All Ancients are Halfa's

So! The reason everyone in the Realms believes that Danny is a super old Ancient and not a Ghost Baby is because all the Halfa's that exist currently are Ancients.

The Reason? For a Halfa to be born, they must have died as a God.

Pandora is a Halfa. She was the Goddess of the Amazon's before she was killed by Ares.

Frostbite is a Halfa. He was the God of a Yeti Tribe, before their kind died to Climate Change.

Dorathea and Aragon are Halfa's. They were both Draconic Gods who ruled over a small Country before dying to a roaming band of Magical Adventurerers.

Undergrowth is a Halfa. He was a Druidic Plant God killed after bis forest was destroyed by a Fire.

Even Clockwork is a Halfa. He used to be known as the God Kronos.

But that leads to the question of, How Danny is a Halfa? He was just a normal Human when he died, not Divine in any way, or so he thought. So how did he become a Halfa?

Well, maybe he should start looking into who his Birth Parents were...

Summoning fix it

Danny accepted being Ghost King when he was 20. Why 20? Because at that point his human half was looking more fae than human. At least he got that growth spurt and reached 6 foot 5. But the pointed ears, catlike eyes that glowed, fangs, and glowing freckles along with his height made him stand out.

Sam and Tucker, the two most liminal humans up till that point, were only better in that their eyes only glowed when emotional and that they didn’t have freckles. The trio had decided that they were more infinite realm denizens than living and they moved in to Danny’s new castle.

Accepting the throne was chaos. Especially with the observants constantly trying to butt in after he cut their power. They tried many things to keep him busy, including trying to bury him in centuries of old paperwork. Unfortunately for them Danny was not going to put up with that.

He sent out a message looking for any ghosts whose obsession was being a secretary. And there were more than he expected. After screening he chose a few and let the rejected ones know that he would set something up to help them later, but first he needed to straighten things out.

During all this Danny ended up summoned. He was annoyed that any regular old joe could just summon him. He was the Ghost King! He had more important things to do (even if it was just playing video games) than answer every summon request at other people’s whims. There were a multitude of dimensions out there, who knew how often he could be summoned?!

The trio quickly got to work and created a summon circle that first, allowed him to send someone in his stead, and second, prevented forced summoning if he declined answering.

Calling on more ghosts, he found one that grants wishes, and unlike Desiree, has no horrible consequences as long as a price of equal payment is made. He then wished all summoning circles to summon the ghost king from the point in time of his ascension be switched with his new one.

After that, he assigned one of the secretaries to be the one to answer the summons. He made a list of things to outright decline, and if they were unsure they were to call him and ask.

That’s how the Justice League ended up finding out that there was a new Ghost King. Constantine was particularly annoyed when he realized the switch with the summoning instructions. Luckily they weren’t on such a time crunch that they didn’t have the time to get the new materials needed.

Upon completion of the summoning, a female humanoid in a professional suit floated, and spoke “I am Penny, secretary of Ghost King Phantom. What is the subject of your summons?”

When John Constantine died, he didn't think his last deal actually saved his soul.

Especially with a enormous room full of Gods, Demons, Faes and other being he swindled his soul with.

He didn't expect that deal with the Ghost King in the infinite realm for beating darkseid accidentally contaimnented his poor excused piece soul with ectoplasm to morph into a halfa when he died doing what he never thought he do last.

Save a kid from an illegal ectoplasm extraction from what would've cause the future to end later on.

The next thing he knows, he is in a giant room with all the entity he swindled, sitting on a red plush pillow. Feeling smaller than ever, looking at his tiny tanned pudgy baby hands before a loud whined was heard.

"Fuckin Infinite king got him."

"Yeah, fuck that, I'm not fighting the infinite king after what he did to Chaos last time. He can keep Constantine's stinky soul."

John could only stare in amazement and some twisted sense of shock as one by one, more and more entities were leaving the room, giving up their own contracts, some cursing or grumbling under their voices, even the one who swear she'll get him, could only gritted her teeth, and throw a cursing tantrum before throwing her own contracts on the floor before walking out the room.

Leaving John alone, sitting on a plush pillow with the main person who has caused all this..

Danny Phantom, who was sitting down, relaxed in mid-air, playing with a miniature newborn galaxy like it was a playdoh. White hair full of stars constellations as braids holder, face covered in stardust with a smug grin on his face.

