Mastering Instagram Growth: Why the Instagram Algorithm Loves Watch Time for Maximizing Engagement
https://www.instagram.com/prinikacademy/
To thrive on Instagram, it's crucial to understand why the Instagram Algorithm Loves Watch Time. This algorithm favors posts that capture and retain viewers’ attention for longer periods. When your content achieves high watch times, it signals to Instagram that your posts are valuable and engaging. This, in turn, boosts your content’s reach and visibility. Strategies to enhance watch time include crafting captivating videos, optimizing video length, and maintaining a strong narrative. By prioritizing watch time, you align your content with the algorithm’s preferences, driving higher engagement and fostering growth on the platform.
The Instagram Algorithm Loves Watch Time because it rewards content that keeps viewers engaged for longer. By focusing on creating compelling videos that increase watch time, you enhance your content’s chances of being prioritized by the algorithm. This leads to greater visibility and engagement on Instagram. Understanding and leveraging this aspect of the algorithm can significantly boost your social media strategy and contribute to your overall success on the platform.

Jikook Introduction to New Army
Hello to whoever reads my post. Still new user to Tumblr and figuring things out. This turned out to be a longer post than I anticipated.
I am new Army (late 2023) and still learning about BTS music and them. I joined Tumblr after watching AYS and wanted to join a community to learn more about Jikook. :)
Just wanted to share my BTS and interconnected Jikook introduction to give an insight on how people are fed algorithms after being interested in BTS. My first BTS videos on my Instagram (which I joined to follow my son's sports teams!!) were of RM live where Jimin sweetly interrupts him, clips of Hobi's JITB party, Taekook dancing together, Jikook giggling away. I thought JK and Tae looked so cute dancing, Hobi and NJ looked so handsome, Yoongi was so pretty and Jin looked like a model. But once I saw Jimin in a BTS live performance (I think it was Idol), he was my favorite. His voice sounds like crystal bells to me: don't know how else to put it. And the more I found out about him: his dancing, his personality, his jokes, his silliness, his kindness, his attitude he was my bias. My favorite songs of his are Letter, Lie, and Serendipity.
I am older so I do view him more as a cute and super-talented marshmallow rather than an idol to look up to. :) I like all the BTS members and their music which surprised me since their solo work was so different. I enjoyed their albums and songs very much. My first song to binge listen to was "The Astronaut". Love Jin's voice. Everyone’s voice really, and Jimin’s feels ethereal.
Anyways, my point is as soon as I saw a few clips of BTS clips on IG, I started getting tkk content. A deluge of it! No Jikook content mind you. I was a Taekook believer really (I didn’t know idol shipping was a thing) but with a strong Jimin bias. Ha! I saw the same few clips over and over in my feed. I was happy for Tae and JK and utterly believed the edited tkk clips because why would anyone lie about real people! :) I did eventually see early BTS content and my heart broke for Jimin seeing how much he liked JK and was rejected (or so I thought). He was so young, clumsy, loud, cute but above all earnest and sensitive. Oof, some of the clips are hard to watch.
What I am trying to say is that somehow tkker reals target new BTS almost immediately, as soon as you show interest in the group. For someone who doesn’t delve any deeper, this becomes the reality and why not: V and JK are friends and interact plenty with each other! Cut and paste works wonders and not everyone will have the time and patience to watch original videos.
I was few months into the BTS fandom and then we had news of the youngest four’s enlistment, Jikook going as companions. That sparked my curiosity about Jikook and after reading some of the comments on some early BTS videos where people were mentioning RB and GCFTokyo, I watched some of original content (slowly). One comment from a tkk account said “The fact that Jimin and JK enlisted together proves that they are not together.” That was so ridiculous and made me do a double take. Because why would you say that? Why so defensive? Why are Jimin and JK going to the military together? Why isn’t JK doing a buddy program with his boyfriend Tae? Could it be that Jikook are closer than the tkk acknowledge?
Watching original content and some Jikook compilations, I was primarily ecstatic for Jimin. Jungkook, the young and shy boy appreciates and loves Jimin. I still have doubts about the true nature of their relationship, because we don’t know them personally. AYS, GCFT and GCFSaipan all seem to indicate something so strong that it's clear whatever the nature of their relationship, they love, value and trust each other the most out of all the members. Having Tae on AYS actually proved to me that there is nothing romantic between JK and him. Tae seems more attached to Jimin than JK. Anyways, these are just my opinions. Nothing more!
I have liked and loved reading all of the Jikook and BTS posts. Thank you! Hope the boys all come back safe and are welcomed back with love (esp. Yoongi) with a more mature fan base. Some of the toxicity in the fandom puts me off but I just don’t engage in those spaces. Kudos to the warriors who fight for decency and common sense!

the sluttiest thing a man can do is be himself. (& takes on social media)
Hi.
I'm lonely.
The moment I got "two weeks off school" in sophomore year, life went to 4x speed & I can't turn it off no matter how hard I try.
Maybe COVID-19 adolescence did numbers on me. Somewhere between the iPhone 5c and ChatGPT, 14-hour screen times have live-streamed to me a steady, homogenous death of culture.
Nothing is cool anymore. Nothing is sacred. Every movement is a trend, and every cult classic a sequel.
The value we place on things being beautiful, on being "cool," and our gatekept appreciation of how hard these things were to find: it's been co-opted, or perhaps stolen. It's been stolen by the new merchant class. "Disruptors" and "innovators" turning our lives into a burgeoning black mirror prequel. Soon, we'll graduate too, and we'll wring every morsel of value in each others' lives dry for cash.
Plain and simple, I think we're being manipulated.
Your dates are an algorithm. Your music is a social signal. And Zuck knows when you sleep.*
God. What the fuck are we doing???
“Individuation is becoming the thing which is not the ego, and that is very strange.” — Carl Jung
Recently, I deleted Instagram. My first impulse was to post a story or something, announcing my departure. But then, I thought that would be lame.
I got rid of my account, too. Kinda. Over 1 year, over 800 followers removed, and what remains of me is a little grey icon, and "JM_0000000010" where my name and face used to be.
yay.
There were many people I wish I could have been friends with, but I wonder, too, why I find myself so drawn to the validation of others. Does social media affect me worse, or do we all just choose to ignore it, languishing in private?
At any rate, this last year has almost felt like re-learning how to be a human being.
Personally, I think one of the biggest markers for maturity is when you become willing to disappoint the people you know in favor of what feels right to you, when you start to unravel the stories you’ve told yourself (or been told) about who you are and what you should be. In short, the sluttiest thing a man can do is be himself.
And sometimes, I think about every college student that has ever lived. My grandmother, my dad, and so on. Just consider for a moment all kids who graduated before 2010:
What was it like for the ones in 1940? To walk around, before a campus had computers? In 2006: To meet someone pretty, but forget their number? In 1999: To cram into dorms, and watch Seinfeld live on-air?
Would I, like my dad in 1988, have braved cold night, brisk wind, & landline phone-call just to knock and see if my friends were too busy to hang?
What stories could I tell if there was even the slightest chance of getting lost on the way home from a party?
Humans are social creatures. We crave our friends like water. To me, the clearest difference between Dasani and Instagram is that one of them comes in a bottle.
Yet despite these distractions and comforts we have in 2024, somehow, we still have engineering students. People who carve out time in their day to sit down, look at paper, and solve differential equations. But then, that's not so hard, is it? It just takes time. Precious, fucking, time.
At Meta, leagues and leagues of these engineers power behavioral scientists, who are competing for the highest salary. Their benchmarks? Your FOMO. Guilt. Anxiety. Obsession. The worse you feel, the more you engage with their content. The more you engage with their content, well, you're starting to get the point.
Try something for me: Open up Instagram, but don't tap anything. What happens? How many little animations? How many tiny nudges prompting you to get lost? Our home-pages are billion-dollar diving boards, hoisting us over engineered catacombs of subconscious quicksand.
My homepage is my FOMO, my envy, and my crushes. The pain and struggle of trying to be someone who I am not. My little existential crises, bundled-up, packaged, and shipped with a like button.
To abandon your social networks entirely, however, requires a safety net of close friends. After all, your friends are online, and you'd be miserable without them.
This is the problem with our monkey brains. Millennia of sociological natural-selection have made us quite great at feeling terrible. We're damn good at making tribal status games to play with, too.
Seeking refuge in quirked up septum piercings and boygenius listeners, my time in counter-cultural, alternative "scenes" between St. Louis and Tampa has shown me that even the weirdest of folks and the most removed can accidentally find themselves reduced to nothing more than high-school popularity contests. Even if I love them. Even if they're amazing people. We're human.
We can't "quit social media" as much as we can't "quit bottled water" Sure, we can, but it's inconvenient. And even without a bottle, we're still drinking water.
So I lost touch with my friends. I got no new updates on their lives. I forced myself into the inconvenience of not having a phone to reach for in fleeting moments of boredom. Suddenly, I was out of the loop. Suddenly, I was bored. And suddenly, nobody missed me. My only friends were the ones I had the time to text. Everyone else ... does not exist.
Weekends have become more valuable than ever. Without the empty social calories of seeing my friends' pictures, I find myself planning hangouts as often as my schedule allows. I have more lunches, more study sessions, and more is done in the company of less.
And I have the time to breathe.
And in this calm, I think I found my answer: it's my misplaced ambition. These fears of anxiety and people I thought I would miss, they seem represent something I want to see more of within myself. Something I want to develop, lean into more deeply, as an individual. And I think that's quite normal; to look out into the world and feel attracted to things we want to see more of. This is, I think, how everyone develops their own definition of beauty — and of coolness. It's largely the intersection of what we find most interesting, and what we want to see more of in the world. Because beauty and coolness, by definition, are rare and hard to find. If they were everywhere, nothing be beautiful, nor would anything be cool.
When we all turn into wrinkles and cataracts, bad backs and heart attacks, for a brief, glorious moment, our lives are going to flash before our eyes. In this moment, you'll see your story. The ultimate progression of you.
How much of that will be skibidi toilet and reaction clips? How much of that will be arguing on the internet? Can you tell me, just how much of your life will you have skipped over to pacify your intentionally-lowered attention span?
That girl whose number you couldn't find Those passing questions over coffee that you couldn't search on Google The boredom of a subway ride
Those are not inconveniences, they're what the older generations refer to as "life."
* (oh, but if you can't sleep, consider this aside: Google knows the angle you walk at, how fast you're walking, and they've got crowdsourced pictures of everywhere around you at all times of the day. fun bedtime thoughts <3)

