got the gist that it was urgent.

She didn’t even get the chance to glance at the papers, not till she looked over that what Rosa hands out are survey questionnaires.

Rosa did not even tell her what to do though to get this; what it is for, and is it already up for evaluations? All she does know; it’s still not half done to be enough for input. Seeing one-third of it blank… Yule wants to cry internally.

Rosa didn't even explain to her what to do at all. 

Yule signs and she's even just here as an alumnus to get her documents.

She’s currently taking her Master's degree, and she's also planning to enroll here. As Rosa recommended.

They are at most friends, having the same interest in art. Though, she still gets annoyed as he can be quite a tease and unpredictable when they interact.

Geez, the thought of that guy infuriates me.

Yule diverts her attention back elsewhere, scanning over the papers she has at hand, aware of its content since she had psychological assessment courses.

Too drifted off and immersed in reading details, she grows hesitant.

Rosa is just about done with the evaluations— but, I am not in the place to hand these out as in the first place, I am not even assigned to conduct this…

Yule worries over her lips, upon reading a certain name, she pauses.

‘Dr. Richter?  That sounds like the prof. I'll have in my class.’

She runs her finger on the print. “Vyn…”

She bumps into a man with a lab coat. Startled, she steps back.  “Oh, sorry!”  She’s almost a jittery mess, bowing and keeping the folder by her chest.

The sight of the lady also took Vyn by surprise.

Though, by her reaction, she doesn't recognize him at all. Or as that is what he presumed.

Yule first noticed his golden eyes, brighter through his glasses. She doesn’t know but some warmth spreads in her chest, urging her that he’s the kind of person to approach for aid. More so as his eyes glint back at her.

“Sorry to bother you more, but do you know Dr. Richter around here?”

The taller male says nothing for a moment, pursing his lips as he sees the glimpse of the familiar papers. 

Yule noticed his stares.

“Oh, no worries. I’m planning to give it back.” A bit guilty, she bites her lips as she did check the content. Though she doesn’t want to let go of it yet, she is already intrigued by the study.  What am I saying?

Rosa, you better make it up for me.

“That is me, but may I ask where you got those from?” the silver-haired man inquired. She lifts the papers by her chest. 

“Oh, my friend is in a rush. She just handed these out to me. I really thought she planned to make me answer all of these…” Yule laughs, a bit forced, awkward. But all the more perpetually made things indeed more awkward.

At least for her end.

“Are you Miss Saints?” 

Somehow hearing him saying her name in his low voice made her heart tumble.

No Yule! You’re just nervous. No way that your heart skipped a beat at that!

Yule takes a deep breath regaining composure as she stands up straight. She firmly holds the folders and offers her hand.

“I am, and can I take that as you are Dr. Richter?” As if automatically she switched and adjusted her speech to formal talking to this nobleman. Or at least that's what her brain registered her to do.

“Indeed.” He nods, humbly smiling back at her ever so solemnly. “Please… No need to be so formal, any friend of Rosa is to my liking.”

Vyn takes her hand, she felt soft by her hand upwards. He speaks. “I suppose you know about those evaluation papers?”

Just when she thought she had the upper hand in keeping the atmosphere in place.  Alas. 

She sighed in defeat and was a bit ashamed. At this point, she’s screaming Rosa’s name at the back of her mind for being in this situation.

“Apologies, Rosa was in such a rush to ask me a favor.” she almost bites back a sob. “Though I do know the protocols yet I still rummaged through it.” 

“Oh, no worries. It’s fine. It is up to you if you want to take part as the respondent, or do you wish to continue to be of assistance?”

She did not even register the question in her head.

The curiosity has been looming over her mind for the past minutes, enough for it to ask to slip off. She didn’t have a moment to fight back her urge.  “How did you know my name?”

“Rosa had mentioned you to me on numerous occasions,” he replies, his lips shifting upwards in a noticeable manner. “She’s actually enthralled for me to meet you soon, since you’re her ‘psychologist friend’, as she worded it.”

Did she just witness him smiling at that fact?  Yule grows more on embarrassed than delighted at that.

Though, how come she didn’t even mention Dr. Richter to her at all to be aware of him? …if he knows her already this much?  How odd of you Rosa…

“Not yet.” She puts emphasis on that, further explaining to him her future plans for her degree. 

