Ingredients: 500g gnocchi. 500g ripe tomatoes, chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. Salt to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish. Grated Parmesan cheese for serving.
Instructions: Cook gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the surface, then drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant. Add chopped tomatoes, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes break down and sauce thickens slightly, about 10-15 minutes. Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet, tossing gently to coat them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.

This comforting chicken and noodles dish cooked in a slow cooker is the epitome of cozy home cooking. Tender chicken, flavorful vegetables, and hearty noodles come together in a creamy sauce that's sure to warm you up on chilly days.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1/2 cup sliced carrots. 1/2 cup sliced celery. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 oz wide egg noodles. 1 cup frozen peas. 1/2 cup heavy cream.
Instructions: Put chicken breasts at the bottom of a slow cooker. Place onion, carrots, celery, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Mix well. Put the mix on top of the chicken. Put the lid on top and set the heat to low. Roast the chicken for 6 to 7 hours, or until the vegetables are soft. Follow the directions on the package to cook the egg noodles about 30 minutes before you serve them. Remove the water and set it aside. Remove the chicken from the crock pot and use forks to shred it. Put the chicken shreds back into the slow cooker. Add heavy cream, cooked egg noodles, and frozen peas and mix well. Put the lid on and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes, until everything is hot. If you need to, change the seasonings. Serve hot.
