キツネウドン

きつねうどんは、日本の代表的な麺料理の一つで、うどんの上に甘辛く煮た油揚げを乗せたものです。「きつねうどん」という名前は、油揚げがキツネの好物とされることに由来しています。温かいだし汁が香り高く、油揚げの甘さが絶妙なバランスを生み出します。関西ではうどんが柔らかく、関東ではややコシがあるのが特徴です。寒い季節にぴったりの心温まる一品で、多くの人々に愛されています。