He gestures to her to move aside to sit by the waiting benches by the hallway. As more students crowd the room. As they found a bit of comfort by their feet, she continued, playing by the hem of her sleeves as she placed the folder between them. The distance now feels safe. “I am not even fully sure since you handed these out to be conducted. You assigned Rosa.”

Yule only expected him to take it as it is, as it is the facts. So, she didn’t expect the slight gleam of his eyes, though it wouldn’t be discernible if one isn’t paying much attention to a person. 

She rationalized it as she’s someone taking up psychology, of course, she had to be perceptive at most.

A smile is now formed on his lips, distinct more now than it is for her.

“Take it as a ‘makeup’ for bumping into me.”

That is a big thing for him, what an inconvenience you are, Yule. She kept the surging blood rushing through her face to herself, feeling all the more embarrassed.

Vyn is quick to retract it. 

“I am only kidding, though, mind if I do observe you?” he suggests once again. “I won’t be much of a bother. I believe if I accompany you, the students might answer those around me differently.”

As much as she knows that might change behavior, for the genuinity of the study, she's more affected by being watched. 

“Only if you do mind, Miss Yule?”

That made her get out of her zone. “No! I actually want to finish it seeing its content,” she admitted, the words just escaped smoothly.

By the gleaming eyes greeting her back.

She knows well that she'll definitely enjoy having classes here.

Yule is now itching more to move to her feet and get this over with, besides the outcome, the resounding steps of the two of them echoing in the now deserted hallway is growing all the more engaging. The idea of this atmosphere is going to be familiar to her…

I need to finish finalizing my documents.

It is the least of her expectations.

Yule is yet to know what is going right at her.

How could she slip up on their first conversation?  The look on Vyn across her, is anything but “amused” with his lips pointing upwards.

It felt cold and artificial, remaining unnoticed by the girl while she carried on with her sentiments. 

“They can be quite obnoxious.” she huffs, the push in her voice signals depth. 

“Just because they think they owe you and can bribe you with money.”

Vyn sips from his cup before speaking. “Don’t you think you are discrediting them for their hard work and efforts on what you have said prior on that basis?”

“Also…” Adding a chuckle, he looks at her. “Do you not like Marius that much?”

“N-no! I actually like him, he's one of the few I get along with and of that background.” She almost pokes herself reaching the straw with her mouth. That took her off guard, it is anything but hatred. Although she had to admit, she got carried away with her mouth. That is not at all what she meant, but is it really coming across that way on how Vyn interpreted it?

Yule is part of the middle class, more on the working side, and trying to strive to meet her needs, but delving into the topic and personal encounters, she had a handful of unpleasant experiences working with rich people.

Though, she did not even consider him, Vyn Richter, as that… even when she got to know he's rich af.

She grows somber in her seat. It really flew out of her mind that Vyn had told her about this recently. Remaining her lips wrapped around her straw, Yule made a mental note to hold back her tongue this time around.

“Yule, how come you've developed a stereotype, then such judgment on this matter?” His voice is too clear to bypass.

Yule took the moment to look at him intently. 

At some odd feeling, she felt that his intention on the question is beyond his inquiries on psychology. This is a matter of intuition now.

She doesn't want to back down or stray away from their topic.

Now a bit composed, she tells him in prompt detail what’s on her mind. “Okay, sorry. I held such a judgment, though it is personal based on what I have encountered… Especially in prestigious places that I had a chance to get a job in. Some can be condescending not because they have power, when the actual case is that what they are lacking is simple respect to others.”

“I see.” Vyn runs his fingers by his chin and then gestured to her, she felt her breath release. “You said that in meticulous detail.”

Yule hums, now a bit relieved in her place though nervous if she lessened the mess she placed on the atmosphere.

“I do hope I don't come across that way. May I ask if I have offended you in some way, in our previous meetings perhaps?”

“Not at all.” She shakes her head firmly, assuring him in the best manner. She had to take another good look at him, straight in contact. “What do you mean though, Dr. Richter?” 

She can’t quite put a finger on it…

“Nothing.”

She won’t think much of it then.

By the clock ticking, and as the condensation of the cup drips by her finger, Vyn drops his question.

“Ah, right. Rosa relayed the message to me moments ago… Since she's got an extra ticket, how about you be the one to join me at this event? Her friend Kiki isn't able to accompany her.”

Yule flinched as he handed the invitation, more so as his slender fingers brushed hers for a moment. But looking at the table now, she can't quite comprehend seeing the intricate details on the paper, let alone the scent of it.

