Currently reading: double copy of call of the wild & white fang by jack london i bought at the english section in the mall. wish i had somehow kept the copies my neighbor gave me as a kid -- i remember them having rich illustrations. my copy is bare tiny text. my idle reading has been The Logbook of the Captain's Clerk, which boasts a historical introduction that spans 1/3 of the book. i am working through that ...

Last movie: 30 days of night LMFAO a friend had not seen it and i had to honor them with the experience. ebenxstella forever #sheDrives #womanPain #Feminism. the crazy part is victoria brought it up the next night and called her watching experience (also with me) "so stressful. that movie stressed me out."

Current obsession: horses, as usual... i have to find a new farrier because kley isnt answering me or antonio and my old riding instructor is moving back to switzerland and won't answer me eitherrrr 🙄🙄 whatever i am in a bunch of caballo buy & sell groups because after i get her feet trimmed i have to sell ladybird finally. have an offer lined up perhaps where she would join a larger herd, which was my ideal scenario for her. anyways in the meantime i have junebug, who is officially four and rehabbed from the leg wound -- i've backed her a few times and she sat me at a trot at liberty which was nice but we need rein control beyond "back up" AND SOMEONE STOLE MY FUCKING SADDLE. MY BAREFOOT BARRYDALE... i'm so fucking wounded about this still?? anyways i am thinking about reaching out to this person i met on a horse forum who was miraculously in uruguay is that allowed. also budgie timee

What Is This Project?

Night Divining: A Noragami Tarot Zine is an invite-only project celebrating the end of the manga. Our goal is to create both a book and physical card deck of the Major Arcana represented as Noragami characters, featuring both art and writing.

You may recognize most of these names from the Millennium: A Noragami Fanzine, the proceeds from which resulted in a $1.5K USD donation to Save the Children, a leading humanitarian organization providing lifesaving relief to children around the globe. You have our newest member, Stray Skies, to thank for the adorable Yato doodle in this post.

What Is Tarot?

Tarot is a deck of cards used for storytelling or divination. The Major Arcana, which we are using for this project, is a deck of 22 cards numbered 0-21. “The Fool,” card 0 in the deck, is the protagonist, who is then taught a lesson of some kind by each of the successive cards. Each card has two sets of meanings: one set when it is displayed normally, and reversed meanings when it is displayed upside down. The displayed cards then work to create a complete story.
