Hello my dears!! I would like to let everyone know that I'll be using @weakformingyu for my writings from now on.

When I created this blog I didn't know a sideblog had so many restrictions when it comes to functionalities so before I get more followers here, I'm going to make my other blog the one I post my writings.

@hyunniesgirl will keep existing as an archive and for reblogs, I won't be reposting my stories on the other blog so I'll just let the already posted stories here and leave the link there so other people can read my "old" stuff.

Another love will be continued there and all the requests I have on queue are also going to be answered there(I'll answer the request here and put the link to the post so the anons know where to find their requests)

I just discovered you have a Tumblr so I don't know if it's been answered but is there a master list for the Varia assassins? I just reread all yours and Umei's stories and my ability to keep track of the assassins (and other OCs) is horrendous

We've got a spreadsheet(s) because there's a LOT of Varia to keep track of. And timelines.

And while I'm sure there's some way to upload a spreadsheet to tumblr, I for one am only so-so tech savvy, it's after work and I'm tired and hot and being attacked by doggos for attention and so I did a workaround through screenshots. Also preventing meta textual data mining. There's probably a better way, like putting up a google doc for it but no. Not feeling it. Takes too much brain atm.

But this one is both a little out of date and Black Sky focused, so shouldn't be too spoilery? If you know, have read the million or so words of it. But beware, there are some spoilers for Black Sky, but nothing too major.

After all, The Varia's mostly background characters. :) The worldbuilding snuck in. :) The many co-workers. :) And former ones. :) It's a big list. :)

Ashlyn turns her paper back around to admire it…Then she squints.

Ashlyn: “…Damn, one eye’s smaller than the other. Let me just fix that real quick—“

Izzy shyly slides over their paper.

Izzy: “I… never advertised I was an artist…”

Izzy’s face is slightly red with embarrassment, and they run their hand through their hair.

They mumble something about “being a writer, not an artist” before shuffling away.

Mystery simply places the paper down for inspection.

Mystery: I believe it’s been a few decades since I have drawn myself. My hair is probably my greatest feature, if I do say so myself.

Dude you left the military just in time!

I... I definitely realized that over the week. For those who didn't know me, is used to be an Airborne Cryptologic Language Analyst for the US Air Force. My language? Persian Farsi and Afghan Dari... basically what they speak in Iran and parts of Afghanistan.

Having been in the intel community during the past few years until I changed jobs to being medical, I am shocked by everything that happened. It sucks when you watch the news, see what's happening while having the little bit of... privy knowledge... that I know. You can't tell your spouse to shut the TV off or scream at the television or have a mental breakdown because of things you were forced to listen in on.

Anyways, this is all just insane and I'm glad to be out, because this would have landed me back in the psych ward for a few days while I relive certain nightmares. Love you guys <3

As a transfem whose kinda new to all this, how do you get so ... Smooth down there? I'm terrified to bring a sharp razor down there, but is it less painful then I fear?

Well, there's two ways you can really go about it. The first is plucking each and every hair out, which uh... you can do, but it's very time-consuming and potentially painful. The second would be to shave (or use a trimmer) and pull the skin you're shaving taut so that you have a flat surface to shave rather than a round/wrinkly one

Been having a bit of a rough time with life lately, hence the lack of posts, art or writing, and me not doing any requests, i apologize besties, i will get to it tomorrow and will start by doing some of the requests still in my inbox, followed by some art!

i will also focus on more fluff writing for a while, I'm nowhere near the correct headspace to write "Fading Photograph" and "Somewhere Only We Know" those will go on hiatus until i feel better, sorry for the delay on chapters

Hello!! Thank you for the compliments 🥺 I don't think I'm that good 😭 but I'm glad you like my writing.

For the tips, I guess I always focus on having an introduction to the story, then the climax and then the conclusion(that's why most of my fics are long cause I can't write pwp).

Always write what you want to write, because that makes it easier.

If you are stuck in a story, it's okay to take a break or even start a new one. I also have a lot of edits/videos saved so I can have inspiration to write something specific.

I don't know if this helps but that's all I can think about 😭 also, I don't know if you already know but I moved to @weakformingyu, you can find more fics I wrote there.

Hi Izzy! I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but why does Ganauche III have a Sun Guardian flame bond with Vongola Nono? And why is it uneven/unhealthy? I've reread Umei's fics and KHR and I can't see where the bond was stated.

Long story short, Ganauche the 3rd really wanted to belong -in fic he was originally meant to go to one of Nono's sons as a Guardian- and Vongola Nono seemingly accepted him once he needed a new Lightning post-Cradle.

So Ganauche went all in and Nono went very superficial. Hence the uneveness of it.

As for why it's uneven/unhealthy well... okay. So they accepted the power imbalance ie Nono is Ganauche's boss.

However it's also well known that Flame Bonding isn't just Boss and Subordinate; the other Flames are Valued for their abilities and insights and connections. Political Appointments especially are valued for their insights and connections and abilities. Ganauche was meant to be a Political Appointment. His famiglia invested in his Flame Training.

That Nono and Ganauche actually Bonded? Ganauche's famiglia was thrilled. (Gotta remember that in-fic, depending on fic, Lambo got all but sold to Tsuna through the CEDEF contract to accomplish getting one of their famiglia members into Tsuna's immediate circle.)

Nono however, only truly values two of his Guardians, Coyote and Nougat. You know, the only two who are his age. The others, eh.

They're there. They've sworn loyalty and obey. They're trusted with tasks and to see them done, or enable Nono to be able to do them himself, by whatever means may be necessary.

Ganauche... well.

Even in the little we see him in the manga, he gets stuck with the more menial stuff. Like you could tie that into in-fic Lightning training being shit and not expecting much out of someone who was trained in the Vongola Lightning training program on Nono's part.

So Nono's not really valuing anything of what Ganauche brings to the Vongola and to him, as Nono Vongola or even as Timoteo personally.

Which is shitty employer behavior and more shitty when you're basically a version of soul bound to another. Especially as it appears that Nono doesn't respect Ganauche as an individual in fic, as Ganauche has been dumped by girlfriends by missing dates for being at Nono's beck and call. For again, menial stuff.

When you have a relationship and one party fails to respect the other's needs and wants, that is a boundary violation. Is this inherently unhealthy or abusive? No. Sometimes it's called being an asshole. Is it still emotional neglect to a person who should be brought into your confidences because you're now spiritually bound together? Yes. Is it disrespect to Ganauche's person? Yes. His position? Yes. His famiglia? Yes.

Ganauche's relationship with Nono isn't actively and purposefully abusive. It's neglectful and mostly accidentally demeaning. It is harmful to Ganauche's mental state and his social life over time.

Tl; dr: Ganauche wants a real Guardian and Sky relationship and Nono just wants a placeholder to do stuff for him sometimes.
