Food Rant??
Imma be mad if y'all are being tricked by food companies so here....
Topics covered: instant coffee, "raw milk", double hydration / gatorade, and nitrate free meats
If you are stuck depending on instant coffee, you can get a Vietnamese Metal Coffee Filter to make coffee with hot water and coffee grounds. It's a great alternative if you only have hot water or don't have a coffee machine or stovetop. They range at about 7ish American dollars for a cheap one. Robusta beans are a form of coffee bean that is "cheaper" than other coffee beans and are often used in instant coffee, an already cheap product. The global prices for coffee beans can be pretty low compared to the labor of them, so being able to buy from a trusted company is really important. If you wanted to try a different coffee from a different brand, hopefully now you can. That or doing something like switching to tea or a less labor-intensive product can help farmers a lot. :D

This one is more influencers.... :/
A fortified food is a food where an important nutrient has been added, usually to prevent disease or malnourishment. For instance, many milks are fortified with Vitamin D. Vitamin D does not occur naturally in milk, BUT it is super important for the absorption of calcium. One of the main ways most people get calcium is through milk products, and Vitamin D deficiency is REALLY REALLLLLLY common. Decades ago, so was calcium deficiency which hurt a lot of people's health. To prevent that calcium in milk from not being absorbed, Vitamin D is added (usually by government regulation in a lot of places but it's also super common otherwise).
Plus, a lack of Vitamin D has other health problems associated with it like depression and cancer.
I hate when people say "raw milk" is healthier for you because it's "unprocessed". I'm so sad about it. A "process" is literally anything that people do to the ingredients of a food before selling it. "Unprocessed" means an unfinished product. Unprocessed foods aren't always dangerous or anything, but milk is kind of the exception. Yes, the chance of "raw milk" itself hurting you is pretty low, but you're avoiding all the things that make milk so healthy. People put so much effort into making you that processed milk. :'(
Unfortunately, "Nutritionist" isn't a designated term for a healthcare professional. Someone is often just trying to sell you a brand or lifestyle.

Gatorade, Double Hydration, and other hydration drinks rely on Oral Rehydration Therapy (ORT). ORT is a rehydration technique involving salt, sugar, and water which all need to be absorbed together. The solution can often be made at home.
Recipe: 6 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and one liter of water (it can vary from place to place because different areas have different intakes of salt and sugar in their diets but it's mostly the same)
It won't have the same flavor though. It's just important to know the basic science behind those drinks and that they're easy to make at home, so you can if you need.

Powdered drink mixes that are widely promoted as “toddler milks” for older babies and children up to age 3 are unregulated, unnecessary and “nutritionally incomplete,” the American Academy of Pediatrics warned Friday. The drinks, which are touted to parents on TikTok, in television ads and on other sites, often contain added sugar and salt. The manufacturers make unproven claims that the drinks boost kids’ brains or immune systems, said Dr. George Fuchs, a member of the AAP’s nutrition committee, which released the new report. Formula industry officials said the drinks could be useful for filling “nutrition gaps” in kids’ diets. But Fuchs said older babies and toddlers should be given a balanced diet of solid foods, as well as drink breast milk, fortified whole cow’s milk and water after age 1. [...] Infant formula is regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and must meet certain nutrition requirements as a replacement for human milk for babies up to 12 months. The facilities where infant formula are made are regularly inspected. There are no federal regulations governing milk drink mixes for older babies and toddlers.

Dairy Ingredients Market : Drivers Accelerating Growth Through Innovation, Nutrition, and Global Demand Trends
The dairy ingredients market is experiencing significant growth, driven by a combination of evolving consumer preferences, increased global demand for processed foods, nutritional awareness, and advances in dairy technology. As a vital component of various food and beverage products, dairy ingredients—including milk powder, whey protein, casein, and lactose—are essential for enhancing flavor, texture, and nutritional value. In this article, we explore the key market drivers shaping the trajectory of the dairy ingredients industry on a global scale.
Tumblr media
Growing Demand for High-Protein and Nutrient-Dense Foods One of the primary drivers propelling the dairy ingredients market is the increasing global appetite for high-protein foods. Dairy proteins such as whey protein isolate and casein have become popular among health-conscious consumers, fitness enthusiasts, and athletes. These ingredients are known for their superior amino acid profiles, which support muscle repair, satiety, and weight management. Additionally, consumers seeking plant-based alternatives still often consume dairy-derived ingredients due to their functional benefits and complete protein offerings.