The Power of Overstimulation: Sensory Overload as a Tool to Ware Us Down.
I have been off of instagram and Snapchat for upwards of about a month, and I’m forming many thoughts, not all cohesive or concise, on this idea that overstimulation via social media could be a tool to ware down movements.
Let’s look back on the early days of YouTube. When beheadings from other countries or cursed videos were posted, they almost instantly went viral because of their shock value. The same video would last us several years of referencing, quoting, and conversation. Even to this day we make references to some of those videos every now and then.
Fast forward to the further development of apps like instagram, vine (RIP), the growing popularity of tumblr, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more. Seemingly our interest seemed very focused on long form content, watching 40 minute-2 hour long YouTube videos. But one day, the app Musical.ly was bought out and became what we now know as TikTok. We had a sudden uprising in short form content, similar to vine, but with an even more specialized and sensitive algorithm.
While most social media felt like a cigarette, with us having to go out of our way to find the content we want, TikTok was like a fat rip of a vape. Constant dopamine at your fingertips, anywhere and anytime and in any flavor you wanted.
There was no denying that social media was bad for us before this, but suddenly we got TikTok and it actually kind of started to feel like I was in one of those boomer memes about how kids are glued to their phones.
Then instagram got reels, YouTube got shorts, and Facebook also hopped on the train. It was a short form content apocalypse (this is meant to be hyperbole but you get the idea).
As someone who has been staunchly addicted to their phone and specifically to TikTok and reels for years now, I finally elected to make the decision to take a total break from social media, and using Facebook (which I usually find boring anyways aside from marketplace) and Tumblr, a platform that provides less overstimulation compared to the aforementioned apps, after having deleted my TikTok account altogether almost a year ago.
I have specifically gotten to choose when I read the news or receive news, I have been able to sit with my own boredom, and have truly and honestly become more comfortable being out of the know. Personally I have seen massive improvements in my mental health and also feel more intentional about staying updated on international and national issues most important to me at the moment.
I want to be clear that I don’t want this to come off as me trying to avert my eyes from the crises happening. But it is so that I can see the latest news with a clear head, and have the attention span and energy to go do something about it without feeling burnt out and hopeless.
Furthermore, being off of social media has actually given me more time and energy to engage with long form content as a whole, whether that is movies, TV episodes, or just books and YouTube videos. It’s not all returning at one time, but it is coming back slowly but surely. I have been spending time doing my hobbies, and sitting outside, and doing all the things our parents said would make us less depressed and while it doesn’t cure my every concern, it definitely helps.
But why the hell am I rambling about all of this?
I wonder how much more effective we could be if we could break our bonds with social media? Specifically those that have fallen to short form content brainrot.
What if we utilized the time we’d normally spend on social media and go volunteer for a local organization? What if we took that time and read more theory? What if we took that time and started a community based group like a reading club or a crafting circle?
I didn’t realize how much time I wasted on social media til I got off and realized how much I open my phone to check it, how often I began just not knowing what to do because I’d normally go on instagram to look at reels, how frequently I’d reach for my phone and go “oh yeah, I’m not on there anymore”. There is so much time in a day that we could create meaning within our community to keep it going, and still have energy left to stay updated on important issues like Palestine or U.S. politics, and it is stolen from our fingertips and from our heads daily because we doomscroll and call that “staying updated”.
I don’t think it’s a stretch of the mind to say that social media, run by tech oligarchs and billionaires, seeks to overstimulate us as a method of sedation. But I wonder how far we can take that? If phones really are an ultimate evil? If social media is an ultimate evil? If the damage is irreparable or if we could possibly heal our relationship with the tech world in some meaningful way?

How to Get More YouTube Video Views: Proven Strategies for 2024
YouTube is one of the largest platforms for sharing videos, with millions of creators competing for attention. Whether you’re a business, a content creator, or just someone looking to grow your presence, getting more views on YouTube is key to your success. In this post, we’ll explore practical strategies to help you increase your video views organically in 2024.
1. Optimize Your Video Title, Description, and Tags
Your video title and description are the first things viewers see, and they heavily influence YouTube’s search algorithm. Here’s how to optimize these elements for maximum visibility:
Titles : Use engaging and relevant titles that include important keywords. Make them clear, concise, and interesting. Avoid clickbait, but ensure your title piques curiosity.
Descriptions : Write detailed descriptions of your video’s content, ideally over 250 words. Include keywords naturally and add relevant timestamps for viewers to navigate easily.
Tags : Use relevant tags to help YouTube understand your content and suggest it to the right audience. Avoid stuffing too many keywords—focus on a mix of broad and specific ones.
2. Create High-Quality, Engaging Content
Quality content is king. No matter how well you optimize your video for search, viewers won’t stick around if the content isn’t engaging. Focus on the following:
Value : Ensure your video provides value—whether it’s educational, entertaining, or solving a problem for your audience.
Consistency : Post videos regularly to build a loyal audience. You don’t have to post daily, but consistent uploads help keep your subscribers engaged.
Engagement : Encourage viewers to like, comment, and subscribe. You can do this naturally by asking questions in your video or creating content that sparks a discussion.
3. Use Eye-Catching Thumbnails
Your video’s thumbnail is another crucial factor that determines whether someone will click on your video. Custom thumbnails perform better than automatic ones.
Design : Use bright colors, bold text, and an image that represents your content. Make sure the thumbnail is visually appealing even in a smaller size.
Faces : Including faces in your thumbnails can boost clicks. Studies show that human faces in thumbnails often draw more attention.
4. Leverage Playlists to Keep Viewers Watching
Creating playlists can help keep viewers on your channel longer, boosting overall views and watch time. YouTube rewards longer watch times by pushing your content to more users.
Playlists : Organize your videos into thematic playlists. For instance, if you create content about technology reviews, you can have separate playlists for laptops, smartphones, etc.
Auto-Play : When a video in a playlist finishes, the next one will automatically play, increasing the likelihood that viewers will stay on your channel.
5. Promote Your Videos Across Multiple Platforms
YouTube alone can be tough to crack. Maximize your video views by promoting your content on other platforms where your target audience is active.
Social Media : Share your videos on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Create short teaser clips or highlights to attract attention.
Email Lists : If you have an email list, send out newsletters with your latest videos to drive traffic to your YouTube channel.
Blogging : If you run a blog, embed your YouTube videos in relevant posts to draw traffic from your website.
6. Collaborate with Other YouTubers
Collaboration is a great way to expand your audience and introduce your channel to new viewers. When you collaborate with other YouTubers, their audience is exposed to your content, and vice versa.
Guest Appearances : Feature in other creators’ videos or invite them to feature in yours. Choose creators in your niche or a complementary field.
Cross-Promotion : Promote each other’s channels through shoutouts or by sharing videos in community posts.
7. Encourage Viewer Interaction and Community Engagement
Engagement metrics such as likes, comments, and shares are important for the YouTube algorithm. Encourage your audience to interact with your content.
Comments : Ask questions or run polls to spark a conversation. Responding to comments also shows your viewers that you care and are engaged with them.
Call to Action (CTA) : Include clear CTAs in your videos, asking viewers to subscribe, like, and share the video. Offer value in return, like giveaways or access to exclusive content for those who interact.
8. Use YouTube Shorts
YouTube Shorts are a fantastic way to get more eyes on your content. With shorter attention spans and the growing popularity of short-form content, this is an opportunity you shouldn’t miss.
Bite-Sized Content : Create short, engaging snippets of your longer videos, or new unique content, and upload them as Shorts. These can help draw new viewers to your channel.
9. Monitor and Analyze Your YouTube Analytics
YouTube’s analytics provide powerful insights into how your videos are performing and what your audience is responding to.
Audience Retention : Look at your audience retention rate to see when viewers drop off. This can help you adjust your video structure to keep them engaged longer.
Traffic Sources : Review where your views are coming from—whether it's YouTube search, suggested videos, or external websites. This can help you refine your promotion strategy.
10. Utilize YouTube Ads (Optional)
For creators with a budget, YouTube Ads can be an effective way to get more views and exposure. You can run ads that target specific demographics based on interests, location, and more.
Targeting : Use detailed targeting options to ensure your ad reaches the right audience. This can increase your subscribers and engagement in the long term.
Conclusion
Growing your YouTube views requires both creativity and strategy. By optimizing your content, promoting it across platforms, engaging with your community, and leveraging YouTube’s features like Shorts and playlists, you can significantly increase your reach. Stay consistent and focus on providing value to your audience, and over time, the views will follow.