Or is it him?

She flushed red as she realized his close proximity.

Yule backs away, also because she might have to turn him down. “Oh no, I don’t know if I may…” The shining letters on the paper gawk at her by her line of vision.

She doesn't have any appropriate clothes.

Like of course, on average, she didn't have anything packed for this certain instance. She will stick out like a sore thumb!

“Is there any problem, Miss Yule?” Vyn had to ask as she had been silent for a while.

 Prompting her feet properly to her seat, her sheepish behavior came off a bit less. “Honestly… I don’t have a dress for a ball.”

Does she look pathetic?

“Oh, no need… Marius suggested a design for you.” Seeing the already prepared reference on the older male’s phone, she had to widen her eyes at the sight of her favorite hues that complements her skin so well.

That made her flush more.

She lets out a nervous laugh, mixed with vexation. “I swear he wants me in debt.”

“I asked him directly though, no worries. Besides, knowing you're in the midst of moving here in Stellis, I suppose you didn't bring any attire for these kinds of events.”

 “Exactly.” She felt herself relax and look at him with intent. So, he didn't see the fact that I may not have any of the luxury, and did not prioritize it since she’s handling something at the moment. She beams at him, feeling the effects of the caffeine saturate her body. “You’ve done so much already, Vyn, thank you.”

Hearing that she had already complied in calling him by the name, she claps his hands together, nodding in appreciation. “That settles it then.”

“Mind if I pick you up at noon?” he asks.

“Not quite a morning person?”

He had to perk a smile, as she even managed to notice that detail.

Vyn chuckles, letting a meek smile paint over his lips. “I suppose you too?”

Nodding, she had to mirror back a shy grin, disappearing in a matter of seconds as it’s been replaced by an astonished reaction. 

“Let's grab a coffee on the way.” Vyn leans nearer, drawing her in with his smile.

She had to flush back.  He noticed that detail too, huh…

Settling on the same agreement feels safe as they get more captivated into their little bubble. Despite being both’s epitome of ‘irony’ at the first meeting, they have settled it. With Vyn breaking down her beliefs into something more bearable; showing more of the radical explanation of phenomena, and to Yule alluring the appealing nature of the primacy effect  in love for Vyn. Possibly expanding the concept and enticing dynamics to him hereafter.

To the one who acts on her vulnerabilities, the other rational on their approach. One can learn from the other; equal and reciprocal. Opposites do attract.

Having to see in person the name, the one he keeps hearing, now has a form and meaning for him to further analyze. He wishes to comprehend more of her complexities past her captivating appearance. Vyn can now structure better connections based on further impressions he may probe into.

Letting the scent of the café waft their senses, he's stirred awake.

He’s the type who prefers tea, but with him being in her presence, it feels natural. She gives the same palpitation and warmth as he glances at her coffee-brown eyes.

My final two drawings for my advanced drawing class! It was so fun making 8 original drawings.

The one on the top is a redraw of an old drawing from 2021. The one on the bottom, I was inspired by the anime "Samurai Pizza Cats". I combined both color and non-color; for my previous drawings 1-7, I switched between color and non-color. I also use materials from my previous New Media drawing assignments: gouache for the yellow tower, watercolor for the tree, sky, and petals, and oil pastels for the water.

April’s tend to be slow reading months for me, and I can already tell this April is going to be very slow too. I have several big grad school assignments, as well as working so I don’t have much free time to read. If I get through 4-5 books this month I’ll be happy 🥲

Inside Dallas’ Federal Building is a hardback edition of Daniel Kusner’s “214 TRANS4M” book.

Kusner requests his congressional rep Jasmine Crockett to help retrieve Kusner’s “214 TRANS4M” book from the Dallas EEOC and return Kusner’s book to Crockett’s 30th District constituent.

On Nov. 18, 2019, Kusner’s submitted the “214 TRANS4M” book to EEOC-Dallas Investigator Yolanda Brown as relevant evidence after Texas DPS punished Kusner’s supervisor for violating DPS’ discrimination policy.

Texas’ Dept. of Public Safety has hired Kusner three times as a crime records subject-matter-expert.

Kusner’s also an authority on sexuality-gender.

One of Kusner’s DPS co-workers — Tamika Ware — filed a discrimination charge with DPS’ Office of Inspector General against Kusner’s supervisor and two other coworkers who were ordered to conduct surveillance on Kusner. 