Expansion of the Functional and Fortified Foods Segment Functional foods, which deliver health benefits beyond basic nutrition, are on the rise. Dairy ingredients are being incorporated into functional beverages, infant nutrition, sports nutrition, and elderly dietary supplements. Products enriched with calcium, probiotics, and protein cater to a broad consumer base seeking immunity support, bone health, and digestive wellness. The increasing prevalence of lifestyle-related diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular ailments has only amplified demand for such products, making this a major growth driver.
Rapid Urbanization and Changing Dietary Habits With more people moving to urban areas and leading busier lifestyles, convenience foods have seen a spike in consumption. Dairy ingredients are essential components of ready-to-eat meals, bakery products, confectionery, and frozen desserts. Their ability to enhance taste, extend shelf life, and improve nutritional profiles makes them indispensable for modern food manufacturing. This shift in dietary habits, especially in emerging economies such as India, China, and Brazil, has bolstered the dairy ingredients sector substantially.
Technological Advancements and Product Innovation Innovations in processing and drying technologies have enabled the development of highly functional and customizable dairy ingredients. Technologies such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and enzymatic treatment allow producers to refine dairy components with specific properties. These innovations not only improve yield and quality but also help manufacturers address lactose intolerance, allergy concerns, and plant-based cross-over products. The creation of hybrid dairy formulations and lactose-free alternatives further widens the consumer base.
Rising Global Demand for Infant Nutrition The infant formula segment is a major consumer of high-quality dairy ingredients. As birth rates rise in parts of Asia-Pacific and demand increases in North America and Europe, the need for specialized dairy derivatives such as whey protein concentrate and milk fat globule membranes continues to grow. These ingredients are vital for mimicking the properties of human breast milk and supporting infant development, making infant nutrition a crucial driver for the dairy ingredient market.
Growth of the Foodservice and Bakery Sectors The global expansion of fast-food chains, cafes, and artisanal bakeries has created increased demand for dairy ingredients. Items like cheese powders, milk proteins, and butterfat are used extensively in sauces, pastries, cakes, and savory snacks. Foodservice providers value these ingredients for their consistency, quality, and scalability, reinforcing their role as growth catalysts.
Sustainability and Circular Economy Practices Sustainability is emerging as a key driver as more companies and consumers seek ethically sourced, environmentally responsible ingredients. Dairy by-products such as whey, once considered waste, are now refined into valuable nutritional products. This aligns with circular economy goals, reducing waste while generating revenue. Consumers also support brands with clear sustainability practices, further pushing demand for traceable and eco-conscious dairy solutions.
Government Policies and Trade Liberalization Supportive regulations in the form of subsidies, import-export agreements, and quality standards have facilitated the cross-border trade of dairy ingredients. Countries like New Zealand, the U.S., and parts of the European Union benefit from streamlined dairy export channels. Moreover, food safety regulations have prompted manufacturers to adopt higher-quality processing practices, reinforcing market reliability and encouraging growth.
Conclusion The dairy ingredients market is on a steady upward trajectory, powered by multiple synergistic drivers ranging from consumer health consciousness to technological breakthroughs and sustainability trends. With demand expected to grow across segments such as functional foods, infant nutrition, and convenience meals, dairy ingredients will continue to play a pivotal role in global food innovation. Stakeholders that adapt to these drivers with agility and responsibility are best positioned to lead in this evolving landscape.

THE SUNSHINE VITAMIN D3 THAT ONLY TAKES TWENTY MINUTES A DAY
We need a regular supply of thirteen different vitamins and with a healthy diet that includes much variety and fewer ultra processed foods, we should get enough of all of them.
We also need fifteen different minerals and along with those vitamins, they should also be absorbed from good diet.
There is one vitamin that is a little different from the rest. This is vitamin D3 and most of this comes from sunlight and rarely do we get enough from food sources that includes fleshy fish and some dairy products.
The human body is so efficient and has evolved so well that it is odd to think that there may be one common fault. But lack of vitamin D3 is a problem for an estimated one billion people today.
Vitamin D3 comes to a new born baby via mother’s milk, but strangely, there is rarely enough of this vitamin in that milk. Whilst breast feeding is the best way for mother and child bonding and for kick starting the babies immune system, powder milk is fortified with vitamin D3 along with other vitamins.