Is Blogging Still Relevant in The Age of TikTok and Instagram?
In this day and age, digital media is consistently changing, where super short videos and intoxicating eye-catching pictures make up most of what we see on our screens, so one might wonder if the quote-on-quote traditional art of blogging is still relevant in this day and age. Trust me, I have been there. Without even talking about blogs, nowadays I even find it hard to watch a full-length YouTube video, what more to say trying to spare some time to read a blog? TikTok and Instagram have gained a large cult like following especially during the Covid-19 period where everyone was stuck at home. But at the end of the day, does this mean that blogging with it’s long and winding, word focused content is not relevant in todays day and age? Well, this is what this blog is for. Come with me as we explore whether blogging is still relevant in the age of TikTok and Instagram.
Blogging Provides Extensive Content
One of the most important benefits of blogging is its ability to deliver detailed and thorough information. While TikTok and Instagram are fantastic for fast, aesthetically attractive material, they sometimes lack the depth required to adequately examine complicated issues. Bloggers have the freedom to dive deeply into topics, providing unique insights, analysis, and knowledge. Blogs, for example, are frequently the go-to source for learning about the history of a specialized activity, comprehending the complexities of a complicated subject, or delving into the specifics of a scientific topic. Bloggers may use research, data, and personal experiences to generate authoritative material that teaches and informs their readers (Wainwright, 2022).
Blogging increases trust and authority.
Individuals and corporations may use blogging to promote themselves as experts or opinion leaders in their respective professions. Consistent, high-quality blog material may help your readers gain confidence and credibility. Readers frequently see bloggers as trustworthy sources of information, which may lead to increased influence and possibilities. Blogs, in contrast to the fast-paced, transitory nature of social media, build a long-lasting online presence. A well-maintained blog may become a useful resource and reference point for your readers over time. This trust and authority may lead to devoted fans, brand recognition, and prospective partnerships (Agrawal, 2016).
Organic traffic is driven by blogs.
Blog material is highly valued by search engines. You improve your chances of ranking higher in search engine results pages (SERPs) by writing informative, relevant, and well-optimized blog content. This is true because I have encountered this before. Not to bring the mood down or be a party pooper, but I’ve just gone through a pretty rough breakup a few months back, and as a Gen Z individual during that period of time, the first thing that I did was to go online to look up on how to deal with it and to get answers and advice. The first few things that popped up when I did this were blogs. This implies that individuals who are actively looking for information on a certain topic might find your site naturally. Social media sites, on the other hand, rely primarily on algorithms to expose your content to your fans. You may draw a constant stream of organic visitors to your website by consistently posting SEO-friendly blog entries, perhaps reaching a larger and more engaged audience than you would on TikTok or Instagram (Pitre, 2021).
Blogs are adaptable.
Whereas TikTok and Instagram are mostly focused on video and photos, blogs provide greater flexibility in terms of content type. Text, photos, videos, infographics, and other multimedia components can be used in blog postings. This adaptability enables you to accommodate to various learning styles and captivate a wide audience. Blogs can act as a centralized center for all of your material. They may be used to supplement your social media efforts by connecting to blog posts from your TikTok or Instagram accounts. This type of cross-promotion can help you increase your internet visibility and bring visitors to your site (Ruth, 2023).
To sum everything all up, in todays age with TikTok and Instagram around, blogging still remains valuable and relevant. This is because it offers in depth content that helps to to built authority and trust, provides versatility as well as drives organic traffic in terms of content format. We should embrace it and consider it a complimentary tool that can enhance our online influence, credibility and presence rather than seeing blogging as a competitor to these two social media platforms. So even though Tiktok and Instagram have their own strong points, we should not underestimate the power of blogging to connect, educate and inform with a audience in meaningful ways. If one has knowledge, stories or insights to share with others, blogging in the platform that provides an important space for voices to be heard.

Utilize social media platforms to expand your reach beyond YouTube. Share your videos on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to attract new viewers. Engage with your audience on social media, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
Once your channel meets the eligibility criteria (usually 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours in the last 12 months), apply for the YouTube Partner Program. Being a part of YPP allows you to monetize your content through ad revenue, channel memberships, and Super Chat during live streams.
While ad revenue is an essential aspect of monetization, diversifying your income sources can be prudent. Explore sponsorships, brand deals, merchandise, and crowdfunding through platforms like Patreon. Diversification can provide stability, especially if YouTube's ad policies change or viewership fluctuate.
Becoming a YouTube master is a journey that requires patience and perseverance. Success rarely comes overnight. Keep learning, iterating, and adapting your content strategy. Stay motivated, even during periods of slow growth, as consistency and dedication are keys to long-term success.
YouTube 's policies and algorithms constantly evolve. Stay updated with the platform's guidelines and best practices to avoid strikes or demonetization. Be adaptable to changes, experiment with different formats, and learn from your analytics to improve your content and strategy continually.
Becoming a YouTube master and monetizing your content takes time, effort, and skill. Focus on creating high-quality content, understanding your audience, and optimizing for discovery. Diversify your revenue streams, harness the power of social media, and stay compliant with YouTube s policies. By combining creativity with strategy and staying dedicated to your craft, you can embark on a rewarding journey towards YouTube mastery and potentially turn your passion into a thriving business.