DPS Equal-Opportunity Investigator Thomas Williams is a historical figure.

DPS assigned Lt. Williams to investigate to Ware's charge.

When Lt. Williams interviewed accessory Shawna Kilborn, Kusner's "214 TRANS4M book became investigation evidence.

After Williams turned in his investigation — EEO-2016-0017 — DPS concluded that supervisor Martinez called Kusner a "fucking faggot," which violates the Department's Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and Unprofessional Conduct Policy, Section 18.25.00 in DPS’ General Manual.

The complaint alleges that you treated an employee differently on the basis of sexual orientation.

The allegation of discrimination was unfounded; however, the behavior has been substantiated and is inappropriate, unacceptable and in violation of the following Department policy: Section 18.25.01.3 (Unprofessional Conduct).

18.25.01 Policy: Inappropriate conduct of a discriminatory or sexual nature that interferes with an individual's work or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment will not be tolerated or condoned by the Department. The Department has "zero tolerance" towards inappropriate comments, gestures, jokes, and behavior l'egarding a person's or class of persons' sex, race, color, national origin, religion, age, or disability. The intent behind the words or action is in-elevant; such behavior will not be tolerated.

DPS also punished Martinez.

Kusner filed his EEOC discrimination-charge on Nov. 11, 2017

EEOC didn't assign an investigator until Sept. 24, 2019

Then on Apr 20, 2020, the EEOC released YOLANDA.BROW N’s "Commission’s preliminary-decision-to-dismiss letter."

In response, Kusner sent the following on April 19, 2020

The Commission verified employment dates that transpired after the Charging Partyʼs January 11, 2017, resignation to predetermine EEOC Charge No.: 450-2018-00430C EEOC

May 6, 2020, YOLANDA BROWN emailed:

Good Morning Daniel~ Thank you for this additional information. Your case will be reassessed based on this information that you have provided.

• Instead of any "reassessment," on Aug 12, 2020, the Dallas District Office simply dismissed my charge.

COINCIDENTALLY: On Sept. 3, 2020, The Washington Post published an article that cited both me and the Respondent in my charge. (Coincidentally, WaPos’s topic is all about employment equality in public service.)

On Nov. 11, 2020, I requested investigator Brown to return my book.

After prodding, On Nov. 16, 2020, Brown wrote that she would withhold Kusner’s book.

According to Kusner's Jan. 11, 2021, FOIA response, Rasheedah K. McDonald wrote, that on Nov. 19, 2020, Charging Party's book was placed in the mailroom to be mailed to the address on file.

On Dec. 7, 2020, Keith T. Hill echoed that Kusner's books was "mailed on Nov. 19, 2020."

But Kusner didn’t engage in the "FOIA process" until Jan 4. 2021.

This FOIA request includes all records and emails related to the Congressional Inquiry initiated by Texas Congresswoman EDDIE BERNICE JOHNSON into my charge, which was facilitated by ERIKA MUCIÑO Constituent Services Liaison Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson (TX-30) and forwarded to the EEOC’s SABRINA HARRISON and the EEOC’s ROBERT CARTER as well as the EEOC’s ERIN NORRIS.

Make sure to include all phone records, notes and correspondence made by EEOC’s ERIN NORIS when NORRIS repeatedly contacted the Charging Party in 2020 and forwarded contact messages to the attention of EEOC’s KATHLEEN ORAM.

Include the text messages EEOC’s ROBERT CARTER sent to the Charging Party.

Include all charge-related emails and correspondence created by and copied to the attention of Enforcement Supervisor TAMMY JOHNSON.

Include copies of any sign-in sheets when the Charging Party visited both the EEOC’s Dallas District Office and the EEOC’s New York Office at 33 Whitehall St, New York, NY 10004.

This request also includes all records, emails and phone records associated with the Field Management Office’s assessment, which was initiated by the EEOC’s YOFI D. WEINBERG and “hereby” recommended to the Field Management Office by the EEOC’s KATHLEEN ORAM on Oct. 21, 2020.

Include the Nov. 19, 2020 post-marked receipt and any tracking information related to the return of my property, which Field Management Programs Acting Director KEITH D. HILL stated in HILL’s letter to the Charging Party on Dec. 7, 2020, that my property was previously sent to the Charging Party by the EEOC’s VANESSA PARKS on Nov. 19, 2020.