In the poor industrial streets of Victorian England, mother’s milk was particularly poor in nutrients including D3 simply because the mother herself was on a poor diet. From just a few months of age, babies that were not old enough to walk were delayed from doing so on account of rickets.
Rickets is one of the worst problems with vitamin D3 deficiency. Because this vitamin is primarily responsible for strong bone growth, rickets in babies was very common.
Another problem was that living in a Victorian city slum meant there was very little sunshine. We rarely get enough vitamin D3 from food and yet just twenty minutes a day of expose to sunlight on the skin is enough to keep us replenished.
What chance of sunlight in an industrial smoke and smog filled city slum? It seems nothing has changed over the years as malnutrition in poor parts of the world continues to exist and a lack of vitamin D prevails.
There are at least fourteen countries around the world where government health bodies have arranged to add vitamin D3 to milk and some other common foods.
As we get older, we need more vitamin D3 as our kidneys are less efficient and it is in kidneys that the vitamin is processed.
A supplement of vitamin D3 is recommended for elderly infirm people. In some care homes there are plenty of people that see little sunshine. Naturally, this is particularly true in cold winter months.
Tumblr media
In the first half of the twentieth century, nearly all the thirteen vitamins were identified and named. The discovery of vitamin D3 in 1922 led to a Nobel prize for chemistry.
The discovery led to understanding how this vitamin helps to increase and make more efficient, the absorption of the three minerals of calcium, phosphate and magnesium through the wall of the intestines.

Can I Give My Dog Probiotics Every Day?
Introduction
If you’re a dog owner looking for ways to keep your furry friend healthy, you’ve probably come across probiotics. These beneficial bacteria are widely known for their ability to support digestion, immunity, and overall gut health. But the big question is—can you give your dog probiotics every day?
Tumblr media
The short answer is yes, but with the right type and dosage. Probiotics can be a great addition to your dog’s diet, whether through high-quality dog food, natural sources, or supplements. Let’s dive into the benefits, the best sources, and how to safely incorporate probiotics into your dog’s daily routine.
Why Do Dogs Need Probiotics?
Dogs, like humans, have a gut microbiome—a balance of good and bad bacteria that affects everything from digestion to the immune system. When this balance is disrupted due to stress, illness, diet changes, or medications like antibiotics, dogs can experience issues like diarrhea, gas, bloating, and weakened immunity.
Probiotics help by:
Promoting digestion and nutrient absorption
Strengthening the immune system
Reducing bloating, gas, and diarrhea
Easing food allergies and sensitivities
Supporting healthy skin and coat
Many pet owners notice positive changes in their dog’s health after consistently adding probiotics to their diet.
How Do Probiotics Work?
Probiotics introduce healthy bacteria into your dog’s gut, improving digestion and keeping harmful bacteria in check. These bacteria play a role in reducing inflammation, improving nutrient absorption, and even boosting energy levels.
Dogs naturally consume some probiotics from their diet, especially if they eat fresh dog food or raw dog food that includes fermented ingredients. However, processed dry dog food and wet dog food often lack live probiotic cultures, making supplementation necessary.
Can Dogs Have Probiotics Every Day?
Yes, most dogs can safely take probiotics daily. Since probiotics are naturally present in their system, giving them regularly helps maintain a balanced and healthy gut microbiome.
However, the type and dosage of probiotics matter. Not all probiotics work the same way, and dogs require strains specifically suited to their digestive systems.
Starting with a low dose and gradually increasing it allows you to monitor your dog’s response. Signs that daily probiotics are working include better digestion, more energy, and improved coat health.
Best Ways to Give Your Dog Probiotics
There are multiple ways to incorporate probiotics into your dog’s diet, from fortified dog food to natural sources and supplements.
1. Probiotic-Enriched Dog Food
Many premium best dog food brands now include probiotics to support gut health. When choosing probiotic-rich dog food, look for:
Live and active probiotic cultures
Added digestive enzymes
Fermented ingredients
Probiotics are often found in high-quality senior dog food, adult dog food, and puppy kibble, as they help dogs at different life stages maintain optimal digestion and immunity.
2. Natural Probiotic Foods
Certain natural foods contain probiotics and can be safely added to your dog’s diet. These include:
Goat milk for dogs – A rich source of probiotics and nutrients
Plain yogurt – Contains live cultures (unsweetened and non-fat options are best)
Kefir – A probiotic-rich drink that supports digestion
Fermented vegetables – Small amounts of sauerkraut can introduce good bacteria
These foods work well when mixed into dog food recipes for homemade meals.