To add on to this, I deleted all other social medias 12-13 months ago. Facebook, Instagram, never used Tiktok, don’t use Twitter except for DMs with friends. Recently, I signed back up for Instagram and was absolutely blown away (negative) by the interface. When you get on, over half the things on the main home page are random videos and sponsored content instead of pictures and videos of friends and their lives — which is why people USE Instagram. If your app happens to refresh, they’re all gone and replaced with whatever videos Instagram decides I want to see, leaving me to have to scroll through my following section in order to access friends individually to see if they posted anything.
Regarding reels, because I work a blue collar job, sometimes I like (or watch for a longer period of time) videos that have to do with my job. And then suddenly I’m inundated with POLITICAL videos that I absolutely do not agree with. I’ve gotten numerous Trump videos in my reels, racist meme videos, and Christian bullshit that in fact makes me LESS likely to use reels and Instagram as a whole for entertaining content. No matter how fast I swipe away from that stuff, there is no end to it, because the next time I like a work meme, it’s back to the right-wing algorithm grind.
All of this is to say that if tumblr pushes anything even vaguely similar to the changes I’ve seen take place on Instagram in a 12 month span, I will absolutely have no reason to use it anymore. There’s no way I’m logging onto tumblr just to have politics, “interests,” “communities,” etc. spoonfed to me that I have no interest in. Especially after the suit last year confirming that Tumblr’s porn ban disproportionately affected LGBT individuals like myself, there is no guarantee that the things they push will be the things the userbase value.
Tumblr’s Core Product Strategy
Here at Tumblr, we’ve been working hard on reorganizing how we work in a bid to gain more users. A larger user base means a more sustainable company, and means we get to stick around and do this thing with you all a bit longer. What follows is the strategy we're using to accomplish the goal of user growth. The @labs group has published a bit already, but this is bigger. We’re publishing it publicly for the first time, in an effort to work more transparently with all of you in the Tumblr community. This strategy provides guidance amid limited resources, allowing our teams to focus on specific key areas to ensure Tumblr’s future.
The Diagnosis
In order for Tumblr to grow, we need to fix the core experience that makes Tumblr a useful place for users. The underlying problem is that Tumblr is not easy to use. Historically, we have expected users to curate their feeds and lean into curating their experience. But this expectation introduces friction to the user experience and only serves a small portion of our audience.
Tumblr’s competitive advantage lies in its unique content and vibrant communities. As the forerunner of internet culture, Tumblr encompasses a wide range of interests, such as entertainment, art, gaming, fandom, fashion, and music. People come to Tumblr to immerse themselves in this culture, making it essential for us to ensure a seamless connection between people and content.
To guarantee Tumblr’s continued success, we’ve got to prioritize fostering that seamless connection between people and content. This involves attracting and retaining new users and creators, nurturing their growth, and encouraging frequent engagement with the platform.
Our Guiding Principles
To enhance Tumblr’s usability, we must address these core guiding principles.
Expand the ways new users can discover and sign up for Tumblr.
Provide high-quality content with every app launch.
Facilitate easier user participation in conversations.
Retain and grow our creator base.
Create patterns that encourage users to keep returning to Tumblr.
Improve the platform’s performance, stability, and quality.
Below is a deep dive into each of these principles.
Principle 1: Expand the ways new users can discover and sign up for Tumblr.
Tumblr has a “top of the funnel” issue in converting non-users into engaged logged-in users. We also have not invested in industry standard SEO practices to ensure a robust top of the funnel. The referral traffic that we do get from external sources is dispersed across different pages with inconsistent user experiences, which results in a missed opportunity to convert these users into regular Tumblr users. For example, users from search engines often land on pages within the blog network and blog view—where there isn’t much of a reason to sign up.
We need to experiment with logged-out tumblr.com to ensure we are capturing the highest potential conversion rate for visitors into sign-ups and log-ins. We might want to explore showing the potential future user the full breadth of content that Tumblr has to offer on our logged-out pages. We want people to be able to easily understand the potential behind Tumblr without having to navigate multiple tabs and pages to figure it out. Our current logged-out explore page does very little to help users understand “what is Tumblr.” which is a missed opportunity to get people excited about joining the site.
Actions & Next Steps
Improving Tumblr’s search engine optimization (SEO) practices to be in line with industry standards.
Experiment with logged out tumblr.com to achieve the highest conversion rate for sign-ups and log-ins, explore ways for visitors to “get” Tumblr and entice them to sign up.
Principle 2: Provide high-quality content with every app launch.
We need to ensure the highest quality user experience by presenting fresh and relevant content tailored to the user’s diverse interests during each session. If the user has a bad content experience, the fault lies with the product.
The default position should always be that the user does not know how to navigate the application. Additionally, we need to ensure that when people search for content related to their interests, it is easily accessible without any confusing limitations or unexpected roadblocks in their journey.
Being a 15-year-old brand is tough because the brand carries the baggage of a person’s preconceived impressions of Tumblr. On average, a user only sees 25 posts per session, so the first 25 posts have to convey the value of Tumblr: it is a vibrant community with lots of untapped potential. We never want to leave the user believing that Tumblr is a place that is stale and not relevant.
Actions & Next Steps
Deliver great content each time the app is opened.
Make it easier for users to understand where the vibrant communities on Tumblr are.
Improve our algorithmic ranking capabilities across all feeds.
Principle 3: Facilitate easier user participation in conversations.
Part of Tumblr’s charm lies in its capacity to showcase the evolution of conversations and the clever remarks found within reblog chains and replies. Engaging in these discussions should be enjoyable and effortless.
Unfortunately, the current way that conversations work on Tumblr across replies and reblogs is confusing for new users. The limitations around engaging with individual reblogs, replies only applying to the original post, and the inability to easily follow threaded conversations make it difficult for users to join the conversation.
Actions & Next Steps
Address the confusion within replies and reblogs.
Improve the conversational posting features around replies and reblogs.
Allow engagements on individual replies and reblogs.
Make it easier for users to follow the various conversation paths within a reblog thread.
Remove clutter in the conversation by collapsing reblog threads.
Explore the feasibility of removing duplicate reblogs within a user’s Following feed.
Principle 4: Retain and grow our creator base.
Creators are essential to the Tumblr community. However, we haven’t always had a consistent and coordinated effort around retaining, nurturing, and growing our creator base.
Being a new creator on Tumblr can be intimidating, with a high likelihood of leaving or disappointment upon sharing creations without receiving engagement or feedback. We need to ensure that we have the expected creator tools and foster the rewarding feedback loops that keep creators around and enable them to thrive.
The lack of feedback stems from the outdated decision to only show content from followed blogs on the main dashboard feed (“Following”), perpetuating a cycle where popular blogs continue to gain more visibility at the expense of helping new creators. To address this, we need to prioritize supporting and nurturing the growth of new creators on the platform.
It is also imperative that creators, like everyone on Tumblr, feel safe and in control of their experience. Whether it be an ask from the community or engagement on a post, being successful on Tumblr should never feel like a punishing experience.
Actions & Next Steps
Get creators’ new content in front of people who are interested in it.
Improve the feedback loop for creators, incentivizing them to continue posting.
Build mechanisms to protect creators from being spammed by notifications when they go viral.
Expand ways to co-create content, such as by adding the capability to embed Tumblr links in posts.
Principle 5: Create patterns that encourage users to keep returning to Tumblr.
Push notifications and emails are essential tools to increase user engagement, improve user retention, and facilitate content discovery. Our strategy of reaching out to you, the user, should be well-coordinated across product, commercial, and marketing teams.
Our messaging strategy needs to be personalized and adapt to a user’s shifting interests. Our messages should keep users in the know on the latest activity in their community, as well as keeping Tumblr top of mind as the place to go for witty takes and remixes of the latest shows and real-life events.
Most importantly, our messages should be thoughtful and should never come across as spammy.
Actions & Next Steps
Conduct an audit of our messaging strategy.
Address the issue of notifications getting too noisy; throttle, collapse or mute notifications where necessary.
Identify opportunities for personalization within our email messages.
Test what the right daily push notification limit is.
Send emails when a user has push notifications switched off.
Principle 6: Performance, stability and quality.
The stability and performance of our mobile apps have declined. There is a large backlog of production issues, with more bugs created than resolved over the last 300 days. If this continues, roughly one new unresolved production issue will be created every two days. Apps and backend systems that work well and don't crash are the foundation of a great Tumblr experience. Improving performance, stability, and quality will help us achieve sustainable operations for Tumblr.
Improve performance and stability: deliver crash-free, responsive, and fast-loading apps on Android, iOS, and web.
Improve quality: deliver the highest quality Tumblr experience to our users.
Move faster: provide APIs and services to unblock core product initiatives and launch new features coming out of Labs.
Conclusion
Our mission has always been to empower the world’s creators. We are wholly committed to ensuring Tumblr evolves in a way that supports our current users while improving areas that attract new creators, artists, and users. You deserve a digital home that works for you. You deserve the best tools and features to connect with your communities on a platform that prioritizes the easy discoverability of high-quality content. This is an invigorating time for Tumblr, and we couldn’t be more excited about our current strategy.