"Why..?" John could only say softly. After all the trouble he cause with the infinite realm high king, he didn't expect this.

"You'd grown on me after accepting that deal to take out the ecto-acts, and seeing your cheese grated soul like that and knowing what going happen after you die. It was the least I could do, plus.." Danny said honestly, waving his hand a bit in gesture.

"Now, there are no excuses that I can't look in your cursed astronomy tower at the house of mysteries!" Danny said with his cheek beaming brightly.

John could only stare blankly for a moment before he started to giggles.. that giggles morphing to a full-blown out crying mixture laugh.

The tiny, purpled hair toddler sobbed like a baby for the first time in years, tears of overjoyed or overly emotional sense of relief that he escaped his own damnant thanks to one deal with a scrawny teen in a outhouse diner 3 years ago.

Hell, being turned into a 3 year old toddler halfa was a better thought than he had in mind, even at the expense of no alcohol for the next 14-18 years would be worth it.

Kronos is Clockwork

Kronos is Clockwork He gets the memories of being Clockwork when he is still Kronos, before the eating of Hestia. So he knew what would happen. And it didn't matter, he would lose, at least if he lost he would wake up in the Ghost Zone and meet Danny later.

So Clockwork-Kronos decided not to eat his children, but just to ignore them. From Hestia to Zeus, he didn't care much for them. He knew they would always "ursup" him because he knew their future.

And years later, Kronus gave up his throne and left.

Once in the Ghost Zone, after years. He turned back into clockwork, looked at the timelines and was the guardian of them.

Until he met Danny again, and Clockwork was overjoyed to see him. Even if the Dan fiasco was there again.

Clockwork took care of the young hero and raised him.

Let it be known that none of them actually expected the idiots’ of the week’s ritual to work. The summoning hadn’t worked for literal centuries- everyone knew it had been sealed away, presumably forever!

(Of course they had no way to know that in the Infinite Realms actually used the term forever as a measurement of time, what with how time itself wasn’t particularly linear within. And to beings that could hypothetically live for eternity? Forever was a nice vacation time really) 

So maybe they hadn’t been exactly focused on stopping the ritual as much as they could of been, and by the time they realized it was working, well, it’d been a bit too late then. So yes, mistakes had perhaps in fact, been made. 

First had come the chill, the cold of the ground as your body was lowered down, the cold of your blood dripping from your living corpse. Then came the shadows, the darkness creeping along their vision as their soul slipped from their body. Followed by boiling heat, flames scorching through their flesh and tearing from their chests like a blade piercing their hearts. 

The form that emerged was massive, a cloak dripping crimson fluttering in the wind of an unseen battlefield, verdant flames licking at the air and causing the surrounding shadows to writhe. A dark growl echoed through the building, the stone below them shaking while deathly green eyes glowered down at the living with utter contempt. 

“Do any of you imbeciles know how long it takes to get ghostlings to sleep-”

‘Death’

Angst idea. So something happens that causes Danny Fenton to be ‘fatally injured’. Like shot through the head, cut in half, spine ripped out, impaled kind of injured. Maybe attempting to save the day after being forced out of Phantom form. So as a Halfa, as long as his core remains undamaged, Danny can eventually heal from basically anything. (Yes it will hurt, but he’ll have Deadpool level of regeneration. Just a bit slower and more subtle.) So Danny won’t die. That’s how he’s survived his battles at Phantom (because some of those get violent. The problem? Danny Fenton’s ‘death’ was very public and he hasn’t told anyone he’s Phantom yet (besides Jazz, Tucker, and Sam.) He’s scared of revealing it to his parents because he still doesn’t know how they will react and worries it might even seem worse. Like that ‘Phantom’ was impersonating their dead son or something. So he has no choice but to let the world, his parents, his school, and his former bullies believe he’s dead.

Crazy Ideas…9?

We've all heard stories about Danny Phantom, where he ends up guarding Dani's, Dan's, or the clones' cores inside his body… We've also heard stories where Danny ends up kidnapped and so injured that he has to hide inside his core and ends up being cared for by someone who doesn't know exactly what's going on…

But what if, for example, instead of being cared for like a gem, Danny's core ends up implanted in Jason?…

I mean, imagine one night on patrol, Red Hood is touring his territory when, out of nowhere, a purple shadow with red eyes attacks them. It passes so quickly through him that he only thinks he's hallucinating because of the x number of days he's gone without sleep because of the last case.