3. Probiotic Supplements
If your dog needs a higher concentration of probiotics, supplements in the form of powders, chews, or capsules can be a convenient option.
When choosing a probiotic supplement, look for:
Multiple probiotic strains for broader gut support
Guaranteed live cultures to ensure effectiveness
Prebiotics (fiber that feeds probiotics) for better absorption
If your dog primarily eats dry dog food, adding a probiotic supplement can help restore beneficial gut bacteria.
How to Tell if Probiotics Are Helping Your Dog
Once your dog starts taking probiotics daily, you should notice improvements within a few weeks.
Signs That Probiotics Are Working:
More regular bowel movements
Less gas and bloating
Improved appetite and digestion
Healthier skin and shinier coat
Fewer allergy symptoms
Increased energy and better mood
If your dog struggles with digestive issues, switching to a healthy dog food with probiotics or adding a supplement can make a noticeable difference.
Can Dogs Have Too Many Probiotics?
While probiotics are generally safe, giving too much too soon can lead to temporary digestive upset, including:
Tumblr media
Mild bloating
Loose stools
Increased gas
To avoid this, start with a small amount and gradually increase the dosage. If your dog experiences discomfort, reduce the dose and monitor their response.
If your dog has an existing medical condition or is on medication, consult a vet before adding probiotics to their diet.
Common Myths About Dog Probiotics
1. “Dogs Only Need Probiotics If They Have Stomach Issues”
Probiotics are beneficial for all dogs, not just those with digestive problems. They support immune health, reduce inflammation, and contribute to overall well-being.
2. “Human Probiotics Work Just as Well”
Some human probiotics may be safe, but they are not formulated for a dog’s digestive system. Dogs require specific probiotic strains that thrive in their gut environment.
3. “Probiotics Work Immediately”
Probiotics take time to rebalance the gut microbiome. You may not see immediate results, but with consistent use, they provide long-term health benefits.
Final Thoughts
Yes, you can give your dog probiotics every day. In fact, making probiotics a regular part of their diet can support digestion, strengthen immunity, and improve overall health. Whether through probiotic-enriched best fresh dog food, goat milk for dogs, or high-quality supplements, consistency is key.
A balanced gut leads to a happier, healthier dog with fewer digestive issues and better nutrient absorption. If you’re unsure which probiotics are best for your dog, consult your vet for personalized recommendations.
Would you consider adding probiotics to your dog’s diet? If so, which method do you prefer—natural foods, supplements, or probiotic-enriched dog food?

Which Supplement is Best for Height Growth?
Height is a crucial aspect of physical appearance and confidence. Many individuals, especially teenagers and young adults, seek ways to increase their height naturally. While genetics play a major role, certain factors like nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices can also influence height growth. One of the most effective ways to support height growth is through supplements that provide essential nutrients for bone development and overall growth.
Understanding Height Growth
Before diving into the best supplements for height growth, it is essential to understand how height growth works. Height growth primarily depends on genetics, but external factors such as diet, exercise, and sleep can contribute significantly. The human growth hormone (HGH) plays a vital role in stimulating growth, and its production is influenced by several nutrients, including calcium, vitamin D, proteins, and amino acids.
Does Gym Stop Height Growth?
A common concern among teenagers and young adults is whether gym workouts can stunt height growth. The simple answer is NO. Gym workouts do not stop height growth if done correctly. In fact, strength training and resistance exercises can help improve bone density and overall fitness, which indirectly supports height growth. However, excessive weightlifting or improper exercise techniques can put stress on the growth plates, leading to potential issues. To ensure safe and effective workouts, it is essential to follow proper training techniques and seek guidance from fitness experts.
Best Supplements for Height Growth
Several supplements claim to boost height growth, but it is crucial to choose scientifically backed and natural options. Below are some of the best supplements that can aid height growth:
1. Divyashree Height Detox - Ayurvedic Medicine for Height Growth
Divyashree Height Detox is a well-known ayurvedic medicine for height growth that has gained popularity due to its natural ingredients and effectiveness. This supplement is formulated with herbs and nutrients that help in stimulating growth hormones, improving bone health, and enhancing overall well-being. Regular consumption of Divyashree Height Detox, along with a healthy diet and exercise routine, can contribute to noticeable height growth.
Key Benefits of Divyashree Height Detox:
Stimulates natural growth hormones.
Enhances bone strength and density.
