Leaking
Similar to my Cristina Troufa inspired painting.
This time I painted onto my hand and printed my hand print over the face. This was supposed to symbolise control and violence however I felt this was presented too literally.

3D - Experimenting with Architectual Modelling

This is my first draft of the interior I have looked at previously except making it into a 3D piece. I have used blue tac to hold it together for now as this gives me the freedom to move things and add things if I feel like I want to.

I placed my hand over the materials while I photocopied it. It made me think of the phrase "our future is in our hands."

Moreover, in my second version I created a vertical image so I could extend the design higher. By doing this, it allows me to highten the “lower class” so they began developing further. To further blend the buildings in with the environment I also added slightly opaque yellow and blue overlay on top of the image where highlights and shadows would naturally be casted. This made the atmosphere feel more immersive due to the warmth of the sun being casted on to the roofs of the building.

Stages of the painting.
The initial stage of the first one was a graphite outline of the portrait, then going over that with a charcoal pencil.
Then I added skin tones and details all over the face - from eyebrows to lips
The final ohotograph shows the final outcome - it differs from the previous one by the fact that it has more detailed eyes, as well as more red colour on the face itself
