He's genuinely the best out of all. Him being different the way he is instead of exactly like Damian adds to the challenges that are needed to further Damian's character when it comes to him having a romantic partner. Plus, it also gives him an actual fun, interesting mix of a dynamic to bounce off of instead of a flat one that offers nothing much between the other

And without being the same, he's one of the ppl in Damian's life who still understands him like no other anyways, he truly sees more in him than what others only usually do, and isn't the type to wrongfully judge him, he accepts Damian for Damian and loves him very much unconditionally for it. Knowing this fact, Damian gets to always be his complete self around Jon without fear that he will be pushed away for it or failing raised expectations, because Jon openly gives him that special ability to feel so comfortable. <<< ALL of this from Damian applies to Jon as well

And then there's the fact that both are also very important ppl in the others lives who's impactful benefits go in not one, BOTH ways for these two. They don't keep one another's character stunted, they don't do damage to or regress the other, don't have to try to be like other ships, aren't toxic, and don't have to be ooc for the other to work in the relationship either, which are flaws Damian has in all his other ships and even Jon with all his own. Through sharing similar struggles that they carry on their shoulders, once they come together to lift it, it all becomes lighter and makes them realize they can drop that weight if they want and actually become so much more together, helping to transform the other in actual nessacarry ways naturally without having to change who they exactly are or wanting that, they only bring out the best in eachother while learning to drown their flaws instead and growing together as both their own heroes and ppl throughout it, aligning in the path of the same futures they both truly want to move foward into instead of the expectations they thought. They are exactly what eachother needs

And very unlike a certain other...Jon is one who also without even a doubt will always be there for Damian and have his back in whatever way that is needed, he'd never let him down or turn on him, he'd rather get shot with Kryptonite for him than ever do that, and so does that all apply to Damian. It's so true, that it was a promise they made to eachother when fighting to keep their friendship before. And they share equal respect for the other and complete trust as well in their relationship that they genuinely builded through what is their so earned bond of such genuine love, a love that had found it's eventual way to blossom through and turn over their old hate from the beginning that they never had thought could have anything better, something so beautiful as it is now between them, be born from it

They are also such interwined ppl, it's impossible to deny them as soulmates, those two are always together and expected like so, whenever the other is seen, the other is naturally thought of, they are the literal package deal, they are the PB to the others J (Damian specifically being the thick filled PB that can get stubborn and stiff when trying to spread over bread and Jon the glossy, sweet jam that goes right over the PB smoothly). Jon even has Damian's heartbeat memorized and listens to it often just in case of anything!! The only other person he has memorized like that is his Dad's and that is it. And they canonically are soulmates btw, being shown to always end up together no matter the universe's. These boys are one of the brightest highlights in the others life, one they both go out of their way to look for and will always delight inside all their shared time together

He initially thought they were battle scars. As you spent more time together, he would learn to read your ki better. He could sense you were feeling depressed or was having anxiety.

Well, he also guessed when you sometimes talked to him and poured out some of your worries. Like whether you were good enough, or whether you could have done more or better.

It took you a lot of time and courage to eventually admit to him about what you've went through and what you're going through now.

He wasn't a man that was great with words. But from time to time he'd pat your head gently, telling you, "'I'm here"

Yami loves cuddling, so anytime this big man wants a cuddle he just pulls you into his embrace. Doesn't matter what you're doing. He'll gently stroke the scars on your body without saying a word. He'll then pull you tighter into his embrace.

He might not understand what you've been going through in the past, but now that he's here and you're with him, he doesn't want you to feel that way anymore. He wants to be here for you.

If you eventually open up to him, telling him about your triggers, trauma and depression, he'll listen to it all. He'll pull you into his lap while you talk, stroking your back softly.

When you're done, he'll press a kiss to your temples, and then a few more on your cheeks and hair, then tell you "you can talk to me anytime ya hear? Continue to surpass your limits. I'm proud of you." He ruffles your hair a little.

Whenever he feels that your ki is a little off, he'll try to distract you or remove whatever that is causing your ki to be off away.

If you're out and suddenly there's loud noises and he feels your ki off? He'll just bring you to someone more quiet. Magna and luck making too much noise? He'd yeet them.

Too crowded? Then you're leaving where ever you are, Yami carrying you in his embrace.

Meeting someone that's making you uncomfortable? Just squeeze his hands a little, and he'll scare the person off. Bless that person if they don't know how to take Yami's scary aura as a cue. They might get thrown out far away.

He always checks up on you and asks if you're okay. He'll never force you to do anything you're not comfortable with. But if you're up to surpass your limits, you can count on Yami to give you a helping hand.

- Supernatural - obviously. my current hyperfixation as you can all tell. I am rather obsessive consumer of media but there are not that many shows close to my heart. and while I despise it deeply (I am a writer and bad storytelling kills me), I am also unable to not love it. this show had many great ideas and even bigger potential, many amazing characters who's story I woul love to explore. the unused or misused or badly used possibilities... damn it.

