these sock puppets are a bit of a sequel to my drarry dolls. they were mostly made with the scraps i had from last year! i giggled uncontrollably while crafting these silly things.

thank you @julcheninred for hosting this absolute laugh riot! and thank you @getawayfox and @crazybutgood for encouraging my nonsense.

Harry: No! Of course not! What are you talking about?

Harry: That's...just me on a broom. I'm excited about quidditch practice Monday. See? It says Monday. *wipes drawing with his foot and walks towards class*

Ron: *following behind* I'm pretty sure you don't spell Monday with an F Harry...

draw sew drarry badly challenge

thank you to my dear friends @crazybutgood and @getawayfox for encouraging me to create these dolls! and thank you @julcheninred for hosting DDBC!

in the spirit of DDBC i refrained from using my actual sewing skills and slapped these together on the fly. i purchased all the fabric from the discount bin at the shop. i haphazardly sewed the shape of a t-shirt and shoved it over Harry's big fat doll head. their wands are sticks i found on the ground and superglued to them. i was too lazy to sew Draco a shirt so i draped some fabric over him and decided to call it "dress robes". and i swear i measured Draco's legs to be longer than Harry's and they somehow got shorter in the process. there are loose and fraying threads everywhere, and the yarn hair is positioned to hide the fact that they are mostly bald.

Today's manicure is my second submission for the Draw Drarry Badly Challenge, hosted by the wonderful @julcheninred! It didn't feel right to not make a Drarry mani for the fest this year, so when this idea popped into my brain I HAD to do it! Each step in the process made me giggle more and more. 😂 Making this was so fun! 😁♥️🔥

"All right, darling," said Draco. "Today we get our MOSTE IMPORTANTE wedding shopping done. Are you ready to start?"

"I'm ready to finish," said Harry.

"Excellent. First things first. Bloomers."

"What."

"Bloomers, darling. Satin bloomers."

"Is that a sex thing?"

"Harry. No. We'll wear them atop our stockings."

"Sto-?"

"Come along now."

"I think pink is your true colour, my love," said Draco sincerely.

"I don't want to wear frilly undershorts."

"Bloomers, darling. And we have to."

"What do you think?" asked Draco. "I thought we'd both go with green. You know... For your eyes, and my Hogwarts house!"