Also include the mailing information — postal receipt and-or corresponding email messages — which Field Management Programs Acting Director KEITH D. HILL wrote in HILLS's Dec. 7, 2020, letter to the Charging Party that Non-Confidential Attachment #4, also known as the “Special Circumstances: Termination” investigation file OIG2016-0376, was “sent” to the Charging Party.

Include all records and emails that were handled or sent to the Charging Party by Investigator ESAID OLIVERA, beginning in 2017, which includes any emails sent by ELAINE MCARTHUR, Outreach & Education Coordinator U.S. EEOC Miami District (Florida, Puerto Rico, USVI), who wrote the Charging Party on Oct. 6, 2020, that the MCARTHUR was going to send “all" emails to both EEOC Investigators ESAID OLIVERA and YOLANDA BROWN, who both assigned requests-for-information deadlines to the Charging Party for charge #450-2018-00430.

Include any charge-related intake information recorded by the EEOC Support Assistant RUTH G. LOPEZ.

Include any intake information recorded by the EEOC district office at 33 Whitehall St, New York, NY 10004 during the intake session held with the Charging Party on Oct. 16, 2017.

Include all of the Charging Party's messages that were sent to the EEOC’s LUCY ORCA on Nov. 13, 2020.

Include all messages that were sent by the Charging Party to both the EEOC’s Inspector General on April 30, 2020 and to the EEOC’s JANET DHILLON’s EEOC email address the same April 2020 week that EEOC Chair DHILLON connected with the Charging Party via LinkedIn.

Include all of the Charging Party documents and audio files uploaded to the online portal, which would include the Texas Workforce Commission’s administrative-information packets associated with TWC Cause No. 2133029.

Include all of the Commission’s requests-for-information to the Charging Party and all of the Charging Party’s responses to the Commission’s requests-for-information, which were separately requested by EEOC Investigator ESAID OLIVERA, EEOC Supervisor SANDRA TAYLOR and EEOC Investigator YOLANDA BROWN beginning in 2017.

Include all communication related to the Dec. 18, 2020 email that EEOC’s YOFI D. WEINBERG wrote the Charging Party that stated the EEOC’s JUAN MOAZ has “mailing” information related to the return of the Charging Party’s property.

Include any correspondence — which includes phone-contact records — and records received and sent by the EEOC’s CECIL WARREN and the EEOC’s QUIDA BLACK, who both handled my charge.

Include all action records and emails that were sent to and by EEOC Supervisor SANDRA TAYLOR — including all action records and emails when my charge was first “transferred” to the investigation division on 11/21/2017 and then again “transferred” to the investigation division a second time on 11/27/2017 and then “transferred” a third time to the investigation division on 09/24/2019.

Include all sticky notes and emails sent to and from EEOC Investigator YOLANDA R. BROWN during and after the investigation.

Include all charge-related emails sent to and from the EEOC’s BELINDA MCCALLISTER.

Include any action documents that indicated my charge-status was changing from being assigned to Investigator YOLANDA R. BROWN to “collecting evidence” beginning on March 24, 2020. But also include any evidence Investigator BROWN requested for collection in October of 2019 and the evidence and accompanying dates that Investigator BROWN received, collected and posted to the online portal before and after March 24, 2020.

Include the Dec. 20. 2017 letter addressed to EEOC’s SANDRA TAYLOR on behalf of the Charging Party that was sent by WILLIAM JOSEPH SHEPARD, Executive Director New York Gay Officers Action League, Inc. 631-678-8202 william@goalny.org, williamjosephshepard@gmail.com As well as the 4 attachments SHEPARD included that were sent to the EEOC’s SANDRA TAYLOR.

On Jan. 14, 2021, TRACY L. SMALLS, “EEOC FOIA Professional,” delivered the Commission’s investigation documents per the Charging Party’s Request #450-2021-00431 via the public portal.

Investigation-document pages — #18 and #19 — attached, are Federal Investigator YOLANDA R. BROWN’s handwritten notes, which reveal that the Commission dismissed the “KUSNER VS. TEXAS DEPT. OF PUBLIC SAFETY” charge based on evidence from an unrelated and tawdry investigation involving schoolchildren.

Investigator BROWN cites facts, listed below, that are impossible to apply to the Charging Party, who resigned from Texas DPS on Jan. 11, 2017:

• Investigator BROWN cites an “Oct. 17, 2017” employment contract. • Investigator BROWN cites “athletic games." • Investigator BROWN cites “violations of school procedures.” • Investigator BROWN cites meetings with “Assistant Superintendent of Academics Ms. JOANNE RUCKER,” a Doctor of Philosophy, who serves the Cedar Hill Independent School District.

