3. Outside the Field (Dream)

The third tumblr tune on my list is Dream, which is a sample of 'Dream Work'. This short version is a lot simpler than the full thing, but still has the same basic emotion to it. For me, the clip feels like being alone somewhere. Outside of a safe place where everyone else is. My first thought was 'space, outside of a planetary force field' and then I never had a second thought.

This drawing is kind of the opposite of the last drawing. With this one, I made the initial sketch and chose the colors, and that was it. It took less than an hour to make what you see above, and every time I tried to add something more or change it at all, it was ruined. I kept going back to this simple design. In my mind I feel like this isn't enough, but in my heart I know that it's finished.

It also feels strange because this is the second one that's set in space, out of only three tracks so far. But it does get more imaginative after this, I swear.
