In celebration of Latino Heritage Month, we made Ecuadorian Migajones (bread figures) Migajon is a bread-based dough used to make arts and crafts. Our Migajones turned out pretty well and we were in fact able to contain the mess. I highly recommend this art project for any age group.s the process of mixing and molding the dough was therapeutic and even the less artistic person in our home (me) enjoyed painting the final product while listening to Latin Music.
