Comrades,
The fucking most unhinged shit just happened at school today. I’ve seen my fair share of school drama, but this? This was next-level chaos.
It all started with Andy, the resident weeb and ROM-hacking legend, shooting his shot with Emma—who, lets just say, was not interested. Andy’s known for making some seriously impressive mods (he basically created a whole new Legend of Zelda game on the SNES), but social interactions? Not exactly his strong suit.
Now, here’s the thing: Emma had been on-and-off with Joey, the school’s #1 wannabe tough guy, so when word got around that Andy asked her to the Spring Formal, Joey was pissed. And because Joey is exactly the kind of guy you’d expect, he didn’t just let it go—he confronted Andy.
John C and I were heading to Mr. Berst’s class when we saw it go down. Joey was in full-on bully mode, shoving Andy into lockers and calling him slurs. Before I could even process what was happening—let alone intervene—Mr. Berst and another teacher rushed in to break it up.
That’s when things escalated.
Andy, probably running on pure spite and anime protagonist energy, hocked the nastiest loogie right onto Joey’s face. I swear, this thing was calculated. It had weight. It had purpose.
Joey lost it.
He broke free from Mr. Berst’s grip and decked Andy, hard. The impact sent Andy’s head slamming into the lockers, and he just… slid to the floor, dazed. It was bad.
Then, like some kind of dramatic season finale twist, School Liason Officer Buckles (yes, that’s really his name) arrived with handcuffs and dragged Joey off. John C was practically vibrating from secondhand adrenaline.
“I definitely would’ve wrecked Joey if he tried that shit with me,” he boasted—this, from a guy who weighs all of 150 lbs soaking wet. “And did you see Officer Buckles carting him off?! So cool.” (Ew, cop.)
Andy ended up with a mild concussion and had to go to the hospital. Joey? No one knows. He just turned 18, so speculation was running wild. Would they expel him? Send him to Garuda, the alternative GED school? Jail? Either way, good riddance.
As the halls finally cleared, I asked Mr. Berst if I could be late to class to grab my stuff from my locker. He agreed.
And that’s when I saw it.
Joey’s backpack.
Sitting abandoned near the scene of the crime.
Now, I’m not one to waste an opportunity. I peeked inside—banana, Mountain Dew, some sad, water-stained textbooks. So, naturally, I smashed the banana, cracked open the Dew, and casually took the bag to class.
“Mr. Berst, it seems like Joey left his backpack in the hall,” I announced as I took my seat.
He picked it up, looked inside, and immediately grimaced.
“Thanks… ew, is this leaking?”

Some things I haven't seen mentioned
🔵Bellamy's face after Clarke mentions him poisoning O that no one knows he did for her
🔵Abby telling Miller and Jackson to take care of each other, just like she told Bellamy and Clarke in season 4
🔵Jordan's total adoration of Raven!
🔵Bellamy and Clarke checking in with each other on the ride down to planet Alpha
🔵Miller remembering Octavia's first words on the ground 😪#OG100
🔵Echo being lost on all the callbacks to season 1
🔵"Monty should be here" "He is." So. Many. Tears.
🔵Raven's hair is freaking GORG
🔵Jordan crying over his parents 😪😪
🔵Alpha isn't a planet it's a moon!
🔵Raven has every right to still be angry
🔵Um... Didn't Abby tell Niylah NOT to wake up Octavia?? I smell an alluded niytavia subplot
🔵Murphy shirtless I'm not drooling
🔵Bellamy cocking his head to Murphy and Emori at Echo was cute ok fight me
🔵But snuggling by the campfire I'm good without
🔵Murphy being proud of Clarke for her comeback
🔵"CLARKE NO GET BACK!"- Bellamy
🔵Clarke fixing yet another tower for her people
🔵Raven is seriously going to have to lose ANOTHER person right after losing Monty and Harper are you for real
🔵Bell and Clarke literally leading the pack
🔵Murphy pushing everyone's buttons I live
🔵"Behave Murphy" is all of us
🔵Octavia is still venomous and blaming other people color me shocked
🔵Also I love how her hair has grown out another 4 inches since she went to sleep lol
🔵Kane is back in cryo even though his heart had stopped? Does it pump your heart for you??
🔵Clarke in the metaphorical middle of every shot of Echo and Bellamy or Echo in the middle of Clarke and Bellamy so subtle guys so subtle
🔵Murphy singing!! I love it!!!
🔵"Instead they just had us to screw them up" aw common ground raising two kids alone
🔵Literally every time Echo and Clarke are in the same shot with Bellamy 99.89% of his attention is on Clarke mmk
🔵Emori is the first to succumb and almost kills John after refusing to live without him ~yesterday~ when they went to sleep, poor thing

SUPER SATURDAY: 9/22/18
Other (more accomplished) bloggers spend their Saturdays showcasing all the great goodies they have received from publishers. Since I infrequently get those (and definitely do not receive enough to fill a whole blog post) I’ve decided to spend my Saturdays showcasing some of the cool books I’ve picked up recently from used book stores, thrift shops, and yard sales.
