晩ごはんはイナダ刺し、鶏唐揚げ、ブレンド米(令和4年)初食😋

自分の味に飽きてるのでこれ使ってみました🙌(えー)

ニンニクすりおろして日本酒とそばスープで、肉を漬け込んで半日。

晩ごはんは削ぎ切った🐽ロース肉で生姜🫚焼き定食😋

帰って諸用済ませてたらすっかり遅くなった💨

好みの湯量にすると味が薄くなるから自家製の味噌カエシを足して、昼ごはんはお家でラーメン😃

昨晩仕込みの味濃い目、甜麺醤で甘目の肉味噌ごはん🍚

北風4m/sで今日も肌寒いけれど週の食材仕入れに出ます💨

お昼ごはんは鶏油と自家製かえしを加えて「マルちゃん正麺 煮干し香る中華そば」😋

湯量を一般的な量(280-90ml)にすると味が薄くなるところは遊び幅、脂揚げ麺じゃないのはもちろんベースは良く出来ています✨
