The weed in public discourse happening right now is so funny to me because. It is exactly the same to me as having your phone on loud in public.

Yet the two groups of people (weed in public and phone on loud) believe adamantly that they are justified in their behavior and that the other group is rude/degenerate.

Like the weed people and the phone on loud people seems to hate each other specifically, and for the same reason: "disturbing the peace," for lack of a better term. But the behavior is the same???? Yet both want to lecture the other about etiquette?

Partaking in personal activity that actually extends 5-15ft around you when alternatives exist. Forgive me for being sober and naive but aren't edibles an excellent alternative to smoking in public? Maybe I need this explained to me like I'm five. How are those two behaviors ANY different from one another.

I am not inventing hypothetical imaginary people to argue about. The folks making comments about their God given right to smoke weed in public will, if you scroll just down just a few posts, have another post about the downfall of modern society because they sat near a teen watching TikTok on their phone.

my temperature has lessened (38.2°C) but it is still painful where she stabbed me. everything i have consumed in the past 24 hours consists of water and pills. my eyes hurt and my body is tired and the sun is an unsavory shade of yellow that reflects along the whole house.

I was complaining about how i had to clean my old place bc im so tired and my dad was like "just go to bed now and wake up early and do it in the morning!" like wtf? u can do that? what the fuck? whats wrong with you? you can just go to sleep? hello?

#i genuinely hate people who can sleep. i literally cannot go to sleep naturally no matter how tired i am. like my dad is always like 'you #cant be going to bed at 4am and waking up at 12pm everyday.' and now i know why he gets so mad. because he literally thinks its a choice #if i go to bed too early-- TAKING AMBIEN! if i take ambien too early and go to bed too early. meaning 2am or earlier. I WILL WAKE UP AFTER #2 HOURS. and not be able to go back to sleep. do you think i dont WANT to sleep? that i dont want to have a normal lifestyle?#its a miracle i can sleep for 8 hours if all the right conditions are fulfilled!#like if i wake up early one day. i will be tired all day! i will not be tired at night or when i have to go to sleep. like this is a #physical problem that i am struggling with. and it kinda keeps me from living a normal or fun or good life honestly! how dare you

Tf you mean people don’t keep their bedroom windows open for long amounts of time? You ACTUALY close it at night?? Dude.. I haven’t closed my window since give or take a bit around the start of spring.. and even as im freezing my bone off I refuse to close it completely - I NEED the circulating air. Do inform me.. is it actually common practice to close your window at night?
