So obviously we're all going a little stir crazy not being able to go to concerts of shows for so long due to the pandemic...When I heard that @justinwillman was doing Magic For Humans at home where you could watch his brilliant magic on a zoom session...I signed up right away! If you havent seen #magicforhumans on @netflix I totally recommend it. As a family we watch and are amazed nightly when we tune in for family TV time. So tonight the kids were so excited when I surprised them with this show, but the surprise was taken to a whole new level when he involved both Autumn and Rory in a magic trick! With all the confinement and uncertainty of this new world, it was just what they needed to bring smiles. Tiffani Thiessen auditioned to play the role of Rachel Green in beloved sitcom Friends.

The White Collar actress revealed on Monday that she auditioned for the role made famous by Jennifer Aniston, 49, on the iconic TV show, which ran for ten years from 1994, but it didn’t quite work out.

In an interview with SiriusXM’s You Up With Nikki Glaser, the 44-year-old, who rose to fame as Kelly Kapowski on NBC’s show Saved by the Bell, shared that her youthful looks were to blame for her losing out on the role.

“Did you know I tested for Friends, for Jennifer Aniston?” said the actress, who was 20 years old when Friends premiered in 1994. “I was just a little too young. I was a little too young to the pairing of the rest of them.”

“That makes sense to me, because you are both such amazing comedic actresses,” Glaser responded, with Tiffani agreeing that Jennifer is “very, very funny.”

Tiffani went on to land a starring role in teen drama Beverly Hills, 90210, while Jennifer went on to achieve global fame and become a style icon thanks to her ‘Rachel cut’ hairstyle. At 25, she was the youngest of the show’s leads when she joined the Friends cast, which also included Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc, and Lisa Kudrow.

But Tiffani isn’t the only star who missed out on a spot on the Central Perk couch. Actress Jane Krakowski also auditioned for the part of Rachel, Will & Grace star Eric McCormack tried out for Ross, and Vince Vaughn failed to land the role of Joey.
