based on this post bc i forgot to include a visual.

basically, the idea is to combine bigfoot!shane and demon!shane to get like a nature entity/demon shane. aka i had a character design in mind i thought would’ve been cool but it took me a while to get it drawn. as much as i love deon shane just looking like shane with horns, like guys??? cool otherworldly designs tho??   (more info under the cut)

i thought bc bigfoot!shane / him believing in cryptids more than ghosts it would be neat to have a creature more like this. so here we have this 18-20 feet tall being. he is, as father thomas said, like every demon, constantly dying (aka oil and nature) so we got a lot of symbolism going on (skull, missing body parts and wings that are just bones). the strings are from various events in his (long) life be it from worshippers, deals or whatever.

due to its constant dying and wobbly nature, shane’s true form doesn’t have a head of its own, it formed this skull out of old bones long, long ago and uses it so people know where to look at. the antlers are actually shane’s own. his vessel sometimes sprouts tiny hours when in distress but the messy hair covers it up. (him dripping oil is always a bit harder to hide but over the years shane has learned the importance of big pockets)

Gunman dead, 2 officers injured in shooting at Arkansas Walmart

Two police officers were wounded and a gunman was killed Monday morning in an exchange of gunfire at a Walmart store in eastern Arkansas, authorities said.

Forrest City Police Chief Deon Lee said one of the officers was taken to a hospital about 45 miles (70 kilometers) to the east in Memphis where he was in surgery, and the initial prognosis is he’s going to be OK.

The officers responded to the Forrest City Walmart after someone called police to report a man who was making threats and was kind of talking out of his head, Lee said at a news conference Monday afternoon. Arkansas State Police Spokesman Bill Sadler said local authorities have identified the suspect as Bobby Joe Gibbs, 40, of Forrest City, though the state crime lab has yet not confirmed his identity.

Lee identified the injured officers as Lt. Eric Varner and Detective Eugene Watlington. Both are assigned to the criminal investigation department and neither was wearing a bullet-resistant vest, Lee said.

The mayor heaped praise on the officers.

Due to their heroism and quick response, no civilians were injured, Forrest City Mayor Cedric Williams said.

Walmart spokesman Scott Pope said the company was helping with the police investigation. Walmart is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. Once the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division completes its investigation of the shooting, it will forward the case file to the local prosecutor to review the officers’ use of deadly force.

Tammy Priddy, 57, works at Simmons Eye Center in the Walmart. She said she was preparing patient records for the day when she heard eight shots. She said she hid under a counter in the lab until the gunshots stopped.

The first two shots kind of startled me, and then a coworker came in and said it was gunfire, Priddy said.

She and a coworker ran from the building and officers outside the Walmart ordered her to get as far away from the building as possible. She was not injured.

I was too afraid to think of anything except to get to safety, she said. We kept our minds straight to where we were safe and we were able to get to safety.

Police formed a perimeter with yellow crime scene tape around the Walmart parking lot after the shooting. Police cars with flashing lights blocked roads to the store. The store was closed and employees were sent home. A small strip mall and two gas stations saw no business Monday afternoon, as they were within the police perimeter.

Mary Martin, who said she was Gibbs’ aunt, went to the Walmart after she heard about the shooting. She said Gibbs didn’t have a job, but had previously worked as a DJ.

He was a good person. He loved his family, she said.

When asked about the description of Gibbs talking out of his head at the store, Martin responded: That doesn’t sound like Bobby.

It’s not the first time in recent months that a Walmart store has been the scene of a shooting. A man was injured in a shooting at a Walmart in Memphis earlier this month, three people were fatally shot at a Walmart in Duncan, Oklahoma, in November, and a gunman killed 22 people at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, on August 3.

The retailer came under criticism for having insufficient security at the El Paso store on that day and has since quietly expanded security at all its stores in the city to include an armed off-duty police officer and a security guard.

A spokeswoman for the company said in November that the hiring of off-duty officers in El Paso was not a blanket policy. It’s unclear what security measures were in place at the Forrest City store on Monday.

One suspect is dead and two officers are injured following a shooting inside a Walmart in Arkansas on Monday, according to authorities.

The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. at a Walmart Supercenter located on Deaderick Road in Forrest City, the Forrest City Police Department said in a press conference.

Officers responded to a report of a man inside the store who was making threats and “talking out of his head,” Police Chief Deon Lee said. The shooting broke out shortly after officers arrived on scene to confront the suspect, according to the police.

Two officers — identified as Lieutenant Eric Varner and Detective Eugene Watlington — were injured in the shooting and the individual was killed, Lee said. According to the police chief, neither officers were wearing body armor.

One officer was brought to Regional One Medical Center for emergency surgery, while another was treated and released at a hospital in Forrest City, police said. While the prognosis of the officer in surgery remains unclear, Lee said in the press conference on Monday afternoon that “he’ll be okay.”

No civilians were harmed in the shooting, officials said.

Though authorities did not release the name of the suspect killed during the press conference, citing an ongoing investigation, local news outlets WMC Action News and WHBQ identified the individual as Bobby Gibbs.

Gibbs was arrested in 2012 for gun possession, gun theft and disorderly conduct, according to WMC.

During the press conference, Forrest City Mayor Cedric Williams showed his appreciation to officers for their “heroism and quick response” during the incident.

“Thank you for the response of our officers that this tragic event was not as bad as it could’ve been,” he said. “The quick response of our officers saved a lot of lives today.”

The Arkansas State Police’s criminal investigation division has been requested to assist in the investigation, according to a tweet from the agency.

“A gunman was killed and two local law enforcement officers were wounded inside the store during an exchange of gunfire,” a release from the Arkansas State Police read. “The agents will document and collect all evidence related to the incident. The case file will be presented to the St. Francis County Prosecuting Attorney who will determine whether the use of deadly force by law enforcement officers today was consistent with Arkansas laws.”

A spokesperson for Walmart told PEOPLE the company is aware of the shooting that took place on Monday. The representative said Walmart is working with Forrest City Police Department to assist in their investigation and the store will remain closed until police have released the scene.
