i have a headcanon that Yoichi trims AFO's hair because i can't help but compare AFO's nicely trimmed hair to Yoichi's and i thought someone had to have cut AFO's hair for him and it is only logical for me to assume it was Yoichi who did. I think AFO would only trust Yoichi to be so close to him with a sharp object like a pair of scissors lol

I think Yoichi would have also liked cutting his brother's hair at first, because it would make him feel helpful in a way? And I just think even when AFO put him in the vault, AFO would still go there to get his hair trimmed by Yoichi.

and once Yoichi joins the resistance, he offers to do this for Kudo as well.

the level of physicality and closeness in all their fights is making me rabid. sukuna really gives yuuji such special treatment .... not only does he spare yuuji's life so many times when he could have killed him, he also keeps fighting yuuji in close combat when he literally has a cursed technique that can slice people apart from a distance.

this is a choice he's making to get so skin-to-skin with the enemy he's supposed to hate.

also, the way he was (unnecessarily) cradling yuuji's neck almost gently as he literally beats into him, how he's grabbing onto yuuji and just manhandling him — i'm no going to lie, it's almost carnal. how is so much intimacy in all of their fights compared to everyone else sukuna clashes with?

and the way sukuna is so expressive and uncharacteristically emotional whenever he gets to face yuuji. that brat just works him up so bad—

it's especially interesting when sukuna looks almost proud or excited to see what yuuji can do.

also.... sukuna, why do you look so excited for yuuji to come beat you up? is this like a date to you???

i mean, to be fair, sukuna probably considers violent brawling a love confession so no wonder why he's always ready to take on yuuji.

I was just rewatching the S3 Herogasm fight and while I love the scene it always makes me think about their powers and how they should be more complex. Homelander and Soldier Boy matching in brute strength makes sense to me (and still, Homelander had him by the throat) but I do find it odd that Butcher miraculously has the perfect set of powers AND his super strength matches Homelander's? It just feels Iike temp V shouldn't give him the same strength that the designer baby received before he was even born. Like is "super strength" just one level? Surely some supes should have more power than others.