How raytarget AI Transforms Video Scripting and Storytelling for High-Performance Ads
In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, storytelling isn't optional — it's essential. Every second of your ad counts. The hook has to stop the scroll. The message has to resonate instantly. And the ending must inspire action. But crafting a video script that nails all three — again and again — is one of the hardest things in modern advertising.
For marketers, creatives, and founders alike, video scripting often feels like a frustrating mix of art, instinct, and blind guesswork. Too many ads start strong but fizzle halfway through. Some over-explain. Others skip straight to the pitch without building a story. And with changing algorithms and audience behavior, even solid content can underperform if it’s poorly structured.
That’s exactly where raytarget AI becomes a game-changer — by transforming how you script, storyboard, and structure video content that’s designed to convert.
Why Script Structure Matters More Than Ever
Attention spans are short. Platforms are noisy. And competition is brutal. Whether you're advertising on TikTok, Meta, or YouTube, your video needs to:
Grab attention in the first 3 seconds
Build tension or curiosity to keep viewers watching
Deliver a value proposition clearly
Transition smoothly into a compelling CTA
Miss any of these, and performance tanks — even if the product is amazing.
raytarget AI helps solve this by showing you exactly how the most successful video ads are scripted, structured, and sequenced — giving you a powerful template for storytelling that works in real-time.
How raytarget AI Improves the Scripting Process
raytarget AI is more than an ad library. It’s a creative intelligence platform that breaks down the anatomy of top-performing video ads across platforms. For scriptwriters, content strategists, and in-house marketing teams, this means:
Understanding what types of hooks are driving the most engagement right now
Seeing how winning scripts flow from introduction to CTA
Identifying storytelling techniques specific to your product category
Finding inspiration that’s grounded in performance data, not just style
It turns writing a video script from a guessing game into a data-driven creative process.
Key Benefits of raytarget AI for Video Storytelling
1. Master the Hook With Proven Patterns
Your video’s first few seconds determine everything. raytarget AI lets you:
Browse thousands of successful ad intros
Spot recurring phrases like “If you struggle with…” or “Don’t buy this until…”
Understand which emotional or curiosity-driven hooks perform best for your niche
This helps you write stronger, tested openings that grab attention from the first frame.
2. Use Frameworks That Guide Viewer Emotion
Every high-converting video follows an emotional arc — whether it’s a problem/solution format, a before/after transformation, or a testimonial-driven narrative. raytarget AI helps you:
Identify the most used storytelling frameworks in your industry
Analyze video structure by length, transitions, and turning points
Understand how the best scripts build trust and momentum
Instead of improvising, you’re writing to a formula proven to convert.
3. Match Script Style to Platform Behavior
A YouTube ad doesn’t perform like a TikTok video — and neither one should sound like a static Instagram Story. raytarget AI enables you to:
Filter successful videos by platform
See differences in pacing, delivery, voiceover tone, and CTA style
Adapt your scriptwriting to suit each channel’s viewer expectations
This multiplies the relevance of your content without multiplying the workload.
4. Inspire Your Team and Speed Up Collaboration
When creatives, editors, and copywriters are working from the same inspiration set, everything runs smoother. raytarget AI helps marketing teams:
Share successful scripts and video examples as internal references
Build visual storyboards faster using proven ad formats
Eliminate friction in creative reviews by grounding decisions in performance data
It brings structure and alignment to what is often a messy, subjective process.
5. Reduce Wasted Ad Spend on Poorly Structured Content
Many brands spend thousands testing ads that look great but fail to deliver results. Poor scripting is often the culprit — not production quality. raytarget AI reduces this risk by letting you:
Learn from what’s already working in your category
Avoid overused angles or tired formats
Test creative variations based on real audience behavior
Your ad dollars go further because your creative strategy is smarter.
Use Case: Writing a High-Conversion Script for a Fitness App
Imagine you’re launching a new fitness app. Instead of starting from scratch, you use raytarget AI to:
Analyze top-performing fitness ads on Meta and TikTok
Notice that short, energetic UGC videos with challenge-based hooks are trending
Build a 30-second script using a proven structure:
Hook: “I tried this 5-minute workout every day for a week…”
Middle: Real user experience, app walkthrough, benefits
CTA: “Download now to start your free 7-day trial”
Your team produces it quickly, tests it, and sees a 27% lower CPA compared to your previous ad batch — because this time, the structure was backed by data.
The Future of Video Storytelling Is Insight-Driven
Great storytelling in ads doesn’t happen by accident. The most effective scripts follow tested principles — and raytarget AI helps you discover them. Whether you're writing short-form content, brand videos, or direct response campaigns, this platform becomes your real-time guide for creating structure, emotion, and flow that convert.
It empowers both seasoned copywriters and novice marketers to write with confidence. It saves time during ideation. And most importantly, it turns your scripts into tools that drive growth.
Conclusion: Tell Better Stories, Get Better Results
Every ad is a story — and in the digital world, only the best stories win attention. With raytarget AI, you don’t have to guess how to tell yours. You get access to the structures, trends, and emotional patterns behind the world’s top-performing video ads.
It’s not about copying what others are doing. It’s about learning from their success, adapting what fits your brand, and writing with both creativity and clarity.
If you’re ready to script smarter, scale content production, and finally unlock the performance your ads deserve — raytarget AI is the creative advantage you’ve been missing.