So he grabs his things and goes home, unaware that they've already implanted a core inside him…

Danny would horrify Vlad in the Halfa Dash AU. Why?

Well, first of all, watching him argue with and yell at the embodiment of time itself was bad enough. He’s heard of Clockwork, but didn’t think he’d ever have to meet him. He’s understandably terrified of Clockwork, so seeing Danny get an attitude with him makes the blood and ectoplasm drain from his face.

The same goes with if Danny’s not arguing with him and is having a normal conversation with him. Or on his shoulders like he’s Clockwork’s kid for whatever reason.

Vlad: Daniel, are you out of your mind?! He’s the embodiment of time!!!

Danny: Yeah, and? I’m still going to kick him into the stratosphere next time I see him. He’s not safe.

Then he hears what happened to Danny in his world that caused Clockwork to send him to this timeline in the first place. Safe to say, he’s never felt a stronger urge to protect anyone in his life or afterlife. He’s absolutely horrified and heartbroken that Danny had to go through all that.

Clockwork is a Halfa.

So. Clockwork is one of the few Halfa's in existence. He usually stays in his Ghost Form, as in that form he is disconnected from Timr and can better oversee Existence.

But he does have a Mortal Form. He hasn't used it in Eons, or maybe it was centuries? Time is weird for Beings that exist outside of it.

Whatever the case, it's been a while since he has entered his Mortal Form.

But he suddenly finds a reason to need it. Danny has decided that he wants to try out Reincarnation, and he will not let his son live a life away from him in a completely different Dimension. It's far too dangerous!

So, he enters his Mortal Form, inserts himself into that Dimensions Timeline, and waits for Danny's Reincarnation to be Born.

Now, who is he in DC? Well, what Character is a constant guiding hand to the protagonist? A wise old mentor to their Son? A calming force that always seems to know how to help his family? A man famous for his Otherworldly Cookies?

Clockwork is Alfred.

He took a Mortal Form so he could raise Danny's Reincarnation, Bruce Wayne.

Not feeling up to a whole story but an idea, someone feel free to take it and run.

At some point, Amity gets noticed by the JL and the JLD moves in to try and shut down the portal. Unfortunately from what they can tell the portal has a link to something that prevents it being closed. Eventually they figure out the portal is linked to Phantom (though how idk). And as far as they can tell the only way to break the link and close the portal would be to destroy him.

Meanwhile Danny has managed to hide from JLD and stayed human because he is terrified after he saw them deal with Skulker easily. Not knowing that the JLD only were able to do so because Skulker has a tendency to slip out to hunt things from the occasional natural portal.

Babs was finishing up her side job, putting away her laptop into her backpack, zipping it up only to freeze seeing a little boy in a jumper with teary blue eyes, black hair wearing a teal beanie, holding Einstein bear clutch in one small arm, his lips wobbling a bit as if trying to hold back tear.

"Mommy, I can't find jazzy... and Daddy haven't come back even though I called out Ghosts like you told me to."

Oh, nu, Bruce's Adoptied a wayne bait is contagious like Dick said.

"What just happen?!?"

"Jazz did you really forgot the no wish rule!" Sam frustrated said a bit loud out if it weren't weren't the toddlers asking her for another story to read out loud.

"Did a natural portal really just spawn, suck Danny at the wrong time and place, and disappears letting Desiree escape too?!?"

"Mom and Dad are going to kill me..." Jazz mumbled into her hands.

She completely forgot about Desiree as she was mad at Danny talking about why he had to come talk about ghost safety to a bunch of toddlers when he have a tight schedule already with being infinite ghost, clockwork's crytic session and lessons, helping make sure tucker don't almost get assassinated for his brilliant work, and doing collage homework.

Then Desiree came to a friendly fight and volunteered with how to deal with a ghost presentation using her Bearbert as exanple only for Danny to not listen to her already frustrated.

It just slipped out in the moment of rage.

She didn't actually mean to say I wish you were a toddler again if you think being an adult is so hard to handle!

You know what is fun? Baby Ghost Jason. You know what could be even more fun? Ghosts are Dragons. 

Jason? Aware of none of this. 

