Lantern Rite 2024 doodles!

This year's event hit a bit close to home for me personally, and I loved it🥰🥰🥰

Keqing was as forward and efficient as ever, even in her communication. It was something Ganyu appreciated quite a lot about the woman, the fact there were rarely ever hidden meanings or additional motives with her around, even in diplomatic settings.

"Ah, that does seem interesting actually. Truthfully, I believe all nations have something extremely interesting and unique to provide so, I do believe we'll have a lovely time here~"

She couldn't help but let a small, exited giggle escape her as she settled into her seat, eyes widening a fraction as she saw the last of the spectators had trickled in and the lanterns were dimming. The show was about to start.

Ganyu wasn't one to wear emotions like excitement and the likes on her sleeve, most likely due to her shyness, though judging by the way she was shuffling around in her seat she either had a nasty stomach bug or was feeling the anticipation herself. It would make sense, Yun Jin was a good friend of hers and she seemed to be a fan of such shows in general, so the compounding of the two factors must have her buzzing.

"Hmm...well, of course there's YunYun-ah, um, Y-Yun Jin's performance, though I'm also rather intrigued by Miss Furina's own play tonight. It's one of her best locally received ones, and Fontainian tastes in opera, aside from the idol innovation, are decently similar to our own traditions in a way."

Realizing she was borderline rambling, she ended her reply with a blush, taking a sip of tea to try and hide at least some of it.

"Wh-What about you, Keqing?"

• clorinde is definetly the type to purposely act extra flashy in her fights/spars when she knows you're watching to try and impress you

• she'll like add some flair to her moves or change her form to try and look cooler ;-;

• even if it's to the detriment of her actual fighting ability

• if you ever compliment her on her fighting technique, she'll try and act nonchalant and tough, but you can tell she's trying her hardest to hide her smile <3

• as a high-ranking general in the shogun's army, she needs to command respect from her soldiers

• i imagine this makes it difficult for her to eat your homemade lunches, which are always packaged cutely and contain a little handwritten note

• she probably has to go into a room away be herself so she can eat her lunch and blush at your notes (she keeps all of them) away from the gaze of her fellow soldiers

• she tries to tell you that she can get her own food, but you insist that she eats your handmade meals so she stays strong and healthy

oh how could she ever say no to you?

• furina is the defintion of a glass cannon.

• will (attempt to) constantly flirt with you in public, but even grabbing a hold of her hand turns her into a blushing mess

• also the type to try and impress you constantly- showing off tricks, talents, or like weird trivia- and then pretends it was easy or common knowledge (you've caught her practicing when she thinks you aren't watching countless times)

• acts like she doesn't want or need your approval but absolutely glows when you praise her

• keqing definitely gives you gifts under the guise of "she found it by accident", or because its "practical", but there's always something sweet and personal about it

• the tag attached is literally addressed to you. with a little heart they forgot to erase

• and the way her eyes are looking at everything except your eyes tells you otherwise <3
