Devils Lake Monster: A killer octopus in the creepy and appropriately named Devils Lake.

Thunderbird: This giant bird is believed to be a group of surviving pterosaurs.

Wallowa Lake Monster (Wally): This is a huge plesiosaur-like creature in Wallowa Lake.

Gumberoo: This one is essentially a hairless bear, interesting stories though!

Black Eyed Children: Although this is more related to paranormal phenomenon these disturbing encounters have happened often in Oregon.

Bigfoot: The BFRO lists 244 sightings and is #6 in the United States for Bigfoot sightings.

Seal Rock Sea Monster: Two giant serpents were spotted back in 1935.

` *colorful headcanons – !! status? go!!

Chartreuse: If you had to describe your muse with a color, what color would it be and why?

A soft, delicate pink would be the most ideal. I’m not saying this as it is JinE’s signature color, being known as the pink whale and all. She’s lovely and feminine as she aspires to be; a girly color would match her best. Though with all of the hardships she has encountered, she’s dainty, shy, and vulnerable, struggling to express her fullest potential to everyone. Once you get to know her, however, she’ll tickle you with her odd charms, leaving you curious as of why JinE doesn’t paint herself brighter to everyone else. 

Moss: How easily does your muse adapt to any new situations they’re thrust into?

For the longest, JinE managed with extra practice, yet she still struggles quite a bit to catch up to her fellow members. Often, she’ll feel the pressure to match everyone else’s caliber in whatever way possible. She knows she’s not exceptionally skilled at what comes with her job, so she is willing to risk anything to get where she needs to be. This mindset, however, hasn’t been exceptionally ideal. Though JinE’s work ethic has proven significant results, she mentally and physically lost herself in the process, risking a great deal of her health and even her career.

Silk: Does your muse care about appearances much? Do they spend a lot of time on their own appearance, or do they just go with the flow each day?

At the moment, it would be definitely hard to say. Her mind and body are in a war-like state. As she thrived in the limelight, JinE believed she could have control of her appearance if it was the only way for her to be loved by the public, even if she couldn’t do so herself. However, she struggled to hone what she already had despite previous attempts of appreciating her faults. She eventually grew to hate it all more and attempted to “fix” those faults . As one could say, JinE succumbed to the pressure and demand of the industry although everyone thought she was in the good hands of her company and members. These days, though, she’s doing much better as she works on looking over these thoughts lingering in her mind. If you spoke to her now, she’d tell you she still cares about her appearance to some extent, but she would rather be happy and healthy for the sake of others instead of easing her thoughts away with her own pain. She can contently say that she looks better now than she did a year and a half ago; she’s certain of that.

Breadcrumbing

In a recent workshop, one of my creative participants created the verb “breadcrumbing.” I love it! It’s a great description of how we work to get someone to follow our train of thought and come to our conclusion.

When participants practice coaching in workshops, everyone uses a real-life challenge. We all coach each other on something that’s been on our to-do list or New Year’s resolution list…

What cryptids are in ohio?

Ohio has a large concentration for paranormal/cryptozoology encounters. Theres a lot going on in that state…

Grassman: Ohio’s aggressive Sasquatch, Ohio is number 5 on the BFRO for Sasquatch sightings.

Loveland Frogmen: Bipedal amphibians spotted on multiple occasions in Loveland.

Mothman: During Point Pleasant’s Mothman phenomena, the Ohio River Valley saw sightings of the infamous cryptid on Ohio’s side of the river.

Charles Mill Lake Monster: A bipedal “creature from the black lagoon” monster thats now thought to be just be a hoax made up by the teenager eyewitnesses.

Dogman: Michigan’s werewolf sightings bleed into northern Ohio, particularly northwest.

Lake Erie Monster: With all of this crazy stuff going on in Ohio you must think, “the only thing missing is Nessie!” Well… meet Bessie. Lake Erie’s own plesiosaur-like lake monster.

Lake Tianchi Monster: This is an interesting one!

Fu Lion Dogs: An interesting creature that seems like a lion-like creature reminiscent of traditional Asian lions sculptures and artwork.

Maltese Tiger: A blue tiger thats been spotted on multiple occasions. With tiger populations so low nowadays its not a far fetched idea that maybe there is a species out there undiscovered, or maybe it was just a weird mutation.

As a budding celebrity in the realm of popular music, she’s no criminal. In fact, her envy is a factor for her loss of innocence. Each passing day on the job for the past two years, she admired the pretty faces of her elders, long and slender legs, and even their tiny yet nimble, tall frames that strutted across the music stages every so often. Perhaps this was a starting point to her deeply-rooted issues of self-confidence. Her mind wanted it all, but her body wouldn’t let her have it.

Vermilion: Is your muse courageous, or would they consider themselves to be more of a coward?

These days, she has been facing some of her strongest fears that have consumed her in the last two to three years. Before then, she hid her problems, from and away, to avoid burdening others. Her body language--no, her body--was a tell-tale of all her struggles she couldn’t face with a ferocious mind. She knew better, though, from a previous bout, yet couldn’t admit to anyone about the things that were eating her away until it was almost too late. With the support of her friends and family, however, she’s now willing to face her own battles, gaining wins and accepting losses as she comes to terms with the war in her head.