Improves digestion and absorption of essential nutrients.
Supports overall body growth and development.
2. Calcium and Vitamin D Supplements
Calcium and vitamin D are crucial for bone health and development. Without adequate calcium intake, bones may become weak and brittle, hindering proper growth. Vitamin D helps in calcium absorption, making it a necessary nutrient for those aiming to increase their height.
Sources:
Dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt.
Green leafy vegetables.
Sunlight exposure for natural vitamin D synthesis.
3. Protein Supplements
Proteins are the building blocks of the body and play a significant role in height growth. They support tissue growth and repair, which is essential during the growing years. Protein-rich supplements, such as whey protein, plant-based protein powders, and amino acid supplements, can aid in boosting growth hormone production.
Sources:
Eggs, chicken, fish, and dairy products.
Nuts, seeds, and legumes.
Protein supplements like whey and soy protein.
4. Zinc Supplements
Zinc is another important nutrient that contributes to height growth. Studies have shown that zinc deficiency can lead to stunted growth in children and teenagers. Taking zinc supplements can help optimize growth hormone function.
Sources:
Meat, poultry, and seafood.
Nuts and whole grains.
Zinc-fortified supplements.
5. Ashwagandha - Ayurvedic Growth Booster
Ashwagandha, a powerful adaptogen, is known for its growth-enhancing properties. It helps in reducing stress, improving sleep quality, and boosting HGH levels naturally. Ayurvedic medicines like Divyashree Height Detox often include ashwagandha as a key ingredient to enhance its effectiveness.
Ayurvedic Medicine for Height Growth
Ayurveda has been a trusted medical system for centuries, offering natural and holistic solutions for various health concerns, including height growth. Ayurvedic medicine for height growth, such as Divyashree Height Detox, provides a safe and effective alternative to synthetic supplements. These herbal remedies work by improving digestion, enhancing nutrient absorption, and stimulating the production of growth hormones.
Additional Tips for Natural Height Growth
While supplements can support height growth, they should be complemented with a healthy lifestyle. Here are some additional tips to maximize your height potential:
1. Maintain a Balanced Diet
A diet rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals is essential for height growth. Avoid processed foods and focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods.
2. Get Enough Sleep
During deep sleep, the body releases growth hormones that are crucial for height development. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep every night.
3. Engage in Height-Increasing Exercises
Stretching exercises, yoga, swimming, and hanging exercises can help improve posture and lengthen the spine, promoting height growth.
4. Stay Hydrated
Drinking enough water aids digestion and nutrient absorption, ensuring that the body gets the necessary nutrients for growth.
5. Avoid Growth-Inhibiting Factors
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and excessive caffeine intake can negatively affect height growth. Avoid these habits to support optimal development.
Conclusion
Height growth is influenced by various factors, including genetics, nutrition, and lifestyle. While it is not possible to drastically change one's height, taking the right supplements can support natural growth. Ayurvedic medicine for height growth, such as Divyashree Height Detox, offers a safe and effective way to enhance height potential. Additionally, maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep can further contribute to height growth.
If you are looking for a natural solution to boost your height, consider trying Divyashree Height Detox along with proper nutrition and exercise. Remember, consistency and patience are key to achieving noticeable results. Start today and take a step towards a taller and healthier you!

Goat Milk Powders Market Witnessing Rising Demand Due to Health Benefits and Dietary Preferences
Goat milk powders have emerged as a preferred choice for health-conscious consumers, owing to their numerous nutritional benefits. The goat milk powders market is witnessing a surge in demand globally, fueled by evolving dietary trends, increased awareness about health benefits, and the rising prevalence of lactose intolerance. These factors collectively position goat milk powders as a competitive alternative to conventional dairy products.
Tumblr media
Consumer Shift Toward Nutrient-Rich Products One of the key trends driving the goat milk powders market is the growing consumer focus on nutrient-rich foods. Goat milk powder is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, including calcium, potassium, and vitamin A, making it an attractive choice for health-conscious individuals. Its high digestibility and lower allergenic properties compared to cow's milk have further amplified its popularity among diverse consumer segments.
Growing Adoption in Infant Nutrition Infant nutrition remains a significant driver of growth in the goat milk powders market. Parents are increasingly turning to goat milk-based infant formulas due to their closer resemblance to human breast milk. The smaller fat globules and unique protein structure of goat milk facilitate easier digestion, making it a preferred option for infants with sensitive digestive systems.