Investigator BROWN also cites a repeatedly reprimanded employee under a “harassing work environment," who was allowed to contract with Child Protective Services on a campus where parents and legal guardians entrust the care, custody and control of minors to vetted employees.

None of these sensitive, classified, un-redacted investigative-and-embarrassing details regarding an “incompetent" Cedar Hill Independent School District’s athletic-and-academic reputation included by Investigator BROWN and released for public-information purposes, listed above, could possibly apply to Charging Party DANIEL KUSNER’s employment with the Texas Department of Public Safety.

On Jan. 29, 2021, EEOC states that my home is in "South Cliff."

Week 7 – Self Management: Motivation and Resilience

I am finding currently that the longer the semester goes on and the more work is due, I recede into bad habits of prioritising my hobbies over getting work done on time and even going to class at all.

Halikari et al. (2021) studied procrastination tendencies and note that these avoidance techniques are actually hurting my wellbeing and I need to improve my psychological flexibility, this is why I attended a counselling session and have begun to plan my days with a google calendar and a physical diary, Livinia my counsellor told me it is not wrong to read books or go to the gym before studying but that I need to use the relief that those activities bring me as a motivator to study.

Yet these skills are obviously easier said than done. Missing classes is leading to an overall uncertainty regarding assignments and that makes me nervous about even starting them in the first place, the pressure building up and so on just leads me to put them off completely until a day before or even the day after they are due. Which again makes me disappointed in myself as I love to put forward competent well researched work that my lecturers enjoy reading and marking. MDCG Position Paper on the Implementation of UDI Requirements - OMC Medical Limited

The Medical Device Coordination Group (MDCG), which was founded in accordance with Article 103 of Regulation (EU) 2017/745, has approved this document. Every Member State is represented on the MDCG, which is presided over by an official from the European Commission.  

The document cannot be regarded as representing the official stance of the European Commission because it is not a document from the European Commission. This paper does not contain any legally binding opinions. The only body that can provide legally binding interpretations of Union law is the Court of Justice of the European Union. 

The Unique Device Identification (UDI) system, which is introduced in Article 27 of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on Medical Devices (MDR), intends to improve device identification and increase the efficacy of post-market safety-related actions for devices, among other things.

Particular UDI assignment solutions are envisioned to maintain proportionate data-entries in EUDAMED for some highly customized items. Therefore, until solutions are finalized, this position paper aims to clarify the implementation of UDI regulations starting on May 26, 2021, for contact lenses, spectacle frames, spectacle lenses, and ready readers.

The relevant sections of Regulations (EU) 2017/745 (particularly Chapter III and Annex VI) and associated UDI guidance materials should be studied with this position paper. 

Manufacturers must abide by the requirements pertaining to the UDI system mentioned in Article 27 as well as the registration requirements mentioned in Articles 29 and 31 of the MDR, according to Article 10(7) of the MDR.  

According to Article 27(3) MDR, the maker must assign a UDI to any item (except from custom-made devices) before putting it on the market. This also applies to all higher layers of packaging. Furthermore, as stipulated in Part C of Annex VI, Article 29(3) requires the makers to assign a Basic UDI-DI to the device. 

UDI carriers must be listed on the device’s label and on all upper layers of packaging, according to Article 27(4) MDR. In compliance with Article 123(f) MDR, this requirement is applicable to implantable devices as well as class III, class IIa, and class IIb devices starting on May 26, 2021, class I devices starting on May 26, 2025, and class IIa and class IIb devices on May 26, 2023.  

Lastly, Basic UDI-DI and the other essential data items for that device mentioned in Part B of Annex VI must be provided, according to Article 29(1) MDR. However, as stated in Article 123(3)(e) MDR, Article 29(4) MDR regarding device registration becomes effective 24 months following the date of publication of the notice mentioned in Article 34(3) MDR. 

In light of the aforementioned, and taking into account that:  

(a) the MDCG UDI WG is developing a specific UDI assignment solution for contact lenses, which may also be extended to spectacle frames; and  

(b) while a specific UDI assignment solution is agreed upon for spectacle lenses and ready readers, its practical application has not yet been formalized, the following clarifications should be observed in terms of UDI assignment, carrier labeling, and registration. 