- Once Upon a Time - listen, i know it's low budget with shitty special effects (the poorly done fire every fucking time). but this is my comfort show. the idea is great, there are a lot of strong women (and one pirate who I am madly in love with). it's not very bright but I never needed it to be. it's just... fairytales, you know. comfort. and my beloved trait of gray morality - evil is made, not born ect, ect

- Doctor Who - this shit saved me. i am not sci fi person much (with exceptions, sure). but this silly man(I use it as a gender neutral term, like - damn, man) in a box, that fights the good fight... a pacifist that killed whole races (the bad ones, sure, but you know). and this otherworldly creature just struggles with so many emotions and is damned to feel forever lonely while having so many people live them... It's AAAAA. sure there are bad episodes. but who cares. i love it

- Our flag means death - you may not now this about me (but everyone in rl DOES as it's my personality) but I love pirates. like a lot. so obviously I care the silly gay pirates show. and I generally like Taika's projects. it's just adorable. makes me feel warm and fuzzy. and has a bit of angst. niceeee

- What we do in the shadows - again, silly and gay. i like gay media, what a suprise. and I love dumb characters. and they are all sooooo fucking stupid. love it. and ya know, vampires ( i have pirates and vampires, I need silly gay cowboys next)

- Game of Thrones - I am still so fucking mad. but I am also a sucker for dark fantasy. the costumes, the drama, the freaking politics and magic. also Jaime and Brienne. this dynamic is all to me. i've read the books to. and it's good storytelling. but unfinished... so sure the show fucked it up. tragic, really (still not emotionally ready to rewatch it dhdjdjd)

- Good Omens - Neil Gaiman is my favourite author. Really. Terry Pratchett is high on that list too. and as Neil supervised this adaptation... and it has David Tennant and Michael Sheen... couldn't go wrong. and is just hilarious and tender and full of love (and biblical motives which is something I value a lot - Gabriel shouting he's buying pornography lives rent free in my head)

- Broadchurch - you can't tell by this list but I like criminal shows too! (I was thinking os putting Sherlock on the list cause I care it a lot too and bonded with my mum over it buuuuut... somehow Broadchurch won, being fresher in my memory) again it has David Tennant, who's work I enjoy a great deal. and it's really good story that kept me on my toes. first season is my favourite

sorry i've been mia, last week my mom went on a business trip and cause she didn’t want me alone at home and my sister ordering an uber alone at 9pm i spent a couple of days with her at uni!

my sister is a (visual) arts major (also her school is hUGE) so i was able to see a lot of cute stuff and learn a lil bit of info (i learned about printers in one class and hey! actually very interesting, of course I did not retain any information but believe me it was fun and interesting ^^)

i also managed to experiment a little bit with my air dry clay projects and just made a lil bowl and a cup which even tho it was my first time they turned out so cute 🥺 (also my sister found out that they do a little flea market situation at her school like every month and she said that i could go there and try to sell some of my stuff! let’s hope I sell well! 🤞🏻)

on a not so happy note, after like almost 5 months without it, in two weeks im having a therapy session 😖, i dont remember if I’ve mentioned this before but ya girl used to go to therapy since like 2018 but this year i had to stop due to financial difficulties and for some time now i've been dealing with some… stuff that im pretty sure need a lil bit of guidance so i just scheduled by session with my therapist (kinda sad tho, doing it without my mom knowing but ya gotta to what you gotta do), hopefully it’s just a small bump and i can go back on track unu

(also you’ve heard avatar is going back on theaters for like a week ahhhh like the highlight of the month so far hahaha)

are u back in school? how’s it going? i know it’s easier said than done but pls don’t stress and you know it: take your breaks, chill, drink water, eat your meals and snacks, listen to some tunes and try to do something that you love! i think it’s cool that’s your sister is a visual arts major, a lot of my friends went to the school of performing and visual arts and i was the one who went to the school of arts and sciences 😂 university was fun before i actually had to start taking classes, but it’s not that bad and it’s kind of fun on some days.

also i hope that your air dry clay items sell well wherever you desire to sell them 👏👏 they seem so cute i want one now 👉👈

i completely understand financial problems and stopping something because of them, but i’m really happy to hear that you’re going back because that means you’re acknowledging that thoughts and behaviors you have (it’s always good to be aware of your emotions) so i’m really proud of you for going, even if you didn’t tell your mom. even if it’s a small bump, everyone deserves a chance to talk about it right? 💗

school on the other hand for me has been going really well so far, i am an ESL major, and i minor in psychology so it’s really fun especially at my school. my main goals are being able to balance social media (tumblr) and my personal life :) i really enjoy writing here so i hate when i face any delays but of course that’s normal for any writer on here.
