They haven’t even begun. How could they be over? I believe we should take interviews with a grain of salt and go by what’s on our television screens.

P.S. Buck’s “truth in that moment” is right. He thinks Eddie is straight (in that moment). What T says must have thrown Buck so off his balance. He doesn’t know what to think right now. But once Eddie comes back with “news” (being into Buck that way), then Buck can take that in and decontextualize what it all means to both of them.