Boost Your Visibility With Instagram And YouTube Growth Tools
Growing online requires more than posting regularly. With millions of users sharing content daily, getting noticed needs smart moves. When creators buy YouTube likes and views, they help their videos gain momentum. These metrics signal value to both the platform and the audience, giving the content a better chance to trend or appear in recommendations.
How YouTube Engagement Drives Organic Growth
When you buy YouTube likes and views, you enhance your chances of appearing in search results. Videos with high engagement are more likely to rank well, attracting viewers who are browsing for content. This early traction helps new channels get established and allows creators to compete with larger influencers already dominating the space.
Instagram’s Algorithm Responds to Activity and Reach
If you want to grow on Instagram, you must keep up with its algorithm. Using a reliable Instagram growth service helps maintain steady engagement. These services provide targeted support to attract real followers interested in your niche. The result is higher visibility, more profile visits, and better overall performance for each post you share.
Why YouTube Metrics Are More Than Just Numbers
Likes and views on YouTube aren't just for show—they impact your entire channel's health. When users buy YouTube likes and views, they’re investing in their brand’s visibility and credibility. Viewers tend to trust and click on videos that already show strong engagement, making it easier to grow a loyal subscriber base.
Consistent Growth Builds Long-Term Success On Instagram
Sudden spikes can be exciting, but consistency leads to influence. An Instagram growth service ensures your profile grows steadily and organically. This approach helps you reach real users who are genuinely interested in your content. Over time, consistent engagement builds trust, community, and a stronger connection with your target audience.
YouTube Growth Can Lead To Monetization Faster
Reaching monetization thresholds takes time, especially for small channels. To accelerate progress, many creators buy YouTube likes and views early on. A video that appears popular gets more watch time, and channels with more views tend to earn faster recognition. This strategy can lead to higher ad revenue and sponsorship opportunities.
Instagram Growth Services Enhance Professional Profiles
Whether you’re a brand or an influencer, looking professional matters. An Instagram growth service helps maintain an impressive profile with steady follower gains and visible interaction. This creates a better impression for new visitors, potential partners, and brands. It shows you’re active, relevant, and worth following or collaborating with long-term.
YouTube's Popularity Encourages More Viewers To Engage
People trust what others are watching. That’s why creators often buy YouTube likes and views to improve social proof. When a video has hundreds or thousands of views, it catches attention. New viewers are more likely to stick around, watch until the end, and engage with the content when they see others doing the same.
Instagram Growth Tools Are Ideal For Busy Creators
Content creation takes time and focus. An Instagram growth service handles the outreach and targeting while you focus on content. With less time spent chasing followers manually, creators can invest more energy into producing quality posts, stories, and reels—allowing your page to grow naturally with the right people noticing your work.
Conclusion:
Success on social platforms comes from combining smart strategy with consistent activity. If you choose to buy YouTube likes and views or invest in an Instagram growth service, you're giving your content the support it needs to stand out. Why Professional Video Editing Can 10x Your Brand's Online Impact?
In the digital age, content is currency and video is the gold standard. It’s no longer a question of whether you should use video to promote your brand, but how well you can produce and present it. With millions of videos uploaded daily across social platforms, only the polished and purposeful ones make a real impact. This is where professional video editing becomes a game-changer.
In this article, we’ll explore how professional video editing can significantly elevate your brand’s online presence, drive engagement, and multiply your business results — potentially 10x your impact.
1. First Impressions Matter More Than Ever
When a user clicks play, you have seconds sometimes just milliseconds to impress. Shaky footage, poor transitions, or inconsistent audio can cause immediate drop-offs.
Professional Editing Delivers:
Smooth transitions and pacing
Clear audio leveling and enhancement
High-definition output optimized for platforms
These small but crucial details help retain attention, improve credibility, and encourage users to keep watching — and engaging.
2. Increased Engagement and Watch Time
Platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok reward high engagement. The better your video performs — likes, shares, comments, and watch time — the more visible it becomes.
How Editing Boosts Engagement:
Hooks placed in the first 3–5 seconds
On-screen text and animations to emphasize key points
Strategic cuts that eliminate dead air and maintain viewer interest
Sound design and music that enhance emotional impact
Professionally edited videos are more dynamic and enjoyable, naturally encouraging users to interact.
3. Stronger Storytelling and Branding
Anyone can shoot a video. But telling a compelling story that aligns with your brand voice and business goals requires planning and execution — and editing is where the magic happens.
Editors Help You:
Structure your narrative for maximum impact
Add branded intros, outros, and logo animations
Use consistent fonts, colors, and style guides
Incorporate testimonials, product highlights, and CTAs seamlessly
Your videos become not just visual content, but brand-building assets.
4. Optimization for Multiple Platforms
Each platform has its own specs:
Instagram Reels: 9:16, under 90 seconds
YouTube: 16:9, long-form and Shorts
TikTok: 9:16, trendy and fast-paced
LinkedIn: Professional tone with captions
A professional editor knows how to repurpose a single video across formats, resolutions, and tones — saving you time while maximizing reach.
Benefit:
With editing, one video shoot can turn into 5+ pieces of content across platforms.
5. Improved Conversion Rates
Did you know that landing pages with video can increase conversion rates by up to 80%? But only if the video is clear, persuasive, and professional.
Ways Video Editing Boosts Sales:
Add overlays with pricing, links, or key points
Insert customer testimonials mid-video
Use motion graphics to explain benefits visually
Time CTAs to appear at the moment of highest interest
Videos become more than informative — they become tools for selling and closing.
6. Consistency Builds Trust
A consistent video style tells your audience they’re dealing with a serious, professional brand.
Editing Brings Consistency in:
Tone and pace
Color grading and visual effects
Fonts, intros, and outros
Even if your content is varied (vlogs, how-tos, ads), your brand look and feel remains strong. Over time, this creates recognition and trust — key ingredients in long-term customer loyalty.
7. Saves Time and Increases Productivity
DIY video editing is time-consuming, especially for business owners, marketers, and creators juggling multiple tasks. Professional editors not only work faster — they work smarter.
Value of Outsourcing Video Editing:
Focus on content creation, strategy, and growth
Meet deadlines without burnout
Maintain consistent posting schedule (key for algorithms)
With editing off your plate, you free up time to do what you do best.
8. Better Use of Raw Footage
Have old videos gathering digital dust? A professional editor can repurpose raw footage into:
Highlight reels
Social media snippets
Ad-ready clips
Tutorial series
Bonus:
This extends the life of your content library — without needing constant new shoots.
9. Access to Advanced Techniques and Tools
Modern video editing isn’t just cutting and trimming. It includes:
Motion tracking
Color correction and grading
Green screen replacement
Animation and kinetic typography
Professional editors have the software, plugins, and experience to produce agency-quality videos even if you’re a solo brand.
10. Stands Out in a Saturated Market
With more content uploaded in a minute than you can consume in a day, average doesn’t cut it anymore. Professional video editing helps your content:
Look polished and intentional
Communicate value clearly
Reflect the quality of your brand or product
This is your competitive edge — especially on crowded platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Final Thoughts
In 2025, online attention is fleeting. You’re not just competing with other brands — you’re competing with everything from influencers to trending memes. Your video content must be not only good, but great.
Professional video editing isn’t a luxury — it’s an investment. One that delivers better engagement, stronger brand recall, higher conversions, and a lasting impression.
So if you’re serious about standing out, scaling your content, and building a brand that resonates — it’s time to level up your editing game.

Types of Facebook Ads in 2025

Facebook, now part of the larger Meta ecosystem, continues to be a powerhouse in the world of digital advertising. With over 3 billion monthly active users across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger, it offers unmatched reach for brands of all sizes. Its advanced targeting capabilities—based on user behavior, interests, and demographics—make it one of the most effective platforms for generating leads, driving traffic, and boosting sales. In 2025, Facebook remains a central player in social media advertising, thanks to its ongoing innovation in AI, short-form video, and immersive ad formats.
In this blog, we’ll explore the top Facebook advertising trends you need to watch in 2025.
Changes in the digital advertising landscape happen quickly, and what worked last year might be outdated today. With constant algorithm updates, new ad formats, changing user behaviour, and emerging technologies like AI and AR, advertisers must stay ahead of the curve to remain competitive. Ignoring these changes can lead to poor campaign performance, wasted budget, and missed growth opportunities. Staying informed allows marketers to adapt their strategies, improve ROI, and connect more effectively with their target audience.
Main Types of Facebook Ads in 2025
As the Facebook advertising ecosystem evolves, brands need to understand each ad format to tailor campaigns that drive results. Let’s explore the major types of Facebook ads with rich detail:
1- Image Ads
Image ads are the easiest and most widely used type of Facebook ad. They consist of a single high-quality visual accompanied by a caption, headline, and call-to-action. These ads are ideal for conveying a focused message quickly and are perfect for promoting a specific product, service, or brand offer. Their simplicity allows businesses to launch campaigns quickly with minimal design resources, making them highly accessible for smaller brands.
Tips:
Make use of colourful, high-resolution pictures (1200x628 pixels is advised).
Keep copy concise and value-focused.
Test multiple creatives for better performance insights.
2- Video Ads
Video ads take things a step further by using motion and sound to tell a story, demonstrate a product, or build emotional connections with the audience. These ads appear across various placements such as the News Feed, Stories, Reels, and in-stream videos. Whether it’s a 6-second teaser or a 1-minute tutorial, video ads are known for generating higher engagement and can be used effectively in both awareness and conversion campaigns.
Tips:
During the first three seconds, grab attention.
Use vertical (9:16) format for Stories and Reels placements.
Include closed captions for silent viewing.
3- Carousel Ads
Carousel ads allow advertisers to showcase up to ten images or videos in a single ad, each with its own link. This format is particularly effective for e-commerce businesses looking to highlight multiple products, services with various features, or step-by-step processes. The interactive nature of carousel ads makes them engaging and encourages users to swipe through more content, increasing the time spent on your ad.
Tip:
Make your first card eye-catching to encourage swipes.
4- Slideshow Ads
Slideshow ads serve as a lightweight alternative to video ads. These are created by combining a series of still images, text, and music to form a looping video. Because they load quickly and require less bandwidth, they are especially useful for reaching audiences in regions with slower internet speeds. Slideshow advertisements use pre-existing photo assets while retaining the storytelling potential of video, making them affordable for a lot of businesses.
Tips:
Use 3 to 10 images with similar color tones.
Add transitions and background music.
Test different narrative sequences.
5- Collection ads
Collection ads are tailored for mobile users and are designed to make product discovery and purchasing seamless. Several product photos taken from a catalogue are displayed after a cover image or video in a collection advertisement. When tapped, the ad opens into an Instant Experience—a full-screen experience where users can browse, explore, and potentially convert, all without leaving the Facebook app. This format is perfect for mobile-first shopping campaigns.
Tips:
Use lifestyle images or video for the cover.
Sync with your product catalogue and Meta Pixel.
Highlight top-selling or new products.
6- Instant Experience (Canvas) Ads
Instant Experience ads, formerly known as Canvas ads, are full-screen mobile experiences that allow businesses to combine video, image carousels, product catalogs, and clickable links in one immersive unit. They load instantly and are ideal for storytelling, showcasing a product journey, or providing a deeper look into what a brand offers. This format keeps users engaged within the Facebook platform, reducing bounce rates and improving retention.
Tips:
Blend multiple content formats (video, product cards, etc.)
Include clear navigation cues and CTAs
Use analytics to track engagement inside the experience
7- Lead ads
Lead advertisements make it easier to get information from possible clients. Facebook has a native lead form that may automatically fill in user profile information, such as name, email address, or phone number, rather than sending users to an external landing page. As a result, there is less resistance and more chances of submission. Lead advertisements are a great way to expand email lists, make appointments, or get people to join up for newsletters and events.
Tips:
Offer an incentive (discount, freebie, etc.)
Ask only for essential information
Follow up promptly using a CRM or email automation
8- Dynamic ads
Dynamic ads are powerful for personalization at scale. These ads automatically promote relevant products from your catalog to users who have already shown interest in them by visiting your website, adding items to their cart, or browsing your app. Using machine learning, Facebook tailors the content in real time based on user behavior, making these ads highly efficient for retargeting and e-commerce.
Tips:
Properly configure the product catalogue and Meta Pixel.
Use custom audiences for better retargeting
Segment by intent: view, add-to-cart, purchase
9- Messenger ads
Messenger ads help brands start direct conversations with users through Facebook Messenger. These ads can appear in Messenger's inbox or open a direct message thread when clicked. They’re a great tool for lead nurturing, customer support, and sharing personalized offers. When combined with chatbots, Messenger ads can automate engagement and even guide users through sales funnels.
Tips:
Use chatbots for automation and lead capture
Personalize responses with user data
Pair with Click-to-Messenger ads for funnels
10- Stories ads
Stories ads leverage the popularity of ephemeral content and appear in full-screen format between users’ Stories. These ads are highly visual, immersive, and disappear after 24 hours, making them ideal for time-sensitive promotions, flash sales, or behind-the-scenes brand moments. With vertical video formats and interactive features like stickers and polls, Stories ads appeal especially to mobile-first audiences.
Tips:
Use movement and emojis to enhance engagement
Keep it under 15 seconds
Include swipe-up CTAs
11- Reels ads
Reels ads are Facebook’s response to the short-form video trend, similar to TikTok and Instagram Reels. These full-screen, vertical videos appear between organic Reels content and are designed for maximum entertainment and virality. They’re ideal for reaching a younger demographic and work best when brands use trendy audio, visual effects, and authentic storytelling rather than traditional promotional tones.
Tips:

