Kiyoka was turned into a living bio weapon, she literally has laser blasters for hands so if she were to turn she could kill the whole staff in sevonds and do massive damage to the facility. The thing is that because she's so dangerous, whenever they're nit conducting tests on her she's hooked up to this machine and put on a "turned off" state, basically an artificially induced coma where her brain gets shut off temporarily and other organs ar kept running until she's turned on again.

Kiyoka is terrified of being turned off and never on again so she behaves with the staff and tries to be as nice and cooperative to them as she can in hopes that this time they'll trust her enough so she won't need to be turned off. That never happens, but even then she doesn't stand her ground agaisnt them either.

This isn't to say Lab!Kiyoka would be obedient to them at all times in a sense, if/when the experiments run loose here she would be quick to befriend people like Ayame and Teruya and go around w them. It's only when Kokoro and the lab staff get in the picture that fear would creep back into her.

While I'm talking about Ward 3, i should note that the experiments there are only outright dangerous to the staff, they wouldn't hurt randos or even eachother. Ayame as an example tries her best to speak to try and calm down Emma when she's having breakdown induced by her experiments and Emma talks to Ayame just to pass time because Ward 3 gets very lonely.

I would go on about Kanade and Hibiki's deal but they're such a wild one compared to what I'm sure people expect out of a Lab Au Kanade that i want to see people's reactions to her live rather than by me rambling their backstory here. I'd love to hear your guesses haha, but I'll definitely pass you the lore through dms eventually when i complie it all.

Just saw the latest SF episode and there's a character blatantly inspired by Doomguy.

I felt like mentioning 2/3 things:

One being this idea i had for a mod referencing any time anything else referenced Doom.

Second being the design and what if someone did a Troglor that suited Doom? Like tweaking the model to feel like something out of Eternal, making a model "frankensteining" model bits from 2016/Eternal designs or even some Realm667 spriteset that kinda suits classic Doom.

Like you got some ideas there in this design that could be reworked to make it "familiar" to Doom.

But imagine a mod where a custom enemy clearly resembles Troglor, like an armored demon with a cybenetic canon and skull shoulder pad thingy.

Third? Probably the story of the episode and the clear parallels to Crash, Banjo, etc being replaced by "the cooler, badass FPS sci-fi marine".

I guess it makes you wonder what if they did a parody of TLOU like a generic dude with a beard being sad or something.

But with how the episode is directed (Specially at the end), maybe a character vaguely based off Doomguy and Master Chief works more.

Because at the same time, the idea feels like it'd work more in the 6th gen, since nowadays we either have "realistic/cinematic" characters or even colorfull "corporate cool" ones that aren't meant to be "epic", so Doomslayer (while also being based on a 90's character) is a bit of an exception.

Even modern God of War feels like it was meant to be a "we've grown up" take on a series where David Jeffe clearly wanted you to go nuts.

XPG amplía su línea de fuentes de alimentación de alta potencia y eficiencia

ADATA Technology, fabricante de módulos de memoria y unidades de almacenamiento, anunció el lanzamiento y la disponibilidad en Argentina de las nuevas fuentes de alimentación (PSU) de su marca de gaming XPG. Los modelos que han llegado al país, fueron pensados para proporcionar a los usuarios opciones de alta potencia y con certificación de eficiencia 80 Plus para impulsar desde PCs para gamers hasta workstations profesionales y computadoras hogareñas.

“La línea de fuentes de alimentación de alto rendimiento de XPG es una de las más respetadas en la industria actual de PC y en 2024 terminamos siendo una de las marcas de fuentes de poder que más se importó en la Argentina. XPG CORE REACTOR

La XPG CORE REACTOR es una fuente de alimentación modular certificada 80 Plus Gold capaz de alcanzar niveles de eficiencia de hasta el 90% al 50% de carga. Está disponible en tres opciones de potencia –650W, 750W y 850W– para satisfacer las necesidades específicas de diversos tipos de usuarios y escenarios de rendimiento.

XPG KYBER

La XPG KYBER es una fuente de alimentación certificada 80 Plus Gold capaz de alcanzar niveles de eficiencia de hasta el 91,40% al 50% de carga, ofreciendo el rendimiento necesario para sistemas exigentes. Diseñada para cumplir con las especificaciones de la guía de diseño Intel ATX 3.1, está disponible en múltiples opciones de potencia e incluye un conector 12V-2x6 en los modelos de 750W y 850W, lo que asegura compatibilidad completa con las tarjetas gráficas de última generación.

“XPG KYBER cuenta con la certificación Cybenetics tanto en estándares ETA como LAMBDA, posicionándose en la cima de su categoría en términos de eficiencia energética y niveles de ruido. “La XPG PYLON es una fuente de alimentación certificada 80 Plus Bronze capaz de alcanzar niveles de eficiencia de hasta el 89%, ofreciendo un rendimiento que casi rivaliza con el de las fuentes de alimentación certificadas Gold. Diseñada para operar de manera continua 24/7, está disponible en cuatro opciones de potencia: 450W, 550W, 650W y 750W”, señaló el Country Manager de ADATA/XPG para Argentina y Uruguay.

XPG PYLON cumple con los requisitos de función de modo de suspensión de la Guía de Diseño de Fuentes de Alimentación Intel ATX y presenta un sistema de entrega de energía eficiente, lo que la hace ideal para soportar tarjetas gráficas y CPUs de gama media a alta. Su ventilador de 120mm con Rodamiento Dinámico Fluido (FDB) funciona de manera silenciosa. Además, fue construida para durar e integra capacitores principales japoneses de 105°C.

XPG PROBE

“El modelo PROBE expande nuestro portafolio hacia la gama de entrada, dado que es una de las fuentes de alimentación que ofrecemos en el mercado a un precio asequible.
