Low Calorie Scrambled Egg Toast
There are just 156 calories, 11.8 grammes of protein, and a low carb count in this recipe for scrambled egg toast. I have also included a toppings guide and a tonne of goodies that you can add to the eggs to make this healthy breakfast meal even more nutritious (and protein-packed).

Ingredients You’ll Need
Olive oil spary
2 eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper (optional)
1 slice bread sourdough, whole grain, keto bread
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oil (optional)
Instructions 
Spray a large skillet with olive oil and heat to medium-high.
Crack the eggs into a medium bowl, put in the salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Add the bread to the toaster, and toast to desired completed cooking.
To the heated pan, add the eggs and push about until scrambled, remove from heat.
Top the toasted bread with eggs, sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with olive oil (if using).
Add any other toppings you may have chosen, and serve hot
