Production Line of Uniaxial Tensile Geogrid
Tumblr media
Production Line of Uniaxial Tensile Geogrid is a high-strength geotechnical material with a complex and sophisticated production process, which is achieved through a series of advanced equipment and process flows. The production line uses high molecular polymer as raw material and completes the production of products through multiple steps such as heating, extrusion, molding, and stretching.
Raw material heating and extrusion: The high molecular polymer raw material is heated to a molten state and then extruded through an extruder to form a continuous sheet. This process ensures the uniformity and continuity of the material and lays the foundation for subsequent processing.
Plate mold molding and cooling: The extruded sheet enters the plate mold and is cooled and shaped through a cooling water tank to achieve the required size and shape. The cooled sheet is conveyed to the punch press for the next step of processing.
Stamping molding: In the punch press, the sheet is cut into regular shapes to form a preliminary grid structure. This link ensures the dimensional accuracy and consistency of the product.
Heating and stretching: The stamped sheet is directly sent to the oven for heating through the conveyor belt, and then enters the stretching device. The sheet is longitudinally stretched by the stretching equipment to form a high-strength unidirectional tensile structure. The stretching process can significantly improve the tensile strength and modulus of the material, making it reach or even exceed the level of low-carbon steel.
Finished product measurement and packaging: After the stretching is completed, the product is measured to confirm the size and performance, and then it is wound and packaged to complete the production process.
