We can change the regular frequency we hold and by doing so create major changes in our life. However, it’s a process that requires practice and it requires us to start from scratch.

We can start by feeling small amounts of the feeling we aim to feel in large amounts. Let’s take gratitude for instance. We need to feel gratitude at times and in situations where there might not be much to appreciate. It should be genuine gratitude, even if we feel it in small amounts. The internal world influences the external world and even this small amount of gratitude will create a ripple effect on itself and bring you more experiences to be grateful for.

You can keep increasing the degree of gratitude you feel in this way, the more you feel it, the more experiences you invite to yourself that make you feel grateful. As within so without.

By increasing the degree of feeling the emotion, you are essentially amplifying that feeling in your reality and over time, you would have amplified it to a point that you can invite in a huge manifestation of that nature. Remember the feeling comes first and then the experience.

The experience can take any form that will bring that feeling to you. After all, we aren’t chasing dreams, we are chasing a feeling and if we can successfully create that feeling within us, it will manifest in some form in our reality, whatever form that may be.

Always learning.

That is what I am doing.

Right now I am learning about manifestation. I am manifesting big things. The winds of change are blowing.

I am learning how to raise my vibrations. I need to set myself up for success. Drink enough water. Go to bed by 11 and be up by 7. Spend time moving and in nature. Socialize more.

I am an introvert to a fault. People continually disappoint me, but I need to get past this. I am homesick for a place I have never been, but right now I need to make this place my home.

I need to raise my kids so they are confident to face the world without me. Once that time comes, my adventure will begin. I can sense there is so much more out there for me to discover. I am manifesting this for myself. Every single day.

Guided Healing Meditation to Command Creator Consciousness. From RJ Spina's Book 1. ATFHT

This was inspired by RJ Spina's first book. One of the main essential meditations he offers. I made it as short as I could without it losing quality and I added a couple things at the start. I wanted people to be more encouraged to do this knowing it isn't that long. You do not need to say to your self every word, it's a guided meditation. Be open and allow it. (you do not need to try to be open and allow it everytime, more for the people who may have never tried something like this before)

Repeat this till your healed. Best done daily. One way to go about it is to do it when you need to harmonize your energy or to start your day strong. Multiple times a day is ok. It's great for harmonizing unwanted strong emotions or feelings. Disharmony can not exist in a highly harmonized environment. This helps you let go of misidentifications of the body as well which instantly increases your frequency. When you drive your car you don't say your the car, your the driver. The physical universe is all low frequency pretty much. The spirit is much more than that. Realize that the personalized spaceship is a metaphor for your physical body.