FAQs
Is running multiple Facebook ad types at once an option?
Yes, you can—and you should. Running a combination of ad types like image, video, and carousel ads allows you to test what works best for your audience and goals, improving overall performance.
How much should I budget for Facebook advertising?
The cost depends on factors like your audience, bidding strategy, ad quality, and competition. You can start with any budget, and Facebook allows daily or lifetime budget control. Testing and optimization help you get better ROI over time.
Is it possible to retarget my website visitors using Facebook ads?
Absolutely. With dynamic ads and the Meta Pixel installed on your website, you can automatically retarget people based on their browsing or cart behaviour.
How do I know which Facebook ad type is right for my business?
Consider your goals (awareness, traffic, sales, leads), your audience behaviour, and your creative assets. For example, if you have video content and want to increase engagement, go with video ads. If you’re promoting multiple products, choose carousel or dynamic ads.

Is Your Brand’s Visual Strategy Ready for Gen Z in 2025?

By 2025, Gen Z won’t just be an emerging audience—they’ll be the dominant digital consumer. With trillions in spending power and a deep influence on digital culture, their tastes, values, and attention spans are reshaping how brands communicate. The question isn’t whether to adapt. It’s how fast can you do it before you get left behind?
This generation grew up immersed in short-form video, CGI-enhanced visuals, and creator-first content. They can spot generic marketing from a scroll away, and they’re not sticking around for brands that play it safe.
So—is your brand’s visual strategy truly ready for Gen Z in 2025?
Let’s dive into what’s changing, what Gen Z expects, and how to future-proof your visual approach with smart, scalable creativity.
Gen Z Doesn’t Just Watch—They Feel Visuals
Gen Z doesn't consume content the way previous generations did. They:
Scroll faster
Interpret visuals instantly
Engage with immersive or emotionally-charged content
Expect creators, not actors
Gravitate toward surreal, aesthetic-forward design
What this means: your visuals need to hit hard and fast. There’s no time for slow build-up. If the first two seconds don’t grab attention or evoke something real, the swipe is inevitable.
That’s why we’re seeing brands move away from overly polished studio videos toward hybrid formats that combine real creators with surreal, AI-enhanced visuals.
In fact, this exact blend is powering some of the most high-performing content today.
→ See how this works in practice here.
Static Feeds Are Out—Motion is the New Standard
Gone are the days when a curated Instagram grid could build brand equity. Today’s feeds are dynamic, messy, real—and in motion.
Reels. TikToks. Looping videos. Glitchy edits. Fluid transitions. Gen Z is fluent in this visual language, and they expect brands to speak it too.
Static visuals might still have a place in email or print, but if you're trying to engage on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts, your content better move—and fast.
That’s where CGI and AI-powered visuals shine. They allow for:
Seamless motion graphics
Ingredient animations
Product transformation sequences
Emotional storytelling at a sensory level
All without needing an expensive video shoot.
CGI Is No Longer Optional—It’s an Expectation
In the beauty, skincare, and lifestyle industries especially, CGI has become a creative edge that sets apart leaders from followers.
Why?
Because it helps brands:
Communicate invisible product benefits (hydration, energy, mood)
Elevate basic creator content into premium assets
Create consistent, scalable visuals across platforms
Align with the dreamy, futuristic aesthetic Gen Z loves
If you’re still relying solely on real-world video shoots, you’re likely missing out on speed, creative freedom, and performance.
Studios like Dillie are enabling this shift by making CGI and AI-enhanced content accessible and repeatable for fast-growing brands.
Gen Z Is Algorithm-Native—And Your Content Should Be Too
One of the biggest shifts in the last five years is the rise of algorithm-native content. Gen Z understands the mechanics of virality, engagement, and platform behavior. They don’t just consume—they co-create and curate.
This has two implications for your visual strategy:
Content must be made to perform Every visual needs to be engineered with performance metrics in mind: hook rate, watch time, scroll-stop power, tap-throughs.
Content must be remixable or shareable Formats should inspire interaction. Think: duets, reactions, re-shares, and even user-generated reinterpretations.
Traditional brand videos rarely offer this. But when you combine creator content + AI visuals + platform-tuned formats, you get media that feels native, not forced.
This is exactly why we’re seeing creator-content hybrids dominate paid and organic campaigns.
Personalization and Identity Play Matter More Than Ever
Gen Z doesn’t just want to consume. They want to see themselves reflected in what they watch and buy. That means brands need to deliver content that feels:
Inclusive
Emotionally attuned
Aesthetic-driven
Aligned with subcultures and micro-communities
With traditional video, this kind of hyper-targeting is difficult. You can't reshoot 15 different versions for every niche.
But with AI-enhanced visuals and CGI, you can:
Generate multiple versions of a product demo tailored to different audiences
Animate themes that resonate with different identities and moods
Adapt creator content with branded overlays and custom effects
In short, you scale your storytelling without sacrificing soul.
The New Gold Standard: Creator-Driven, AI-Powered Content
The brands winning Gen Z aren’t choosing between influencers and innovation. They’re combining them.
This new model is built on:
Real creators using real products
AI-animated visuals that elevate the story
Performance data that informs every asset
This is not future-talk. It’s already happening.
Brands are enhancing creator reels with:
CGI animations of ingredients and product effects
Branded color transitions and motion graphics
Sound design and captioning tuned for platform trends
All of this makes content scroll-stopping, watchable, and rewatchable.
Ask Yourself: Is Your Visual Strategy Gen Z-Ready?
If you're not sure, use this quick checklist:
✅ Are you creating content specifically for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts?
✅ Is your creative team using AI-enhanced CGI to express product benefits?
✅ Are creators part of your storytelling engine, not just a last-mile asset?
✅ Do your videos visually express emotion, not just features?
✅ Is your production workflow fast enough to match trends?
If you hesitated on any of the above, your visual strategy might be missing critical pieces. The good news? Tools and partners now exist to help you evolve.
Final Take: Gen Z Isn’t the Future—They’re the Present
It’s no longer a prediction—it’s a mandate. Gen Z is shaping culture, consumption, and conversation in real time.
If your visuals aren’t fast, bold, emotionally rich, and performance-minded, they’ll get buried in the scroll.
In 2025, having a Gen Z-ready visual strategy means:
Embracing creator content
Elevating it with AI and CGI
Building for algorithms, not aesthetics alone
Moving at the speed of culture
The time to experiment, iterate, and upgrade your content approach is now.