He was on comms, y’know listening and rolling his eyes at Dickwing, who used his real name, really Dick, he mocks. It’s just a stakeout, nothing new there, honestly boring when he could be blowing something up instead. It should have just been a stakeout. 

Yet there’s something suddenly there, something behind him. Something that causes his hair to stand on end and his comms to spark into static like some sort of horror movie. Something, something with clawed hands with corpse-pale skin tipped in black, stained or dead or something else, tilting his head up and up and up as he’s frozen. 

“A child, out here? Alone?” a voice crackles, hisses, hums, and purrs, somehow all at once, unnatural in its tone. He can’t move, he needs to move, he has to move, but it’s like the space around him has gone cold and dead, like he’s stuck in the Pits once more as claws hold his head and his vision blurs. “Sleep, child. Rest- we’ll be home soon.”

Fun stupid idea time!

Danny, wanting to unwind a little, wants to reincarnate (Ghost King world. Sorry, I love it way too much). He brings it up to the Observants, who by now were beaten into re-education and submission (and therapy for some. Danny has been King for a LONG while now). They tell that reincarnation as it is is very difficult for beings of such power. Doubly so for Halfas.

But!

There is a way, don't worry, Your Highness!

They wouldn't tell what it was. Clockwork wouldn't crack. Other Ancients wanted to see what would happen.

Danny agrees to that mysterious method.

Turns out that that method was taking over the body of someone else. Observants took the opportunity to finally get rid of one offending man, who has lived way past his expiration date and was a huge thorn in their side due to the amount of work they had to do about his stupid Pits.

Danny wakes up in a Raw, unfiltered pool of ectoplasm and is confused as hell.

He gets out. Looks around and sits down and groans quietly as the memories get assimilated into his brain.

Danny becomes Ra's. He has an assassin cult and a daughter who is doing questionable things just made a child without the other party's knowledge.

His grandson is adorable.

Danny has so many things to do now...

It would be pretty funny that CW ways of getting in contact is to just open a portal in rhe midle of a JL meting, pause time exept for WW and Acuaman, and shove danny to WW arms.

Acuaman: ?

CW: here, this yung halfa is about to become a titan and a High King to the Infinite Realms... i can tutore him on things but not in the how not to squish the mortals will playing.

Acuaman: *noding* new king. Goth it.

CW: he is still half living so he had to relearnd a lot of things.

Wonder Woman: new spar partner. Got it!

Inheritance

Danny woke up in the morning to find a neon green letter addressed to him. Opening it he read " Dear Daniel James Fenton/Phantom, you are hereby summoned to accept your inheritance as the slayer of Pariah Dark, Blah blah blah, etc etc, Signed the council of Observants." The letter was written in such a way that Danny barely understood half of it, and he had the suspicion it was intentionally written that way. It appears he will have to go to clockwork for answers.

Later that day after school and with a quick distraction for his parents Danny flew to Clockwork's tower.

"Hello Daniel" Clockwork greeted on his familiar way. "Hello Clockwork. I was wondering if you could help explain this to me?" Danny asked holding up the letter.

"ah yes." Clockwork responded " A letter sent by the Observants and written to be intentionally confusing so they might try to cheat you out of your rightful inheritance."

"But i didn't kill Pariah." Danny interrupted, but Clockwork only frowned "You were the one who beat him and locked him away. Yesterday he faded and the Coffin of Eternal Sleep fell open, empty."

"So what does this mean?" Danny asked. And Clockwork smiled. " Well... you knew him as Pariah Dark, tyrant Ghost king. But before this he was also known as Iapetus, Greek Titan of Mortality and Craftmanship. You will need to take this role to preserve the balance of nature and the universe. It comes with no responsibility you aren't already doing, as the Titans no longer rule the world."

"Im sorry, what?!" Danny asked Dumbfounded. Clockwork gave the boy a moment to let the information sink in before continuing. "You will also get all of his items and property, Such as his Keep and all the artifacts in the vault and armoury. I recommend you keep these items." Clockwork cleared his throat. "You will also need to meet his estranged wife Clymene for-"

"Are you Chronos?!" Danny interrupted him and Clockwork frowned and looked away. "yes i was, long ago."

"Then he was your brother."

"...Yes and he was just as cruel as I was when I was a king... Daniel I cannot help you with this, but i am getting you in contact with Wonder Woman so she can. You will need it as your power grows into your new position."
