Neil looks at him for a moment before shrugging, "I'm going to make a mixture of cocoa powder, gelatine, cream, and sugar until it's smooth and shiny." Neil says looking at the buttercream before starting to incorporate cocoa powder into it.

"That's called a mirror glaze." Paul Hollywood says, "It's quite a complicated technique if you're not used to it. Are you sure it's a good idea?" he asks.