What Are the Digital Marketing Trends for 2025?
Introduction As the digital era progresses, the field of digital marketing keeps changing at breakneck speed. For businesses and agencies like Web era Solution, staying ahead of the curve is not just important—it's essential. In 2025, consumer behavior, AI, privacy concerns, and platform algorithms are reshaping how we approach marketing. In this blog, we’ll dive into the top digital marketing trends you need to watch and embrace this year to stay competitive
1. AI-Powered Marketing Is No Longer Optional
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is now the backbone of digital marketing tools. From chatbots and content creation to ad targeting and personalization, AI is doing more than ever before. Platforms like ChatGPT and Google’s Gemini are enabling brands to automate customer interactions and produce tailored content at scale.
Trend tip for 2025: Use AI to personalize website experiences, emails, and ad copy. For example, tools like HubSpot and Jasper can automate and optimize campaigns based on real-time user behavior.
2. Voice Search & Conversational Marketing
As smart speakers and voice assistants become common in households, voice search is influencing SEO. Users now search in full sentences and expect direct answers.
Trend tip for 2025:Use FAQ-style information and optimize for long-tail conversational keywords. Schema markup, or structured data, is also essential for showing up in voice search results.
3. Short-Form Video Dominance
The way that people consume material is beginning to change as a result of platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. Short-form videos still account for the majority of conversions, brand memory, and engagement rates in 2025.
Trend tip for 2025: Start creating bite-sized, value-packed videos with storytelling and strong CTAs. Pay attention to brief lectures, product demos, or behind-the-scenes stuff.
4. Zero-Click Search and Featured Snippets
More than ever, users are getting answers directly on Google’s SERP without clicking through to a website. These are called zero-click searches, and Google is favoring websites with structured and authoritative content.
Trend tip for 2025:Pay attention to bullet-point responses, highlighted excerpts, and distinct headers. Structure your blog content to answer questions in the first paragraph.
5. Hyper-Personalization Through Data
Generic email blasts are no longer effective. By 2025, customisation is being driven by insights from rich data. Marketers use customer behavior, past purchases, and even geolocation to deliver custom messages.
Trend tip for 2025: Use tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp to segment your audience based on behavior. Dynamic content in emails and websites increases conversions significantly.
6. Privacy-First Marketing
With the phasing out of third-party cookies and stricter data regulations like GDPR and India’s DPDP Act, brands must build trust through transparent, privacy-first strategies.
Trend tip for 2025: Focus on first-party data collection—such as newsletters, gated content, and loyalty programs. Provide value in exchange for being open and honest about how user data is used.
7. Augmented Reality (AR) in Advertising
AR is moving beyond filters. Brands are using AR to offer interactive product experiences, especially in industries like fashion, beauty, and home décor.
Trend tip for 2025: Incorporate AR into your product pages or social media campaigns. For example, allow users to "try on" a product before buying.
8. Influencer Marketing 2.0: Micro and Nano Influencers
While big-name influencers still have value, micro (10K–50K) and nano (under 10K) influencers offer better engagement and trust within niche audiences.
Trend tip for 2025: Collaborate with regional or specialised influencers to use real storytelling to market your goods or services.
9. Omnichannel Strategy Over Multichannel
Consumers don’t just use one platform—they switch between Instagram, email, YouTube, and your website in a single journey. Omnichannel ensures a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
Trend tip for 2025: Integrate your CRM, email, ads, and social media strategies into a unified brand experience that guides users through your funnel smoothly.
Final Thoughts
At Web era Solution, we believe the future of digital marketing in 2025 lies in intelligent automation, authentic content, and customer-first strategies. Staying ahead of these trends isn’t just about following the crowd—it’s about setting yourself apart from it.
If your business is ready to grow online with data-driven strategies, modern design, and app innovation, let Web era Solution help you lead the way.

Social Media Marketing for Astrologers: How to Grow Your Online Presence
By Ranking Guru
In the modern world, the digital landscape has transformed how professionals connect with their audience. Astrology, a timeless science, is no exception. Astrologers today must adopt digital platforms to showcase their knowledge and connect with people seeking spiritual guidance. At Ranking Guru, we understand the significance of social media marketing for astrologers and how it can serve as a powerful tool to grow your online presence and build a trusted brand.
Astrologers who once relied solely on referrals and word-of-mouth now find greater visibility and growth through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more. Social media is not just about promotion; it is about building a connection, sharing knowledge, and creating a personal brand that speaks to people’s emotions and beliefs. With consistent and strategic social media marketing, astrologers can now establish credibility, reach a global audience, and convert followers into loyal clients.
The Role of Social Media in the Astrology Industry
Social media has become the modern-day marketplace for almost every service, and astrology is no different. People today search for astrologers online, read their posts, watch their videos, and form an opinion before reaching out. A well-managed social media presence helps astrologers position themselves as professionals who understand not only the stars but also the needs of today’s digitally connected world.
Through social media marketing, astrologers can share daily horoscopes, insights on planetary transits, compatibility tips, and spiritual guidance that resonates with their followers. By posting consistently and engaging with the audience, astrologers can create an identity that stands out in a crowded market. When someone finds your content insightful, relatable, and authentic, they are more likely to trust your services and seek a consultation.
Choosing the Right Platforms for Your Astrology Brand
Every social media platform serves a different purpose and audience. For astrologers, Instagram is an ideal platform for sharing visually appealing content like zodiac posts, reels on retrogrades, and astrology quotes. Facebook offers a more community-focused space where astrologers can go live, create discussion groups, and engage with people seeking spiritual advice. YouTube is an excellent choice for in-depth videos on astrological events, monthly predictions, and kundli tutorials. Twitter (now X) allows astrologers to share quick updates, full moon alerts, and participate in trending conversations. A professional presence on LinkedIn can also be beneficial if your astrology practice includes business or career guidance.
Ranking Guru helps astrologers select the most effective platforms based on their audience, content type, and business goals. This ensures time and energy are spent on platforms that yield real results.
Crafting a Strong Social Media Strategy for Astrologers
A successful social media strategy begins with clarity about your services, audience, and brand voice. As an astrologer, your goal should be to educate, engage, and guide your audience while positioning yourself as a knowledgeable and approachable expert. Consistency in posting, design aesthetics, tone of messaging, and value-driven content are essential to building trust and visibility.
Astrologers must also focus on creating content that answers common questions. For example, explaining the significance of a Mercury retrograde, sharing zodiac-based relationship tips, or offering remedies for planetary doshas adds value to the audience’s life. This positions you not just as a service provider but as a teacher and guide. Using the right keywords in captions, bios, and video descriptions like “online astrology consultation,” “zodiac expert,” and “vedic astrology services” can significantly enhance discoverability through search engines and platform algorithms.
At Ranking Guru, our content team ensures that your astrology content is not only engaging but also optimized for social media and SEO, ensuring your reach expands every day.
Building Trust and Engagement Through Authenticity
In the spiritual and wellness space, authenticity matters more than ever. Followers are drawn to real voices, personal journeys, and transparent communication. When an astrologer shares not just predictions but personal insights, stories of transformation, and behind-the-scenes glimpses into their practice, it creates a human connection. This emotional engagement is at the heart of social media marketing for astrologers.
Engagement is not just about likes and shares. It’s about comments, messages, feedback, and meaningful conversations. Hosting live sessions, responding to queries, conducting Q&A sessions, and sharing testimonials are all ways to build lasting relationships online. Ranking Guru guides astrologers in creating a content calendar that encourages interaction and provides insights that align with current trends and audience interests.
Using Paid Social Media Marketing to Expand Reach
While organic growth is essential, paid promotions can fast-track visibility, especially in a niche like astrology. Social media ads on Facebook and Instagram allow astrologers to target users based on location, age, interests, and behavior. For example, if you specialize in career astrology, you can target working professionals. If you focus on marriage or relationship astrology, your ads can reach individuals searching for love or compatibility guidance.
Ranking Guru creates and manages highly targeted ad campaigns that not only bring traffic but convert leads into clients. With data-backed insights, we ensure your budget is utilized efficiently, and your services are shown to the people who are most likely to need them.
