How many servings of veggies do you eat everyday? I recommend having one serving (1 cup) in every meal. And, tomato ketchup or French fries do not count 🤣 : One fun way to eat more veggies is to make chips! I love using Kale, Sweet Potato and Plantains to make chips. 🍠🥬🍌 : These Kale chips are fresh out of the oven! What I used 👇🏼 * 2 large heads curly kale * ¼ cup tahini * ¼ cup lemon juice * ¼ cup tablespoons grapeseed oil * 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce * ½ cup nutritional yeast * ¼ teaspoon sea salt How to make them👇🏼 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees F. 2. Rinse all of the kale leaves and pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove the leaves from the stems, keeping the leaves large. 3. In a small bowl (or blender), combine the remaining ingredients and mix until a thick paste is formed. 4. Use your hands to massage the paste into the leaves, covering both sides. Place leaves in a single layer on two large baking sheets. 5. Bake for 1 hour, flip the leaves, then bake for an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour. 6. Snack to your heart's delight! What do the first 60 minutes of your day look like? : How you start your day, has a huge impact on how the rest of it plays out 🤷🏽‍♀️ : My first hour is mine and I will not trade it for anything. : Here’s what it looks like 👇🏼 ✨I am up at 5 am before my kids, once they are up we go full speed! ✨I sit in my bed with my eyes closed and think of 3 things I am grateful for in that moment. This has been a real game changer. ✨I get out and make my bed. There is something about making my bed that gives me the feeling of a new beginning 😊 ✨I head to the kitchen and make a large cup of warm water with fresh lemon juice. This combo is great to create the environment your body needs to digest and assimilate food. ✨I sip it for about 10 minutes while I prep my kids lunches. I know what I am going to make in advance. ✨I use the bathroom, brush etc ✨I sit in a 10 minute meditation. Some days are easy and some not, but I am getting better at it everyday 🧘🏽‍♀️ : That’s it!