1. UDI Assignment: As of May 26, 2021, and until particular UDI assignment solutions are finalized, the aforementioned products are anticipated to comply with the UDI assignment duties outlined in Art. 27(3) and Art. 29 (1) MDR. 

2. UDI Carrier Labelling: As of May 2021, May 2023, and May 2025, respectively, implantable devices, Class III devices, Class IIa/IIb devices, and Class I devices must comply with UDI labeling regulations. Given that most of the above specified goods are Class I and Class IIa/IIb devices, it is anticipated that there will be enough time for the label to accurately reflect the UDI assignment solutions. 

3. UDI & Device Registration: 24 months following the date on which the notification

Week 5 

Team work , During our opening weeks we were told by our lectures that relationships will be key for School and life and to make relationships involves teamwork , during our first few weeks we were set our first group task by simone a research task in groups of 3 , to help mix everyone simone picked our groups to help get to know each other . in my group i had classmates Luca and Marko , lucky for me i had spoke to both of these guys before being assigned together so it helped break the awkwardness , during our first lesson we decided to all add each other on social media to then make a groupchat to communicate and discuss our task this worked extremely well as we were able to discuss our assignment away from Uni allowing us to talk to each other and help each other  , we were also able to set specific times to work on the assignment together which really helped us.

Week 7

To deal with Uni and normal life is difficult without scheduling and time management as normal life sometimes takes over importance and you have steer yourself in the right direction to maintain a equal balance , something i found really difficult was managing my workload instead of completing something straight away i found myself procrastinating and avoided and filling the void with normal life activities like watching sport or tv and going out with friends whilst if i spent my time wisely id have plenty of time for both without rushing or pushing back the other another factor which affected uni and normal life is balancing a part time job in between as it made you choose whether in your very limited freetime do you do more uni work or spend more times with friends and for a young adult like myself it is a tricky choice cause you want to spend as much time with friends creating memories but also understand how important uni work is and the consequences if you don't finish your work or fail.  some strategies that i used and/or found effective for myself was my day off that i had i would spend one half doing either work or a hobby , for me i found this as an affective strategy as i was motivated to do my school work as the quicker i finished the early i could play footy or golf or go to the gym whatever the hobby was for the day i looked forward to smashing my work out to be able to do it this strategy worked pretty well for me personally as i was able to get both of both worlds without stressing that i wasn't able to finish my work in time.

Week 9 

Feedback is a key factor when it comes to improving in life but in terms of uni work feedback is extremely important as it can give you ways to improve your work and better yourself to allow this to happen you need to accept the feedback given to you by peers, teachers and others that may help you throughout your journey , for me feedback was key when working on a new assignment i constantly read my teachers feedback for our last assignments to develop an understanding on what i did good and what needs improving i’d use this feedback to improve my work , using peers to look at my work to get some feedback from a fellow classmate is important as they can give different type of feedback as a lecture is giving feedback from the person who is making every piece seeing multiple different variations of each assignment where as a classmate is in the same position as you completing the work wondering how they can improve what needs to be done etc. another helpful piece of feedback that peers can give is ways to learn , for example how they take there notes or strategies to remember key information .

I found steves feedback extremely helpful as he gave me advice/ feedback to use spelling and grammar tools to help which is struggled with early on but his feedback gave me an understanding that it is important when completing work 

Week 11

Here are two slides that I completed from my first assessment to the latest . This shows the difference in learning each program has as we can see my first slide is a bit average compared to the second slide which looks extremely clean and is nice to view.

Week 13 

When looking back at the semester and my earlier entries i look at how far i've come in such a short amount of time as i reflect over my work and my learning i can see clear impacts on how i've improved for the better whether that is with assignments or time management or communication i've improved a lot since the beginning , what surprised me at the beginning was the short amount of time between each assignments due date some weeks there would be multiple classes due all at the one time or within days of each other this came as a shock to me as i wasn’t prepared for the amount of work that would have to be done all at once , for some of the positives and negative throughout the semester would have to be our lectures ensuring each class had some excitement to it and we didn't just sit there for 3 hours listening we were made to do different activities which i found extremely positive as it allowed us to stay engaged as we had to complete these activities and share with the class , there wasn’t a lot of negatives just one i found myself was time mangenment when completing assignments but as the semester went on i was able to develop a better sense of time management to enable myself to complete my tasks on time and efficiently.
