Now, about this piece, it was revolving around Mana and Nea's reunion. As those who know me may already know, that this specific piece holds an extremely sentimental value to me, and it's also my dedication to my late ( first cat, my little white fluffy loaf of love ) Jigu.♡ A happy 21st Anniversary to my all time beloved favourite series. Here's to many more years; to keep walking and uncovering all the mysterious and stories within the journey of our beloved Dear Gray Man.♡

My last page— an iconic moment for the red & mana arc, for @dgm20thproject

I got too excited about drawing red and mana and especially the apo guy that I completely forgot about cosimov and the ringmaster and the potion and ahhh so much. By the time I realized it was two days from the deadline and I had no will power to do so much drawing in ~1.5 days. This is also the first time I’ve drawn two characters interacting with each other!

I really wanted to have apocryo guy towering over everyone else and for him to look very unsettling. Maybe I succeeded too much..? He’s the one literally pulling the strings. And to contrast that with a very warm but sad hug between red and mana. Road and cross are looking behind both suit and red and mana because they’re both just observing the situation. Red’s arm is to the side because it important but what’s more important is the love that mana has for red 🥹

I should’ve add cosimov holding the viel ToT

This is my favorite piece personally, but I think most people liked page 112 more :’)

Looking at it again in two month, I cannot get over how out of place the apo guy looks, so here’s some remixes and close ups (the canvas is 4.2k by 6.2k pixel lol) because the details got crunched

Приветки в тот самый Аск. 2020 год, первая работа в Клипе и мои первые попытки с ним совладать... Как давно все это было. Я помню, как за три ночи осилила всю вышедшую на тот момент мангу, чтобы лучше понимать Кросса. И... Это была одна из сложнейших моих ролей. Если не самая сложная. Однако тогда я повстречала много новых людей... Не самых плохих людей. Познакомилась с подругой, с которой до сих пор общаюсь. Я до сих пор люблю Кросса и мне дороги эти воспоминания. Page #1 that I did for @dgm20thproject ! See the zine at that blog. I also got 8 poster card printed with this design and a few posters printed. If anyone in nyc or Chicago want them, let me know! We can meet up when they arrive in two month :)

Oh man this was fun to experiment and draw. I had no idea what I was doing since again, this was the first (serious) thing I’ve drawn in about 4 years. There’s quite a few runner up ideas.

Did anyone notice that the outer ring is literally the piano score (irl) for the 14th song 👀 . I played piano as a kid specifically for college, but that piece was the only piece of music I’ve ever learned on my own accord.

My original page was pretty boring, so I had to come up with some way of spicing it up :)
