Menjadi fellow ashoka menjadi salah satu impian saya. Di dalam dunia social enterprise, siapa sih yang gatau ashoka? Masalahnya, menjadi fellow ashoka tuh super duper sulit. Dan entah mengapa, tahun ini ashoka bikin program changemakerxchange (cxc) yang ngebuka kesempatan besar banget untuk jadi ashoka fellow, atau at least diajarin project management ala ashoka.

Kemarin saya daftar untuk program cxc di Indonesia. Tapi sayangnya belom lolos :( dan akhir tahun ini, dibuka lagi untuk program di thailand dan di china. Awalnya saya mau daftar yang di china, tp berhubung mepet waktunya sama kepulangan saya dari US sehingga gayakin bisa ngurus visa dll maka akhirnya memutuskan untuk ngambil yang di thailand, walau agak kurang excited juga karena udah pernah ke thailand sebelumnya hehe (tapi jadi kepikiran mau ke sisaket kalau nanti beneran berangkat ke thailand untuk jengukin me) however, tujuan gua kan jadi fellow ashoka bukan ke negaranya! Yegak?

Nah.. karena takut kali ini gak lolos lagi, saya cari email dari ashoka yg ngasih tau kenapa saya gak lolos dan ternyata, contact person yang tercantum adalah Mbak Nadya Saib! Duh... Mbak Nadya Saib itu perempuan super yang nge-lead social enterprise cosmetics home industry bernama wangsa jelita! Pertama kali tau Mbak Nadya itu baca kisah tentang awal mula wangsa jelita, terus pernah ikut talkshow beliau di rumah millenials dan bang udin, mentor saya, juga beberapa kali cerita tentang ke-superb-an beliau!

Akhirnya saya memberanikan nge-WA mbak Nadya sambil deg2an dan harap-harap cemas apakah orang sesibuk dan sekeren mbak nadya bakal bales WA saya apa nggak. Dan ternyata dibalas dengan ramah! Masya Allah! Saya nanya tentang proses seleksi cxc kemarin dan hal2 tentang cxc. Sampai yang terakhir, saya penasaran, siapa sih fellow cxc dari indonesia,

"Oh, ada mas loecky harvieanto dari merah putih hijau ; mbak annisa hasanah dari ecofun indonesia ; dan Mas Vikra Ijaz dari kitabisa.com."

Sumpah semua namanya familiar! Kalau kitabisa.com dan mas Vikra, ya siapa sih yang gatau mereka. Tapiiiii, mas loecky? Mbak Annisa?

"Waaahhh kebetulan aku kenal mereka! Aku hubungi mereka ya mbak untuk tanya-tanya!"

Do you know? Mas Loecky harvieanto itu temen sekelompokku waktu acara US-YES (Urbral Shaper Young Enterpreneur Sharing) di Cipanas yang dilaksanain oleh alumni YSEALI. Dan Mbak Annisa Hasanah itu, kenalan saya waktu di acara Arise-nya UnLtd! Langsung cus saya nge-WA mereka karena sudah sempet ngobrol via wa sebelumnya.

Mbak Annisa belum bales sih sampai sekarang (maklum, venture nya udh growth banget dan sekarang jadi rise inc star di UnLtd) tapi mas Loecky bales, sampai memberikan aplikasi dia yang kemarin. Huweee masyaa Allah, gangerti lagi kenapa orang baik-baik banget :")

Memang yaa, bagaimanapun juga kita akan bertemu,bertemu lagi dengan orang yang satu visi - tujuan - kerjaan dengan kita! Nih aja, saya ndaftarin Emcekaqu ke program inkubasi, eh ternyata founder inkubatornya seorang ibu dosen yang sudah pernah saya temui di tahun 2016 dalam acara US-YES juga. Lalu, pengisi materinya.. 50 % udah pernah saya temui dan kenal saya juga haha. Masyaa Allah!
